Clean and polite. Quick check in and out. Was kind of noisy building I guess it is settling so all night it was creaking and so I kept thinking someone was trying to get in my room. I'd get up and look and no one would be there. Then I'd hear another creak in the building. But it was a nice hotel.

Amazing customer service from the manager, front desk staff, and the cleaning crew. They went the extra mile for anything that I needed. Rooms were clean, laundry machines worked great, any type of dish that I needed — they had, and we loved the coffee, muffins, oatmeal and granola bars every morning! Would highly recommend to anyone.

The staff at extended stay are all excellent. The facilities are clean and we'll kept. The parking is plenty to support vehicles and motorcycles and trailers. Just call Don the manager and let him know ahead of time and he will be happy to acccommodate you and your group. The morning coffee and muffins are complimentary and the staff visit with you and treat you like family. My stay was on a long term basis for work and my room was kept clean and supplies available 24 hours a day. Security is provided by the Springdale police and they patrol the hotel and area daily. I have traveled for 15 years with my job and by far the Extended Stay Hotel in Springdale is by far my favorite hotel. I stay at this hotel a few times out of the year when I am in town for different occasions. All staff members I interact with are friendly, professional, and helpful. The hotel itself is in a great location — conveniently located just off the interstate. Close to many different restaurants. The front desk clerk recommended Marketplace Grill to me the first time I stayed, and I go back there every time I am in town. I pay for daily housekeeping and have never been upset with the service I receive. I am overall very pleased with my experiences. When I am in the area on business my company puts me up here, and I am pleased every time. The staff are always helpful and friendly — going the extra mile to make sure you are content. The price point is great! I’ve never encountered a single issue and the rooms they put me in have always been cleaned beyond standard. The only downfall is the breakfast (granola bars and coffee) and lack of a fitness room, but I will not dock them any stars for that. Overall, for the price and staff alone, I will continue to stay with Extended Stay in Springdale.

My wife and I had family in the area that usually let us stay when we do our stint of work in the area with the local university (usually 2-3 months at a time). But this summer everything was in flux, and they were moving and it became a mess. So after looking around the area for temporary corporate housing we decided instead on Ext Stay America… we had previous experiences in Raleigh, NC with this chain, but they were not nearly as helpful or professional at that branch. From the first 30 minutes we checked in, the staff (run by Don their GM and Allen their Manager), we knew they were going to go the extra mile to be professional and helpful and fair. For instance, the very first night we were here, there were people next door trying to smoke and being a bit noisy. Not only did they take care of it immediately, they moved us to the first floor to avoid any more problems. And since then (we're in our 3rd week now, and will need a couple of more), they've been nothing but accommodating, helpful and friendly every time we see them, need an amenity, or ask them to work around our (ever-changing) plans with work. If you come to this area, you need to find Allen and Don here and you'll be taken care of.

When I walked into my room, a small roach crawled down the wall behind the fridge. Upon further inspection, I found a dead roach in a drawer. We took all of our stuff downstairs and spoke with someone at the front desk. We were offered another room or a refund. I chose a refund and didn't have any issues receiving it.

Just moving to the area, I wasn't sure where I wanted to live. I found the answer to that problem her at Extended Stay. Centrally and conveniently located, I didn't have to sign a lease, put down a huge security deposit, pay utility deposits, connect cable, and it has a kitchenette that is sufficient. Your room is cleaned every week, new towels and wash clothes whenever you need them, and they have a breakfast to go. It's giving me the time I need to learn the area to make that decision on where to live. The staff is friendly and engaging. Thanks Extended Stay!

When we were sent to Arkansas to work I kinda didn't really want to go but as soon as I found E. S a. I began to feel at home. The staff at the front desk was very helpful, kind and caring. The longer I stay the better and feel more at home because of the kindness they show to their guest. The hotel offers dishes, pots and pans and most anything you need in a kitchen. Unlike value place u have to pay for the dishes you use. The caring staff is devoted to helping their guest with finding places to eat or points of interest in and around the area. Don and Allen and other staff are very nice. I would recommend this place to my friends and family. I appreciate the kindness and hospitality that has been shown to my husband and I. Thank you all for making my stay at E. S. A the best. We stay at the one in Memphis a couple of yrs ago. Thank you all for everything you and your staff has done in making our stay a great experience. When it comes times for us to move on it will be really hard leaving this hotel. I will never forget this place it has some really good memories to take away from here .

