This place is awesome! We had our motorcycle rally here 4 years ago and we are back, again! Billings Hotel and Convention Center totally rock! They have gone above and beyond! I would totally recommend them for ALL events in the area! @@visitbillings is a great place in o start!

Great place to stay, very clean and safe.

The owner and loser newbs think they are better than everyone else and have been harassing /discriminating towards me telling me I have to leave. But will sit there quiet while I spend my money at the casino and cashier n then tell you to leave. I’m not loitering so take it up with my lawyer. Yeah.

Pool and hot tub were fantastic.

Spent almost $400 to stay here so my family could enjoy the pool and can’t use it. Never will I stay here again.

I have stayed at this hotel for the past 10 years. I have always been treated well and enjoyed my stay. Unfortunately during my last stay I was treated very poor when the following day I had confronted them very kindly why I had been charged 700$ I had been charged 2 times for the room. That caused me to have issues with my bank account until it was returned within 3 to 5 days. I had also been charged 100$ for smoking in my room. When this did NOT happen. When trying to reach management I was unable and still have been unable. When I missed his one phone call I felt that he was very rude and had a nasty tone saying 5 people smelt it. We had a corner room on the bottom floor right next to the smoking bucket. I am absolutely disgusted on how I was treated when kindly bringing up my concerns. The attitude, tone of voice, smart comments and not being able to reach management was not okay.

They front desk is vary rude we booked a month in advance and was put on the second floor couldn’t find an elevator to help with caring luggage. When we got the room they where just painted and smelled. Also where changing out the doors locks when we got there and said it would take a couple hours. So went done and asked for a new room the and they where rude about and said I wanted a refund then. So they put me in a new room. It’s vary noisy and dingy…. I wouldn’t recommend his place it may have a water slide but it not worth it….

Stayed here for a while. Awful wouldn't recommend! key constantly deactivates, went 3 days with no room service or being cleaned. Save your money go somewhere else!

We had a birthday party there, was super fun but way over crowded considering the $295 I paid to rent a party room for 3 hrs. Several other birthdays were also going on and the stuff that was supposed to be included w the party room rental wasn't in there. I had to go to front desk twice for plates, plasticware, napkins, and had no cake cutter. Kids had fun even tho it was way overcrowded.

Really nice people. I've been here about 2 weeks and everyone has been really polite and friendly. Housekeeping had been so nice and considerate. They make you feel welcome. Sierra at the front desk has been the best. Extremely nice and considerate. She even took the time to listen to my truck repair horror story. Its nice when you walk in and the person behind the counter uses your name without checking the room number. Even though I was rarely at the front desk… wait does that just mean I've been here too long? lol. Nah. They are just really good people.

By far one of the most comfortable hotel beds in Billings! Quiet, totally spotless rooms, clean and fresh smelling. I don’t think we will stay anywhere else next time we are in town. BHCC is wonderful!

We had a horrible experience with your hotel and I tried to resolve it with the GM and he was so rude and not understanding at all. Our toilets kept plugging and overflowing with just peeing. He blamed us on it and said he has had no issues with it. I have never been to a hotel that had such horrible service. We were at the billings horse sale and we came from Minnesota and we didnt want to stay in our trailer because we dont have a toilet or shower in our trailer which was the main reason we got a room. I can't believe how NOT understanding he was and is was NOT something that should've kept happening. What a waste of money to stay there.

We came for my granddaughter’s wedding, and arrived earlier than expected. They were happy to let us check in early-we totally enjoyed our stay. Can’t say enough good things about it.

Its a beautiful hotel with great staff!

BHCC is the perfect place to have a wedding! It has everything you would ever need and Sara Hillner is an amazing person to work with! She worked so closely with us to truly make it perfect! She worked with us for pricing, food, setup, room availability, decoration help, and so much more behind the scene events! Even with having so many events during the weekend of our wedding, the staff cleaned up and set up with perfect timing and we didn't have to stress about it. The Hotel also catered our food and it was amazing! They allowed us to taste test without a fee and the food was so moist and warm! It was delicious! We got a lot of compliments from our guests about the food! The chef even came up to me that evening and asked if everything was okay. I thought that was extremely thoughtful and really made this place stand out! The only small compliant I have is that our room where the bridesmaids got ready had a small leak in the ceiling, but nothing we couldn't handle and our suite's hot water in the hot tub didn't work so we didn't get to use that. Overall, I would recommend for wedding, food, and sleeping accommodations! Thanks for being the best wedding venue!

