Great location! Located just off the freeway next to the exit which makes it great to access Billings from surface streets or the freeway.

Holiday Inns consistent quality is why I come back whenever possible. Their standardized linens, pillows, and mattresses are the best idea ever for frequent travelers.

I had to go to Billings for work this last weekend, and after reading some reviews online, I decided to go with the Holiday Inn Express West. It was worth every penny. I had a King Suite, and it was absolute luxury. The breakfast was easily the best hotel breakfast I have ever eaten, and the older woman overseeing breakfast was delightful and made the dining atmosphere both inviting and cheerful. If I ever need to book a hotel in Billings in the future, I will definitely be coming back.

Staff was very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. Hotel was kept clean, beds were comfortable, ac unit in rooms were quiet for a good night's rest. Breakfast was served in the am and way better than other hotels.

Very nice Holiday Inn Express. Gas station across the street, and a restaurant behind it. It's not near the heart of Billings, but it was great for us passing through the next morning.

I drove six hours to Billings and had a change of plans on where I was to stay. I arrived around 8 am and was in desperate need of sleep. I called the hotel to see if they could accommodate a very early check-in. Laurie was able to find a room ready for me and was considerate enough to put me on the top floor so I could rest. She even invited me to have breakfast. I was amazed at the kindness and the service. I'll definitely be back. Oh and the beds are very comfortable.

Stayed for one night on a road trip. Enjoyed a quiet night. Nice clean room and comfortable bed.

NOT AN OVERNIGHT GUEST: They have a wonderful breakfast selection and sitting area. It has a nice modern vibe, for being in Billings. The gym is okay, along with the pool. They have a nice selection of snacks as well. The front desk was nice and the manager I talked to was friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great hotel! Gave us a free upgrade on our room because the line to check-in was taking a long time. The bathroom was huge and the breakfast was delicious, I highly recommend staying here.

Felt like a brand new hotel. Very clean, in a great location near shopping and the interstate, only about 20 minutes from the airport. We only stayed one night but this was the 3rd IHG property on this particular trip and by far the best. Would def stay again.

I really like the location of this hotel and the room appointments. It has very nice looking walls and granite countertops and shower. The seating in the rooms are a little uncomfortable due to stiffness or rigid designs. The internet was super slow on some hours and my TV didn't work, I had to change rooms.

We stay here whenever we go to Billings. Very clean, big rooms and helpful staff. The breakfast is good as well.

My wife and I love staying here whenever we're in Billings. Their prices are fair, the employees are always friendly and extremely helpful, the provided breakfast is actually edible, and it's one of the cleanest hotels I've been in. We have 2 boys and the family suites are a blast for the family. The kids get their own separate areas with a bunk bed and Xbox One and a nice spacious room for Mom and Dad to relax in. For an added perk, there is a family of rabbits living on the grounds and it's been nice watching them grow throughout our many stays over the past year or so. I highly recommend staying here, even if your stay is half as pleasant as my family's has been, you still wouldn't be disappointed.

Friendly staff, convenient location. This Holiday inn is on an exciting side of Billings, and competes well with other hotels in the area! Rooms are modern and clean, breakfast is good, for Holiday Inn Express standards!

This was a great hotel the first time I stayed there second time made me so angry I will never go back treated my family and I like peasants not cool.

I was a vendor participating in a show at this hotel. They were very accomadationg to our needs, had our room all ready with hot coffee and cold water! I will absolutely host more events and also attend more events at this hotel!

Stayed for 2 nights. The rooms were great, and the staff was friendly. However, they could have used more help in the evenings. The gal at the front desk was swamped when we were trying to check in, delaying us from getting to our rooms. Not her fault… They just needed an extra person.

Unaccommodating staff. Checked in around midnight from driving all day and receptionist did not want to allow entry to pool, even though the Holiday Inn in Sidney MT was more than willing to make such an allowance. Would have preferred to stay anywhere else given how unimportant we were made to feel.

I love this place. I plan on staying at again next time I come out west. Rooms are clean and service was outstanding.

Newer location. We stayed here in April 2017. Staff was very courteous. Rooms were clean. Bed comfy. They allow pizza deliveries there. Next time I'm in Billings. I would definitely stay here again.

Don't plan for here if you are traveling with a family and "flexible" with schedule! AND if you decide to try… set an alarm and cancel at 5:50 PM! I chose this hotel for an interim stop on the way to Yellowstone because it appeared kid-friendly (selected a king/bunk bed suite). Unfortunately, I let my family sleep in the morning before, we got a late start, spent more time at attractions than I accounted for, and wouldn't have gotten in until after 10:00 PM. I mistakenly thought I had a refundable reservation (due to Gold elite status) and we decided to stay in Buffalo, WY instead to preserve our sanity. Apparently, "refundable" means "cancel before 6:00 PM. " It's a total waste of $200, but in the end, worth our sanity. I know they are covered by the fine print, but I am disappointed in the company and expected more leniency/forgiveness. The bottom line is that they are not family-friendly, and if you ou decide to try them… set an alarm and cancel at 5:50 PM if there is any chance you will be behind schedule! Good luck!

Connie the desk clerk was less than professional and very overwhelmed with nothing. Room was fine, bed ok. Guests in room above very loud at 3:30 am.

Loraine checked us in to this beautiful hotel, I will stay here every time we make it to billings, I can see the reef water park from my room, the zoo is just a minute away, montana club restaurant right by, couldn't be any better!

I absolutely love the rooms here! Very spacious, clean & comfy. The Desk Clerk, Loraine, checked us in and she was very polite. Thanks for the good service! 5 stars.

Why isn't there any pictures of the rooms or pool or anything except there desk. I like to see were we will be staying.

I haven't stayed here and won't! I just called for a room quote because they are moving my mom to a different hospital and this Holiday Inn is closer than the one we are currently staying at. Their rooms are $100 a room more a night and when I told them were we are now staying I got to listen to how horrible of a motel it is and why I shouldn't be staying there and on and on for at least 5 minutes. I think it is VERY trashy to downgrade your competition and especially when it is a motel of the same chain as yours.

Nice stay, very clean and quite great staff!

The hotel and staff are great, only one problem, I stayed there with my 2 kids, my 3 year old cut his foot with a peace of class from a broken bottle. And my questions was, how can the cleaning staff miss some thing like that? They offered to give me the stay for free, but my kid kips complaining that it hurts. If this hadn't happen I would have given them 4 stars the beds are great the service great, the breakfast not bad, so if you stay here just make sure that the rooms are really clean and free of all foreign items. And one other thing, if you like watching TV in your room, don't stay hire if there's a storm parochial the area the direct TV sucks with storms!
