The Jeremy’s at front desk impressed us before we even got here. Called to see if there was available rooms and they were very accommodating. Check-in was just as friendly and awesome!

Hampton is always a good deal. Staff here is friendly, which is what keeps me coming back to a hotel. (Edit) Ok been here three weeks in a row now. Stayed in a double room, then a king and now a king suite. All rooms had comfortable beds and we're all very clean. Biggest (obvious) difference is the space in the room. King suite was great as it had a nice (good sized) kitchen table to use as a workspace. Actually had a desktop space also. If there are two of you, the sink and vanity area are outside the bathroom so lots of space to get ready to go out. Again, Best part of this hotel is the staff.

Slightly older building. Jeremy is awesome. Good breakfast. Good location. Bed and pillows are consistent, great! Satellite TV so weather is an issue. Limited stations.

A very well kept hotel with excellent staff & service. Our family had a wonderful stay. Our suite was a good size fit for us & we were very comfortable. The lobby & common areas were very clean & well decorated. It has nice outdoor pool with a comfortable patio overlooking it. The hotel is in an area with many restaurants & other amenities. Highly recommend this site.

Great, newly remodeled facility. Super clean and modern. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Jeremy, at the front desk, was wonderful. The breakfast staff was very nice and efficient. This is the first hotel I have stayed in where our AC worked to perfection, even with the Arkansas heat and humidity. This was also the first hotel in which the Digital Key function worked exactly like it was supposed to. We did not have to stop by the front desk upon check in, but went straight to our room like it is intended to work. This was a 5* experience all the way around.

Very nice — seems new. Nice comfy seating area out by the pool that doesn't get the blazing sun until noon. Rooms fresh & clean. Good breakfast, 24 hr coffee. Overall a good hotel!

Definitely and older Hampton but the rooms are still very nice and clean and the breakfast was normal for a Hampton.

We stayed here for a wedding. The local staff was great. When we were delayed a day because of some unexpected, the website and the national reservation line were no help whatsoever. They said they couldn't change our reservation and had to cancel it first, only for them to say if we did so, we couldn't book a room for remaining 2 nights. Called this location directly and even said we were willing to pay for the first night even if for an empty room as long as didn't totally lose the reservation. The local staff took care of it in like 2 minutes, didn't charge us the night for a no stay. When we arrived they remembered us. Were super kind, and even checked with us via text to make sure the room was up to standard. The room we had was much bigger than I expected with a separate bedroom with it's own door for privacy, along with a kitchenette and lounging area. Free breakfast pretty great and not just the continental. Plenty of places to eat nearby within walking distance or a very short drive. Also a liquor store right up the street should you need Wine or whatever. If I had one complaint it would be that their pantry items do not include enough quick meals you can make in the in room microwave. However, that was a less than minor annoyance. Overall, super happy with the stay and if in the area, would definitely stay there again.

Hotel was a pretty cheap option in a pretty expensive are. Despite that, it appeared the hotel had been recently renovated, and had free breakfast. The rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Unfortunately, like all hotels in the NWA area, it does not have an airport shuttle, require the use of either a rental car or ride sharing app.

Charged twice for the room — Springdale Hampton Inn said there was nothing they could do and would have to call the 800 number. The 800 customer service said it was on the local hotel. They have quite the scam going on. Do not stay here. They blame it on human error — so obviously they need to train their staff.

Can not comment on amenities because the hotel is under construction but the room was very clean and quiet. The staff were very friendly.

The ladies that are at the front desk are very very nice. They are helpful and the rooms are petty nice too.

They were remodeling and it was clean for the most part but not the Hampton standards we are used to. The TV lost signal about every 3 minutes, once the desk clerk got it to work, it was fuzzy, there was long hair/dirt in the tub that didn’t belong to us, there was no hot water so I didn’t shower after my husband informed me of this the morning we were getting ready, the people above us all night/morning were stomping, the bed was HARD — not normal Hampton mattress: (biggest disappoint, breakfast was at the hotel next door which we couldn’t go to because we traveled with our dog. I wrote these things down and mentioned at checkout and the lady just said I understand, have a blessed day. No offer of discount or extra points… needless to say on our way back next week we will find a different location to stay at!

Second year in a row we stayed here… it was great! They have the most comfortable beds with the best pillows I will continue to stay at Hampton anytime we travel to Springdale. The staff are very friendly.

Very clean and nice hotel, a little close to the highway, but it's nothing that's to bad. I stayed a week and the pool was nice and it was always quiet.

Our suite was very nice, with a kitchen, pull-out couch, recliner, fireplace, and separate bedroom. We wished we could have stayed multiple nights just to enjoy it more! Very clean, friendly service, and overall enjoyable experience. Would definitely stay here again on future trips to Springdale.

The location was conveniently located next to the Marketplace Grill, which has fantastic food. I was upgraded to a suite and the room was really comfortable and spacious. It is practically an apartment. The hotel room was well kept and very warm and welcoming. The staff were efficient and friendly. The breakfast is a little spread out and you have to walk around the whole dining area to get drinks, waffles, and the eggs and sausage.

Asked for a roll away bed, never got it. TV doesn't work half of the time. Ran out breakfast early, and utensils also.

Decent enough for the money im sure… great if you are a pet owner… however no room fridge, the furniture is staked in a fashion that blocks the airflow of the A/C unit… just not very well designed or layed out… also the internet requires "premium" pay for access if you want anything remotely fast… would not stay here again… just saying… unless I had my dog with me. Oh front desk attendant was very nice though!

Great Service. Everything was clean and loved that it was pet friendly. All bed linens washed everyday. The manager Jennifer was a joy to talk with and gave excellent service. Didn't meet an staff member there that was there to please. It did need the renovations due to some areas being outdated. All and all a pleasant stay with my family. Very good location being close to the interstate. Would stay again just hopefully after the renovation is complete.

The suite was roomy and clean. Enjoyed the breakfast and snacks provided!

It was okay. Nothing to brag about. The shower had no pressure or hot water. Definitely wasn't happy with that. Breakfast was good for it being a small hotel.

Loved all of the employees, room and breakfast! I was there for 3 night because I had some doctor visits to go to and would stay there again. My only complaint is that I wish they had a small fridge and microwave. Beds were extra comfortable along with AWESOME pillows! Timothy I think was the manager and he was a jewel.
