We booked the room with specific questions as we are both disabled. Bottom floor, asked if all amenities where open “restaurant, hot tub, etc”. The staff was less than helpful. No restaurant, no hot tub, the coffee pot in the room didn’t work, no microwave, no fridge. We had to ask repeatedly for a disabled room. I wouldn’t recommend. When I tried to talk to the front desk, she was irritated. I tried to call back and she let the phone ring. A $200 room. Never again!

Love holiday inn Express seems like there hotels are cleaner than most.

Spacious rooms, beds comfortable. Breakfast with lots choices. Coffee hot. Wish weather was nicer as we traveled 12 hours from Oregon, for high school graduation.

This place was awesome! As soon as we came in we were welcomed with FRESH COLD LEMON water! They had a fitness center as well! Even went swimming at 6AM and enjoyed. Delicious BREAKFAST! This place is incredible and the bed was COMFY WOMFY.

Wonderful stop! If you are taking your motorcycle through or to Billings, make this your overnight destination! Very accommodating to bikers and a nice breakfast. Thanks!

Well in advance we booked two rooms for nine nights each. When we checked in the reservation was really messed up after finally getting it straightened out sort of, we were told the credit card on file was not good. After we gave the a another card to pay for the rooms we found that they had billed the first card for the entire 18 nights and did the same for the second card. After the second night the rooms were not made up and when I inquired I was told in no uncertain terms to take it up with day shift. So we did, we checked out and put a hold on the credit card until they straightened out the billing. Not a good experience!

I stayed here for 5 days, Wed — Monday. This place is far from being outdated as one review suggests. First off, I would rate this hotel a very strong 4 star rating. Would have been 5, will explain in a minute. Room — 5 stars. Microwave, coffee maker, fridge and awesome water pressure from the shower head. (Got home and realized how much my shower now sucks). I had a room on the interstate side, and it was still sound deadened very well. No noise issues at all. Location — 5 stars. Right off interstate and away from busy town like traffic located in a sort of culda-sac area. But short walking or driving distance to the travel like gas plazas in case you need some items. I had no worries about my vehicle or valuables being left in the room. Quietness — 5 Stars. The inside along with the outside area were very quiet. No issues sleeping. Cleanliness — 5 stars. Room, pool area, and the seating area and lobby for breakfast were at a high state of cleanliness at all times. Even during the morning breakfast rush. Morning Breakfast — 5 Stars Unbelievable, the best spread of selection and food for a hotel at this price point, period! And the pancake maker, you just push a button and the pancake comes out hot and fresh in 90 seconds. No messy pouring of batter and all that. Breakfast has something for everyone. I like that they keep a few odds and ends out 24/7 like cookies, milk, and SIX different coffee flavors. The coffee was pre-made, so just pick and pour.

No microwave or refrigerator in the room. That is a huge problem and a cranky desk clerk a minor problem but the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great and your morning staff were very good. Just get microwave and refrigerator in rooms!

Nice clean room, ice cold lemon water and cookies in the lobby. Good stuff.

My room was very comfortable. The hot breakfast was the usual veggie omelette, cinnamon roll, sausage, and pancakes which are very satisfying. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 is the fire alarm went off (false alarm) after 2300, lasted 15 mins.

We stop at many Holiday Inn Expresses during our travels and this was the worst Holiday Inn we have stayed in. Room was clean but smelled stale and moldy, also outdated compared to other HIEs. It was 1am when we checked in so we didn't ask to change rooms, we just wanted to sleep and get back on the road. Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly.

Fantastic location. Quick easy check in and friendly desk clerk. Pool area was clean. Rooms were clean. We would choose this hotel again.

Wow! We are very impressed with our stay at this hotel. We got caught in a bad storm and could not complete out travels. I called and they got us a room at the last minute. The rooms were spotless, the beds comfortable, and the hostesses were very friendly and accommodating. My children loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi. We had a perfect night here and when we were ready to check out in the morning breakfast was hit and ready. We appreciate having a nice place to stay in our time of need.

I always stay at one of these. Friendly staff, I know what to expect. Comfortable and clean.

A great place to rest your head after a long day driving. Quiet enough, comfortable enough, a slightly led firm mattress would have made this a 10 outa 5.

Room was clean, fresh, had everything we needed. Beds comfortable. Decent continental breakfast. Pool was small.

We called and made our reservation over the phone, we confirmed we were allowed to bring our dog who is a registered service/emotional support animal. We were told we could do that. After driving all day, before we even walked in the door the manager and desk clerk told us to leave because we couldn't have our dog there. The manager preceeded to ask me questions about the services my dog performed for me. We explained she was an emotional support animal and the manager told me they didn't recognise emotional support animals and we had to leave. After being on the road for 10 hours with two children under 5, this was extremely upsetting. Both women were extremely rude and its put a bad taste in our mouth about staying at HIE.

Room was clean and comfortable. No fridge or microwave though. Pool was cloudy. Staff kept breakfast area clean and well stocked.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Facilities were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was decent, typical for complimentary hotel breakfast, though my daughter really enjoyed the biscuits and gravy.

Great place to stay, has a pop in hot tub, and a great selection for free breakfast.

Room was great but that was about it. The internet was extremely slow and frustrating, my room was not made up, and I have never liked Holiday Inn Express' breakfast. The staff was friendly and seemed frustrated about the internet. They gave great advice on nearby places to eat and entertainment.

Dear Janet or Jenet… Your distasteful approach to a spire elite member just putting his bags up. "You can't park there… " Um I can, there isn't a no parking sign or a yellow stripe on the curb. So when I said I'll only be there an hour your reply you rented a room for an hour… Good thing she is the night clerk. Nice establishment darling. Jog off Jenet.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and was able to bring the rate down a little. :) Great gym and pool.

This is the best hotel in the area. It is conveniently located next to the highway. The rooms are clean and internet is fast. Very popular during rodeo season. Book in advance.
