Breakfast is mostly pre packed food (had much better breakfast when we stayed here at Easter when food was fresh). Requested rooms together and was promised rooms on first floor together but when we checked in, rooms were scattered on several different floors! Not happy!

Breakfast, hospitality and the overall stay is always great here. This is my 3rd visit and I will be back this summer.

They have a wonderful staff. I haven’t stayed there but I work there and I love it. My coworkers and management team is so caring and helpful. They always have beautiful smiles on there face and takes very good care of the guest. I love being a part of there team for 3 years today 9/11 Midas Hospitality.

The rooms were spacious and well equipped with kitchen items. We were located on the first floor and we did experience heavy footed upstairs guests. So in terms of quiet no if you are on any floor but the top. The other problem was our sheets and comforter were not clean. I brought this to the attention of the manager who was very apologetic and offered compensation. I stay in Marriotts frequently for business so I know that this is not the norm.

Definitely! I have the nicest suite! It's a clean place and the staff, especially LaTonia, are awesome! I will be here for a week for training! I saw the pool and now wish I had brought my bathing suit. I have access to the gym area as well and after sitting in a classroom all day that treadmill may look pretty good! It's going to be a great week!

Choose another hotel! The way that this location treats guests is absolutely unacceptable! Quite similar to other posts… there is a total disregard for requests appearing in member profiles, Recurring issues with stays and no even plan to correct! This hotel is poorly ran with such a lack of concern for paying and returning guests! I would like to be contacted regarding an ongoing issue with several hotel stays in the St. Louis area. I am a platinum elite member and the way that I continue to be treated and the disregard for my health is absolutely not OK. I am requesting a call as soon as possible. I also have a case number That will give you more information regarding my concern.

Brand new well decorated and run Residence Inn. Room layouts are very usable the breakfast includes sausage and bacon and fresh fruit. Can't go wrong with this Residence Inn.

Very clean. One of the nicest hotel/extended stay hotels we have stayed in. It could rival a VRBO rental because it was so clean. Would recommend.

The hotel is new, and the rooms are nice. There is no ice maker in the freezer and no water pitcher in the room like most other Residence Inns have. During my stay breakfast was not stocked well and guests had to wait for items to be refilled. I have been a gold or platinum Marriott rewards member every year for the past 9 years.

Stayed in the studio king suite. Very clean, spacious and convenient. Bed was very soft but comfortable. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. If ever in the area again, we will definitely stay!

Ms. Kemitz at the front desk was great! She was very accommodating. The room was clean, spacious and affordable. I highly recommend this facility.

Beautiful property — we had to stay here when our heat went out & now I don’t want to leave! Everything is clean. Staff goes above and beyond, and is very friendly. We had our dog with us and housekeeping even cleaned his dog bowl during our turndown service.
