Pull out sofa sleepers aren’t good enough for a pet to sleep on😓 and reg beds aren’t great either for the price we paid to stay.

I have stayed at the Kelly Inn before and have not had any issues. This time for some reason was awful. At check in I wanted to pay cash (I understand holding a card in case of damages and I was fine with that) I was told I could do this at checkout and they would put a note in the system that we would be paying cash, would not take the cash at check in. Room was not what we thought we reserved (thought we reserved ground floor), we worked that part out only to find the next morning that our shower didnt drain, bathroom door didnt latch and lock AND my card was charged. Pool was a mess and a sign about not offering pool towels and the hot tub was down. We rented this hotel for a hot tub, so that was a bummer. Front desk was not helpful. Not the way we remember the place being before.

I and my family enjoyed our stay at Kelly inn wished we could’ve stayed 2 nights. It was quiet and we had a good night rest we were ready to do our Christmas shopping the next day. I shared with a friend she is going to make plans to stay at Kelly Inn. We will be going back again.

I have always had very good service here. I like the staff, my room is always clean and I have never had a problem.

I don’t recommend this because someone was smoking marijuana and you could smell it heavily throughout the whole floor and in our room and I have 4 kids 1 with severe allergies. They said they couldn’t find the person smoking, that they didn’t answer their door so there was nothing they could do except give a 50% refund for that night and we would just have to deal with the it. Horrible service!

Besides being a pet friendly, no extra charge hotel, the staff is absolutely amazing. Breakfast in the morning, quiet area, comfortable rooms and best of all, clean! Knowing other dogs stay here and my 4 boys didn't want to mark, I know they clean these rooms. Stay here if you want comfort and great customer service.

The manager is VERY rude. I’ve stayed here several times but the last time I booked a book, we were flying back into Billings and I suddenly got very ill and had to go to the emergency room upon landing at the airport. I sent my husband along with my 7 year old child to check into the hotel, mind you it’s 1am, while I wait at the Billings Hospital Emergency room. They REFUSED to let him check in simply because MY name was on the reservation and not his. NO consideration or compassion or understanding that I was very ill and couldn’t come in person AND to top it off they REFUSE to give me a refund. Take your business elsewhere.

Beautiful rooms, nice pool and hot tub. Manager was very nice and helpful. Great customer service!

The family room was awesome, it gave the toddlers room to roam after being cooped up in a car.!

Definitely not a kid friendly place. The front desk staff was very rude and should not work in customer service. On a positive note, the rooms were very clean and nice and housekeeping was very friendly and polite.

Very nice people, clean rooms, lots of cushy pillows! it was a very nice break from the snow driving. And they allow dogs.
Definitely would stay here again if I come back this way.

Most importantly the hotel was clean, thats usually my main concern. Very welcoming for our senior dog. Cleaning staff was kind. Had an issue with a door but the staff moved us and we had no issues after that. All around a good hotel as far as price vs quality.

Great staff. Odd set up of hotel. There's a lot of walking to do. The elevator is not in the lobby We ended up helping a couple who were mobility challenged to get a cart and get it to their car. There is limited handicap spaces and even more limited parking near to an elevator. Very inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage or have mobility issues. Breakfast bar was good but not attended to well and not very clean.

Fair price. They offer a great breakfast free with your stay. The rooms were very clean and I felt comfortable sleeping in the bed. They had some delicious cookies up front which made my night. The outside perimeter was nice. I like the seating outside where you can smoke. Pets stay for free which is pretty cool and they have a decent pool to boot. Well worth the price and I would stay at again anytime.

Greetings from Lansing, MI. One night stay, it was really nice motel ever I stayed honestly. Slept pretty good from really comfortable bed. Best overall, really good breakfast set up from a lot of choices from toast to make own waffles. Definitely coming back in the future. Well done and you guys deserved five stars.

Kelly Inn in Billings has become our go to stay on our return home. We love the location, the family room and pool area is ideal for our family, and the price is very reasonable. Rooms have always been comfortable and clean. Some interior areas could use a little updating, and the breakfast area is a little small. Overall, great stay, and will continue to be our Billings hotel.

