Really liked this hotel and will be back.

We chose this hotel for the value and and family-friendly atmosphere. It was also very clean and updated, which is a must! All staff I interacted with was very friendly, and it came in handy that the location was a quick walk to the Family Fun Center for a round of mini golf. All in all a great experience, but we found ourselves a little disappointed in the complimentary breakfast. It was a fairly standard spread, but the hot options, which are usually the highlight, were underwhelming and not worth finishing. On trips, we usually plan on taking all our breakfasts at our hotel if possible, but decided to pass for the rest of our stay. Otherwise, this hotel was exactly what we hoped for!

Had an amazing time. The pool is huge and a lot of fun. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The shuttle to and from the airport was super convenient and the driver was super friendly. Overall, if you're coming or going out of SeaTac, you can't go wrong.

I have been wanting to visit this Comfort Suites for years. Finally had a chance. Loved it. They are very attentive to their guests and they have more amenities than most Comfort Suites. My compliments to the staff and the ownership of this facility. I'll be back.

Very clean and spacious rooms. There was a refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave in the room as well as an assortment of of coffee mugs and glasses. The pool was large and was perfect for children with the depth ranging from 1' to 4'6". There were also a couple of sprinklers in the middle. Towels are provided in the pool area. We had a very early flight and thought we would miss out on the breakfast offered, but was pleasantly surprised to find that the hotel offered grab and go breakfast bags that contained a bottle of water, granola bar, goldfish crackers and a piece of fruit (apple, orange, or banana). The only negative thing I have to say is that the bathtub is very slippery. Enter with caution!

Very friendly staff—went out of their way to ensure guests felt at home. Airport shuttle picked us up late at night (10 minutes to hotel), front desk greeted with a smile (and treat for the kids). Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We had 4 adults + 2 kids in a spacious 2 bedroom suite, then 2 adults + 2 kids in a standard (but big) room. Breakfast was hot and good—on the basic side, but hit the spot. Indoor pool looked tempting—but we had a cruise to catch and didn’t get a chance to indulge. There is a Fun Center (arcade+rides+go cart track type stuff) next door, mall nearby, subway sandwich across parking lot. I would stay here again without question if looking for a clean and comfortable place near airport. Downside was a broken water heater during our stay—which was repaired when we were leaving. Professional and caring attitude from management and staff overshadowed this blip.

Pleasantly surprised with the quality and options for the price. Close to Fun Center and shopping, and downtown Seattle is about 20 min away.

Rooms were okay, staff was friendly and is located about five minutes from the airport via the free shuttle. There is a lot to do around the hotel (mall and fun center) if you have some time to kill. Overall a pretty nice hotel.

If I could give a negative star, I would. I had the worst experience with this location. Their staff offered bad service and provided my family with false information on booking and overcharged. We booked 7 rooms, we got double charged. They charged us extra $75 for no explanation on the reason and manager Amberly Bernal stated she will be assisting on getting this situated, it's been a month now and she has not called or communicated with our situation. I am far disappointed and I would NEVER refer family or friends here.

Clean hotel, free breakfast buffet. Reasonable rates. Nice room decor. Indoor pool where my kids had had a great time learning how to swim. Only draw back was the beds were too stiff, if the beds were a little bit softer or at least a pillow top that would make this a 5 star review.

Pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and attentive staff. Rooms are spacious. Very convenient location if someone needs to stay near the airport. Very good value for the money.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Me and my sisters planned on staying here for 7 days. We came for the indoor pool and because it was close to a lot of nearby attractions. Nothing special about the free breakfast. It’s gets pretty loud with all the plains nearby. The hotel is under construction which they only tell you once you have arrived. All of these things could have been forgiven had a worker not knocked on my door and proceeded to come in and look around because it “smelt like marijuana”. He said he would be coming back all through out the day to look through our room. We felt very voilated. We have been to numerous states and 100s of hotels. Not once had we ever had to leave and demand a refund. We did not smoke in the room. And we can’t control the smell. Recreational Marijuana is legal in Seattle in case people did not know. I refuse to stay at a place that watches my every move and and decides they can just come in and invade our privacy all day long whenever they choose. I didnt spend hundreds of dollars to be treated like a criminal. Not to mention everywhere in the hotel and parking lot has like 18 different cameras. What’s going on at that hotel that you need THAT much surveillance? We told them we wanted to leave and they said that’s fine but we won’t be getting a refund. Even though the staff is the reason I’m leaving. But I guess I’ll just have to spend more money to feel comfortable somewhere else because this place is ridiculous.

Best kept secret in town. Lena is amazing. She makes me feel like it's my 2nd home. The customer service is above exceptional. AND… they will now accept my bank card to reserve, check in and check out! It was their only flaw and now they've fixed it. Perfection!

Nice, clean, spacious hotel. Things work as expected. Very attentive staff. Breakfast can be improved but most other top brand hotels will not include breakfast for the price of room nights offered here. Excellent value for the money.

Had a awesome time staying here. We loved the pool and hot tub. The fun center next door was a hit with the kids. Employees very nice and rooms super clean.

What an awesome place to stay and relax! Its centralized location is extremely convenient with the airport, Family Fun Center, Westfield Southcenter mall, and a light rail station nearby. They offer a free shuttle service to the previously mentioned locations as well as Costco! Compared to any other hotel, their pool was by far the best I've ever seen. It's both spacious and pretty. The complimentary continental breakfast was superb with many delicious options including a self-serve waffle maker. To top it all off, the staff was extremely kind and courteous. The staff went out of their way to help me. My stay was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning in the future.

