Amazing place, awesome persons, great place to stay, clean comfortable rooms and bed, kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, security guard at night time, place is not a bad area, gas station 24 hrs besides the hotel. Great view, handicap access, coffee and hot tea 24hrs, great parking lot, gym, in fact I was a week in this hotel and I definitely want to go back. I don't have any negative comments about it. God bless this hard workers who have the passion to make great contributions.

Very beautiful and comfortable room. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to make a simple meal. Best place to stay in Billings, MT. Feels like you are staying in a 5 star hotel for a 3 star price.

PHENOMENAL… I've stayed in several hotels over the last 40 days from 4 star to 2 star and this was by far the best. pros: CLEAN (so clean I tipped housekeeping), spacious room, soft bed, full size fridge, stylish/modern decor both at front desk and in room, large kitchenette. Had everything I would've needed for a lengthy stay. cons: front desk shuts down at midnight I'll definitely stay here again.

Our stay here was a pleasant surprise. I was not familiar with the brand but the price for a room was much less than other options in the area and the the other reviews were good. Best bang for your dollar in Billings so far that I have found. We will definitely be booking stays here on future trips.

Great place to stay. Wonderful room, well priced. Front desk closes at midnight in case you are getting in late and doesn't open back up till 6. Catered to the long stay business person or traveler.

Our stay here was great. The room was clean and the bathroom was huge. We cooked breakfast in the morning using the supplied cooking utensils. Would definitely stay here again.

Had never heard of Ledgestone before. We were pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious and clean. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is actually Shelli. I read reviews to make many of my decisions especially regarding hotel stays. I rarely write a review but both Tim and I felt compelled to share our good fortune at finding the Ledgestone Lodge in Billings! We have paid double for rooms not this nice. Having a full kitchen was a nice bonus, especially since there isn't breakfast included. We made a quick trip to a grocery store for breakfast food and snacks and beverages for the road. Financially we will be well ahead and I know I'm going to sleep great in this modern, quiet space with the best hotel mattress I've slept on in years! Definitely recommend this hotel with no reservations.

My wife and I have done quite a bit of cross-country trekking, staying in budget hotels in just about every region of the US. I sincerely hope Ledgestone expands quickly to new locations because it is not only incredibly economical, but is also honestly one of the nicest rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Apparently, Ledgestone caters to extended stay business travelers, which means the amenities include everything you need to feel at home, including cooking supplies, a couch and table, and a big roomie bathroom with a full closet. This particular Ledgestone hotel was also a modern construction that was immaculate, both in the room and throughout the common areas. Our standards are quite a bit higher than our income, which means we’re pretty picky when it comes to accommodations, but can’t really afford higher end hotels. This hotel met and exceeded all of our expectations and came in far below the price point of a whole lot of dumps we’ve stayed in. Definitely don’t overlook this gem.

Very nice staff. Rooms are fantastic. Roomy not stuffy. I am in a double and love the space provided. Always have coffee on for us. Great rates for our monthly stay. Be sure to call ahead of your scheduled stay to get that great rate. Remember. The early bird gets the worm. If vacationing, photograph caves nearby. The Zimmerman bluffs. And park by the river as well.

I like it. Currently staying here while working in town. Bed is comfy. Couch kinda sucks, but it's fairly quiet. Relaxed. Quiet. Good price. Quiet. Clean. Did I mention it's quiet?

This is a great hotel at an awesome price. The rooms are large and furnished nicely. The kitchenette is very nice. The employees are friendly and helpful. I plan on staying here anytime I go to Billings.

The rooms were fantastic and the whole place was clean and nicely modeled. The only downside to our stay was the five car alarms that went off during the course of the night. Perhaps if we hadn't been in a room facing the parking lot it would not have been a big deal, and it could have just been a fluke, but it was enough to make us reconsider staying there again.

Very new hotel, very nice room for absolutely amazing price! Front desk isn't 24 hours. But there's a nice security guard who will help you out/let you in if you have to check in after desk hours. Only crappy part is no breakfast… Definitely staying here again next time I'm in town!

