Worst place I ever stayed and I travel all the time! The air conditioning didn't work, the refrigerator was broken and one of the men that worked there was yelling at a customer. I told them right away about the issues in my room it was suppose to be addressed and never was. I told them again a few hours later and nothing happened. Also, when I asked about new towels and pool towels they said they were being washed and never got my towels. Literally worst place ever! Oh and do not eat at the restaurant! If I could give a zero I would! They don't value their customers at all!

Very pleasant staff and very courteous. Our room met the expectation of a three star hotel. Check was fast and check out was fast. We enjoyed the breakfast that was offered. Now somehow I lost a credit card and a Nike Sweat jacket that was left in my car. No acusations. We will stay here again in the future.

Free shuttle from the airport to hotel and back. That's awesome! They picked us up within 10 minutes and loaded our luggage for us. Front desk was very helpful scheduling our ride to the port. They even let us check in early. The hotel is very clean and tidy. Couldn't ask for more for the price.

Good value. Staff were professional and answered all my questions. Location is probably the main reason why we stayed there. It is relatively close to the mall while certain rooms have a decent view of a stream. Overall, even though it is aging, it can be a good choice given your budget.

Great place for business travel. Spent 2 nights here. Beds are clean and made up with nice bedding. Very convenient location. It is a bit dated, the breakfast is good but they could have healthier choices and sometimes the shuttle takes a long time But they make up for this with friendly helpful staff.

Great Seattle Value! Not the swankiest place but, our room overlooked the river, was clean and in decent repair. The mattress was actually very comfortable for both my husband and I, a very rare occurrence. The staff was extra helpful and friendly and I felt very safe, even alone, in the stairwells and around the property. Half the price of nearby hotels and well-worth the savings. Glad we saved in this area and splurged on great seafood and attractions in town! Avoid the breakfast, though. The rubber-egg pucks were especially odd. Waffles and pancakes were stock. Upside was the presence of real butter instead of margarine (its the little things).

Good hotel for the price. Location is amazing. It's out of the busy city but still right next to a mall and plenty of restaurants. And it's right down the road from the Tukwila Link Light Rail Station which gives stress free transit into Seattle. Free breakfast was always good with lots of options. This was our second time staying and will stay again on our next trip to Seattle. My only complaint is that the pillows were lumpy and became a flat rock after 5 minutes.

Stayed for the weekend. Hotel is a bit older, but kept clean. Pool is outside, so we couldn't swim since it wasn't open yet due to the season. Continental breakfast is more than just cereal and toast, good variety of hot breakfast foods. Great location to get to Seattle and SeaTac airport via Light Rail, Bus, or Shuttle.

3rd floor very peacefull. Along side Green River trail which is a very tranquil walk. Great attached restaurant serving libations and delicious food. Staff at hotel and restaurant are attentive, pleasant and helpful. My second stay at this easy to get to property… looking forward to my next!

I didn't stay here, but attended a 2 hour workshop. The lobby is very nice and the breakfast room looks great for overnight guests. I used the off the lobby ladies room (very nice). And our workshop was in the meeting space opposite the lobby. It's a nice space, although I wish the lighting was a bit better, as we were crafting and you need good light for that.

Was fairly clean and comfortable. Breakfast was somewhat decent. Wi-Fi is slow and kicks you off every few hours. *edit* You can't take food back to your room from breakfast area though. It's a $10 fine to anyone that takes food out of breakfast area. That's a first for a hotel.

Here is the review I wish I read before I stayed here. The Wi-Fi pretty much just doesn’t work. You can connect to it but loading even the most basic website. Room was fairly dirty. There was some lettuce and sunflower seeds on the floor. There’s a brown stain on the ceiling maybe from a water leak. I usually don’t notice things like this but the room was just dirty. The front desk was unprofessional to a point where even I noticed. The girl just didn’t seem to care much. It’s hard do describe, she just seemed like you were inconveniencing her if you had a question. The only vending machines I could find and an “healthy alternative” one. It had $2 water, granola, and things like soy chips. When asked if there was even a soda machine the front desk girl said yeah but it was somewhere on the other side of the hotel and didn’t even explain where. This is the first review I’ve given for a hotel. I have had some good hotel stays at others and some not so great ones but all of them id consider acceptable. This one just didn’t reach that mark. I suggest you look at one of the many other options next door.

Nice place, great to have a good restaurant connected to it. Rooms were clean, beds were springy and comfortable. Tv remotes are a little sad though.

The Ramada was clean and secure with overnight security. Also good amenities like pool and washer and dryer room. Rooms are clean and feel modern and updated. The only thing I could say bad about that place is the service from the employees. I know they see the same stuff everyday. But they have to understand someone is paying around 100 dollars to spend the night so when you feel like your bugging them and there our babysitters then it ruins the value of my money spent.

Room we stayed in was nice but was not even close to the one we booked online. We booked a suite and pretty sure we got a standard room. We were very tired as it was after 1am when we checked in so we didn't bother asking if we got the the correct room. Even though it was not what we expected, the room was clean, comfortable, and front desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating as were all the staff members we encountered! Very satisfied!

I liked my stay there. The front desk was nice, they were accomadating, beds were good too. They have a nice lobby and if you forget your basic necessities such as tooth past or brush they got you. I would stay here again.

Solid performer in the "I'm in town on business and have a limited choice of hotels through work" crowd. It's cleanliness level is above average overall, with no concerns on the sheets. It is close to needing a renovation as everything is starting to show its age.

The hotel has what it takes for the price, basket very close to a mall and the airport.

The front desk was very efficient and friendly. The breakfast was good with a variety of hot and cold food. The room was clean and quiet, even with construction going on across the parking lot. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the swimming pool looked a little murky. Other than that, it was a great hotel and I would stay at it again.