Great location, close to everything including the airport. Staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. Breakfast was exactly what would be expected; eggs, sausage, waffles, and verity of cereals — but the staff managing the food was doing a great job keeping the items hot and fresh.

The hotel and rooms were decent and we loved the proximity to the fun center. Our doorjamb to one room was not level so we had to push it closed. We also had an issue with being charged double. After contacting the hotel the accounting department failed to follow up or correct the issue… watch your receipts closely.

Beautiful hotel! Super friendly front desk staff! The rooms are clean, modern and smell good. The entire hotel smells good! Food and convince store on site, one mile to the casino and a free shuttle to the mall. It's nice here. An amusement park next door, a pool — this hotel is a vacation in itself.

Had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda and John at the guest checkin. Fantastic attitude and very cheerful. My family and I had a FANTASTIC stay. Thank you.

The hotel was very nice. The staff was amazing. The 2nd floor is a 24hr quiet floor that is enforced. So good for travellers. The only reason they got a 4 was because the pool is only open till 10pm. They serve warm cookies from 5-7pm and breakfast is from 6-9am.

I took one of my good friends here to stay the night for his bachelor party. The room we started with didn't have a working AC unit (which we needed for my friend to be comfortable) and you guys went above and beyond to call in the repairman when he was off-shift to get the AC unit fixed. Thanks a bunch guys. I don't go to hotels very often but really like yours. Keep up the great work.

When Google says 2 star pay attention. They took a motel 6 building and moved in nice furniture. I've had to swipe my card as many as 20 times to get it to open the door. Average is probably 6 times. Different cards don't help. The bathtub is cracked. Has some sort of something sprayed all over an old tub — probably to hide the stains previously there. Stains on carpet. No fan in bathroom-only one light. THREE different toilet paper holders attached to wall-right at elbow/hip height. Really? Just leave an extra roll on the counter maybe?! If I were here one night or/and only paid $100 I guess it would work. But for the $$ I'm thinking I could have done better. Tons of other places in the area. Huge overstuffed pillows have my jaw hurting so will go buy a pillow at target. Floor hasn't been vacuumed in at least the past 3 days. Not sure if sheets have been changed in 10 days-I'm doing an experiment with that so I may update later. But the furniture is nice (as long as you open the drawers with BOTH HANDS) and the bed is decent. So there's that. The staff is nice.

The fine print disclaimer that you must have a credit card should be put as a must read item. Upon arrival I was allowed to use my debit card to hold the deposit (If I had had a credit card, only $33 would've been put on hold, but because I only had a debit card, I had to put $150 on hold). Not only was I charged $150 the day I checked in, another $150 charge was submitted upon my check out. I was told not to worry and that the funds would be returned. It is now 4 days later and I am having to have my bank dispute the charges because Comfort Suites has taken $300 from my account and no credit has shown up. Alison, the bookkeeper, was absolutely no help and was condescending with me in regards to the charges. It just wasn't her problem and I would have to follow up with my bank. Her lack of insincerity as well as her passive-aggressiveness was not appreciated. Never at any point did she offer to escalate my situation or allow me to speak to a manager. I called the hotel on 6/20, 6/21 and 6/23. All three times I was given the run around and no one could explain why I was charged twice and according to their records, I refund had been issued on 6/20. I requested a receipt to be emailed to me so I could dispute the charges. I have stayed at this hotel before and thoroughly enjoyed my stay there — — which is why I booked again. I am very disappointed with how I was treated. I will not be staying here again.

This comfort suites has a great pool. One of the best in this franchise especially for kids. The breakfast was the same as most comfort suites, the dining area was nice and staff was very courteous. The rooms weren't stocked with the normal toiletries that are always in the others. Such as shampoo and soap. Asked for some and they had none to give other than conditioner. They were switching out couches so the floor we were on was busy during the day. The workers doing this were pretty rude and rushed in the elevator with all their carts so that myself and my three young children had to wait for the next one. Our room was nice and comfortable. Would stay again.

The room was comfy and we were on the quite floor so that was nice. The complimentary breakfast was good too. The location was a little confusing but with some patience you'll be fine.

Short distance from the airport. Family entertainment next door. You can't go wrong by staying here. Nice hotel.

I haven't actually stayed in this hotel, but I attended a conference here in one of the meeting room spaces. While I was there, the hotel was clean, had plenty of parking, and a courteous staff. I know the hotel has been painted on the exterior, because It used to be a different color scheme. It looks like the interior has been renovated too. When you walk into the lobby it is looks great and the seating is comfortable. The front desk staff was very inviting.

There was an issue with a reservation. The manager Rachel was more concerned about being correct instead of helping to solve the problem. She was definitely not hospitable, lacked customer service skills, and had no sense of complaint resolution.

Regular place I stay when vacationing in Seattle. Always a nice place to stay with reasonable rates. Great location near Seattle Metro bus which I use to get to the ball game.

Great place to stay before you fly out of Seattle. Awesome staff, breakfast, free shuttle to and from Seatac. Able to leave car parked there for a small daily fee. Really enjoyed our stay.

Short stay, but friendly customer service. We booked a king, but plans changed and we needed to change to a room with 2 queen beds. They were able to accommodate this :) Nice ride to the airport at the end of our vacation.

The room was reasonably nice… a few broken things, but acceptable. Staff was helpful and friendly and breakfast was good.

Large, quiet, clean rooms; comfortable beds; nice furniture; nice pool. Breakfast was the only thing not that great. All hot food items were microwaved! Otherwise pretty basic.

Cool experience. I wasn't there long was just visiting but it seemed like a cool place.

They only accept credit cards so it would be inconvenient or impossible to get a room if one does not have one. But facility is nice and breakfast is pretty good. Service is excellent.
