We stayed here for 16 weeks due to being homeless. Worst place ever, even worse than the Mo (Roach) tel 6 in Fayetteville. The wannabe manager, Shirley, claims she hates drama but she is the one causing the drama 99% of the time. Very rude and hateful! Roaches were horrible, I had to get roach bait to clear them out the first day and even then they kept coming back, no matter how clean my OCD self kept the room. Toilet leaked at the water line and covered the floor around the toilet with water. Mold in bathroom from the toilet and I was cleaner before I took a shower (a lot of black mold in the bath tub). There was unexplainable green spots on the ceiling in the main part of the room and black on the ceiling in the bathroom like something was smoking or on fire in there. Bed bugs. Roof leaks into rooms on the second floor. No pool, they closed it for storage for the Vapor shop. If someone is smoking marijuana in the room behind yours then you get the smell through the vent in the bathroom, nothing will be done, even if you report it. You have to supply your own towels if staying more than 2/3 nights. Housekeeping is supposed to see if you need clean sheets every week but do not, we ended up buying our own sheets. They have 1 washer and 1 dryer and most of the time 1 of the 2 was always out of order. Stairs are not safe. The whole hotel is very poorly maintained. No consideration for guests, people making a lot of noise after their 9pm quiet rule.

The absolute worst owner and staff. They charge a $10 room "deposit" that you will not get back in the morning. Rooms are overpriced for quality and neighborhood. They will threaten you as the customer and call the police on you. Loud n noisy stay. Not worth a dime, pay $10-$20 more and go somewhere else. The blonde up front (the mngr) is a complete crack pot. Plus… no pool anymore, no breakfast room, and it is not clean like the pictures at all.

It's a good place but we had bugs an no cable then wanted go to a motel in rogers right after getting our room an becuase I had messed up the top cover we could not. The superior working that night was acting like the junkie in the back of the hotel an was using her position of management in a unprofessional way…

My room was very clean and new carpet and very comfortable bed. Too much traffic from long term stays here.

It was horrible. The first room they put me in had sheets that Were filthy and the locks are jiggly and look like they're about to fall apart on top of that the second they put me in had no electricity I ended up getting a refund and going home.

So I've gotta admit this is the trashiest of the trashiest of all of Northwest Arkansas. First of all don't fall for the pictures posted on this website, secondly the place is infested with cockroaches, the first room they gave my wife and I the floor was covered with dead roaches, looked in the fridge and it too had dead roaches in it. The microwave was missing so I called the front desk and told them if the nastiness of the room and THEY acted like I was in the wrong for asking for a new room. If you're staying longer than one night, they don't provide room service, nor towels. Unfortunately I'm stuck here for a week, due to the fact that they wouldn't refund my weekly rate, but needless to say, I'LL NEVER EVER STAY AT THE ROACH MOTEL AGAIN!

Terrible place. The desk was rude. The pool was full of building materials. The concrete around the whole place was dirty and in bad need of a fresh surface. There were roaches in the room… lots of roaches! There was black mold all around the bath room. The bathroom door looked like a knife had been taken to it… that and it was written on. The walls of the room were dirty, holey, and looked like no paint had been used in years. Save your money. Do not reserve.

Tv didn't work, asked 3 times and still never fixed it. Then electricity went out for a little bit. Biggest issue besides feeling like your cleaner before you shower in thir tubs is there are toothless Zobies are out everywhere at night if you get my drift. There is a hole in the bathroom door where it looks like someone punched a hole through. I've payed 20 $ less and had better places than this. I would give it a one except its better than sleeping in the car cause the beds are soft.

So the room was 60 which was cool, but crazy thing is there is not one chair to sit on. Only the bed. No remote. So it's jump on and off all the time. It's 60 bucks but I'd like to sit at the desk you have to offer.

Don't… just don't… the a. C. Don't work and they say… " Oh well, it is hot everywhere. " Not supposed to be in a motel room. Wish we could give it negative stars… the 4 star rating on the other sites must be all of their family.

If I could give 0000 I would this place is awful! Do yourself a favor and keep driving. We rented this as a last resort as truck is being worked on and didn't want to pay a lot. There is no water in the pool the air conditioning in the first room didn't work at all. I called front desk they sent maintenance he came in for filters brought them back soaked where he washed them. He said should work now I said yeah I hope its hot in here he said its hot everywhere I said yeah but I don't expect to sweat for 60 dollars a night being inside if I wanted to sweat I would stay in car. It still didn't work I called back they switched our room which is still hot. I'm wanting to raise hell but my husband said its just for tonight no need to be mean. I have seen roaches which isn't surprising with the characters that are staying here weekly. I expect any moment that the door will be kicked in. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT DO IT!

The room was clean and quiet, the pool and spa weren't open and in need of major repairs. The staff were friendly and helpful.

