Riversage is a very nice hotel around a mile from Billings airport. We could get an Uber/Lyft at any time to and from the Inn. We were allowed a late check in because of flight issues. The room was great with all the amenities though I only slept for the night in it.

It's about what you would expect for the price. Building is clean and well maintained Room was very nice: comfortable, quiet and clean. Mattress was comfortable keeping and pillows were great! Staff were friendly and helpful. Shower did not have much water pressure and the water temp was hard to control. TV channels are ok but limited and there did not seem to be a guide/schedule to show what was on. The free breakfast is edible.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and their acceptance of pets is just the cherry on top! I will definitely be staying here again the next time I'm in Billings.

Comfortable, Clean and Convenient. We chose this hotel for it's location. It's right downtown and across the street from the Billings Clinic. Easy off I-94. Riversage Billings Inn is part of a four hotel chain across Montana that is independently owned. It provides what is needed to be comfortable but not with fancy extras, so guests don't have to pay for what they do not use. Free close in parking, free Wi-Fi, pet friendly, and it is safe and clean. A hot free Breakfast is offered. There is a fitness center, but no pool. There is also a guest laundry. We had a deluxe regular room which had 1 Queen Bed and 1 Double bed. We did have an issue with the TV, which did not work properly. It is our fault for not saying anything, but we were tired and decided to forego television. We also asked for a second luggage rack and even though there were empty rooms and this could have been quickly resolved, the request was declined. There were no extra and one could not be borrowed from an unused room. If you are the family members of a patient at the Billing Clinic, this would be a good place to stay. It is reasonably priced and right across the Street from the clinic.

Great and quiet inn! Staff is greatly accommodating, rooms are clean and clean smelling, Wi-Fi is fast, and a filling continental breakfast.

On a scale of 1-5 stars this place is a minus 5. I made reservations earlier today, we arrive and the desk person produces my paper work and asks me for my reservation conformation papers. We go round and round due to her having a sheet that she printed out when I told her my name. I showed her my MDL with my photo on it to confirm… she still refused to give me my room which I had ALREADY paid for via my debit card… Some damn Customer wanted to call the police — I verbal told him to "stay out of my F'n business"! I finally got my room! No way Jose' am I going to Recommend this place to ANYONE ELSE — MINUS 5 STAR IN MY BOOK!

I have stayed here every year when I come to Billings for my aunt's birthday. I'm never disappointed with the quality of the room, the amenities, or the helpfulness of the employees. The only minor complaint I have is that the fridge is quite small.

Clean room. No conditioner. Ok breakfast. Didn't get any better rate than staying at the Billings Inn and they had a pool. Refrigerator made noises continually never stopping. Ok for overnight stay.

We stayed here while our newborn was in the nicu. It was a awful situation but the hotel was great. It was only a couple blocks from the hospital so we could go see our son anytime of the night. The staff was so friendly and the rooms were very clean. The beds were so comfortable! We hadnt got a good night's sleep in a couple days due to staying in hospitals for labor and then a night in the billings hospital to be close to our son, not to mention just being worried sick and in pain from delivery. Once we got a room at the riversage and climbed into bed my husband and I were out… it was super cozy and comfortable. I would definelty stay again!

Nice, cozy, clean place. Not elegant by any means, but I don't like elegant places. Friendly, accommodating staff and a good continental breakfast that opens early (6 o'clock I think? I like early breakfasts). There are plenty of good food places nearby too, do that's a plus. Could have been a bit more well kept and the shower drain didn't work as well as it should have, but overall, a great hotel. Would recommend.

Our room wasn't clean and the staff were slow and not very nice.

Great Service, Clean Rooms, Close to the Major Hospitals in Billings, Mt. They give a discount if you are staying because of a hospital visit.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Me and my family have to travel here several times a year for Doctors Appointments and have always found clean, affordable rooms and a very nice Staff.

Bed was wonderful, staff was courteous & let you keep your own schedule. I was there for my sister's Surgery, so I was in & out of the hospital at strange times. Highly recommend!

This is very convenient if you are visiting someone at the hospital. The rooms are clean. But when checking in the hotel employee informed me that my card had been declined. I asked why they ran my card before I even checked in. She informed me that lots of hotels do this to guarantee the room. I have never had any other hotel do this. I went into the hospital for surgery the next day. I had reserved the room for 2 nights which I paid for when I checked in. My mom decided to stay one more night which she paid for. Then when checking my balance I noticed that the hotel not only charged both myself and my mom for the 3rd night. But they had charged me 25$ more than the Travelocity price. After a couple of phone calls I got the third night removed but was told that the extra was taxes. Not sure what tax we don't have sales taxes in Mt. Then when they took the third night off. They put 105$ on hold on debit card. I don't recommend this place. There are other options near hospital.

Excellent place to stay. Very comfortable beds. Very clean. Friendly staff and they are dog friendly.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, the staff were very friendly, and the breakfast was good with lots of variety. Could use a little more parking and some more info in the room about nearby restaurants or businesses. Overall a very good stay, would recommend.

