One of the best you can stay at.
Clean quiet rooms. We had a king suite (last room left) bed clean mattress firm and so comfortable.
More than enough towels.
I would stay there each time I am in that town.
I give them 10 stars.

MOTORHOMEDOCTOR. ORG Stayed in the Beautiful Hotel and had Superb Customer Service from the front Desk, Large Comfortable Suites, I Slept Great on the King Size Bed, Nice TV and Entertainment Center, Great Views of the Sunrise in Beautiful Billings Montana.

Loved the room big and spacious. Everyone was polite and attentive.

Customer service was very nice Rooms were very clean and Family Friendly.

Frontdesk agent was extremely pleasant when I checked in. The property was very tidy and my room was very clean. Very nice place to stay.

It was clean and very comfortable.

All over social media they have bed bugs and don't care then try to pass off their responsibility on their clientele.

The entire staff was amazing and helpful! I will be staying there every time I’m in Billings! I accidentally left my smart watch and I called and they have it. Great honest people!

Nice new hotel! Good looking lobby with lots of room and fireplace. Located near I90 very convenient. Check in is 3pm and we arrived at 3:15 but the room wasn’t ready. The staff was grumpy and borderline rude. Even the lady serving breakfast was cranky. We got to our room which was very nice but it looked like they didn’t vacuum the floors. The pool is good and the breakfast was very good. Next time I’ll stay somewhere else.

The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, but that is where my compliments end. The faucet in the bathtub Litterally SHOT OFF the wall and pounded into my husband's foot when he turned the shower on. When I called the front desk to let them know, they said a note would be made for maintenance. No apology. No offer to switch rooms. No partial refund. Nothing. The hospitality is extremely lacking at this hotel. I will certainly not be staying here on our next trip through.

My family and I was very comfortable staying here during a family vacation. Everything was nice and comfortable, I felt the staff was very helpful and customer service was great. Breakfast had many options to choose from. We had to leave at 4am and the staff was amazing to put together quick snack breakfast to get us on the road. I very strongly this Inn.

Terrible stayed for one night. I asked for soap they said that they didn't have the key and breakfast was cold service was rude. Will not stay AGAIN.

Best Comfort Suites. We often avoid these. Large rooms. CLEAN rooms and awesome service. Thank you!

Have to give a star to be able to post or would not give any! My husband and I had such a humiliating stay and the Owner was the rudest woman I have ever met! We stayed 3 nights which all 3 morning housekeeping walked into our room not giving enough time to answer after knocking, and came 3 separate times each day. However my husband was walking from the bathroom which, I might add right by the door, on the 3rd morning nude to get clothes to answer the door, and they opened door right after knocking with no wait time! Talked to manager/owner and she stated but did you have do not disturb sign out and it is not our fault. My husband came back and told me what she said and I went out to discuss the matter with her and she accused us of just trying to get a free night stay and she stated we had to be off premises by noon and had the right to refuse service to anyone since she owned the property. Also, found out and a nearby restaurant she is NOT the OWNER just a MANAGER! Rooms are nice, however not worth being humiliated! Well our money spends at other places! I Highly recommend the Best Western across the street extremely nice hotel amazing family swimming pool and made for families might cost a little more but so worth the extra money!

This was our first time staying at this property and I will never stay there again. The manager is nothing put rude. She will not even check her videos to see if she may possible be wrong. I have been charged for a dog being in my room. I have no dog. The room next to ours was my son's family and they had no dog either. I've called twice and today she informed that she would not refund the charge and she had not had time to check the video. Looks like the manger is good at running customer off.

My husband and I enjoyed this accommodation very much. We slept well and had plenty of room in the two bed suite. Very reasonable price for our stay! The free hot breakfast was a bonus! Not to mention the great pool, hot tub and exercise room. They have plenty of free parking here and there's a family restaurant right next door! 5 stars in my book.

Girl at the front desk was right in the middle of checking me in and said she had to leave to take cookies out of the oven, she never came back. About 13 minutes later a guy came out, mouth full of food, and asked if I could be helped. I told him what had happened and he was apologetic for the other staff member. Nice, quiet rooms however the shower was poorly designed; bathroom floor had an inch of water after taking a shower. Also had to physically get in the shower to be able to turn the water on… which in turn sprayed me with extremely cold water.

Awesome place in good location. We stay here all the time when visiting. Always clean, very friendly and accommodating staff.

Highly recommended! The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. The person working the breakfast area went above and beyond her job duties to make sure we had everything we needed. When she heard we had a long drive ahead of us she she even gave us Grab and Go bags to take with us which were an awesome healthy snack for the kids when they got hungry on the trip! The rooms were very clean and the pool was the perfect temperature. All of this for a very reasonable price. We will definitely be coming back to stay at this hotel.

I go there for the morning breakfast, the rooms are luxurious, beds are super comfortable and the bathrooms are amazing! I don't stay anywhere else in Billings.

Great staff and suites! I usually stay at the Hilton in billings but I was not let down one bit staying here!

