Neat. Great service. Very affordable. Loved the stay. The good thing is they have a gym, a pool and a pub although I didn't use them with my 1 night's stay.

Building is old, but has been renovated nicely. Location is great — shops and restaurants in walking distance and convenient to all parts of the city. Wheelchair accessibility is so-so. Beds are high. Wheelchair lift to pool was broken. Handicap parking is not super close. Some staff is amazing and others are less than helpful. But overall, I would stay here again.

Westport Plaza is one of my favorite places to stay! With a piano bar, comedy club, and other attractions within walking distance, it's the perfect little weekend getaway spot. The swimming pool is rather small and very loud when filled with children, and there is no microwave or fridge in the rooms, but otherwise no complaints.

Nice hotel. Great beds. No housekeeping though. Overall good for the price.

Location was great, I live the kind of city within the city feel. Hotel was clean abs service was great and everyone was so nice.

The rooms can use an update, badly, but the location is a huge plus. Especially on the cold nights when you don't want to leave the hotel for food and drinks.

I recently went to the funny bone and stayed overnight in the Sheraton. I paid for the club level and sort of regret it. They offer late night hors d'oeuvres but they end at 8. I wish they would have lasted til at least 10, Midnight would be preferred. I also went to get the free breakfast, only to find out they start cleaning up around 10am. Other than that, the hotel was clean and the staff was nice.

Great place. Really ntn to complain about. Just slightly old fittings, parking was unavailable close yo the hotel. Noisy at night and single ply toilet paper.

So, I accidentally went to the wrong hotel. The attendant gave me directions to where I needed to go! Great service!

I was on a business trip and had to stay because my company had booked a room for us there. The staff were very kind and courteous and my room was very clean. We were almost 70+employees and non of us had any issues. Hotel was close to few restaurants and bars and made the stay a bit more relaxing and fun.

There is free Wifi in the rooms and generally the hotel requires maintenance or remodeling, as the carpet of the corridors as well as furniture within the rooms look a bit old.

Lots to do without going far from the hotel. Hotel staff were lovely. Would definitely stay there again.

Location was very convenient and very nice inside! The rooms were sufficient but had a bit of a stale odor. Bed was nice & firm, fantastic water pressure too! Over all we had a great stay!

We often get this place when we are finding a deal on the web. It's pretty sweet. Getting a little old, but they are keeping it up the pretty well. Nice having a suite. You can park conveniently across the street in the parking garage for free.

The hotel was clean and so was our room. We stayed in a handicap accessible room (broken leg) and was placed on the 1st floor, but next to the elevators which we really could hear EVERYTIME someone used one. Too tired to complain and move. Would not stay in that room again. Found a good local restaurant so we wouldn't be held hostage to the crazy restaurant/bar prices for average tasting food.

Great hotel for the event overall. Rooms were nice and staff was helpful. Only issue was that the perfume/air freshener they used throughout the hotel was overpowering from the moment you walk in the door.

Good location — near many restaurants and trendy bars. Very far from downtown. Rooms are clean and spacious. Elevators are old and rickety. Some of the afternoon front desk staff were rude and cold; however, not all employees are unwelcoming. AJ, an employee, was very friendly, patient, and helpful.

The hotel was very nice. The club lounge had some good snacks in the evening and a good breakfast in the morning. The room was good, though it had no microwave and fridge.

Service is good. Exterior and room was dated, but room was clean. My room was unusually loud, it sounded like water hammering, but may have been the elevator, even though I was far from the elevator. Staff was great, and is somewhat good location near the airport.

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Club lounge breakfast was good. Liked the location. Would stay again if in the area.

Really nice hotel and convenient with the options in the plaza. The only drawback is that the rooms could use a bit of modernization. Staff was beyond friendly and helpful.

My car was towed while staying at this hotel. The parking lot was being resurfaced, and I didn't notice the signs. It was moved to an adjacent parking lot, and the hotel staff helped me find it. The lobby entrance within the Westport complex is on the second floor in a corner — it is hard to find. I've posted a photo of the nearest exterior entrance (it is somewhat derelict). It is at the top of the outside staircase opposite the Starbucks. Exterior windows have streaks, discoloration, and stains — picture uploaded. It's the eclipse weekend, and I called the concierge earlier this week looking for the viewing glasses. The concierge said that she had never heard of such a thing and said "sir no sir, we cannot help you sir! " Other than this exchange, the hotel was reasonably friendly and helpful.

Neat Place! Definitely enjoy the great hospitality of everyone working there! The front desk was polite and welcoming and the hotel had a great cozy enviornment.

We were the only table in the whole restaurant, and our service was horrible. Food was cold. At least it was quiet and I could finish a business meeting.

It was nice. The pool and sauna were pretty neat. The staff was very friendly and helpful too. Beds were quite comfortable.

Very nice customer services. Beds are great. Bathrooms are a little dark and small but still nice. Some walls were showing their age but not too badly. Overall a nice stay.