I got married here and the entire experience was amazing! From planning to our big day! I would highly suggest! ♥️ The staff was phenomenal throughout everything. We had the majority of family travel from out of town and they loved the rooms. The food at our reception was amazing and we got a lot of compliments on it. Lastly, our honeymoon suite was perfect!

While traveling for work, I had the pleasure of staying at the Billings Hotel & Convention Center. The location of this place is ideal. Right off the freeway with plenty of eating and shopping options near by, but the place is so big that it is still very quiet and peaceful. The hotel offers an indoor pool with a couple of slides, a quaint cafe, a fitness room and even a small casino room with slot machines. The massive lobby is also just a great place to hangout. The rooms are clean and spacious. The next time I am back in town, I will absolutely be back at the Billings Hotel & Convention Center.

Our stay was really awesome! We got coffee and ate dinner downstairs. There’s a Casino and many, many conference rooms. For people with kids, there’s two water slides in the pool area, an open ground area in the center of the hotel, and a workout room to work out some stress. We had two ajoined rooms on the second floor, which were clean and quiet. I have to give this place 5 big ones! #BillingsHotel&ConventionCenterBillings.

Here for a week housekeeping forgot us twice. But the rest of the staff are great and the restaurant waitresses are extremely hard working. They have a beautiful courtyard but not easy to get out to.

Our stay at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center started with a very fast check in from their lodge-styled, cozy yet spacious lobby with a huge fireplace. It’s right off the highway, and it didn’t take long to get there from downtown Billings, MT. We were greeted by a very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous staff member. Parking in their lot was simple and very accessible to the door closest to our room. The rooms are spacious, renovated, and very clean. The bathroom and linens were very clean, too. We were able to deliver some food directly to our door, which was beyond convenient after a long day of driving. We were also able to get a complimentary late check out. 10/10 would stay here again!

Thank you for a wonderful experience as always. You have always been very welcoming and I was excited to be able to stay in one of the renovated rooms. The decor is beautiful and the beds slept well. The pool area looks great and was warm on a cold evening. The construction on the elevator was going well! You are always my home away from home. Staff is friendly and always informative no matter what hour I talk with them.

This is now a Red Lion. It is filthy (food containers with old food behind the curtains), bugs in the bed in 2 rooms. It is absolutely gross. Go to a different hotel. They obviously don't care and they charge plenty for filth and bugs. Check Trip Advisor or Yelp for other hotel selections AND read the reviews. Save yourself some time. I would have given a zero star rating but this site won't do that.

Quick and efficient check-in by a friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, comfortable room with a soft bed and a great, clean bathroom. Very convenient location right off the freeway, a welcome easy stop after a long day of driving. A very pleasant, relaxing one-night stay.

I’m in a touring band and we passed through Billings and stayed at the Billings Hotel for 4 nights. It was incredible! Water slides, spacious rooms, and a hotel bar with long hours and reasonably priced drinks made for an exceptional experience. There seemed to be some remodeling going on, but it never interfered with our sleep or comfort. The staff was kind and courteous, and quick to accommodate. Looking forward to our next stay in Billings thanks to this place!

I had a great stay at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center! Our suite was very clean. Kitchenette equipped with a microwave and fridge. Strong water pressure in the shower and comfortable beds. Very nice back patio to relax on was a bonus! The hotel has many extra amenities including a pool with water slides, an exercise room, a bar and restaurant, casino and meeting rooms, all in working order. 10 minute drive to downtown Billings. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for four great days in the middle of a month long tour. It was like home away from home. Our room was huge and had a separate pull out couch area. The beds and couch and furniture were super comfy and premium quality. Our suite had a kitchenette with microwave and a sink and a fridge which allowed us to make food with ease. The shower was huge and the water pressure was perfect. Speaking of water, the best part of this hotel is the workout and pool area. The workout area is small but has everything you need to break a sweat. The indoor pool is HUGE and has TWO awesome waterslides and a hottub. Connected is an outdoor patio relaxation commons area which connects the hotel rooms around it. I mean, what more could you want. Also, there’s a bar/casino open until 2am.