Great rooms, great staff, clean everything! Early check in, and close to the highway and many restaraunts within walking distance!

Found ants all over the floor, crawling on the couch, going to the fridge, and going under the door to the next room. I immediately went to the front desk. I asked to speak to the manager, she informed me that no manager was onsite and that I would have to come back at 9am. I asked for a refund, she stated that she was not trained or authorized to give a refund, I would have to see the manager. At 9:30am I was ready to go after a sleepless night; I asked the front desk to speak to the manager. She informed us that the manager was not onsite. I asked if she could please call the manger. I spoke with "Alex Brown" who said I should have asked for a refund and went to another hotel last night. I informed him that your staff told me they were not authorized to give a refund and I would have to speak to you this am. Mr. Brown stated he was not coming in and began to raise his voice and argue. I asked again if he was coming onsite to resolve this issue. Mr. Brown then began to yell on the phone that "he knew what I was trying to do. That he could have the police on site in 5 min and have me escorted off the premises and that would be embarrassing for me. " I asked what the hotel policy was regarding this. Mr. Brown stated it didn't matter because he could change the hotel policy that day. After I ended the call the front desk staff told me they were never trained to do refunds, never told where policies were, and never given a process to address any hotel issues. Worst Hotel.

ANT FARM! HORRIBLE BREAKFAST! $120 to stay amongst the ants. Ants in the bathroom. Ants in the pull out bed, Ants in king bed, like I said a fricken ant farm! BREAKFAST was a joke, sausage gravy was more of a paste then gravy, eggs were slimy and had enough water in them to be a soup, potatoes were cold and soggy, sausage links were warm but looked like they hadn't been microwaved but a few seconds to unthaw them. When I spoke to the front desk, they didn't care or even act like the ants were a problem.

It's 3:00 am and I still can't get any rest. Why have walls if you can hear everything that is going on in the corridor, rooms, TVs or others conversation?! Making it worse is a powerful flood light that illuminates the outside building shining at my window!

I'm impressed. I travel frequently and generally use the Choice Hotel chain, but this one is a step above what I've come to expect. Very nice facility.

The place was amazing. The hospitality was truly inspiring the place was kept tidy and neat. And I would recommended this hotel for everybody.

I loved everything about this hotel! The rooms were amazing. So clean and comfortable. I loved that there were so many places to plug in including USB ports. The seating area was great and the shower was amazing. The pool was clean and the perfect temperature. The breakfast area was super clean and well tended. Lots of choice and the food tasted great. The hotel staff was incredible. I've stayed at several hotels in Billings but now I will only stay here!

Very nice clean comfortable room I had a king size bed with a nice big walk-in shower had lots of room to spread out at a little sectional sofa very nice very comfortable I slept like the Dead.

A GREAT newer hotel that was a nice find. The place still had a new smell, with nice clean rooms and bedding that we didn't have to wonder about. Also an above average continental breakfast with lots of options. Will stay here again when in the area!

Only stayed one night before an early flight out. The room was very clean, modern & comfortable. I would definitely stay again if I were in the area. About 10 minutes to the airport. Only downside would be fast food is the only thing within walking distance.

I accidently left my "investment" pillow in my room and was already 100 miles down the road. Megan at the front desk was eager to assist in retrieving it and holding until I returned in a week. Thank you so very much. That is excellent customer service.

This hotel is very nice as it seems to be brand new. Great free breakfast. The night we stayed we had the pool all to ourselves. The pool was heated to the point you could get right in — no need to take 10 minutes to "get used to it".

I was really impressed by how nice this hotel was. The pool and hot tub were new and nice, the breakfast had a lot of variety, and the coffee and tea options were great. My hotel room was clean and the bed was wonderful. It was also very well priced for the great stay we got.

Amazing suites, extremely comfortable and clean rooms. Nice bathrooms along with fridge and microwave. A lot of outlets! So many hotels have such few plug-ins but this place has more than enough for multiple electronics. Also surprisingly cheap for all that is offered along with the quality of the rooms.

Excellent hotel at an affordable rate! The staff was warm, friendly and helpful. The facility is new and clean with many amenities, including spacious rooms and COMFORTABLE beds! We also found many options for breakfast and definitely will be back!

Check in was fast because the front desk clerk had our room keys ready for us. Went to the room and it was very impressive. There is elegant comfortable linens and furniture. Also being an elite member we got free snacks. Only problem was there was a mistake with our credit card where we got wrongly charged when our room was already paid for. Highly recommend though such a gorgeous hotel at a convenient location.

We weren't planning on stopping in Billings. But kids were hungry, cranky and exhausted. It's hard finding somewhere to accommodate a family of 6 at an affordable rate. Comfort Suites in Billings did just that! Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff was very polite! And even though we checked in late, because it didn't close until 11, we got to enjoy the pool. With the Continental breakfast and check out of noon we were able to continue on our cross country trip well rested and a full stomach. I'm driving across country one more time in a few months and this is definitely going to be one of the few stopping points made. Thank you for the help Comfort Suites!
