Had a great stay at this Residence Inn this weekend. Room was clean and comfortable and the staff was super helpful and welcoming. Cool amenities like a pool and mini basketball court.

Love staying at residence Inn in springdale Arkansas! The places are always top notch! Shot some hoops, then hit the pool. If you tour as an entertainer make sure to stay at one. Great room rates. Especially when you book your room with ignite hospitality services, they are a performers best friend and always a friendly staff. I stay at these when I tour for comedy shows, and it's like a house more than a hotel. Love this place. Do I have to go home?

This Residence Inn by Marriott in Springdale Arkansas was a treat, as a band we are constantly looking for the best deal, typically sacrificing quality, what a wonderful surprise!
The area was safe and quiet, the front desk was friendly and welcoming, the elevator was working (seriously it’s a plus) the rooms were clean and spacious, the shower and bathroom had Paul Mitchel soap, shampoo and conditioner (nice touch) and the bed was the best I’ve had away from home.
I woke up early for the breakfast and they had iced coffee, such a nice bonus in the summer. The gym was small but perfect and the privacy was appreciated. I am so thankful we chose to stay here, it really was a nice change for this traveling musician.

Very nice hotel. Great HVAC systems. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff was friendly. Happy hour at 6pm was nice… food and beer/wine. Quiet location… sleep was good.

Good hotel for the price. It could use some new room furniture (my room sofa was old and dirty). Decent breakfast and good evening dinners.

Placed here in a suite for temporary housing while I close on my home. It has been amazing so far. Tons of amenities and surprisingly fast internet. I'd recommend anyone here, especially if they're staying a long time.

Rooms were very nice and for breakfast, there were even gluten free options! First time in forever I had a bagel! The staff was super nice and helpful too!

Fantastic place. Hot breakfast, hot dinner 3 nights. Staff like Trent and Michele are amazing. Great big room, modern shower, solid Wi-Fi. Lots of food all around. Marriott is a great brand.

Hotel staff was nice and friendly. The "gym" is tiny, two treadmills and one elliptical, no dumbbells or any other machines. The breakfast was pretty standard. The decor is dated, but the facilities are in very good condition.

Staff is very friendly, I enjoy staying here when I have to visit for work. I have even had lost items shipped back to me that we once forgot. You can't put a price on that.

I stayed at the Residence Inn in Springdale for a week. The room was very clean, and the mini kitchen area helped in nights that preferred to stay in rather than eat out. The breakfast they offer is respectable. The bed was comfortable. One night I got a decent view of the fireworks show they have at the baseball stadium across the highway. I've stayed at the Residence Inn and the La Quinta right up the road and much prefer the Residence, since at La Quinta everything stunk of cigarettes even on the non smoking floors (even the pillows, yuck)

Great location to Springdale businesses and the happy gour is hard to beat. Their breakfast also had a couple vegan options which is great if you have dietary restrictions.

They are close to a Wal-Mart and all the room cleaners don't notice that I set up traps in my room for when the come it for instance I turned the shower to be very hot and then it fogged up the whole room then as the cleaning lady came in I moved around the furniture to a Circle. It took her 15 minutes for her to find her way to the door.

Runnnnnnn as fast as you can! This hotel is not a quality hotel. There is a smell throughout the hotel. I have never stayed a Marriot with such low quality as Resident Inn. Breakfast was horrible and disgusting. This hotel is not worth paying $149 nightly. Save your money.

The service was lack luster, and they charged both my bf and myself multiple times for the same things. Then it was a struggle to get them to correct their mistakes. We won't be back.

Very nice place. Just took one star, as my room was right next to some renovation being done. But other than that, very very nice place. Very nice service. I would recommend this place.

Comfortable semi-suites. Not the fanciest, but quite serviceable. The breakfast is quite disappointing.

Not my first time staying here and definitely not my last. Rooms are always more than perfect and the staff are very helpful.

We recently stayed there for my daughter birthday and I was impressed with everything. It was clean, rooms are spacious and cozy, pool water temperature was great, I liked everything, will definitely be back! I highly recommend it!

Nice size rooms. Hot breakfast included eggs, meat, waffles, GF bread option. Not cooked fantastically well, but it will fill your belly. The beds are comfy. The maid service is outstanding!

Breakfast was not good the over night front desk people we're not very nice they told us that breakfast was from 7:00 — 10:30 my kids came down at 10:00 and they told that breakfast was over… Not … Okay make a long story short someone else come down to get breakfast and tell the front desk that they were together then they allowed them to eat… And they also said that we couldn't be outside on the patio after 12:00 which I thought was ridiculous. So sad and bad for business.

Beautiful room, helpful and friendly staff, above average breakfast, VERY CLEAN, comfortable bed and bedding, nice pool area. I would like to have given a five star but the air conditioning unit in my room needed attention, it had a very musty odor.

Almost every week, Monday — Thursday, for the last 3.5 years of my life, I've checked into this hotel. I've stayed over 800 nights in this hotel and this week is my last week checking in! What a fabulous team to say Good Morning to almost everyday! They are always responsive regardless of my mood (happy, sad, sleep deprived, cranky, injured (I broke a bone once), etc). They know about my Missouri family and I've seen their families grow. Three and a half years… new babies, death, holidays, boi oh boi. I'm partial to this hotel but they (Katrina, Mike, Dalia, B, even the newbies Trent, Kyle) have truly become a family. You will be missed!

Seven women in our family, included me stayed her on Oct. 1st and 2nd while we shopped at Junk Ranch…
We LOVED it! The staff was very helpful and nice. We loved the pool and the hot tub… but we especially loved the Fire Pit area. We even made use of the basketball court and played a lively game of HORSE! :) (Seven women ages 22 to 58! lol) We also cooked snacks in the kitchen and the Breakfast both mornings were awesome!
We/I will most certainly stay at Residence Inns wherever we go!

Standard multi level RI. Which means the suites don't have fireplaces. The rooms are the standard design with 40 LCD. The common area is well situated with plenty of room for indoor and outdoor door activities. The rooms on the interstate side are loud.
