Nice cozy rooms with lots of space. The staff is friendly. The hotel is close to the South Center Mall.

All staff were friendly and courteous. Rooms are clean. This place is closer to everything such as shopping mall and restaurants.

As great as the property is, the staff is even better. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when I’m in the area. Very very pleased.

Room was nice. No hot tub, breakfast was lacking variety, and check-in took far too long. However, there is a great running path that goes by the hotel, just make sure you take it South and not North.

Would give zero stars if I could. Booked weeks in advance, flew in, got here at 11 and we didn’t have a room. Told us that we would have one by 12, stayed in the hotel lobby for 3 hours. Told us we couldn’t be guaranteed to be checked in by 3. Completely unsatisfied, flew cross country and exhausted just to be met with awful service. Spend your money somewhere else.

I went there for a meeting. The hallway was a lot better then most hotels I've been too. I would've gave a 5 star if I actually stay there BUT I didn't so just because I see one thing doesn't mean the rest is ok. I've seen the rooms but like I said I haven't stayed in one so I don't know what the amenities that this hotel offers. Thanks.

Nice and quiet hotel with great amenities. Rooms are good sized with TVs and a kitchen area. Hotel staff is courteous. It has a pool, basketball court, gas grills and lounging area.

Stayed here for three nights. Extremely happy about the service. Hot breakfast is served. Also from Monday to Thursday they have a social hour from 5 to 7 with free beer/wine and light snacks. Hotel staff was very helpful when we asked for extra pillows and blankets. Family friendly place with a basket ball court, swimming pool and grills out side, they even provide basketballs for whoever wants to play in the court. If you are up for a workout they have a good gym too. Our stay at Homewood suites was very pleasant and I would definitely come back!

Great atmosphere, friendly staff, nice surroundings including wooded walking paths. Large clean rooms. Nice stay.

Celebrated my nieces 11th birthday here as a sleepover with some of her friends. We let them know prior there would be a few girls and they did a great job of putting us away from other guests so we wouldn't bother them with noise. The girls had fun at the pool. The room was really nice and was the perfect size for a girls sleepover. Having the kitchen made it nice to get dinner, cake, ice cream, and snacks ready. There was a big living room area that perfectly accommodated playing games and movies. The staff was really nice!

Nice place. You're sort of out in the boondocks — which is both a plus and a minus, depending on your point of view. Same with the allowing dogs. I've seen a small dog and heard what must be a BIG dog. Suite is BIG — including huge for a hotel refrigerator. And a dishwasher!? Really. Not sure if we're in handicapped suite as we requested … If it is … Umm. Not really. Staff seem super helpful and friendly. Ride to and from airport, nearby restaurant, etc. Are great. Flexibility is not super great, but let's face it, if you want super flexibility, take Lyft or something like it. A rather.

We completely enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very quiet, clean, remodeled, comfortable. The bed was very nice. Good size king suite. Complimentary breakfast was very good. Coffee always available. Heated pool. BBQ available. Walking path. The staff were professional and kind. Close to big mall, plenty of restaurants and freeway entrances. Only 6 minutes to IKEA in Renton. That was a nice surprise. We plan to make this our hotel of choice when we come to the Seattle area.

I usually don't write reviews which are negative about hotels, not until several things have gone poorly and I can't hold back. This is one of those times. Although the staff has been very helpful and friendly, the hotel building itself is terrible. This is not a cheap hotel to stay at either. My room (A210) smells like it's been smoked in and then a bottle of Febreze sprayed into it, the windows open just 1 inch, which allowed for some fresh air but not enough. I asked for a different room and was politely told that this was the only room which had elevator access (a must have for my heavy rolling work equipment). I wouldn't have written a review if that was the only problem though. What really worsened it for me, was the shower not having hot water. The shower gets less cold, but not even warm. On top of that, the previous habitant's shampoo and soap were still in the shower, and still wet! Gross! There are other small issues: the lamp in the bedroom doesn't work, nor does the outlet of the lamp to allow me to charge my phone, there is a buzzing sound coming from the smoke detector which is loud enough to be heard in the bed. I expected more from Homewood Suites. I usually book their (previously) nice hotels and home-style rooms when I feel like spending a bit more money on my stay in exchange for a nicer room. However, this time I definitely would've been better off staying in a Hampton.