It was a sufficient place to stay but not much more. The breakfast was nice. I don't feel like there is much in terms of "service" though. I requested blankets and was asked to come down and get them myself. The key card to my room was deactivated prematurely and they wanted me to come down and get new cards rather than send someone up. When I consider other places I've stayed with similar prices and amenities, this Ramada really wasn't up to par.

As reasonable as it gets around Seattle. Good location, though transportation is still required to get anywhere even close. Staff were very helpful. Hotel had decent noise isolation despite busy and loud customers. Recommended.

No complaints with this hotel. It was clean, conveniently located near Downtown Seattle, and had a great breakfast. The bathroom had a fan (definitely a plus) and the room had an A. C. Unit, making it very pleasant. Also, the hotel was very private and quiet. I would recommend and will be staying here again.

Very clean hotel. Looks new, but is just well maintained. Hot breakfast everyday from 7-10. Eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit, etc. Central to lots of shopping and good places to eat. Very friendly staff. Only downside is the walls are thin and if someone decides to bang around or talk late into the night there isn't much you can do besides ask the front desk to call them or move rooms. Pretty view of the river. Bonus: microwave and mini fridge in the room! Stayed here for a week, had a very pleasant trip. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed for one night during the Christmas holidays. The insulation between the walls were pretty thin so we could hear the people above us walk around and talk. Not only this but the fire alarm went off at 130am and had apparently gone off 3 nights in a row. The next day the hotel staff didn't give an explanation nor apologize the next day for the disturbance. The staff was still nice and other than not getting a good sleep it was an ok stay, probably not worth what we paid though.

This location was easy to get to although you did have usual Seattle traffic. The room for the conference was more than adequate an the food was very good.

Great hotel. Clean and well run. The only need I had is with complimentary shaves. I know they are complimentary but they made me cry. Do the staff recycle them? I would suggest that Ramada management would a quote better ones as these dull blades are giving an otherwise stellar experience a 3 star instead of 5 stars.

Will provided us professional and helpful guidance at the front with our booking. We appreciated the prompt and attentive service. Comfortable stay and reasonably priced. Would have been nice for us if the restaurant/bar downstairs was open later on a Friday night. Also would be good if there were free weights at the fitness room.

Went to a professional event here last night. Very nice room. Had small buffet, beef was tough and not very edible, salmon was better according to the table. The sauce offered for the beef was ketchup. (we can't think of anything else on the table that would require ketchup) and there weren't enough pats of butter for the entire line for our rolls and mashed potatoes. I don't believe that was ever refilled. Room was clean, reasonably comfy chairs for 2 hours, and weirdly the plates were melamine but cloth napkins. Bottled water offered instead of ice water but lots of coffee/hot water service.

Clean and large rooms with comfy bed, breakfast was very good, and the adjacent restaurant it's very nice too (they have the best mango cheesecake)! The front desk clerk and the shuttle drivers were very helpful! I definitely recommend this hotel!

The Ramada in Tukwila is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in the US. I have literally nothing positive to say about my experience staying here. I would rather have camped out under the freeway bridge next to the airport. Take my advice and avoid this disgusting hotel. Our room cost $180 for a one night stay on a Sunday. For that kind of price, you don't expect the Ritz, but you don't expect a flea-bag motel either. Our room was disgusting. It smelled like mildew. I was afraid to walk on the carpet with my shoes off. It looked as if it had been cleaned, it was just an old and gross room. The furniture is old and gross. Our bed linens were rough and starched and actually scratched my skin. I've heard that hotels starch things like that to get rid of bed bugs and I've read in other Yelp reviews today that this hotel had been infested with them in the past. I REALLY should have read the reviews on Yelp first. This disgusting hotel was filled with bad reviews. We were promised a "river view" when we booked through Travelocity. Our room may have faced the river, but you can't actually see the river. Rather, you get a view of some underbrush and the parking lot across the street. This hotel has a ton of fake positive reviews on Travelocity, but if you sift through the fake ones, you can see the real reviews about this dump. The Ramada's website claims to offer a free shuttle from the hotel to anywhere within 5 miles of the hotel.

Our stay at the Ramada was disappointing. The bed was awful and the room although large was set up poorly. The pool was too heated and was also not very clean. Their continental breakfast was ok and. Customer service was good. Also they automatically put a hold on card for incidentals ans it takes almost a week to get the money back after your stay which is frustrating. Most hotels just keep card on file. For. Incidentals but only charge it if something happens. Wont be staying there again.

Comfortable beds and a decent breakfast, but that's about it. Mostly incompetent front desk, less-than-white sheets, thin walls, old appliances. We had trouble with hot water and we were told that sometimes the boilers struggle so we needed to run the water for 15-20 mins before we got hot water. Dirty carpet. Nasty cielings and walls. We found a gross old e-cig on the floor when we entered our room. Leaky faucet. Terrible water pressure. Pool was a cool idea (warm spa pool) but was green and dirty on the bottom and closed on a Friday night. No pool towels readily accessible, even after request. Would be worth it for 50 bucks a night, but a rip off otherwise.

The stay was pretty good. The breakfast was limited but other then that. If you need to get some rest and some quick breakfast. I would recommend a one day stay.

I had spent 11 days in Seattle and Portland and just needed two more nights in Seattle to catch a plane home. I booked this hotel through Priceline, but I accidentally booked the wrong dates. When I showed up they were booked solid, but were able to find a room for me at the last second for Friday night and helped me work out the arrangements with Priceline. We had a very comfortable room at a good rate. I appreciate Tricia doing all she could do to make the end of my trip successful.

Comfortable and adequate services. Breakfast included. Café permanent self-service and service shuttle to nearby shops.