Was late upon checking in. Room was clean but could have been aired out. Breakfast was wonderful. The housekeepers were a little eager but they did not come in the room. It was a great hotel recommending.

Recently stayed here flying in and out of Billings airport. The spot they had us Park while we were gone seemed very secure and we had no second thoughts about leaving our vehicle. Shuttle service to and from the airport was promt and courteous. On our return to Billings, we arrived at the Kelly Inn at 10:30 a. M. After flying all night and zero sleep for 2 nights. I had made a one day advance request with Michelle for a noon check-in. We went next door and enjoyed breakfast at the Cracker Barrel. When we came back, Michelle had a room for us! We were very thankful and crashed for 4 hours ate dinner and slept for 8 more :-). Thank you again Michelle you are awesome!

Customer service was good. Room was comfortable as well as clean and tidy. Breakfast was decent and Wi-Fi worked well.

Positives:
Indoor pool and hot tub area very family friendly. Housekeeping was wonderful, friendly staff and good breakfast spread. Clean rooms, entry and common areas. Accepting of pets at no charge with lower level outdoor entrances. Location is just off the interstate but no traffic was heard. Negatives:
Charged more per night than what was quoted at booking. Very thin walls, so everything is heard. Dogs barking, kids running/yelling and others conversations. Shower temperature hottest setting was lukewarm at best. Beds are completely warn out with deep sinking areas. Lighting was darker and standing lamp was near broken leaning over. Our room was missing the pot for making coffee. And one person working the breakfast area meant things ran out quick with long periods between refills.

Absolutely the worst hotel experience of my entire life. DO NOT STAY HERE! -air conditioner randomly turns on… even if you turn it off -walls are paper thin -anytime someone turns on their sink in the rooms next to you, it’s reverberates in your room -I was woken up twice per hour, every hour with some random noises related to the building -beds are terrible -sheets are rough And yeah, I’m writing this at 6am while I lay in bed because I didn’t sleep AT ALL. I would’ve been better off sleeping in my truck.

Had an awful experience and this was only 10 minutes ago. We had reserved a room in advance for prom night. My boyfriend is 18 and on their website it had let him reserve one perfectly fine but when we got there he had to be 21. They should really change the reservation age if they’re going to do that. Nice place. Unfortunately we booked online and ended up having to get another extra room because they wouldn't honor the reservation for the family room as we thought we'd get and we couldn't cancel without paying the same price as the room cost. The continental breakfast was okay but they were out of almost everything and we had to wait for almost an hour until the eggs, hash browns, ham and gravy were refilled. We had to call housekeeping in because the bathroom wasn't clean. There was hair all over the shower (not just one but quite a few) and there were lights that didn't work in the other room so there were electrical problems that need to be addressed. We received $10 off our room due to the inconvenience. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Summary; perfect trucker rest stop. It's a nice place all-in-all. It's a bit older of a building, but the rooms are still nice and have typical amenities, such as hidden fridge and HDTV+cable. The sinks are outside the bathroom, which I'm not a fan of personally. Being an older building, it's not as sounds proof as others. The floors echo enough that even light walking can make you sound like a lead-foot to the floor below. Lots of pounding around was heard, and you can hear any time anyone around you uses the water, cause the pipes sing. Pool is very nice with a small water side — not made for people over 5'5". The hot tub is great, when it works. Over the course of 2 weeks it's been down for maintenance 3 times. And even adults need a wristband — some of which are the concert style; one use only — but you still have to have a band for consecutive use. Really? Breakfast is good, but not great. The ham is cheap, and the biscuits aren't fresh — they're in the plastic bread display, along with every other bread type that's not the most fresh either. More days with sausage instead of ham would be great ;)

This is my place when I'm in Billings. It's always clean and quiet. Good breakfast. It's weird to get to from the west but trust Google maps.

Excellent place to stay and great service. They made our journey home in a snow storm so much easier. Highly recommended!

