Review of Heritage Inn Springdale 2*

We stayed here for 16 weeks due to being homeless. Worst place ever, even worse than the Mo (Roach) tel 6 in Fayetteville. The wannabe manager, Shirley, claims she hates drama but she is the one causing the drama 99% of the time. Very rude and hateful! Roaches were horrible, I had to get roach bait to clear them out the first day and even then they kept coming back, no matter how clean my OCD self kept the room. Toilet leaked at the water line and covered the floor around the toilet with water. Mold in bathroom from the toilet and I was cleaner before I took a shower (a lot of black mold in the bath tub). There was unexplainable green spots on the ceiling in the main part of the room and black on the ceiling in the bathroom like something was smoking or on fire in there. Bed bugs. Roof leaks into rooms on the second floor. No pool, they closed it for storage for the Vapor shop. If someone is smoking marijuana in the room behind yours then you get the smell through the vent in the bathroom, nothing will be done, even if you report it. You have to supply your own towels if staying more than 2/3 nights. Housekeeping is supposed to see if you need clean sheets every week but do not, we ended up buying our own sheets. They have 1 washer and 1 dryer and most of the time 1 of the 2 was always out of order. Stairs are not safe. The whole hotel is very poorly maintained. No consideration for guests, people making a lot of noise after their 9pm quiet rule. If they have a contractor they have them begin work prior to the 11:30am checkout, the noise will wake you up. They care more about the Vapor shop than they own than the hotel. I would give a negative 10 if I could.