Not a bad hotel at all, would give it a 5 stars but a couple things went wrong. One, the staff charged me for five nights when I was scheduled for two nights. The staff had gotten me mixed up with someone with the same last name. Lastly, the coffee pot within the room isn't well maintained. Other than that, this is a pretty swell hotel, not too expensive and its about 2-3 miles away from all the major attractions. It is also imperative to note that the hotel is extremely cozy, again I would totally give this place a 5 star for sure. Perhaps the staff members were just exhausted that day.

Really great little hotel in Billings! After a full of driving and a unfortunate show cancelation, having a comfortable place is key! And that's what we found with here! Very comfortable bed! The room had a refrigerator and a great shower! The staff is very kind and knowledgable as well! Plus there's a fountain outside. The ambiance was great!

The rooms were clean. The staff is willing to go the extra mile to ensure your stay is comfortable. The convention staff was spot on when it came to any technical issues.

Do not stay here. Holy dirty! The rooms were dirty, I had to clean our room when we got there. The hot tub and pool were very dirty. Overall — cheap hotel & not worth the price. They have water slides though & that is the only good part about the hotel. Warning, there is no control in the pool & kids are reckless.

Seems like they are trying to update the place. Not bad already, just a little run down in places. Large pool. Love the courtyard. Wish there was more to do outside there.

This hotel has very spacious rooms and the staff is very friendly and courteous. There is a pool with slides, an excercise room and laundry room. Order from Guys Pie, you won’t be disappointed.

We checked in 5/17/18, got to the room, relaxed a bit we were leaving grabbed the door handle and it came off in my hand, called front desk with room phone after 3 try’s with no answer. On my cell phone called reservations and told them what happened no apology only said they were sending engineering up to the room. They upgraded us to a suite, went to look at the room before we moved everything, the door handle in that suite was barely hanging on the door. As we left hotel the front desk clerk would not look look at us. My advice if you choose to stay in this motel check your door handles it could be deadly consequences if you don’t.

Large facility. Fun pool for the whole family, and order a pizza from Pie Guy's Pizzeria. You won't be disappointed!

Great waterslides. Kids loved them. NO FREE BREAKFAST for $138 a night. I didnt love that. Last time I stayed here it was Red Lion and they had breakfast and lower room rates! Live and learn.

Staff were very helpful to get you going in the direction that you needed to. Wonderful pool love swimming in it. The hotel is also very accomidating to a reasonable person. The employees always have a smile on there face even if they are going through some bad times. Wonderful customer service attitudes I would think most cashiers could learn from them, especially me being a former cashier myself. Thanks for the wonderful customer service. Definitely deserve the 5 star rating.

I’ve stayed at plenty of Raddison properties as I travel regularly for my job. The Red Lion in Billings is an absolute dump! I checked in and made 3 trips to the front desk from my room before the keys even worked. Got in my room and it was old and gross. 6” gap above the door, big enough for a cat to come in the room. The lounge chair was totally stained and gross! I walked in after finally getting in my room and promptly checked out. $114 a night for a dump. Go to hotel next door for a great room and spend $95. Raddison should Be ashamed! I’m a rewards member and dump doesn’t even come close to describing this place! Avoid at all costs.

Stayed here a few times. Nice rooms. Love the slides and the pool. Food at the restaurant is good. Only downer is no continental breakfast.

They have recently changed this place from the Red Lion. The room seemed okay and had new screens. The pool room gets real loud when the kids are in there I don't think there is any sound dampening. It is a long walk to the room from the lobby. I estimate it was about 450 feet just from the lobby to our room one way. I was a little surprised to find that they wanted to charge for a breakfast buffet. Luckily the group we stayed with had negotiated to have the buffet included with the room. I didn't think the buffet was worth the 9.95 they wanted. They also were charging for coffee. My kids did like the slide.