Enjoyed our two day stay here over the weekend with my family. Pros: 1) Good quality breakfast 2) Friendly staff 3) Clean rooms (beds, bathroom, etc. ) 4) Fast Wi-Fi 5) The fridge, sofa bed, microwave and other things in our room came in handy. 6) Location was great. Cons: 1) Limited parking Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is ideal for freeway access, shopping and plenty of restaurants. We enjoy the morning breakfast, everything was well stocked and fresh. Must come back.

Just check in the guy at the front desk give us the quietest room. Have no problem with room services as well we stay at room a311 large room and comfortable.

The staff is great and very friendly. Free hot breakfast every morning is good quality. Very close to the freeway and airport. Took a star because there is a train that runs very often right across the river that shakes the room just enough to notice it. It's woken me up once or twice during my 3 week stay. Laundry is a bit pricey but works well. The shuttle is very convenient although is sometimes unreliable. If the staff cannot accommodate a pickup they will reimburse you with cash.

Overall outside appearance of grounds and lobby look nice. However, the nuts and bolts of the facility were not great. Room — dated. Pillows and bedding were awful. Plumbing in bathrooms was poor. Noise from other rooms was loud. Lighting was inconsistent in every area and room. Breakfast — poor. Food was either undercooked or over cooked. Very limited number of hot items (two types of eggs and sausage patties). If you want to eat anywhere within walking distance you can’t. The hotel is on an island. Bottom line… I expect better quality when staying at Homewood Suites… this is the first one that I would never return to.

The staff is wonderful and the food is surprisingly good. Real pride of ownership. We love to stay here. Decor is a bit dated but still nice.

Rates can be kind of high but the rooms are awesome! Very spacious and modern.

Everyday complimentary breakfast was great but the hallways smelled funny. Service was good, rooms were spacious and clean.

Great place to stay. Especially if you have soccer at Starfire sports facility. My only 2 minor gripes were fluctuating hot water and the breakfast kept running out of bacon but again minor gripes because it's such a nice place and very central to so many things. Oh and the full kitchen suite is so nice to have as well.

Staff is awesome and very impressed with the cleanliness and the rooms. Love how it's tucked away too for peace and quiet.

Maybe best place in tukwilla. Coffee and evening reception food/drinks are pretty good. I rated 4* because renovation project in July 2017, a bit overpriced and pool closure during days and days.

Great little hotel. Owned by Apple Hospitality REIT and operated by Dimension Development Co. Ltd. A bit newer than the other. Homewood Suites I've been to, with exception to the Billings, Montana location. However, the bathtub looks dirty and the faucet is look (see picture).

Beautiful place, friendly staff — was actually good we didn't stay here our first night or we might not have done the whole road trip! Had to subtract a star because any water flowing from the bathroom upstairs *very* audibly went down through the pipes in our walls. And the room above was rented to an elephant with a man's voice. However, we saw his noisy footsteps and raised him with a 2yo — take that, elephant man! All in all, pretty happy though.

I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite. It's very comfortable for what it is. I chose this hotel because I'm traveling with a baby and needed a separate room for her to sleep in, and was a little disappointed in the paper thin doors separating the living room from the bedroom. I felt like I needed to whisper not to wake the baby up even in the other room with the door closed. Other than that, very happy with the hotel.

Nice room. Newly renovated room. Comfortable beds. Fully equiped kitchen. Quiet area but near shopping, restaurants and airport. Good hot breakfast. Plenty of parking space. 15-20 minutes to Seattle downtown. Recommended.

Internet connection is unusable. Breakfast service is pathetic. Toilet backed up and they could do nothing about it. Garbage place.

What a wonderful place to stay. A wonderful breakfast every morning and dinner each night. My favorite was the Kale Sausage soup with Salad and Cabernet Sauvignon. What more can you ask for? Such a comfortable bed too. And the staff are so sweet and helpful. Expecially Jasmine… what a doll. Thank you for making it feel like a home away from home.

