What a piece of garbage hotel. Do not stay here — ever. Halls reeks of weed. Vomit on floor in hallway. First room we tried had smoke detectors disconnected and hanging from ceiling, wall outlets missing cover plates, TV didn't work, bedding was not clean (literally stained sheets). They moved us to room 2. Smoke detectors disconnected, funky odor in room, AC didn't work, TV didn't work. Ants all over the place, black mold in the bathroom, hair in sinks and bathroom. We left. Piece of garbage hotel. We're going to call fire marshal and health department.

Advertises free shuttle, but doesn't have one. Rooms were clean. Only two towels for three people. Bathroom was not clean. Shower curtain too short, got water all over floor. Hall carpet is filthy including old vomit. Won't stay again.

If I can I would have given them negative star. Worst service and not the best rooms. There is very very nosy and rude lady working at the front desk. Had meeting and was checking out just to find there was no one at the front waited 10min than rung the bell doing so had subjected me to verbal abuse and being told that I could not ring the bell and that she would call the police on me, this is all happening after I explained that I had waited for someone to show up for 10 min and that I had meetings that I was running late. Very rude and unpleasant to deal with. Never seen a business that had an abrupt employee that is bluntly yelling at guests. This employee should for sure be enrolled in anger management course topped with basic customer service. Worst service and stay by far. Would not recommend anyone to this location. The chain company should take steps against people that are ruining their name even if this is franchise and that the lady is owner. You will loose a lot business if this is kept up like this. Best of luck for those who book before reading this. I know see comments about bed bugs agggrrrr I wish I read this before going there.

The room was comfortable and all the amenities worked. The lady that worked the front desk was short with relies but efficient. The gentleman that works the evening shift is far nicer. Because if gim I would stay again.

The worst hotel you can think off. It's a dump and gross. Incidental is way to expensive 200 dollars. But the front desk girl was nice who help us. But don't try this one anymore unless the girl at the front desk is checking you in. She is nice.

The hallway ceiling needs to be fix and our ceiling room needs update very gross looking. When we got the 1st room was strong odor and we requested another and that ceiling was stainy & that's what we ended up staying. They need a good maintenance man to fix the building.

I wish I read the reviews before booking and staying at this hotel. I stayed one night due to having to be in Seattle early morning for a training class. I woke up fine BUT by 3pm my upper body was completely covered in bed bug bites (markings can take up to 24 hours to present themselves). I'm disgusted by this hotel and hope that no one else stays there. I'm waiting for a call back from the hotel management but based on other reviews that may never happen. Cooperate Wyndham knows of the situation and will be sending out someone to investigate the hotel.

The rooms are quite dirty. There was a hole in the wall and ants in the bathroom. Also the shower curtains hanger was falling down. When we ordered online, they uncharged us 10$ a day because the app "glitched". So be warned. The parking is in a garage under the hotel, and its decently close to the tram station. So if you are looking for somewhere cheap near the airport, this is the place.

Booked our stay for the night of 4 May, 2018. Upon waking up in the morning of the 5th, was itching like crazy then found bed bugs in the bed! I used my Wyndham Rewards points to stay here and still had to pay about $70. I immediately took pics of the bits along with video and pics of the live bugs in the bed. I called the front desk and a very polite young lady came up. We showed her and she seemed embarrassed but said she would contact the manager. After not hearing from him for 3 days, we called him and he just continued to deny the existence of the bugs. When reading through the reviews on this place, other have had the same issue! I thought Wyndham's name partnered with this place would lend credibility and didn't think to review the place on line. So very wrong. Will never stay at a Ramada again and I'm extremely disappointed with Wyndham partnering with this place. Horrible!

The only reason this review deserves a 1 star is because of the lady at the front desk. Before we even check in there was no one at the desk we had tonwait a few minutes before someone arrived that's not that big of an issue I understand she was doing something else. She was nice and very apologetic but after checking in we went to our room and it smelled like a mixture of vomit and bleach the window was open and they were trying to air it out then we went down and requested a different room the second room wr got we at forst couldn't even get into it used our shoulder and foot to try and force it open still couldnt so we went down to the front desk again and told them we couldn't even get into the room the front desk assures us it is open and follows us up to the room and uses her shoulder and jams it against the door and it opens she walks in with us to make sure it was ok the second room still had a smell to it there was a towel over the mirror and it looked like someone had been lying in the bed after it was made so she got us a third room at first glance it looked good it didnt smell at all and it looked clean but after everything else that had happened I wanted to make sure so I took the comforter and laid it back and there was dried blood on it and then in the bathroom there were hairs on the floor. Than the lady at front desk attempted to call the room to make sure that one was ok and the phone couldnt be answered it was broken.

NEVER stay here you will regret it! Extremely rude and unprofessional lady at front desk! This place is SOOO awful! I wish I never wasted my time or money would have rather paid 3 times as much to stay in any other motel or hotel! A tent in freezing cold wouldnt even have me complaining compared to that! I hope get shut down so know one else has to EVER experience that!

I think this place is perfect for the price. Very comfortable.