Awful experience, checked in and there was a trash bag taped to the ceiling to cover the smoke detector and cigarette butts in the window seal. I requested to get a different room because of this issue. I was given a different room no problem. A few days later I was billed an additional amount and was told by the Hotel front desk that it was Expedia's fault because the rate was incorrect. I called Expedia and they said they contacted the hotel and they said I requested a room change and thats why it was charged extra, I called the hotel back and they said that was a lie but were going to refund the charges anyway. Always get your reciept! this hotel will scam you!

There room was clean and comfortable. There was quite a process to get checked in with a few forms to sign. The breakfast was coffee and granola bars, so I had to go to Dunkin donuts to get my breakfast fix. They have a nice full sized kitchen and good facilities. Overall decent experience at reasonable price.

Great place. Always very clean. Folks @ the front desk are always more than helpful. Within walking distance of many restaurants.

Staff are very accommodating and sweet! Rooms are clean. Easy access off highway.

Never again. Saff is nice and kind. The rooms are right next to the highway so it's very noisy all night. There are Roaches, I killed one on my kitchen counter and showed it to the staff they just said sorry about that and sent me on my way. Full kitchens with no utensils. No Hott breakfast… Just not worth the stay.

This was by far the worst experience of staying at a hotel, dirty, trash, beer bottle caps and infested with cockroaches. Asked for reimbursement and was told I could be moved to another room only to find the cleanliness just as bad minus the roaming variations in size of cockroaches which I was informed they had just sprayed. Video I took in disgust I even showed the front desk and he just offered another room down the opposite side of the hall. Very disappointed in the over-all experience and appearance with finding hair in our beds in both rooms, misc trash and just the lack of care in the upkeep for new comer's.

Kitchen is the biggest advantage here. Internet sucks and the procedure to access their free internet sucks further. Recommend it only if you wanted a place to stay that comes with kitchen.

No stars for my experience. I chose this hotel because we have a corporate rate. ROACHES everywhere! I had room 112 on 12/29/17… I checked out at midnight after they kept popping up. The front desk did make it smooth with few questions and refunded me my money. I hardly do any reviews but I would want someone to tell me… hibbie jibbies… gross!

Worst hotel stay of our life and no hotel will ever be this bad. Called corporate. Also they steal from your rooms! Front desk men and owner talked about sex and gay sex together at that-in front of my child and I. They called the police because we yelled at our child. Pathetic. Officer admitted he herd nothing. They invaded our privacy and personal space. Has bed bugs bad and employees told us this. Also that they don’t treat the rooms or clean them unless they look dirty. This is just short review… I’d be here all day.

Home away from home! Dee will make sure you have what you need as well as the rest of the staff. After a stressful day it is nice to unwind and know everything you need is taken care of so you can just relax!

Very disappointed in this hotel. It was rated as two and a half stars, comprable to Hampton Inn. However, there have been several things at the hotel that were disturbing, missing or just plain forgotten about. Extended Stay America advertises itself as a home away from home, but there were no dishes of any sort of kitchen implements in the kitchen area and when I asked about them I was told I would have to check them out. There was no coffee available most of my stay, and when it was offered for a few hours one morning it was full of grounds, old and flat. The grab to go breakfast that is advertised consisted of lukewarm water and oatmeal packets. There are several places in the hotel room that are damaged, and the room smells like someone had smoked in it. Wprst of all, the hallway on the second floor smells like a renal ward at hospital. I am very disappointed that I ended up spending my money at this hotel.

