Friendly desk clerk clean rooms and great breakfast.

The grounds are beautiful, nice and quiet, it has a cabin feel in a small town, awesome Lounge area, great breakfast area to eat has plenty of room for seating guest, the people genuinely care about the services that they provide and the guests that stay.

Guest Services Are Great Here… Good place to have a business meeting Visiting From West Palm Beach and Business.

Clean hotel but our room has a musty smell and the bathroom ventilation is way to week. Breakfast is typically and not that great. Had to use waffle batter cups for juice.

I was there for a meeting in the conference room. Upon arrival in their well-thought-out parking lot I strolled into the inviting Lobby and inquired with the front desk staff where the meeting was being held. They were very knowledgeable and friendly and pointed me in the right direction. The rooms looked clean and the conference room had a very nice quality wooden table and nice comfortable office chairs all the way around it.

Clean and friendly staff… pleasant breakfast bar with many choices… only cons are : not pet friendly, and even though when booking online you are offered smoking preference. There are no smoking rooms in hotel. Not a big problem, just not what I expected.

Was in room 420, got bit by BED BUGS and staff acted like they weren’t surprised by this! The whole hotel has a very funky smell, breakfast very mediocre. Overall a poor stay.

The room 316 was nice. The breakfast was the best I ve had at the hotels I ve stayed at in Usa, but compared to European hotel breakfasts, it was less than mediocre. The water damaged walls didnt look nice. The front desk staff couldnt open the safe, I asked two different members of staff. I wont stay there again. I thought that the cost was very reasonable.

The rooms were comfortable, with 2 TVs and all the expected amenities. My room had a strong smoke smell though, which was not enjoyable.

I really didnt like this place because it is too expensive dont know how people can afford to come here! Dont get me wrong this place is beautiful in the waiting area but dam this aint hollywood.

Bed felt well worn with high spot in the middle and noticeable springs. Very thin mattress. There was also a reptile in the bathroom. I signed up for Marriott rewards a few weeks ago and my 3 Rd stay. Not sure what the rewards are.

Lobby clean, pool kinda small but clean, hot tub was extremely hot. We were in rooms 424 and 426, took a long time for Hot water to make its way up to us from the boiler, but once we ran the water for up to 5 mins it was hot. Maintenance was called about it and they came right up to help and explain. Overall good experience.

Love staying here when im in Fayetteville. Great prices, clean hotel, wonderful staff.

The hotel staff was great. They made special accommodations for our allergy to feather pillows and got a pack and play for our daughter to sleep in. Outside the staffs helpfulness, everything else was just fine.

The Fairfield is a great hotel for business travel. They provide daily breakfast and are right in the middle of all the action.

The breakfast was subpar, and the staff was very friendly… pool is very small… would choose to go somewhere else for the price.

This hotel has been recently renovated and it is very nice and comfortable. Also free breakfast which is the best part of any stay.

Budget travel=yes. Business travel=no. Funky smells in rooms, hallways, and especially elevators. Room is adequate, but as mentioned they are bare minimum for amenities. Toilet would not flush without holding down the handle. Fitness center is closet size and they had no towels available. Breakfast was incomplete because they ran out of eggs. Coffee was not made. This would be understandable if the dining room was busy, which it was not. I am a Marriott rewards traveler, but I w ill not stay in this particular hotel again.

Dylan was awesome! I'm so glad that you allow your employees some discretion. I drove 6 hrs after work just to avoid the ice storm headed this way. My back was killing me I arrived after hours, but he said I could still use the Jacuzzi. AND it was set perfect. Not too hot not too cold. I will definitely be a return customer.

Nice-ish rooms. Good price. Lobby smells like chlorine from the indoor pool. Bad view from the back. But it fits the bill for a weekend. I'd stat here again.