Room was ok that’s why I’m giving it a star. Hotel Dirty in spots. Hallway floors completely dirty. Looked like they had not been vacuumed in weeks. Pool was hazardous as when we arrived to swim one boy was nursing a cut foot from the pool and one of the girls in our party somehow split her big toenail on something sharp coming down the water slide. When we went to go to the pool bathroom the toilet was covered in poop. There were no pool towels either. I would not stay here again.

Beds were uncomfortable, room was kinda clean, workout room had a machine that worked, and walls are paper thin. People were loudly leaving at 5 in the morning and woke everyone up. I would recommend staying somewhere different that’s the same price but nicer!

Rooms were nice and big, bathroom fan did not work though. Customer service needs work seems like they do not want to help you or they roll their eyes at you. Needs to have free breakfast if you spend so much money the should comp you atleast a free breakfast. Bar was nice and the bartender was very friendly.

This place was our backup after going to the extremely seedy motel 6 across the street. The check in person was extremely nice, they had pet rooms available and they are well furnished and very clean. The free Wi-Fi was nice as well and it's very quiet.

The beds are pretty comfy in the rooms look nice. But I heard everybody to check their cards because they will charge you extra for nothing and not give it back to you. I noticed a charge on my card they told me that it was for if I ordered room service which we didn't and I still have that charge on my card a week later so I haven't got a refund or anything they just took my money because they could.

We decided to stop for the night because of bad weather and found a great deal on a jacuzzi suite. We had a quick drink at the bar and met some fun characters. When we got to the room, the jacuzzi was a lovely way to relax from a long day of driving, and the bed was very comfortable. It's a small detail, but their soaps and shampoos were great as well. Very pleased with our stay, even though it was unplanned!

Not bad, the rating would be better but by the time we were already settled in we found out the tub was horribly clogged and too late to change rooms, sad after a long day of driving. The hotel was going through updates that will be really nice when completed. Staff was nice I'd just check the tub when the rooms are being cleaned in the future.

Had a nice time at a company party hosted there in a heated tent. The catered food was delicious & the room we stayed in was comfortable & clean. I would stay here again.

We had our wedding here and almost everything was fantastic. The courtyard worked perfect for the ceremony, they had plenty of room for our reception that had ~250 people at it, the catering was excellent with both good food and very prompt and polite waiters, the front desk staff was great to deal with, our room (honeymoon suite) was very nice, etc. The only bad thing (and I mean BAD. Enough to take this review from 5 stars to 3. ) was the wedding coordinator — Sara. She was extremely difficult to work with and seemed to not want us to have our event there. From ignoring phone calls, voicemails and emails for weeks to being outright rude and snappy to my wife, she was horrible to deal with. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a wedding/event venue provided that they didn't have to deal with her.

We booked our room in September for this weekend. I called ahead Friday night as we ended up not being about to make it till 1am. I was assured that was fine and our room would be waiting. When we arrived it took 3 different rooms and 1 hour of back and forth to the front desk. The first room had other people in it that were woken up. The second room literally had no beds just bed frames on the floor. The lady at the front desk was trying her best to get us settled I believe her name was Courtney. From all the problems I had left my wallet at the room the last time and she was nice enough to say you know what just take care of payment when you leave. Well when we went to check out this morning the lady working was very rude and informed that the lady that checked us was going to be wrote up for not taking payment from us. I explained what happened and she said it doesn't matter. She was so unprofessional, I wanted to blow. So I'm sending an email to the GM also hoping to save Courtney from being wrote for just trying to make a terrible situation that wasn't her fault a little better for us. I will never stay here again.

Before I begin, I was only there for two hours in the Ballroom, and so I didn't experience much. That being said, what I did experience was excellent. They have many rooms for events, and what I saw inside of the one or two I walked past was excellent. Well-mannered, gorgeous decorating, and even a few nice features like a projector in the Ballroom. The staff (the two I interacted with) with friendly and professional, and no more nervous around me than usual. So, for an event, I'd say go for it.