The pics are all a lie the rooms are very old nothing like in the pics of the website They say it's smoke free but it reeks of cigarettes all through the hall ways and rooms The Wi-Fi sucks I told the front office they gave me a number to call to figure it out on my own There breakfast is a granola bar or a muffin and the place is dirty they clean the rooms once a week I've been there for 2 already and no one has yet to clean the room I wouldn't recommend it to anyone the only reason I'm here is because the company I work for is cheap and they are the ones who booked this place. And the hotel staff consist of one person setting down at the front desk this place reminds me more of a run down apt complex in a bad neighborhood then a hotel. And I think that the owners are really the ones who right th "good reviews " on this website in not a picky person but like I said this is by far the worse hotel I have ever stayed in.

Not a bad place. During our stay, the hotel seemed to be filled with workers rather than drug addicts living there. Hotel was over all in clean condition. Staff was nice. This hotel has indoor corridors. All faciltity laundry worked properly. Six washers and six dryers all operational. Exterior of hotel was well lit at night. Parking is not suitable for semi trucks. Grounds and landscaping well maintained. Room was clean and not out dated. Full size fridge, small two burner stove top, and microwave. No oven, no dishwasher. As with my other experiences with other extended stay Americas, you have to request the dishes, pots and pans, and silverware. Do so upon checking. Bathroom was clean and all plumbing worked properly. Convenience store located 1 mile away, not within walking distance. Restaurants also to far to walk to. Hotel is kinda hidden down a dead end road and not really visible. Room a/c worked well. Breakfast is a granola bar or muffin at checkin counter. Yes, I would return.

No internet. Staff was unfriendly. Room has lots of smoking smell in it though it was non smoking. Entire hotel had nasty odor. No good breakfast.

Outrageous place. The room is generally fine but whole place smells like smoke and someone was definitely smoking weed in my hall. Breakfast is granola bars, coffee, and oatmeal. I think my pillows may have been dirty… Guy at the counter when I came in check me in as the wrong person… The best part of the place is the odd choice of lobby artwork. All that said, the place works.

Worst Hotel Ever. When I check in, the elevator did not work. The breakfast was a joke. All they had were granola bars and muffing. They had oatmeal but no milk or hot water. The non smoking rooms were no different that the smoking ones.

Arrived, there were someone else's clothes in the room, towels were dirty had to request more. Sheets weren't the best either. Hot Water was great!

1st room was dirty and bedding was soiled smokers tore fire alarm system device of the wall and floor not swept moped or vacumed also no soap bars and an empty bottle of shampoo on tub microwave was disgusting they put me in another room cleaner but still not very clean about the same then the third room much cleaner microwave not clean found cigrate ashes every where this building is supposed to be None smoking rooms. Also I forgot my water in the first room and asked the desk if they can help me get the water out and she made me a key to the room no questions about who I was or checked to see if they rented out the room I went up then hesitated then went back to the front desk told her I would it would be best she went up and got it well tomorrow morning I hope someone can take care I shouldn't have to go through this I hope they get their act together.

The entire place smells like cigarettes. My room smelled. My bathroom smelled as if someone chose a non smoking room and just did it in the bathroom. The sheets were dirty and had stains and the walls and floors were so thin you could hear everything which made for a noisy stay. Better off at Super 8 as a previous reviewer stated.

Affordable, nice-ish. Frustratingly slow Wi-Fi if fit don't pay a premium.

Stayed here with a group of friends during our Bikes Blues getaway. With us making late reservations (3 months in advance) we knew that we may be limited on accommodations and boy were we correct. All of us who traveled own businesses so we understand price hikes to cover "supply and demand". What we don't understand is for $140 per night per room every room had a horrible ant problem, sinks had dried toothpaste in them, had no toilet paper, tubs were dirty with mildew shower curtains and beds were stained? We were told that the establishment was recently renovated and if that's the case it was done poorly and needs renovated again. The staff was nice enough and the other guest were very nice just not a place for us to ever stay again or recommend.

I travel often for business. This is the worst big chain hotel I have ever stayed in… In fact I would have left if the Holiday Inn and Residence Inn were not overbooked. After 4 days I have concluded the housekeeping staff doesn't exist. I never had my room cleaned, and I had to go to the desk to get clean towels. And even those looked dingy. The same coffee cup and garbage in the hallway all week. I have never stayed in suite with a kitchen that had no plates, cups, etc in it. Didn't even get plastic cups to get a drink of water. 1 little bar of soap for the week. But the last straw that lead me to post a review at all was when I went to reheat a slice of pizza and found moldy hamburgers in my rooms microwave. Absolutely disgusted.

