Nice room, pleasant staff. I would stay again.

Stayed two nights and was very impressed with them. Spotless clean room, very spacious with a king size bed and a sofa sleeper. The breakfast buffet was very good with a great slection and reasonable priced. Located in a convenient intersection for driving within Springdale or Fayetteville. I will use this motel again on my next trip to the area.

Clean and quaint. A little pricey for my taste but not something I regret paying. Excellent all you can eat breakfast buffet.

The king size bed was wonderfully soft and comfy. Unfortunately, there was chipping paint on the bathroom door and mold on the shower tile and the grout on the floor was black with dirt/ mold. The towels were threadbare. The first night we stayed, someone was talking/singing for an hour or so outside of our door. We turned up the air conditioner to drown out his voice!

Decent place. Have stayed here 20 plus times. The summer is always the worst. If it's 100 plus degrees outside the a/c is not on in your room when you check in.

Been coming here for 12yrs. No major complaints. Glad to see they serve Yeungling Beer. Good food and service.

The place is older but Very clean, well maintained room. Great prices for rooms and in restaurant! Staff was real attentive and professional. I love these old school, well preserved hotels… It takes me back to the good ole days!

Super nice lady who works as the receptionist. Very professional, polite and couldn't be more satisfied with her. House keeping could use some training. Breakfast is always good at fattys. Thomas.

I don't know much about the South but I'm guessing and they lock the hotel doors at 10 it's not a good area. I got there and I finally got in to little, and went to my room. When was very outdated. Locks on the doors were outdated. I went to the bar that they had their it was against hillbilly night did not feel comfortable had one beer and left. Did not get a chance to try the restaurant I didn't want to take a chance good things are, the people are very friendly, and there's lots of shopping around the area.

Stayed here before and was good. This time no housekeeping at all for 3 nights even after calling front desk. Won't stay here again.

Nice, clean and quiet. Stores nearby like Wal-Mart and Aldis. A nice restaurant and free breakfast for residents. What's not to like?

A great experience. Clean remodeled rooms even the outside is getting a facelift. The Inn has a outdoor pool right off the side of a bar and then it also has a restaurant called Flapjacks inside Flap-Jacks is very good food has a salad bar dessert bar and a buffet you can also order from the menu the table service is always quick fast and friendly every time we go to Springdale we either stay at the end or eat breakfast at flapjacks great place.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The place was nice there is a restaurant attached to it along with a bar. A 5' foot swimming pool is also there. Nice stay.

We have always had a great stay at this location. Very friendly and accommodating. Nice breakfast place attached. Would recommend it. Nothing fancy but clean.

My room is clean, including the bath, which is a lot more than I can say about other 'higher-end' hotels that I have stayed in. The room isn't fancy (more cozy). The bed is comfortable, tv, and fridge work. And, all the staff are helpful and pleasant. Also, the breakfast at Flap Jack's is great.

Great service, good atmosphere. The lighting was very low for me.

If you like country you may like the bar. If not, go elsewhere.

I have had the misfortune of having to live in a motel for 2 weeks due to our complex having mold issues they need to resolve. Honestly, the only 2 things this place has going for it is comfortable mattresses on the beds & a good house cleaning staff! They say they are "pet friendly", but they don't allow cats & dogs are required to be under 25 lbs & crated AT ALL TIMES unless taking out to potty, although I've seen them pick & choose who this rule applies to. The kids channels on cable only come on occasionally, & the free Wi-Fi fairs no better. Since most of the rooms still have tube televisions, we couldn't bring our Wii U or Chromecast, so my kids have been bored out of their minds since no play areas nearby. Management or owners go back & forth on their attitude but treat their house keeping staff terribly! Being they are one of the only good things about this place, you would think they would treat them with greater respect. I, like many reviewers, have had problems with the toilet in one of our rooms & little ants in the bathroom of the other. There isn't a kitchen either as stated; it's a mini fridge & mini cheap microwave. Good thing our complex is paying for our stay here, because it is overpriced for an outdated room with poor managers or owners, whichever they are!

I enjoyed my experience here. I can't say much about the price because the company that I work at footed the bill, but from what I understand it is a pretty good deal. The room I I stayed in was very clean and everything in it worked well (mini fridge, microwave, all the lights, air conditioner) despite them being very old. They have full cable with over 100 channels and HBO, but I must say I was very surprised that the TV was an old box style one. You don't see those too much these days. It was quiet and comfortable, though. There is a wonderful and well stocked breakfast buffet restaurant on the property that was great. They also have a bar on the property that has pool tables, karaoke and low prices on liquor and beer. They also made a pretty good burger. Not too much else to say. I personally recommend the place. Not a 5 star hotel but definitely a comfortable place to stay if you're in the area. Oh and in case you're wondering, the pictures shown on Google are 100% accurate.

I would go out of my way to stay at this place. I had more pleasant experience here then ive had at Marriott and crown plaza and other more exclusive places. Clean, professional, helpful.