My stay at the Red Lion Inn and Convention Center in Billings, Montana was absolutely wonderful. Before I even got to my room, I knew it would be a great stay. The lobby includes a nice fireplace, as well as a bar, and a casino. The room included two queen size beds, which were very comfortable. Also, there was a large TV and a cozy clean bathroom. Just down the hall from my room was a pool with two large water slides, which were great for families. The location was also great. The hotel is in walking distance to a couple late night bars for good Billings nightlife, and with the mountains in sight, the locale was hard to beat. I definitely recommend the Red Lion Inn to anyone who finds themselves in Billings. Five stars!

Well-managed well-maintained! Just because a place is old doesn't mean it's not nice. It was a wonderful last minute stop on our trip home. We found a great deal through Travelocity who also gets 5 stars from me and helping us find the Red Lion Hotel. The price was really good, the service was friendly and prompt. Dinner special was well priced generous portions and the woman who served us was very friendly and personable. Our room was updated, clean and comfortable. After staying in another hotel that was old and nasty this was refreshing. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Hotel! Every staff member was so helpful and warm. Shannon, the front desk clerk that checked us in was awesome. Very professional and helpful. He was so nice and remembered me just from talking on the phone. The room was beautiful and everything is SPOTLESS! We enjoyed everything about this hotel from the staff to the cleanliness and will be staying here from now on every time we are in Billings. Thank you for a great stay Red Lion.

Food produced was good if basic. They provided coffee and water, and kept it clean and we'll stocked. Service was polite but quite, which is understandable. Room was clean and quiet. Overall the only complaint is that the lunch provided might have been more varied or interesting. Good soup though!

This is the place to stay! We were here for a week and were spoiled and well taken care of. The rooms are superior. The beds so comfortable. The 55 inch TV was a delight! Wi-Fi worked very well. The pool with the slides are a kids delight. We used the courtyard a few nights for our conference and it is amazing. I was so impressed with the flowers and the landscaping. Rabbits abound all over. The cafe has excellent food and even better servers. Stuart at the front desk immediately made me feel special, and went above and beyond to take care of any and every need. Stay here if you are ever in Billings.

Billings Hotel and Convention Center is where our group has 6 lunch meetings per year. They have provided good food consistently and at a reasonable price. I hope the Red Lion brand will make this experience even better.

This hotel was very aesthetically pleasing. The bathrooms were very clean, the staff were very pleasant and understanding, and the hotel had a very classy business appeal. If you have kids it is also very kid friendly with its waterside attractions. Even if you're just stopping through the beds are great for a relaxing nights' rest at a very reasonable price.

The room we stayed in had been recently renovated. It's a good location and was a good value. Would recommend again.

ABSOLUTELY TEERIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE AND PAPER THIN WALLS! This was an aweful experience the hotel was practically empty however they placed everyone in the same area. We were stuck between 2 rooms that partied all night and even though we called front desk it never subsided. I also eexclaimed my disappointment to the front desk and they were like to bad. Never going to use them again.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Billings Hotel and Convention Center at the beginning of April, 2016. We could not have asked for any place better to host our special day. Sara was so willing to work with us. She replied in a very timely manner to every email and phone call and she bent over backwards for us. Sara gave me honest answers to every question I had and was up front about costs from the very beginning. The reception hall was decorated EXACTLY as we had asked for and was absolutely beautiful! We asked to have the Italian buffet, which was delicious and the wait staff were kind and did an amazing job with keeping everything moving! The buffet was never empty and dishes our guests had finished with were removed quickly. We also had several family members who stayed at the hotel. The staff was great with scheduling and re-scheduling and the rooms were very clean. A month later, I am continuously receiving compliments on how beautiful our reception was, how delicious the food was, and how great the hotel staff was. I can't say enough great things about this venue and I recommend others work with Sara and her staff, as they will treat you with the utmost respect and work well with you and your requests.

Chose BHCC because it looked local and we always try to support local businesses. The Check in staff were NOT service trained. They were surly, unable to make eye contact. Not welcoming, unprofessional. Check out staff were better. This is an older building, rambling one-story, dark, low-ceilings. The room reeked of too-strong cleaning agents. Fortunately able to open a window to ventilate. Otherwise clean, quiet, slept well. Decent breakfast in the restaurant. We won't return.

