Have ALWAYS stayed at this hotel and planned on staying July 2 while passing thru Billings, unfortunately we didn't make it as far as we had hoped and therefore I called to cancel the reservation at the hotel directly who said I couldn't cancel thru them, but had to call bookings. Com. I did so immediately and put in an online cancellation request which is approved or not by the hotel. This was July 2. I hadn't heard anything from either the hotel or bookings but thought maybe due to holiday weekend so waited until today to call. Then I was told the GM of hotel would not approve my cancellation request and I would be charged the full amount of $200! The hotel claims they were not able to resell the room, although, and I quote a person at hotel "when the town was starving for rooms". I asked for proof of non-rebooked room and of course then I was accused of arguing and the contact person was very rude, when prior conversations were fine. I've since spoken with booking. Com and the hotel multiple times each with no resolution. In fact, I'm on hold right now with booking. Com again. I did tell hotel I would dispute charges with my bank. Booking. Com claims they contacted hotel in real time from my initial cancellation request but hotel denies this. We will NEVER stay here or any other Best Western affiliated hotel.

Comfortable beds, excellent pool and water slides for kids, cookies are amazing, my dogs loved the dog treats they gave them. Highly recommend this place great friendly staff too!

Very beautiful decor, feel like a cabin, but the luxury of a 5 star hotel. Children friendly pool with slide. Will definitely stay again and tell friends.

Thier pool policy is ridiculous! Adults can’t just sit in there and visit and watch them play without a wrist band! This is their own specific policy!

The pool is so Child friendly. My kids really enjoyed it and I didn’t have to worry much about my 6 an 5 year old as it’s only 3 1/2 deep only. The staff are all friendly.
We got here an hour early and she was willing to accommodate us right away and give us our room. Considering we were already tired driving in the snow we wanted to relax instead of wait one more hour. Thank you. The guy also that re set up our TV as wasn’t working. And the manager who provided me a phone charger as I left mine at home. Awesome service! This hotel and staff just met all my little needs. Clean and spacious room. We had a well rested evening. Not forget the breakfast so good. Specially the breakfast burrito. Thank you again. We will be back.

Clean, western style and extremely comfortable beds and pillows. There is a mini water park for the kids and a hot tub for the adults where you can sit and watch them play. Breakfast was kinda small but hot and fresh, real butter for your toast and waffles. Biscuits and gravy, eggs, sausage and hard-boiled eggs were available. The juices tasted good unlike other hotels. Great stay!

Very nice property & accommodations. Staff is accommodating and efficient. Rooms are very comfortable and provide all the necessities. The pool is open late & early to accommodate all schedules & it so fun for the kids! Breakfast is excellent! Have stayed may times and will continue to stay here when in the Billings area.

The stay was very comfortable. Every morning we woke up and had more than enough time to get breakfast. The kids loved making their own waffles. And we enjoyed our time between our destinations by using the pool area. The pool was perfect and my son spent a lot of time in the pool. There are a couple of slides that he enjoyed, buckets that drop a lot of water, and a pool basketball hoop. I felt safe with him in the pool since most of the pool is 3 1/2 ft. Our week in Billings would not have been the same if we stayed elsewhere.

Great continental breakfast, very nice staff. Had a problem with the laundry soap machine, and it was fixed immediately. Good rooms too. The room went were originally assigned had a new carpet smell but we were able to move easily with no questions asked. Water park was well kept and overall it was a good stay.

This property was spotless, and well cared for, the beds were comfortable. The breakfast had lots of choices, hot and cold. The rooms were large. Families using the pool enjoyed it. The front desk staff and every hotel employee we met was friendly and helpful. They helped us with directions and recommendations for restaurants. It was a pleasant surprise to find this gem.

Fantastic hotel for kids. The pool is like a small water park with multiple small water slides and it's fairly shallow so great for even 2yr olds. From the regular rooms to the suites the quality is there. With even small touches like little wooden bears peeking in through the windows. My kids ask to stay here anytime we're traveling in MT. Couldn't recommend more.

The Best Western Plus in Billings proved to be a delightful experience. The hotel was easy to get to, had plenty of space in the room and had a delightful staff. The hot breakfast was the best we had on our entire trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay! Wonderful, personable helpful staff in all departments. Artistic bear motif throughout the property that enhances the restful, relaxing atmosphere. As a returning guest we are remembered — especially by Iris on the front desk. Quality accommodations with some rooms having both interior and exterior entrances. Nice bulky towels. Comfortable beds and fluffy full pillows. Our king bed room also has a nice sofa and coffee table plus a good microwave and frig with a freezer compartment. Excellent lighting with 4 table lamps plus overhead lighting. Direct TV with plenty of channel options. Easy to access high-speed internet. Delicious hot breakfast with a nice dining area. A good pool with the extra.