Pros: *Elevator *FREE laundry mat inside building * pots, pans, silverware is all provided for the kitchenette *Heat & AC worked * Large selection of cable television Cons: * one of the bedroom walls had food on it from their prevois guest. Possible bed bugs! I was excited to stay at Ledgestone because I very often need to spend the night in Billings and the rates were good and the reviews were good. HOWEVER, I'm extremely vigilant about searching for signs of bedbugs and I always lift up the mattress from the headboard end and look at the box springs. Upon entering the room I was satisfied with the cleanliness and neatness of the room. But under the mattress on the cloth that covered the box springs were fresh blood spots (and not a few) and to me it looked like bedbug evidence. I showed the person at the front and asked for another room… same thing with that room. I canceled my room and got another hotel for the night… I will also be canceling a reservation I had previously made there for the end of the week. (The clerk told me that they had just replaced all the mattresses… However with bedbugs… if in fact that is what I was seeing evidence of, it takes MUCH more than just mattress removal to get rid of the problem. )

Great place for long-term lodging. Especially if you are working in the area. Quiet rooms with kitchenette and full size fridge. Free laundry facilities with several machines. Walking distance to local fast food. This will be my home away from home when working at the local refineries. Great place!

Ok so this is not somewhere that you would want to stay just for two or three nights. We came here to Billings to stay two nights/three days. The rooms were clean and the location was convenient. So on our second morning, we asked the front desk for more towels because there was 4 of us. He explained to us that they don’t do housekeeping unless you are either checking out or are staying a week. The guy at the front desk told us that we don’t get any more towels. So as I was frustrated, I go back to the room. Our tiny trash can ended up being full as coincidental as it is, I call back down to the front desk and ask him if they don’t do housekeeping, then how can the trash be changed? He said that we have to take out the trash ourselves. Like what? If I wanted to do a bunch of house work I would’ve just stayed at home. I advise anyone to go to a Hampton or somewhere else because this place is more like a HomeAway. NOT a hotel & staff is not friendly.

Very nice and clean and comfortable. The price was very good. It's not one of those places where you pay for what you get. You get alot more. It's like a real kitchen without the oven.

Excellent place! The rooms are very nice and extremely clean. The drawback is the mattresses were a tad uncomfortable, but as I was leaving, they we're unloading a tractor trailer of new ones. Will definitely stay here again!

We have regularly stayed at The Ledgestone for a couple of years now and I have been remiss in not leaving a review before this. It is a great establishment, modern, clean and with large rooms and spotless facilities. It has a small but well equipped gym and a large, clean laundry area. The staff are friendly and super helpful too!

Awesome place. I don't typically award five stars but this place earned it. Super clean, comfortable, cheaper than others I've stayed at, kitchenette with pretty big fridge was awesome even though we didn't really use it, fitness center was sufficient for my purposes of cardio. Only con was no breakfast. Bottom line is I highly recommend this place.

I am really pleased with my choice to stay at ledgestone. The hotel is very clean, spacious, and the room we stated in was excellent, not to mention extremely affordable. The beds were comfy, sheets were very clean and incredibly soft! The decor of the hotel is really well done, and clean enough that I didn't mind letting my son crawl around and explore the room. In addition, all the staff were very nice and accommodating. The only thing that could get 4 stars would maybe be the coffee, as it was a bit weak, but that's not a good reason to not stay at a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and will gladly be back when I'm in Billings next.

Overall, it was a very nice hotel. We booked by phone and was quoted a price of $91 including tax. At check-in, we were told the rate was $107 for the night. We were able to resolve it the next day by contacting the manager, and she was very helpful. The confusion is my only complaint for the hotel. The rooms were in nice shape including a full kitchen with large appliances. It was clean and quiet, with convenient location just off I-90. Just keep in mind that they don't serve breakfast or have staff at the front desk from midnight-6 AM. But in total it was definitely worth the money for the night.

This place was a great find! Fully equipped suite rooms, free laundry facilities, buttery soft sheets on the beds. I had a couple issues maintenance was quick to fix, all the staff was so friendly it helped feel more like home for a long stay. Sometimes my Wi-Fi cut in and out but none of my coworkers had any issues. And absolutely great rates.