The rooms were nice, and the showers were great. Breakfast was amazing. The only thing I didn't like was the Wi-Fi. It was too slow to do anything. Other than that, it was a great hotel and I would stay there again.

Wow. What a awesome hotel. The check in was so smooth. The lady at the desk told us about the comedy event that was taking place in the bar that evening. My wife and I both went and had a ball. We ordered appetizers in the bar and they were great. Nice cold beer too. And a fun show. Our room was great. Very clean and up to date. We walked by a room and saw a hot tub in it… wish we had gotten it now. Maybe next trip. We will be back.

Great staff and very clean room. Really liked the HD TV. You dont see that often in a hotel. Dining room food was exceptional for a hotel. Prices were well within reason and great portions. The place was clean and the receptionist friendly. As clean as the hotel was it was in my opinion a touch dated, yet the stay was comfortable and pleasant. I would not hesitate to stay again.

I won't stay at this hotel again. It was overpriced. The hotel manager took 2 hours to solve noise problem. Bunch of kids who apparently have never been to a hotel before. Midnight before hotel did anything about it. Probably the worst experience I've had at a hotel.

I've stayed at lots of motels and hotels, this is by far my worst experience! I'm a single mom and my kids and I stopped at a rest stop while driving from Minneapolis to Yellowstone and it had this Hotel Coupons booklet, we flipped through it and my kiddos gravitated towards this place, because of the "waterpark" I called to see if they had any rooms, she said yes — for $139. I told her I had a coupon and she said they couldn't use that on advance reservations-only on walk-ins, so if they had any rooms left when I got there — then I could use it. Well, we decided to take our chances, drive the 150 miles left to Billings, passing by plenty of cheap places that would have been just fine to crash at, only to be told that they still had a couple rooms left but that since they were the only place in town that did, they wouldn't honor our coupon! The place is NOT that great, the "waterpark" is a typical pool with 2 crappy slides you have to pay $3 extra for, there is plastic on some of the floors and paint splattered everywhere, you can definitely smell smoke in lots of parts of the hotel even though it is "smoke-free. " I think I have only paid this much for a hotel room once, and it was NICE, normally I get pretty great hotel deals and they're better than this, and NEVER have I had someone pretty much be like "we know you have no other choice but to stay here so I'm going to screw you! " Now I'm wishing we'd have slept in our car!

I frequent Billings twice a month and always stay at the Billings Hotel. Friendly staff, the in-house bar and restaurant and comfortable new beds keep me coming back. I like what they are doing to spruce up the place! Keep up the great work.

I stayed for my best friend's wedding and as the best man, had some decorating to get done is the reception room. The room setup was perfect and they let us in early to setup. We had specialty beverages that were ordered without any hassle! I was also luck to get a room at the hotel which made the night even more enjoyable without worry. Nice clean rooms, and comfortable bed. I wish I could have gotten a later checkout, but rules are rules. Nice establishment.

The hotel is very clean. From the lobby to our room, everything was in its place and smelled great. The bed seemed new. I liked that there is a coffee maker in the room. Many hotels I have stayed at in recent times do not have that anymore. I stayed in a small suite with the spa tub, which was very relaxing. Wish I was able to take advantage of some of the other amenities there.

Stayed while visiting family for the extended weekend. The hotel was surprisingly clean and quiet due to the number of people at the hotel. The customer service was excellent from check in to check out. Unfortunately didn't have enough time to enjoy the pool but did enjoy a couple of drinks in the lounge.

Took a nice road trip from LA through Yellowstone and around. Stayed at the Billings hotel, due to the rate I found online. Wasn't expecting much, compared to the hotels I had stayed in thus far. I was very surprised on the atmosphere. I liked the feel of the place. Nice, large bar and pool. The location was easy to find off the interstate. All of the staff I ran into were awesome. My room was a nice size and clean. Most importantly, the bed was perfect. I slept very well which helped with the travel the next day.

Great place to stay. We have stayed here multiple times and the kids love the water slides. Clean and competitively priced.