This Best Western Plus is your cabin like feel with all the luxury you are looking for. Rooms were quiet and comfortable. Large pool for the kids as well as adults. Front desk folks are very nice. I love that they offer shuttle to airport and a great eatery across the street. I've stayed here many times and they are all great.

Very nice and clean. The log decor is great. When you walk into the lobby you get the feeling you are walking into a wilderness lodge. The pool area is great. Kids can play in the pool for hours.

The room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Good location with numerous dining options within walking distance. The area around the hotel was safe and secure so when walking the dog, I did not feel uncomfortable. The grounds were clean and well kept. Loved the freshly baked cookies!

Very nice and clean. The water park was a plus for our kids. We stayed in a room with 2 queens and had a roll away bed. It was very spacious and we did not feel cramped at all. The hotel was super packed but it was still VERY quiet. Will definitely stay again.

Its close to the interstate which is nice. The front desk clerk was very nice and attentive. The room was clean and neat. Very quiet witch I enjoyed. However the checkout was 11am and the maids started cleaning rooms around us at 10am I didn't like that at all. Overall a good place for a overnight stay.

This is a good family hotel that has a kid pool that is 3 and half foot deep pool with a climbing toy and flooting plate froms. It has free breakfast in the morning form 6:00 to 10:00. There is a good breakfast area and a nice entrance area to sit down. It has three floors with some sweets. The first floor rooms have doors going into the parking lot.

NIce hotel — if you are on the lower level be aware you will probably hear people above you… maybe the ceilings need more insulation? We had a jacuzzi tub room and it was great except all but one of the jets were quite weak. The breakfast was great with lots of options. The pool looks amazing but had tons of kids in it so we didn't use it.

I won't stay at any other hotel. Holly at the Billings Best Western Kelly inn and suites is a delightful young lady. She truly cares about the people that stay there. She got to know us from all our daughters medical visits to Billings in the last 4 years. Love her.

This Best Western looks great on the outside, and looks nice in the lobby too. The people are even nice, the first time you arrive. After that, they do not feel the need to provide customer service, nor a clean room, or even a room with a functioning door. I stayed at this hotel on my annual trip in Autumn of 2016 and was mildly impressed with the customer service and the appearance. A few months ago I stayed again and found myself killing a few bugs while in the bathroom so I let the hotel know when I received a survey. I should have recognized the bugs as a sign. The following week on my return trip I stayed again only to find the sheets were covered in pubic hairs. Way to go Cleaning Crew! I was moved to another room, but the outer door did not work. (This room was equipped with interior doors to the hallway and outer doors directly to parking. ) When I addressed the inoperable door issue with the young lady at the front desk, she insisted that I left via the interior door and bolted the outer door, which I did not do. She insisted three times (yes three) that I must have engaged the bolt on the door and that I used the interior door. I know I didn't but what was the point in arguing with a know-it-all… If I wanted that type of argument I would have called my ex-wife. I gave up on trying to reason with front desk "lady". Needless to say when I walked via the hallways and entered my room the, the bolt was not engaged. Instead the door was inoperable.

We have always had great service and friendly staff while staying here! The pool is clean and very kid friendly! We have a 11, 8 and 5 yr old and they loved every minute of being in the pool! Service was great and everyone was friendly and helpful!

Good service and we'll kept older holder that has been recently Renovated. Rooms are clean and staff very helpful. Convenient location near shopping.

Best pool area I've seen at a hotel unless you're in Vegas. Every single worker was nice and friendly. They help pull up road reports for mountain passes. The breakfast was good. Their coffee was good. Plenty of parking and you can walk to food & drinks. Highly recommend and would definitely come back if I ever go to Billings again.

Always a pleasure to stay here! Friendly staff, great rooms. They are pet friendly which is a must for us. The pet friendly rooms are always clean from top to bottom unlike other places. When we are in Billings, this is our go-to place to stay.

I had such a great stay! I have three dogs and they don’t charge a pet fee! Hard wood floors was great and having an inside and outside entrance to the room really helped! My stay was great and anybody who passes through billings should consider this hotel!

Beautifully decorated Motel. Staff are super nice and know the area. Rooms are the cleanest I have ever been in. The staff obviously takes pride in their work. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice hotel. Breakfast lady was very helpful and sweet. Guy at front desk was funny and recommended a couple different steak places for us. Breakfast Lady made great coffee. Pool was fun. Perfect location for our trip to Idaho and back. Fast food, gas, restaurant and bar all within walking distance. Even the cashier at the gas station next door was super friendly. Everyone here in Billings MT seemed to drink a huge cup of nice for breakfast!

