Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. Able to handle situations with ease and grace. They are truly welcoming to everyone and also those with pets, a small dog in my case. The rooms are well-designed and ultra clean. I’m staying here for an extended stay due to a work assignment. My car feels safe due to security patrols. The downtown location is surrounded by cultural sites, shopping, outdoor activities, restaurants, and museums.

It’s a great place. I like all suites hotels.

I work at another Hilton property and was actually impressed with everything this hotel had to offer. From check in to check out, the friendly of the staff stood out the most. Definitely would stay again and recommend.

Perfect spot for a quiet nights stay while road tripping through Montana. Pet friendly, great front desk staff and close to I90 to hit the road in the morning.

For an extended stay at a moderate price this is a good choice. Consistent good selection of breakfast items. Friendly helpful staff. Clean functional rooms. Clean exercise room. Grills available.

First time staying in Home2 Suites and my husband and I were very impressed. Our room was large like a 1 bedroom apartment with a fully stocked kitchen that had a microwave and dishwasher. The king size bed was AWESOME! with softest sheets I've ever slept on! Looking to buying some for home along with their pillows. Best night ever! The staff is very friendly and accommodating to any needs that come up.

First stay at a Home2. Four nights at Arbnb were followed by a stay here. Even though the 5 of us were in one room again, it was a great stay. The lobby is great for working. The staff was great. The breakfast was phenomenal in the context of hotels. It's similar to the newer Hilton Garden Inns, but a bit better for our needs.

Modern decor and attractive. Nicely stocked kitchen, fill-size fridge, dishwasher. New and clean. Pet friendly. Close to the hospitals. Breakfast is provided (although I did not eat so can't comment on quality nor selection). Staff was friendly and helpful. A couple homeless people were at the corner of the parking lot when we arrived at 10pm, but a security officer was outside so I felt my car was secure. The bathroom was small for two people but workable. The reason I gave four stars, instead of five was because the bedding is polyester (sheets, comforter, and quilt). I find I am continually waking to pull the blankets onto the bed and/or alternately hot/cold all night. If not for that, I would have given a 5-star and it would be my new go-to Billings lodging.

First time at a Home2 Suites, stayed at many Hilton Garden Inn. The Home2 Suites is not bad. It's the same quality but Hilton Garden then maybe even better because it was newer. I like the little kitchenette. The kitchen at makes the difference in the whole world. With the reef with the whole size refrigerator, we were able to buy some food and cook it in the microwave or heat it up in the microwave. It made a big difference so you don't have to go out to eat all the time. If you travel often you get tired of going out. Being able to even microwave some microwavable food is much better than going to a restaurant. They do offer a small hot plate we didn't try it. Next time we will try the hot plate and the grill they offer to.

Technically this hotel is more of a 3 star on the true hotel scale. It is 4 star relative to what niche it fills. Comfortable — particularly for long term stays; consistent-as it's a quality brand; value-good price for the quality. Great location if you are visiting MSU Billings or for downtown Billings. Rooms are tasteful and comfy. Walls are thin to the hallway, can be loud from other guests coming and going. Get a one bedroom for added sound dampening. Can get loud on weekends particularly if there are kid sporting events in town which is often the case. Good choice for families with older children. Kitchenette makes rooms more livable for extended work stays. Gym is nice. Pool is best for kids, not great for adult lap swimming. I wish it had a hot tub. Free breakfast is done well. Though the formula involves microwaving hot options, it's a pretty smart system overall. Lots of options and better choices in the long run then your typical buffet style hotel offering. You can make a waffle with apple butter and have healthy oatmeal like pictured here and usually there's friendly folk to chat with over breakfast.

This has been a comfortable and clean place for my family to stay the last couple of times we have visited Billings. Would recommend this for business, or family travel.

Comfortable place more than worth what I paid. Huge room with brand new and modern cabinets. Bed was VERY cushy if you don't like cushy beds you might enjoy it. For one or two nights definitely refreshing though!

This is the best hotel I have stayed at before, and I have been on 29 flights since March. They are extremely welcoming, check in was a breeze, and the room was beautiful and functional. Will only stay here when I travel to Billings, you should too!

Great service by all staff. Very friendly and kept my room in order and I never felt like they were invasive.

Front desk was friendly but inefficient with slow check in process. Room was very clean and location is perfect for guests seeking downtown activities.

Penny, the manager, is amazing. She's the most helpful, awesome person I've met so far in Billings. She was generally supportive, but what really blew me away was when I could not get the Wi-Fi to connect through my laptop's security. She spent almost ten minutes on the phone with me while I tried different things, and then she personally came up to my room and fixed it! Really impressed; will stay here again simply because of her stellar service!

Extremely nice hotel room and the beds were really comfortable. Our room was not ready at check-in time so we had to wait in the lobby for a half hour while they cleaned it. Also, there was a lot of noise throughout the night of people yelling and slamming doors.

Clean and spacious with an amazing breakfast. Located next to an Albertsons and a 10 minute walk from down town. Highly recommended, will definitely stay again.

Nice addition to the Hilton family. Room has a European feel to it and every space is used. Great beds and loved the double layer of blinds which really kept the sun out in the morning after a late night arrival.

New hotel suite room was well appointed with dishwasher, microwave and sink. Stocked with dishes and plenty of counter space.

Newly renovated! The staff was very accommodating room was very clean and new. Cool feature to unlock your door without a key but instead use your phone. Left too early to partake in breakfast. The beds are unbelievably comfortable was disappointed we only got two skimpy pillows in one king size bed. I'm sure they would have given us more if we asked but we didn't. Would surely stay here again when I'm in Billings.

Located within walking distance of downtown, modern style suites with fully equipped kitchens, pull-out couches, lots of storage space, and pet friendly! Staff is very friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast is included, but has more selections than a lot of continental breakfasts offered at most hotels. There is a fitness center and pool, but no restaurant. A small grocery selection of food is available for guests to take and cook in their rooms.

Customer service was friendly. Brand new hotel. Rooms are adequately stocked. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was about as good as any other continental breakfast. Overall, great hotel stay in Billings.
