Decent room with coffee maker. Wasn't able to get extra coffee though… had to go down to lobby… which is only available in the morning, cleanliness wasn't the best, toilet seat was loose, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, beds seem worn for my liking, lobby bathroom was dirty, staff was friendly but not much help.

Excellent 1 night stay for a convention. Great room, very clean, great water pressure, very quiet. Check in/out were friendly & quick. Will definitely use this hotel again.

Nice hotel, staff were friendly. Place was clean with good conference areas and a decent breakfast buffet. Shuttle service worked well. Only compliant would be the lack of a contact option at the airport for this particular Holiday Inn. The Kiosk at the baggage claim and direct lines to the other Holiday Inn's nearby, but not this one. Those locations also didn't have an easy way to make contact with this one's shuttle service.

The place was really nice. Had a lovely pool and lovely staff. The only thing that bothered me was that when we stayed they were doing construction. We weren’t made aware of it so we had dust all over our things.

The hotel is extremely clean. My fiance and I are going to have our wedding outside and reception there as well. We've fallen in love with the place and the staff is above and beyond!

The room was excellent. The employees were so helpful. It is the best hotel by the airport.

The front desk attendant Tanya was extremely friendly and helped us multiple times when we had things we forgot. Overall we're definitely having a great time staying here!

Greatt friendly staff anxious to please. Hotel close to a wonderful shopping and eating area by the river. River also has a major walking/cycling trail beside it. Hotel shuttle will tak you there. Rooms clean, beds super comfy.

The check in service was very expedient. We ordered room service from the restaurant and the woman who took our order was patient and fantastic. I was disappointed by the soda selections on the odd floors, as many were out. The shuttle was right on time and the driver was very helpful. Overall, a great stay!

It was super easy to find and near many different restaurants. I was there for a work meeting and they were really good about always having refreshments out.

Nice place to spend time with the kids. They're very accommodating, have a heated pool with seating inside of it. Nice pub, and the rooms are very comfortable. Staff is excellent!

You know how sometimes a hotel looks really nice on the outside, inside and in the rooms but then there's some stuff you encounter that make you go …

We had a great room here. The bed was comfortable with plety of pillows. I loved the heated pool, very well taken care of. The staff here was friendly and willing to help with anything. Front desk was friendly as well. There is a little side store for snacks and such. Great location to the airport or old town St Charles. Would stay there again.

Rooms were clean and new. Staff was very friendly. Shuttle took us anytime we needed a ride and were quick about it. Will stay here again!

This place is dirty and the housekeeping is terrible! I stayed here for work due to bad weather and during my stay, I woke up in the middle of the night with my back and pillow soaking wet. It was someone else's urine who stayed there the day before. I was in a double queen, so I showered, but was so tired, so I decided I would lay on the other bed and just going to make my complaint in the morning. As soon as I took off the top blanket of the other bed, the sheets were soaking wet and covered in urine! I was furious, but I remained professional and called the front desk to let them know of the situation. There are a bunch of truckers who stay at this specific hotel. They were nice to get me another room, but this was uncalled for. I am terrified to ever stay at another Holiday Inn ever again! Not to mention, the kitchen staff didn't show up, so we didn't get to eat breakfast as promised. There seems to be a staff issue. The front desk is terribly rude as well! I hope this post helps others.

Great location just a few miles from the airport. Rooms are nice and include a fridge and microwave. Nice heated indoor pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on property is as to be expected from a hotel, overpriced for average food. Free parking.

This Holiday Inn was very clean, and and the staff was attentive to my needs. Enjoyed my visit.

I stayed in the Holiday in Earth City last week. I accidentally left my hang up bag in the closet. I called 3 times to find out if it had been found. They did not find it and seemed less than concerned. Either the hotel staff didn't clean the room real well (missing a large hang up bag) or they cleaned the room and kept the contents that are accidentally left behind. Either way, this hotel appears to have a staff issue.

Awesome place to stay at and a super nice staff. Tonya, Jack, Ray, Jill and just about everyone else are really great people that work at the Holiday Inn in Earth City, Missouri. Never had a room that the door hit the toliet. Always clean.

Terrible customer service. Rude front desk staff, especially Tanya. Door hit toilet in bathroom making it next to impossible to use. Rooms are poorly ventilated and stuffy. They lied about the availability of shuttle service. Everyone in our party agreed that breakfast was gross. Don't stay here. There are many nicer hotels in the area.

No tooth brushes — ran out. I was given mouth wash and tooth paste, Nice room, we used airport shuffle — on time / sign up for shuttle the night before. One Elevator was out of order. Nice coffee in the morning — no free breakfast at hotel.

Clean as can be … Nice shuttle service. Good lounge. Price is good for what you got. I highly recommend this place.

My family and I stayed here at the end of July and it was petty disappointing. The hotel is very run down and is obviously neglected by the owners. We have to change rooms three times. Once for a clogged shower drain, once for a damp carpet and moldy smell. The third room also had drain issues (and the phone didnt work) but it was late and we were to tired to move again. One other thin to note, this hotel is down the street from the city dump and you can really smell it when the wind blows your way. The only positive note I had was that the staff we dealt with were great.

This hotel has everything you'd hope to find in a hotel: a clean bed, bathroom, Keurig coffee station, cloud like pillows, and a pool. No free breakfast. But we all know that in life there's no such thing as a free lunch, so why would you expect anything different 4 to 6 hours earlier? Easily within 10 minutes from St Louis international airport.

We were very pleasantly surprised with both the excellent service we received (thank you, Jill! ) from the front desk and the cleanliness/quality of the room. Very comfortable and well provisioned. It all made for a very good experience. We stayed post-concert.