I normally love this hotel, but a very below average visit this time. We asked for a room close to the pool, which it was, however the room had hardwood floors which I found extremely odd for a hotel. To me, your opening yourself up to a lawsuit if someone were to slip and fall. This room also had a door opening up to the outside, and while that's convient, it is pretty dang noisy. The nail in the coffin on this visit for me was the fact that housekeeping starting knocking on our door at 9 am to see if we were gone, when check out isn't untill 9. As always tho, your pool and hot tub and the area were wonderful, I'm pretty sure my daughter would sleep in there if you'd allow it.

Very accommodating! The pool is open an extra hour so our kids can get their exercise if we arrive late. Breakfast is available an extra hour in case we want to sleep late. Check-out is an hour later so I can work before we leave the room. Everything we need for a family road trip. Great place and friendly staff with clean, neat, and up-to-date facilities.

Awesome place to stay if you have kids or are staying for vacation. The pool rivals a miniature waterpark and there are multiple themed suites — real fun stuff. However, if you travel for business you might consider staying at another Best Western.

Love the decor. Very clean establishment, inside and out. Mostly friendly staff. Excellent pool for kids. Nice hot tub. They even supply towels in the pool area. Like most hotels they need more outlets in the rooms. In such a wireless world we need more outlets. The one thing I have to say, is that, I've never ran across a more rude and inconsiderate bunch of guests, than I have here, but that's not on the hotel, they were great. Will definitely be back. Love this hotel. The staff is so friendly, helpful and genuine. The first thing I noticed was that even the cleaning staff take the time to great you and make you feel welcome. Beds are comfy, rooms are spacious and clean. The carved wood bears are fun.

Perfect all-around! The beds are so comfortable that I had the best sleep I've had in a long time. Room super clean & comfortable. Wide variety of breakfast, best coffee I've ever had here, was super impressed by the pool but didn't swim there. Staff friendly. Highly recommend!

I can't find a single thing to complain about! The staff was excellent! The pool is amazing and actually heated! You can get food delivered from basically anywhere in town. Super easy to get to. Family of 5, we loved it!

This is a great pet-friendly place. There is a nice paved walk area behind the hotel and plenty of well — kept lawn areas. There is a good restaurant next door. The 1st floor room we occupied had nice laminate flooring. Roomy and quiet. Good breakfast options. We will definitely stay there again!

We stayed her twice, both times while in Billings and we have always had an enjoyable time. My son loves the pool! Found out he even loves the slides! Daddy and Son swam while Pregnant Momma got to relax. And during breakfast, the wonderful staff helped me carry our breakfast up to our room. Both times! Same wonderful woman. She's a doll.

The room smelled like someone had just thrown up. They moved us down the hall and luckily that room smelled fine and they also called up to make sure it was ok. I just saw someone else experienced the same smell issue. I'm wondering if you have a sick or pregnant housekeeper? I thought maybe it was just me but my son also said it smelled like vomit and now I see the other comment. We stayed a few days ago. I still loved the hotel and would say the pool is a great draw for families. We swam for at least two hours. I like the decor and will stay here again. Staff was friendly however I was waiting to be helped at the front desk in line and a call came in. Instead of placing the call on hold and helping me first (I'd been waiting longer than that person right? ) they took the phone call and shrugged shoulders at me and I had to wait while they helped the person on the phone. I like how the breakfast goes late (til 10) and there is also a late check out (noon). I will be back again. My kids really liked it.

We've stayed at this location a few times before. Staff are very pleasant. Location off of the interstate makes it very convenient. There are major restaurants in and around the hotel. The big draw is the pool area. It's designed for kids and has many activities for them to enjoy while mom and dad soak in the whirlpool. Rooms are excellent and meet a variety of needs. Pricing is decent, however rates go up fast especially on weekends or when groups stay at the hotel. Warm cookies are available in the evening. Coffee is available in the lobby and single servers in the room. Breakfast is decent and is pretty standard fare for a Best Western Plus. Overall, its a great break when traveling long distances. Will stay again.

Our experience this trip through Billings was truly disappointing. Rooms wreaked of vomit and they knew it when they put us in that room. They move us one door over and the same vomit smell was unbearable. As soon as we switched rooms, 10 minutes later they tried to put another family in that same vomit stench filled room. There were other rooms available and they still put us, and others in these rooms. We spent the majority of our evening changing rooms while our family met for a reunion. The most disappointing part is they knew these rooms were unfit to stay in and twice they put us in them. We missed a large part of our family reunion and the staff was less than caring.

Pet friendly, did not charge us for our dogs and they got dog biscuits when we checked in! We got fresh cookies out of the oven. Super awesome pool play land, with water slide! Easy to find by the interstate. Free hot breakfast, waffles, eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy. Will definitely stay there again.