We stayed here for the night simply because our flight to Hawaii left at 5 am. We slept very comfortable in one of the suites. We didn't get to enjoy the perks of the Hotel and the shuttle and night audit employee were very helpful. Only downside was greeting and interaction from the lady at the front desk at check in. No personality and was a bit rude, not what I am used to so that was a bit of a surprise. Overall great stay!

The hotel is clean and the rooms are very large and comfortable as are the beds infact no problems with the room at all. The hotel had no bar or food and there are none within walking distance. The closest are in Westgate Mall about 5 miners by car. Breakfast was very disappointing the self serve coffee was empty all 5 pots staff seemed a little put out when I pointed this out. If you want eggs with your breakfast forget it the tray is constantly empty with a lineup. We were at breakfast for 45 minutes and did not manage to get eggs. If in the area again not sure if I would use this hotel, maybe if it was all that was available.

In the past when we have been here, they have been very friendly and helpful. This time around the month of June 2017 not so much. The morning staff was not so friendly and took a long time to respond to request as simple as more toilet paper. We had 4 rooms and each got cleaned every other day not everyday like we have had in the past. The evening staff was better at trying to help with items or things we needed. They have remodeled and have made it nice the patio and grill area amazing for long stays like the one we had.

I just stayed for a weekend, for my daughter's graduation. The front desk personnel were friendly, I arrived early than check-in and my room was ready and clean. It was just me but I enjoyed the space of the suite. The grounds were nice liked the walking trail. Facilities over all were good. I would definitely come back again. Didn't give 5 stars because no place is totally perfect.

It is a very good place to stay for family and friends. Very friendly staff.

The facilities were clean and comfortable, and very spacious; well layer out. If you rely on Wi-Fi, don't. It doesn't work here (late April early May 2017). The doors don't seal so the a/c units run longer than necessary, and they are loud. Our first rooms' door was see through though (looked like the door was too small for the frame! ) … Changing rooms was quick and easy… Staff were very friendly and professional. Blackout curtains were nice. Breakfast was amazing and lots of selection. Overall a very pleasant stay; we will stay again if the opportunity arises, but perhaps in a different locale.

Best deal in the area. Nice big suites, bigger than any room in the area. Very clean, very quite. Free breakfast and evening reception which consists of soup, salad, and other wonderful food, even free wine and beer.

The location of this hotel is more secluded. However, we did not realized that there is a train trake next to this hotel. Our room was location right next to the track and can be a little noisy. Futhermore, renovation is highly recommend. This place looks old and the closet door in our room fell off. So sad.

Stayed at the Tukwila location. The room was spacious equipped with a small kitchen with pots, pans, utensils, toaster, fridge and freezer. Ice convientently in your room. Breakfast could have been better but would stay here again.

30 sec walk to Starfire, Great service, rooms are like mini Apts loaded with essentials in King suite with separate room and pullout sofa to accommodate 4 ppl. French doors lead out to private patio.

Rooms a bit dated, service at front desk and housekeeping is great. Location is excellent. Breakfast menu could use an upgrade.

Very nice hotel for the price in Seattle. I loved the location in the midst of the financial district. So walkable to anywhere. Big tip sign up for the loyalty program with this hotel to get free internet. Pros: Gorgeous lobby, steakhouse on site, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were just slightly above average for the level of hotel but very clean and comfortable. Overall would be happy to stay here again — — paid $175/night.

Everyone is so friendly and makes me feel at home. The general manager even made point to get to know me! It's great here.

Hotel is nice and private it is near train tracks but not much of a bother stayed there a couple of times before, nice employees except the last time I stayed there one of the receptionist at the front desk was in my business asking me why I need a room when I don't live that far or why I needed the specific room I requested. That was very irritating.

Ok. Place is clean and breakfast is good. Place just seems a little bit old. The staff is always nice and cheerful and always helps with any request.

It is a good place for long stays. Nice staff, breakfast and the best thing is there is always coffee in the lobby. Very close to s Starfire fields.

We stayed at Homewood Suites Tukwila/ Seattle Airport. The room was very clean and surprisingly quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problem was the pool was an outdoor pool which is sort of useless in Seattle in October. We will definitely stay here again.
