Great customer service +18O56O854O6 NO NONSENSE and GREAT ASSISTANCE!

Good service breakfast wasn't quite what it is at other days in but it was a great day and it was quiet.

King suite — huge room, three windows but the carpet was stained and gross. Great price. Doors left open all night, windows in hallways were wide open. Employees sitting on steps right by the open window smoking which made the whole place smell.

We had to stay here unexpectedly. Our room was not ready right away because they had just cleaned the carpets. The room was very clean and comfortable. Towels were fluffy and the pillows were too! We made use of the coffee supplies in our room including the Keurig! We left too early for to have the breakfast but we did notice it was ready to go. Staff was friendly and they had some really cool postcards for sale.

Love it. Every time I'm in town, I day here. Friendly staff and always clean. Never have a complaint and suggest this for everyone.

The room was clean and the staff was polite and th breakfast was great.

It won't happen again. Staff walking around with cigarettes in their mouths, facial rings, tattoos. Why bother not letting guest smoke in their room when everywhere you go there is cigarette smoke!

Not a bad place to stay. Reasonable rates and nice rooms. The breakfast is rather limited compared to other places, including other Days Inns. But the worst part was their 'pet friendly' policy does not include cats Not noted anywhere, and when I asked the girl about it she said it was because the owner doesn't like cats. Fair enough, but put a notice on the website or at least at the front desk.

Showed up after a long day of driving, and was promptly helped by Matt Yuhas at the front desk. He was courteous, thorough and rapid in getting us to our room. He took the time to inform us of the amenities and give us a little information about local restaurants, gas stations, etc… Slept well in a clean, quiet room with a good breakfast to start off our final leg of the journey… Very pleased!

Check in and check out was very smooth. Breakfast was okay. Had a hard time keeping the room cool over night.

Front desk people are polite and helpful. Rooms are clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. Water pressure great! Staff is courteous and happy. Stayed here last year and again this year. If ever back in area will defiantly stay again!

On-demand, instantaneous hot water but it smells a little off. Great shower heads and cozy folded pillows. Could use more choices for breakfast but the hash is honestly pretty filling.

For an overnight stop at $55, I really couldn't find anything to complain about… Actually, I was surprised how cheap it was, wouldn't have mind paying more. Room look remodeled, staff was friendly/helpful, no foul smells, close to higway/restaurants, and most importantly wasn't disturbed by my neighbors from thin walls.

Days Inn motel is okay. Place is worn down but still a good dollar value. Decent breakfast bar that accommodates type 2 diabetics. Great water pressure in the shower. Heater/AC's are dirty so just don't look. Very friendly staff does a pretty good job of the place all things considered. Pet friendly. Would use this place again.

Nice enough for a reasonable rate. We had a queen size bed. Room had mini fridge and coffee maker. My biggest complaint was the beds were very firm and the walls are not very sound proof.

My boyfriend and I have been staying here in their only suite for about 2 1/2 weeks… paid over $1000 to do so. One of the staff members told me I was taking "TOO MUCH BREAKFAST" after I had taken 2 bowls of cereal, enough bread to make 4 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, 2 bananas and 2 apples along with 2 drinks upstairs to my room with me to feed the both of us. I did this two days in a row. I am also 6 months pregnant… & THEN THE FACT THAT my boyfriend had been sneezing nonstop since we got here. He recommended I clean out the air conditioners/heaters and dust the rest of the room with a wet rag, so I did and the results were disgusting. Pure black rag by the time I was done and the heater filters had never even been touched. Despite my few negative events at this hotel, Leanne and one other front desk employee working the afternoon shifts are awesome and so polite, and the housekeepers are very courteous as well.

Nice rooms at reasonable rates. My room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Towels were scratchy though (fabric softener would help). Breakfast was filling: Eggs, biscuits & gravy, yogurt, waffles, and more. The customer service was excellent. I'd definitely stay here again.

I have stayed here twice. It is excellent value. Breakfast is great, rooms are clean. Above all the staff are always very friendly and go above and beyond to ensure you have what you need for your stay. It is also in a great location close to shopping and restaurants.

