Me, my husband and my 15 month old baby spent 5 wonderful days as guests of this hotel. Courteous, attentive and professional staff. The owners have always satisfied our requests proving to be very caring towards the little one. The structure has evidently been modernized recently and is equipped with a splendid view, an outdoor and an indoor play area and a beautiful swimming pool. The breakfast is rich and tasty, suitable for all needs. Many of the products offered are prepared at home. The dinner is nothing short of superb. Typical recipes prepared with skill, using quality raw materials and plated with care. Legume soups and desserts highly recommended! The city center can be reached in a few minutes by car, but also on foot or by bike the journey is very easy. The Iris hotel is really our place in Abruzzo and I hope to be back soon!

I stayed for 6 nights in this beautiful property with my family… ultra-friendly staff is super helpful… with every request we made we were always satisfied, we booked with the half board option and ate great… carefully curated breakfast… it also has a beautiful garden with very well cared for children's carousel and with swimming pool outside equipped very well… what about… we felt like family… we will definitely come back and definitely recommend it.

Ideal place to feel truly pampered, from the catering, great and plentiful, to the sympathy of the owners. Animation for the little ones… and not only that. Strategic location within walking distance of the lifts and the center of Pescasseroli. Highly recommended.

We spent the Easter we and I must say it was just what I wanted… Located in a quiet place on the edge of the village of Pescasseroli. The value for money is very advantageous. Ample space in front of the hotel for parking around a garden with a gazebo in the center equipped with chairs and benches. They have a games room for adults and children's playroom. The staff are friendly as well as the animators for adults and children always in business… The room chosen was the comfort on the first floor which has practically a terrace. Clean and new services toilets, comfortable but a bit vetusta the room. We dined there only on the evening of our arrival and all in all you can give it a sufficiency for the quality of the raw material although more than a restaurant can be compared to a pension. The buffet leaves a little to be desired and the choice of the dishes was very limited.

Equipped with ample outdoor spaces, reserved parking, large indoor room with central fireplace and common TV, it is an excellent solution for families with children. Nice and helpful staff The bathrooms inside the rooms are clean and recently refurbished. The kitchen is good although it is not that strictly typical local.

I can only recommend to all this wonderful structure, a family run that has put the first place professionalism in the choice of collaborators (Natascia, Mario and Mariagrazia of the animation Alakatanga always present, pleasant and Discreet) both in the commitment to the guest. An unforgettable Christmas with my children, a place that has become one of my heart places. And while I'm in the kitchen for the preparations of the dinner, I think that nothing will come to me as well as the one that prepared us daily the chef Dell'iris and that there will be as enjoyable entertainment as that of the boys of Alakatanga. I envy who will listen to sing Mario, who as my puppy said, has magic in my throat! Scarlett, you didn't do anything wrong when you answered all my doubts, thank you! See you again in 2018!

Friendly staff, great food, organized fine, entertainment made the stay unforgettable, the shuttle escorted us to the facilities to visit the city, the skating rink and snowtubing. Wonderful experience that I wish everyone to be able to do. I found a room to say the least familiar that gave birth to me the desire to return to stay there. For some years we come for the summer holidays in this Hotel where we are really very well. The resort is quiet surrounded by greenery with all the comforts… The people are helpful and friendly… Great food… In short, a perfect holiday.

I booked a weekend with my children in Pescasseroli in January, we arrived early on a Saturday morning, a large reception area with a huge cozy fireplace, we were warmly greeted by Antonella, the owner of the hotel. Our room was very large, comfortable and warm. We spent a lot of time skiing, fantastic ski trail is located just 3 minutes away. After returning delicious hot chocolate for the kids, I regaled excellent wine Pecorino with a delicious selection of local cheeses and meats curred. The hotel was almost full but the service excellent. At dinner the children chose from the normal menu smaller portions, handmade tagliollini with meat ragu and gratted ricotta, grilled lamb with aromatic olive oil, roasted potatoes "Avezzano — good quality" broccoletti ripassati, absolutely delicious. After dinner the children were interesting fun in the play area and I enjoyed the match series with a glass Genziana. Breakfast — huge buffet with homemade pastries, fresh juices, crispy and crossaints and the best capuccino made by Mauro — the next owner of the hotel. Sunday brunch also surprised us: homemade gnocchi with fresh local truffle "campoli apennino", grilled pork chops with polenta and scamorza — all very tasty. We can not wait to return. The hotel is nice and clean. The restaurant is excellent. It is a very suitable place for families with children. The staff are very courteous and the atmosphere is simple and informal. It is close to the slopes and the village (walking distance). I recommend it.