We were able to get a room the night before a concert at the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre at this unbelievably accommodating hotel. We were concert revelers as were most of those staying there. Not only was registration exceptionally well staffed, the hotel manager was there to speed check in along. The shuttle to the amphitheatre was speedy and friendly, making the concert mood even better! Well done, and highly recommended!

Good, professional service, clean room, and comfortable bed. A/C was a bit loud and restroom was kinda small with only a standup shower. Breakfast was not free. Overall, nice stay for the night and worth the price paid.

My entire stay at this hotel was awful. I love staying at Holiday Inn, but after this experience I doubt I will stay at a Holiday Inn again. I was greeted by a rude receptionist. When I got to my room everything seemed great. I started to unpack, and walked past the bed, and stepped in a huge wet, sticky spot (at this point my shoes and socks were off). As if that was not bad enough I pulled the blanket back and there was a bug crawling in the sheets. I told a Manager about my experience and asked to be moved to another room. They obliged, and I got a new room. When I left and came back I got locked out of my room because the room lock was losing power so it would not read my door key, so that had to be fixed. Two Managers heard about my awful stay, and did not even apologize.

Great hotel for a overnight stay if you have an early flight. Clean room, up to date, and very very friendly staff. Would definitely stay again if traveling through STL.

Everything seemed OK till I got in the bed. Went to flip the top top of the sheet and felt something crusty. It was food or something on the sheet. Pulled the top off the bed and there was hair and what not all over the sheets. Called down and got a card for the room next door. Checked that one and it was the same thing. Told the staff I would just sleep on top of the comforter in my first room where my stuff was. This morning I mentioned it to the front desk staff and just got a few "sorry bout that" comments. Check your bed if you're staying here! Also don't get excited about the executive lounge. A few tables, chairs, and a TV is nothing to brag about.

Been here twice. Conveniently located close to Old St. Charles and the Ameristar Casino. Easy ride in to downtown St. Louis. Very reasonable pricing. Check the Hotel Tonight app for fare as low as $88 a night.

I was simply visiting someone, but they hotel seemed clean and the staff friendly. Suites were large and comfortable.

The room was clean and I slept well. I really wish they would have a free breakfast, but it was ok.

I was there for a seminar put on by a building products company, who rented out the conference room. Super nice room, excellent food catered by holiday inn.

Sheets were kind of stained, elevator seemed rickety. Decent stay overall given the price.

We were very happy with this Holiday Inn. It's clean, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, the pool was clean and warm. We ate at the restaurant (Malone's? ) and had burgers and beer, both of which were delicious — great beer selection, by the way. We'll stay here again.

Hotel was affordable and rooms were clean. HOWEVER if you are taking a shuttle to the concert, they do not pick up where they leave you. We sat for over an HOUR and never saw a van for our hotel. We had zero clue where they were picking up, even tho we were sitting in the pick up spot. About 50 other people were staying in the same hotel we were and never got picked up either. They called and never got an answer as to what was going on. Finally we hopped a holiday inn shuttle to the wrong hotel and they actually took us there, after we paid them! VERY bad ending to a great night.

Motel was average. Malones was horrible. Bartender was rude, lazy and more interested in her phone than the dozen or so customers she had. Took 25 minutes to get a second beer. And it was a refill as she would pour tap beer into your same warm glass. As a former bar owner I know that this is against health code. First time in 15 years that I didn't tip a bartender.

This review is strictly for the restaurant, Malone's, in the hotel as I have not stayed at the hotel (though the lobby looks much nicer). We used to frequent Malone's before the remodel because it's close to my office. I have been to the restaurant twice since the recent renovation and I just want them to know they're getting it done but they have to tighten up the service. It's just silly, like you're playing restaurant. The servers don't know the menu. Someone at our table asked about the "house" dressing and the server's response was, "I don't know I've never had it. " Really? The house dressing? No follow-up attempt to answer the question. It takes a long time for your food to come out and while you're waiting you have the pleasure of being greeted and checked on by about 4 different people. I'm not sure what all of their functions are, but if you ask for something you can't be sure they're ever coming back because they aren't YOUR SERVER! It's just odd. Someone who actually knows how to wait tables needs to sit them down and train them on the menu and about the "flow" of a meal. Our party was afraid to order anything that wasn't completely straightforward on the menu because of the server's inability to understand the options included with the menu items. Someone ordered GRILLED CHEESE, what could be simpler? The server asked, "what kind of cheese? " My friend was a little surprised by the question but said, "well, what do you have? " Server doesn't know. Of course not.

Old, Outdated, RUDE, RACIST staff! This is my second and last stay! Both times that I checked in, a male at the front counter checked us in and was annoying, he would not stop talking (about anything, presumably he was bored, it was midnight). I wanted to go to bed! The room was nothing special just old, small bathroom. Well when I crawled into bed there were crumbs under the made bed, like someone used it and just put the covers back on! It was too late to go back to the front desk and have another hour long conversation with creepo at the front desk, so I used the other bed that was fresh. In the morning the cleaning lady rapped on my door. I told her it was occupied. I got up went to go use the exercise room (which was a joke) and when I left my room the cleaning lady very rudely asked when I was checking out! How rude! I asked her if she cleaned my room last night because the bed was dirty! So I went to exercise and when I came back up to my room she started saying that I should have called the front desk and kept going on in a nasty attitude. Cuss words were exchanged. I then called the front desk. They sent up her manager and I could hear them in the next room and she asked her " Is she white or black? " Now what does that have to do with the situation! Unbelievable! I am white by the way, the maid was black. Reverse Racism in my eyes! DO NOT STAY AT THIS RACIST DUMP.