Comfortable rooms in general, cleaning could be stepped up a bit. Also some mix of nice modern and older fixtures in rooms. Bit odd.

Overall, I like it here. Nitpicking just a little bit, the top of the sink drain plunger came off, but I was still able to use the sink. Fresh cookies!

Clean rooms up to date tv, fridge, microwave. Overall nice hotel and not too expensive.

Was very accommodating with making last minute changes to our room location & the number of beds we needed. Friendly & polite. The cheese in the Omelet of the continental breakfast, however, could have been cheddar instead of squeeze cheese.

Comfortable beds, clean room, friendly staff. Easy to find and get to. Close to lots of retail but still quiet. Breakfast consisted of eggs, waffles, oatmeal, hash and other details goods; decent but not great. Would definitely stay again.

We weren't expecting much when we booked our late night reservation, but boy were we surprised! The staff was friendly. The rooms were updated, clean and comfortable. Nice and quiet! Best of all, they have a great complimentary breakfast selection. I'd definitely stay here again when in the area next.

The breakfast was very nice. The eating area was a little small. The beds could have been more comfortable but I liked the fluffy pillows. My husband would have preferred foam pillows.

3 1/2 Plus, clean, internet works well, cable, great selections. Minus, small room, very small bathroom, no elevator, a little over priced. So, they earned a 3 1/2

Perfect! Charming staff, clean, excellent Wi-Fi and very full breakfast.

The hotel was a little hard to find. The room was extremely small but clean and the breakfast was okay but not great despite what others may have said. Overall it was a decent place to stay one night but I wouldn't have wanted to stay more.

The decorative bed sheet had multiple large urine staines.

I called in and gave them my name to hold my room and got there a hour later and they gave my room away. This is the worst customer service I have ever had.

Clean, comfortable, staff very nice. We brought our dog. Surprisingly nice hotel. The free breakfast wasn't bad, at least it was free. Coffee was good. Definitely recommend.

Very disappointed. Below average for a Days Inn. Some lights in room didn't work, pull-out sofa bed ("King Suite") was the worst I've had — even putting mattress on floor — it was awful, no sheets or blankets for pull-out (had to go to front desk to ask for), clock didn't work at all, long waits for breakfast restocks including coffee repeatedly, no hot tub per the website. King bed was very comfortable. On check out, I was asked how my stay was. I stated all of the above, maid (also behind counter) acknowledged some of the problems and excused the others. Counter-person didn't say anything — not even an apology! Would not stay here again. And it was an expensive room! Tarnished my perceptions of Days Inn.

Bathroom was way to small. Two people couldn't be in the bathroom at the same time brushing teeth or whatever. The bathtub needs the nonslip ducks or something in it. Way to slippery.

Decent Hotel for the money. I don't have any issues with the facility. I 've stayed here many times and it is one of the very few that I can NEVER send out emails via Outlook via my owm domain names. Thank Goodness I carry my Verizon Data card. BUT I like to use the MOTEL Wi-Fi to conserve Data Plan at night! It doesn't seem to be an issue with gmail. I suspect others like AOL, Hotmail, Yahoo may be fine. Internet is fast, but no good if you are a business travlerer on your company email server responding to clients!. I asked at the Desk and even mentioned to the owner! They suggest you call there help line, to no avail! They try to tell you it's YOU or your computer. I won't have the same problem at my next stop or last stop. So I don't buy that (I get, GEE, no one else complains). I travel a LOT and this is Local Motel Problem with there provider I-HOTEL. Or the set up of their Service. So while I like the facility I won't stay here again. It will be about $700 bucks out of their pocket next year, just because of 1 THING.

We were pleasantly surprised with this last minute reservation — great mattress and bedding, very clean, up-dated room and bathroom, with Wi-Fi and refrig. We were just looking for a bed to sleep in, as we arrived late and were leaving early. The breakfast left a little to be desired, but it was something to eat with coffee and juice. Front desk was pleasant and expedient with our reservation. We make this trip several times a year and will definitely stay here next time and recommend it to others. Easy access to the interstate.