Our recent trip to the Sheraton Westport Plaza Hotel was for a meeting with our sons prospective college. Directions to the room where our meeting was held were clearly noted as we entered the hotel. The room location was just past the hotel bar which had quite a crowd which concerned me, but once we got to the room, was just fine. The room itself, as the rest of the hotel, was very nice. The atmosphere was professional, upscale and very welcoming; a surprise, considering the condition of the hotel from the outside. Overall, our experience was very positive. I would recommend it to anyone needing accommodations in that area.

Great service, nice clean rooms, location with restaurants close by. All and all really satisfied.

Standard double was nice. Room had been renovated. Employees were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a typical buffet. Restaurant options are located nearby. Would stay there again if in the area.

The Plaza hotel is really nice and the staff is very accommodating. Nicer rooms but need some renovation. The lounge comes in very handy for a quick bit and something to drink. Free water bottles help all the time.

I will not ever stay in this hotel again. The rate was Hugh for the conditions. Had to ask for a fridge to be put in the room one was brought and it was so load you couldn't stand it and then the last one brought in was nasty looking. The rooms smelled. Was not clean, there was a inch of dust on the tables the bath room floor around the toilet looked like it had not been cleaned in years. The halls was nasty and the elevators sounded lime a jet plane taking off. And I don't think they was ever cleaned. One staff lady was very very rude to a couple of gentleman checking in and when they said something to her about it she give them free drinks. Lets just say she shouldn't work with the public. And to finish it off two days after I returned home. They charged my credit card. $100 and $25 charge. So I called and they said that the window had been opened and accused me of smoking in my room. I CAN READ there was no smoking in the hotel and a small card on the table that said a 200 charge for smoking in the room. Manager stated that he had to run a machine in the room for 3 hours on Saturday. First off the window didn't open. It had a bolt screwed in to keep it from opening. I seen that when I was looking at the view from the room to the parking lot. The charge stated 200 but was charged 125 for something I didn't do. There was no bags in the trash cans. And I pray that the beds had been changed.

The check out process takes forever. There are six people in front of us in line. When we first walked in, I was very impressed by the lobby. The furniture and decorations were awesome and it smelled great. Then we got to the desk, manned by two kind of unprofessional women, chatting about their personal lives, etc. Our room, a Club Room, was fantastic when we first walked in. Then I went to flush the toilet a dc heard a whine like a tornado siren that lasted for about four minutes. It happens with the other rooms too and you can hear it constantly. All of the electrical sockets give off a burning smell when used. The shower had low water pressure and took forever to drain. The Wi-Fi password never worked, even after calling the service desk and being given the access code for our room. The bed was comfortable, but the sheets were so stiffly starched that when I got in after my shower, I was stuck to them. The walls are pretty thin, I could hear everyone in the morning and the hair dryer gives off a burning smell so strong that I gave up on it. Oh, and they give you a small bottle of water for free… with a larger bottle next to it that costs $4.

I booked a club room for two nights. The complimentary breakfast and evening hors d'oeuvres were below par. There was no food left even when I went there within their designated hours. The manager, A. J. At the front desk was very rude to me. When I checked in, he promised to refund me the difference between the room charge after corporate discount (for which I had the corporate code) and the actual amount charged to me. At the time of checkout, the staff said it cannot be refunded to me, since it was "prepaid". When I asked for A. J. The staff member went inside to call him, but he didn't come out to address the issue. 2. During my stay, I ordered room service for food — the Chicken soup had an extremely high amount of salt in it — I couldn't even swallow the half teaspoon of soup that I tasted. The chicken wings were dry to burnt, I had to find the un-burnt parts to eat. The mushroom in the burger was stale. The creme brulee was missing the regular crusty top. I let the guest services know about this, but they failed to offer me any solution. 3. There was no toothpaste in my room. I was asked to come down to get it. 4. I hit my leg accidentally at your hotel and got a bump on my leg. I asked Kelly at the front desk if the hotel had a first aid kit having a pain ointment/spray, she showed me the way to your store. When I couldn't find anything there, she went inside and fetched band-aid and bacitracin saying — — "That's all we have".

Great experience. Extremely nice and courteous staff. Check in was quick and easy. Room was clean, room service responded promptly. Definitely will stay here AGAIN.

The service was alright and the rooms were clean, but my biggest complaint is that the hotel charges $10 per night for Wi-Fi. It's been a long time since I've had to pay a hotel for Wi-Fi. Currently using it to write this sh*tty review! Thanks, Sheraton.

One of ythe worst hotel experiences ever. The rooms were not what we reserved. One room was left with the door propped open by cleaning staff and personnel property was messed with. When brought to the staffs attention the management was rude and defensive.

Lovely little resort to stay at. The staff could be friendlier. When my husband and I checked in they gave us the wrong room and assumed we didn't book the big suite that we had already paid for based on our looks I suppose. But otherwise, a pleasant experience. The local Japanese steak house was great too.

Worst hotel I have ever bn to. My room was given out to somebody else. Was forced to wait for over three hours for a room. Staff at the hotel rudely argued with me forgetting the fact that I had paid for the hotel room. On the following morning, breakfast was denied despite the fact that we booked the hotel coz it had free breakfast. Overall this place was really whack n I hope one day they will treat other guests with respect. That was my first n last time to book a hotel room with sherraton st louis missouri.