We stayed 2 days. When we checked out their was food all over the hallways and lobby. Beds were way hard and we had a child with us and the TV channels to choose from sucked there was only lile 5 channels there was gum on the wall in our room and didn't have someone at the front desk that knews how to do check in and outs. The 3rd smelled of smoke. If your trying be cheap DON'T just spend the extra money on another hotel.

Will not be back. Halls and stairway were dirty. Not much for breakfast (apples and coffee). Lobby was dirty upon arrival which as about 6pm. Sugar all over the small cabinet that they serve breakfast on from that mornings breakfast. Loud people cussing and yelling in hallways. Dogs barking early in the morning. *i thought it was worthy of two stars because the sink, shower, and bed appeared to be clean. Spend the extra $ and go somewhere else.

Ok — I/We Were Dislocated From Our Home (Still Am) I Understand EVERYTHING Everyone Is Saying. TRUST ME I DO! The Place Was Clean Enough When We Checked In. We Have Cleaned It A Lot Better Ourselves (Im Sure The Hotel Has A Budget "Seems very little" But The Young Lady Who Cleans The Floor Were On — "Busts HER BUTT ALL DAY! " (They Need More Staff! Everyone here is OVERWORKED! And Seem To Put On a Good Face So Guests Don't Notice (I Even Offered To Carry Up Towels Or Take Something To A Guest — When I'm Down Paying Or Getting Fresh Towels Or Soaps, ETC (And The Staff Of Course Wouldn't Allow Me) and Theres A Line Of People Complaining ABOUT NOTHING and JUST BEING RUDE "Cause They Can" — People Just Because Your Guest At A Motel DOESN'T MEAN HEY I CAN BE RUDE TO WHOMEVER I WANT —). The Internet IS N O T High Speed AT ALL. "Just To Be Honest" lol. (It reminds me of AOL "Dial-UP". Lol) Even When You Pay The Upgrade — SO DONT BOTHER — ITS A JOKE! Now Bk To The Cleanliness (I'm Throwing Stuff In As I Remember — So Sorry About Skipping Around) The Bathroom Was Clean Enough The Kitchen /Living Area Was OK — I Just Had To Ask And They Fixed It (The Staff Now — Connie, Chrystal, Daisy and Gang,, Are Very nice — As Good As They Can anyway-When They Get AMin To Even Say Hello From Working. ) And The GM's Name Now Is Don — I Have Mixed Feelings About him.

I've stayed times over the 2 month Service and stuff are Excellent And clean good.

I've stayed here numerous times over the last for months. Everything was excellent up until this past visit which I currently don't check out of until tomorrow. Upon arriving for my 1 week stay. At check in the front desk clerk informed me she was going to cancel my reservation because I hadn't arrived yet. I9 forms them I was still a few hours away and would be late. She also could not or would not make change so I had to leave and go get gas just to give them the correct amount. On my last day I wanted to reserve my room one more night. She informed me it would be an extra $30 or so. 15 minutes later when I went to pay for an extra night it was nearly 60. Since the original GM Stacy and one of the desk clerks Britney is no longer here the hospitality is horrible. The temporary GM acts like she doesn't even care when I try to talk to her about it. Normally I don't let things bother me. But what used to be fairly decent place to stay at a decent rate is now Horrible. I would suggest staing just down the street the value place Motel. Basically the same room and the cheaper weekly prices.

First off, the service and staff are excellent. That's about all this place has going for it. There were stains all over the carpet, hair around the bath tub, part of the shower head was coming away from the wall, a few bugs, and a Dorito in the ice tray of the fridge. Yes a chip in the ice tray! Obviously housekeeping did not even open the fridge to check it out. They need some major work at this place.

First room smelled of urine but they moved me. The internet is NOT high speed unless you pay extra. For a quiet room, request one not facing the highway.