DO NOT STAY HERE… I booked online, trusted pictures, big mistake. Its half full of tenants that stay weekly rates. Paper thin walls, dirty everthing. Would have walked right out had it not been so late. No way I was going to stay a second night. Let them know I was not coming back, requested refund for second night. NOTHING… My wife is still mad at me about this place. Move along, do not stop here…

We stayed for over a month and the room was disgusting when we moved in and they never came in and cleaned. Most the time they didn't even bring toilet paper. While there the shower broke while in the shower and the other people fought all around us, then the manager accused us for fight with a taser in her hand. They had no signs posted saying you couldn't sit in pool area after 10 and when I was the manager came down and rudely looked at me and said "you to your room". Then today my mom is in the hospital and when we were slowly checking out they came up and told us to get our stuff out of the room and as we were trying to explain they said "get it out now" will not be returning and do not recommend it to anyone! And talk about roach galore! Terrible management!

I don't normally write reviews but, I expected breakfast and unless they hid it from us… there was none. Non-smoking room was frebreezed to hide that smoking was done in this room, scorch marks on furniture. Couch was badly stained and desk drawer was missing. HBO was a plus but wasn't working the second night of stay. It was up and running the day we left. The room didn't have a microwave but the lobby did, we were also hoping for in room… coffee also in lobby. The pool wasn't opened but we came the wrong weekend apparently that opens this coming weekend. The other tenants were loud all night and apparently a fight broke out right outside our room. That is not the fault of the establishment… I am aware just one more little irritation. The bathroom fixture was broken to the shower and there was no plug for the tub. We got what we paid for and sadly will not return. I hope that they improve their establishment.

Worst hotel ever. Blood on the floors, roaches and I woke up severely bitten by bed bugs! They refuse to do anything about it!

I would give this hotel a 0 if possible. We were attending a wedding near by and booked this room for two nights. After driving 14 hours we checked in dropped our stuff off and left. Just from our brief time there we found 2 roaches, blood on an arm chair in the room, drawers missing from the desk and dresser, and our "nonsmoking room" smelled like an ash tray. After going to the rehearsal dinner we went back and expressed our concerns. Not once in this whole process have we heard an "I'm sorry" or "can we switch you to another room" from one member of the staff. We were told we could only be refunded for one of the nights because we only had 10 minutes to say we didn't like the room from the time of check in. I left a message for the manager to call me on Monday. I did not hear anything till Wednesday when I called again. She called me back today (Thursday) and told me that they couldn't refund us because we had been in the room too long. I understand this but even after asking multiple times "did they not have an issue with the state of their rooms" she refused to respond, she then told me that the front desk clerk did offer me another room (he did not) and argued that I was wrong when I told her he didnt. And when I went over our issues for the 3rd time she said I still haven't told her where there was blood (i had several times). The customer service and attitude of not only staff but management of this hotel is somehow worse than state of the hotel.

This was the worst hotel ive ever stayed at, once I was inside the room which was missing half the furniture and the rest was broken, as I was starting at the red stain on the floor hoping it wasn't blood and the two large holes in the wall, I realized the nicest thing about this place was the 24 hour waffle house that I could go escape to!

We checked in to this hotel and went to our room. When we opened the door the smell of wet dog and musty air from a barely working air conditioner hit me in the face. The walls and ceilings were discolored and toilet didn't flush well. I went to take a shower and The water didn't heat up till my husband flushed the toilet. There were roaches and when I was unpacking at home there was a bedbug in the bag. Lousy hotel.

This place is TERRIBLE! No towels. Broken mirrors, broken lights, broken toilet, backed up bathtub. Paid $60 for one night. Only plus is the indoor pool. Bad management.

I checked in after 10 p. M. On 10/10/14. I got a "single" room (king size bed). Paid around $80.00 (tax included). When I went to the room to get ready for bed, I tried turning on the light over the sink area. It shocked the piss out of me. So, then I had to pee. Went into the bathroom to find a black pubic hair on the back of the tank — right in front of the shampoo, soap, and towels. I returned to the desk and asked for a cleaner room that wasn't going to electrocute me. They put me in the room next to that one. No pubic hairs, didn't get shocked — but I did have to fight the roaches for the bed! I killed one on top of the mini-fridge and left it for the maid to see. Will I go back — no. Will I recommend it to family or friends? Absolutely NOT.

I stayed here when I got hired on with PAM. All I can say is first impressions mean everything. My first impression of PAM Transport was checking into this sketchy hotel they call the "Heritage Inn" notice how its not even on Trip Advisor its that bad! I couldnt believe they would put ANYONE up in a place like this! There are so many other "Cost Efficient" hotels/motels in the Springdale area. The "local" live on the back side of the motel, the hookers and drug dealers live the left side of the property and PAM Transport has the right side of the property of their new hires. Wow! What an interesting week that was.

I DO NOT recommend this place. My husband was hired on by PAM transport and assigned to stay at this hotel while he received his training. When I dropped him off, it was obvious that the hotel was old and in a bad neighborhood. There were a lot of sketchy people milling around and the nearby shops all had bars on the windows. The hotel has posted signs around advertising that room is The Vapor Room. The Vapor Room turns out to be a place where they sell drug accessories, like pipes and bongs. The building itself is really run-down with peeling paint and the ceiling in the room leaked when it rained. I'm really disappointed in PAM transport for sending him there. This is not a hotel for travelers or businessmen, but a place to stay for the homeless, drug-users and hookers.

I stayed here when I got hired on for PAM Transport here in Arkansas because I got my CDL and everything was great the whole week I was here. Its an older Motel, but overall its great! Stay away from the gambling area, because its nothing but prostitutes and trash hanging around it.