The hotel is great. I love the kitchen. It's in a nice location. The rooms were clean. The only downside was the bed wasn't super comfortable, at least not when sharing with another person. The bathroom door didn't provide the type of privacy I prefer when traveling with the family, but it was fine. I was impressed with the hotel staff taking care of a mixup with our reservation. They accommodated wonderfully and made our stay stress free!

No frills, clean, modern extend stay hotel. More than expected for the price. The only negative for me was that your room is only cleaned once a week. No king sized beds available.

Plane was late arriving in Billings so took advantage and stayed the night the rooms are very nice sized! Large bathroom, nice kitchen area as well as a nice living/ bed area. Clean room and overall a pretty quiet place. Well priced, actually a nice value for the room. Will stay again when we runaway to the big city!

I really enjoyed it here! Only thing they need to change to earn 5 stars is they need to hire a night auditor to keep the guard company and check in late arrivals. Also, the addition of breakfast in the morning and a public area like a pool… Everything else was fantastic though. Great staff, clean rooms, etc.

I've never been in a hotel room that was so spacious. There was more than enough room for me, my wife, and kids. There was also a kitchenette in the room with all plates, utensils, and appliances, which made our stay feel more like home. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The icing on the cake is that the laundry machines are free to use.

Comfortable bed, good service, nice availability and they accommodated the fact that I am a light sleeper.

This place is fantastic. Big spacious rooms. Modern kitchen appliances and great water pressure in the showers. Also complimentary laundry! The GM is named Jennifer and she is super nice (and pretty) and she went above and beyond when I had some flight issues. They appreciate your business here and I strongly recommend this hotel.

Not a very nice hotel and the staff was not very friendly. Twice during the night someone parked outside our room and left their lights on for more than an hour. The office won't or can't do anything about it. The parking lot seemed to be a central location for the locals to come and sit in their cars and hang out together. There's a Popeye's chicken next door but just walking to it was like taking our lives into our hands because of speeding cars in the parking lot. The room itself was okay but the staff stalks the hallways and questions people, maybe because of the busy parking lot. I thought it was creepy. I certainly didn't feel safe and would never stay there again. It was also the most expensive hotel of our entire trip ($140).

We had a problem with one of our rooms and the staff switched us imedately. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Management and staff are very professional. Rooms are also very nice.

Great place, clean, quiet and lots of room in the shower. I stayed for 2 weeks The rates are the best around for what you get. Free laundry and with full kitchen you can't go wrong.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Upon arrival, we were immediately accommodated with a larger room than we requested because the smaller rooms weren't ready yet. This was one of the cleanest hotels/motels I've ever stayed in. Carpets and beds/sheets were very clean and made you feel comfortable being in the space. It was quiet, plenty of hot water in the shower, and the complementary laundry room was a big saver for us. I would go directly to this hotel if I were ever in Billings again.

I stayed there for one night. Definitely affordable for the quality of the hotel. The ledgestone is a very good hotel. Security at night. Kitchenettes for a enduring stay. It is a good place to check into. I would stay there again. morning staff are definitely more pleasant though.

I can't say enough about this hotel. They offer every possible convenience, most free of charge. They have a coffee station with fresh coffee, tea and creamers available 24/7. An immaculate and FREE laundry room, complete with all new machines and a TV to pass the time, Free Wi-Fi in the rooms, a good sized Vizio flat screen TV, plenty of electrical outlets to charge electronics, A window that actually OPENS to let in fresh air, extremely comfortable beds with a down comforter wrapped top and bottom with sheets, and an amazing amount of well thought through storage. There's a fully equipped kitchen, with a full sized refrigerator, two burner cook top and microwave, The Staff are all extremely helpful, professional and friendly. I walked by a recently vacated room and saw the cleaning staff washing every part of the cabinets, including the tops, as part of their regular cleaning routine. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. Our room is on the first floor and I never, not ever, hear doors closing in the hallways or people overhead. As a reference, we just left a 3 month stay at an impeccable Four Points Sheraton and can attest to the fact that this hotel is equally as comfortable and our stay as enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here.