Clean, well kept rooms, fairly quiet, extremely friendly, nice breakfast bar, and allows pets. Only issue was the outside door handle was a bit of a pain to get to work. Otherwise great experience and we have already told others about it.

I stayed here many many nights over the summer and into early fall while I was working in the area. The rooms are affordable, comfortable and the hotel is usually pretty quiet, you do get the occasional kid running down the hallway excited to use the water slide! It is close to the restaurants and cracked barrel is in the same parking lot. The breakfast is decent, it does get crowded in the main room but they do have an overflow room with extra seating. Water pressure is good, lots of channels on the TV, microwaves and fridges in the room. I will stay here any chance I get.

Good hotel for the money. Stay there every single week for a great rate. Would have been 5 stars but the breakfast is very lacking.

The Kelly-inn is the best bang for your buck in Billings, MT. I've stayed there for 4 weeks now during the week days for business. They always match the cheaper online rates. Breakfast is great with a wide variety. Rooms are always clean and they are up to date. The hot tub is great after a long day. Try it out, you won't be disappointed.

Pretty good. Near craker barrel and Casinio. Room a little dated but overall nice. Breakfast was a little bland but cant complain still did the trick. Staff is good. Safe area too.

It is clean. They have a great continental breakfast. The beds & pillows are comfortable. The furniture is in good shape. It's got everything you'd expect from a good hotel. The only things I didn't like was how few entrance/exit doors they have. Everytime I had to leave my room is was a trek. They have lots of rules that they strictly enforce. The most annoying one being that you have to wear wrist bands in the pool area, swimming or not and you're only allowed so many.

After traveling 16 hours, this was a great stop. The hot tub was a welcome sight and my daughter enjoyed the pool. She didn't go down the slide but several of the kids there did. The staff was very friendly. Beds were super comfortable. The breakfast area was great. There was a really good selection of food for all age groups. The workout room was nice. You have to go through the pool area to get to it. I would recommend this hotel to all ages and will stay again when I travel that way.

Beautiful room! Our dogs stayed free, and the value for the price was fantastic. Nice view, very clean, and it had all the amenities.

Hotel was extremely clean and very up to date. The shower/Jacuzzi bathtub was very spacious and clean. The bed was super comfortable. The bottom floor rooms have a motel style door to the parking lot and another one that goes inside the hotel which was quite convenient. The continental breakfast was very good and extensive with a large selection of foods.

Not a bad place to stay at all. Rooms were clean and the kids enjoyed the pool and it was a nice breakfast.

It was a nice room. Everything was clean and the beds are comfy. The guy that check us in was rude. He seemed bothered that we interrupted his eating. I will stay there again. It's a great place to stay… Just get rid of him.

The pool with the slide was great! The room was well decorated and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. There were lots of options of chain restaurants and other restaurants around. I only have two complaints: the walls were pretty thin and there was a hole in my mom's sheet. The positives way outweigh the negatives.

Room is nice, and walking distance to the Cracker Barrel. But… Shawn R. At the front desk needs a refresher course in customer service. He was more interested in watching a hockey game than making sure the information was correct on the room/payment receipt. … He should also consider breath mints, and perhaps a shave before coming to work. Rates are average, but we'll go elsewhere with our business the next time we're traveling through Montana.

Horrible service We have stayed at the Kelly Inn for years when in Billings and have always had a nice stay. However, when we went to check in the worker Lani was rude increased the price of our reservation by $20 and refused "to bother" her manager to help us. Five minutes later we went in and she was on the phone her manager. She offered us a "discounted" rate which was the same as what is listed on the website. Honestly, the hotel is not nice enough to have to deal with such awful customer service. Apparently customers come last with her. Very disappointed, as we have never had issues like this at the hotel in the past. The other desk worker, Sean, was polite and helpful though.

The room was fine but breakfast was a mess. Ran out of eggs, overflowing garbage. Totally understaffed in this area.

Best people ever! Had our two dogs, not only very clean motel, but the dog area is nice too. Easy on and off the street. Close to food and shopping. Everyone one is soo nice and helpful. We had a problem and they jumped in and made everything right.