I stay there for 3 days. It was not bad but staff was not friendly. I call around 8:30 for dinner they didn't pickup then I go there at 9 and they said we close at 9.

I stayed only one night and I'm super happy. Read horrible reviews and was prepared for the worst. Clean, comfortable, and courteous are my description.

I am prompted to write this review after numerous attempts to rectify the situation with a manager who has been "unavailable" for the past two weeks. Here's what I say: Run — don't walk away from this place! I have stayed in many hotels over the past three years in my business travels, and never, ever have I had such a mortifying experience. After a long drive to get there, we checked in late, exhausted and ready to go to bed. Only one problem — when we pulled back the sheets, there was a huge dried, crusty sperm stain. It was clear that the sheets had not been changed, and it was HORRIBLE! We called the front desk to ask for an immediate change of the bed, and were told there was no housekeeping. So. In the middle of the night we tromped down the hallway in our PJ's, schlepping our luggage behind to a new room. Almost worse than the actual experience is the fact that to date, no one from this hotel has ever apologized or shown any sense of regret for this unsanitary and disgusting situation. The only response we got was an unacceptable excuse from the representative who moved us to the new room, saying that they had recently lost all of their cleaning staff and that this was a "training issue" with their new people. REALLY? Expedia has been great in trying to intervene in our behalf, but to date, the hotel manager has failed to respond after numerous attempts. Billings has much better to offer, I promise.

We had to have our room changed to the first floor and the room had bed bugs and the mattresses were stained. The second room was better. The hotel held a charge on my bank account for 3 days. Would not recommend this hotel.

My husband surprised me by booking the dinner and show combo for New Years Eve. Since we live in Billings we didn't need a room. We arrived at 7:30 and were greeted (told our reservation was for 8pm) and offered a table. Pitchers of ice tea and water were promptly brought to us along with dinner rolls and butter (no bread plates). By 7:45 we were offered salads with only two choices of dressing. At 8:10 we were asked if anyone had taken our order. (Food choices had already been taken at time of reservation and the kitchen only had three entree items offered to guests). The room only had 20 tables at most and not all were occupied. A server from the lounge never came to our table to ask if we wanted drinks or wine. By 8:40 we still had no food and asked for a refund. The staff was very apologetic but we still can't understand why our food never arrived. The facility was basically empty and food wasn't being served anywhere else. Other diners in the room were stopping by our table offering support! As we were waiting for the manager on duty there were at least six employees standing around the front desk. As we were preparing to leave one of them showed us our tickets from behind the desk. Why didn't we get these when we arrived? We missed the concert which was our primary reason for going there. Returned home with KFC drive-thru and rang in the new year with the t. V.

ATTENTION*** To Anyone thinking about staying at this hotel. My boyfriend's parents have stayed at this hotel last summer after a long weekend of shopping and while their pickup was in the parking lot overnight — their tonneau (which was locked) was preyed open and hundreds of dollars of merchandise was stolen. There are no security cameras and all management had to say about it is that they shouldn't leave things in the box of the pickup. Now ONCE MIGHT BE A COINCIDENCE, so they booked a room again this last week because the rooms were fine and it is a convinient location for them. However, this time they made sure to keep all the things they purchased in the cab of the pickup. Believe it or not, the truck WAS BROKEN INTO AGAIN! This time, the thiefs broken out the rear passenger window. Again, hundreds of dollars of merchandise stolen. They went inside and asked if the front desk attendant could call the cops, she went in back (obviously talked to a manager of some sort) and came back out and told them that she couldn't do that and that it wasn't the hotel's liability — 2 YRS IN A ROW. They later came back to speak to the manager and she 'said' that they were not in right now. Horrible, horrible service and a very shady place. Save yourself the trouble and do not stay here.

We had the most horrible experience here. Our room had a lot of problems including leaking sink and a mouse. Also when complaining about it, Mr. Ron Spence, the manager called my wife the N word. He then lied and tried to make us look like the ones complaining of nothing, he lied and twisted everything around. Again, do not stay here. There was leaking sinks, mice and threats from Mr. Spence. Terroristic threats from him.