Worst hotel stay experience I have ever had in my life! My family and I prebooked on price line because it was a good deal and just needed a place to stay for he evening. We get there after midnight and they couldn't find out reservation, the front desk guy was so incompetent my sister had to show him how to use his printer and scanner and help search for our booking, also wouldn't take card in person or over the phone, argued that she wasnt who she said she was, after two hours of back and forth trying to book a damn room on their website we paid again and ended up being charged an extra 20 bucks per person when we booked a two queen bed room for three adults and two kids wasn't a problem when we prebooked. Wanted to charge extra for pillows and blankets after paying the extra 20 bucks for the kids and myself, puke in hallway, pimp in the lobby, lobby was 90 degrees, TV and coffee pot broken in room, hair on floor in bathroom, my niece found blood stains on her pillow. After breakfast saw the front desk lady cleaning up and she pours the milk that's been sitting out for hours back into the milk jug, pretty sure that's a health food violation. DISGUSTING! Would of been easier to sleep at the Airport and probably safer.

Worst ramada experience we have ever had, when we dropped car off for long term parking, it seemed pleasent and front desk lady was kind. When we picked car up ans overnighted, it was an awful experience. The front desk agent couldnt find our booking and was quite ride even though we had written proof of booking. The lobby and elevator smelled funny. A guy was waiting in lobby and went to his room once two prostitutes showed up. The first room was disgusting and smelled like cat urine. So we asked for different room, which was more updated but was still gross. No hot water and thin walls, cable box was unplugged and very difficult to plug back in.

Great Staff. Ami at the front desk, again and again delivers a cheerful manner whether spoken or delivered within her cheerful smile or noticing glance. Thanks, again! I would like to extend!

DO NOT STAY HERE! This place is a dump. Fitness room if thats what you want to call it is a storage closet in the underground parking cellar that is inadequately lit and littered with garbage. This is the type of place where they threw some paint up right over the mold. Chrome fixtures had more rust on them then chrome. We stayed away as much as possible and only slept there cuz we had to. Next time I drive into a shady part of town I will know not to stay there. Should have known better. Keep telling myself that.

Our stay was okay, the room wasn't in great shape with lots of wear and tear on the furniture and doors. Everything was clean and the bathroom was big (I think we had the handicapped accessible room). The free breakfast was okay, there was a waffle. Machine which was great. We could not use the Wi-Fi in our room.

They cancelled my reservation the day I got there. Booked through priceline, and price line tried to get them to honor my reservation but they refused. Price line had to put me up at a different hotel.

BED BUGS in room PICKLES under mattress in room (you can't make that up. Picture attached! ), by room the sweet guy at the front desk who had been on the job 3 days was escorting us and walked in a sleeping couple (we heard about that on the shuttle to the airport). Room passed a visual inspect. I made the front desk guy promise he would quit that day. Obviously coming home we had a TON of work to do to ensure that our SIX weeks of luggage didn't carry any bed bugs. Steer clear of this place!

Room was clean and comfortable, but it took over an hour for the shuttle from the airport to pick us up. Complimentary breakfast was banana turning brown, apples bagel, English muffin, cereal milk was turning and oatmeal packets old, stale with hard dried lumps. We won't be back.

Upon arrival things were Okay, we realized that the air conditioner was not working and it was hot. We tried to open the window however, there was no screen. We asked the front to help us, no answer at first, the second time they did bring us a whole new air conditioner! Pretty helpful staff of 2. Rooms were decent.

Not Great. We stayed because it's close to the airport, which it is (one star for that). I read a previous review about someone's car being broken into in the garage and when we parked there were two spots full of broken glass. We took all our bags to the room with us just to be safe. The room was the size we expected but smelled horrible. A bad combination of urine, body odor, and smoke. The comforters were stained and gross so we slept with a sheet only. We survived the night, our van windows were not broken, and they didn't charge us more than they were supposed to (another star for that). I will not stay there again.

Ok so we knew we were staying in a cheaper end motel when we booked this for $169 a night but everything nicer was way out of price range for us in Seattle. The room was dirty, floor had rice on it, smelled a little weird. We choose to stay anyway. It has an under ground parking garage we parked in and our windows were busted out and our big suitcases stolen! for our trip. When we told the owners they didn't seem to care, the lady was a total B.

Its been ok. The breakfast is plain. I would expect something better being how its a Ramada. Also the room is very tiny with only a Full size bed, but still extremely comfy. The front desk people seem to be nice from the small interaction I have had with them. I would like the place a lot more if the breakfast was better.

Hotel rooms were clean and at reasonable price. Close to halal restaurants.

Location and service is pretty good. Room is clean but can be improved.

This place has everything, Good clean rooms, beds, TV, parking, gym, breakfast and very nice people.

Needs improvement Lobby has free tea, coffee, juice, which is nice. The room was dubious quality: holes in the walls, loud heater, old microwave. But the furniture was the same on Marriott, where I stayed the day before. When asked room service for a second blanket, they never delivered. Also they said that bath robes are in the bathroom, but there were none. Probably, just a miscommunication.

When we got to our room, the window was wide open (in January) so it was freezing. It smelled like cigarette smoke, and our TV was smashed, like somebody punched it! Luckily we were able to get a new room right away. But it was a little disheartening. Luckily we only stayed here one night to get parking for our trip to Mexico.

I chose to try stay and fly as I had an early flight. I can't recommend this hotel as the shuttle service is not convenient. Firdt they have limited hours and the shuttle doesn't run at 5pm when my return flight arrives. I was instructed I will need to get a cab. They did discount room price. In the morning the shuttle only leaves the hotel hourly. My first room was dirty with trash chips and paper on the floor and crumbs. I was moved to another room but the bed didn't look like sheets were clean and it looked recently slept in. Staff was apologetic and pleasant.