This hotel was located very close to the airport and the Metra which was very convenient. The room was clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

I didn't have a reservation and they were able to move some rooms around and get one for my dog and I! Crystal at the front desk was awesome. Very friendly and professional. No complaints here!

Friendly staff, clean environment, close to downtown Billings. Great rates and good accommodations when you are having a medical procedure done. Right next to Billings Clinic Hospital and Outpatient surgery.

The Riversage is a little dated, but the staff are nice, the rooms are clean, and the hot breakfast of biscuits and gravy were good enough given the great price and very convenient location. We stayed here while a family member was in the hospital across the street. We even got a discount because of that. All in all I would happily recommend the Riversage, especially to those that need to visit the clinic.

I've been trying to post pictures of all the crap that I had wrong with my room but it won't let me it only except's good reviews I guess, after being in that room don't think I would eat the food. I've been here many times, last time ppl kept me up half the night, this is the last time I get charged for crappy service, could here the employee's talking about me in the halls. WOW nice I think not!

Located across the street from Billings clinic. Parking is tight and rooms fill quickly, recommend making reservations. Clean room, good beds and breakfast.

This hotel was a little dated, but very comfortable and conveniently located. Staff was friendly.

The room had comfortable beds, a fridge, microwave, etc. Furnishings were a bit dated but quality. There was a comfy recliner in the room. Biggest challenge here was parking — they can't really accommodate a trailer or an RV and street parking is limited to 2 hours starting at 6am. There is a large parking lot taking up the other half of the block but it cannot be used by hotel guests. I would probably stay here again to see Billings, but not if I were just passing through town.

The room was very clean and comfortable. I had a miscommunication when booking the room and it was handled very professionally by the front desk staff. I would stay here again.

They were awesome when my mom was in billings for cancer surgery and when she was in the hospital for 2 weeks. Very friendly people and caring always asking us how she was doing and it made our stay very enjoyable even tho it was a very hard time. Very clean and organized rooms, you never had to worry about if your room was going to be cleaned when they saw us leave they would do our room first so they wouldn't be a bother to you. The hotel was affordable but there is a reason it is cheap. When we got there to door was locked and some woman, who appeared to work there, had a beer in her had and let us in. Then the woman at the front desk was eating and drinking while were checking in. Her attire was inappropriate as her her stomach and back were showing, looked very unprofessional. The room was musty and the sheets were stained. We did not feel the room was clean. We checked out early.

Affordable. Yes. So what. The number one GOOD thing about this hotel is the location. Right across the street from Billings Clinic. If you are not going to be visiting the Billings Clinic. Find somewhere else to stay. I have stayed here several times. It used to be a fairly nice place and the deficits were outweighed by the convenience of location. Not any more. After the last stay, that is it. Never again. The bed linens and pillows are the worst I have seen, EVER. The rooms need to be deep cleaned. The recliner in the room was obviously broken, yet no one replaced it until I pointed it out to them. Paid for a king room with microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator. Got two doubles. No microwave, coffee maker or refrigerator. The hotel is extremely noisy. No matter what floor you are assigned, it sounds like you have a herd of cows right above you. Horrible noise. The lobby is about the only thing that is kept up. The staff was gracious and amenable, but it is just not worth it. There are many hotels surrounding the clinic and hospital, and this one is the absolute worst. I will never stay at this place again. Do yourselves a favor and choose another venue.

They always authorize the card. You cannot hold the room past four pm without an authorization on your card. This is their long standing policy. You should know that in this day and age, being able to strictly pay cash at a hotel is unlikely. You shouldnt be pushing your finances to such a extreme, and then try to blame a hotel.

Hotel staff authorized charges on my debit card without my approval after I told them I was paying cash, causing my account to be overdrawn with two fees. Management was less than willing to rectify the situation. Don't trust this establishment with you're personal information. After posting this review the problem was fixed.

Front desk staff is rude, defensive, and gives incorrect information. The low caliber and poor attitude seem out of place with the good rooms and location.

The room was small. Bathtub did not drain. The sink dripped all night. Pillows were flat and hard. The evening staff was the only plus to our stay. They were very friendly and helpful but the morning staff was rude. Continental breakfast was very skimpy only donuts and muffins and bagels.

This is without a doubt the most affordable place we staying in on our vacation. The staff was sooo nice! and the rooms were clean however, I did order a king bed and got stuck with 1 q and 1 f. Our AC had some problems on keeping up then freezing us out. The coffe 24/7 was WONDERFUL and always fresh! and also the breakfast (bagles, muffins and donuts along with options of jelly, PB, cream cheese, and butter was just wonderful. And they also partnered with perkins and several businesses, that are located within only a few blocks in which you could go eat breakfast. They do allow dogs, we didnt have one and I still felt as tho it was clean and animal free. I would go out of my way to stay here again, it is just SO affordable for all they offer! and it is located in old downtown. Surrounded by one ways but my GPS found it with NO problems and it is located RIGHT BY the hospital, very nice.
