The only reason I am giving them two stars is because they do offer a bed and a room. Also the check in staff were wonderful. Now for the rest of the time… I am on a business trip and requested a pick up with the shuttle at 4:30 pm. I confirmed in person and over the phone. When it became 4:30 no shuttle had arrived. I decided to give it 15 because you know traffic. At 4:45 I called the hotel with no answer. I repeated this action every few minutes of trying to call with no answer until 5:15. I finally called a different part of the company to try and get a hold of their own employees. Finally after some time they were able to connect with the hotel who had… forgotten… yes forgotten (after a call at 1 and a face to face confirmation) about my pick up. Finally an hour after my pick up time a local woman gave me a ride because I was in tears at this point due to being in a new area, having no contacts and not having a hotel answer it phones or following thru with services. I did get a call for the shuttle pick up after being back in the hotel in pajamas and already nearly an hour and a half from the original pick up time…

Clean hotel, clean rooms. Bed was super comfortable. Friendly staff. Good breakfast with a variety of choices. Good coffee, available all day. Only complaint is no fridge in the room.

Rooms were clean and well taken care of. Front desk staff. Was helpful and friendly. It appears as though the rooms were upfated in The last couple of years.

Hotel looked very updated inside. Room was nice and beds were comfortable. Tv wasn't super big but was still decent. Our bathroom doors were a little strange; two smaller doors that came together, probably to save space. Would have been fine, except one of the doors hinges was a little ripped out of the wall so we couldn't really close the doors without leaning it back into the door frame first, which wasn't worth the effort. Nice fridges and microwaves, and pretty quiet.

The room was clean, nice big comfy bed. TV was easy to figure out. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker in the room was nice. Everything was organized nicely, nothing out of the ordinary. Bathroom was clean, water worked fine. The only thing was there was no shampoo or soap in the bathroom. Towels were out, but no soap. Overall nice stay, in a nice neighborhood, conviently placed near city and gas stop. Highly recommended!

Went in for an interview. The hotel was very nice and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The manager Dave was awesome!

Nice place in a good part of town. It was not super convenient for those traveling on I-70, but it wasn’t that bad either. The hotel itself was around an industrial complex but was a short mile walk from a shopping/dining center. Nice staff and pet friendly. Would recommend!

You know I was very happy with the service and the overall condition of the hotel except for the paper thin walls where you could hear everything at night when people walk down the hall outside the door but overall it was good until the morning and it came time to take a shower! I got in the shower about 7 a. M. And had almost zero water pressure! After messing with it messing with it basically was taking a shower in trips water and then all the sudden the pressure increased, still not very much but much more than it was, and the water turns scalding hot! It was one of the worst showers I have ever taken. When I mentioned it to the front Counter girl she said, oh when we are sold out our water pressure really drops down, sorry about that. I said it would have been nice for a little heads-up I could have gotten up earlier or even maybe showered later rather than dealing with no pressure and then more pressure was scolding hot water!

Arrived late at night left the next morning. Service was good, the woman who set breakfast up was efficient and kind. The rooms were fairly clean but the hard floors need mopping, I wiped some water up and the white cloth I used turned was brown. The door locks either weren't working or the key cards demagnetized too easily.

Comfortable stay, but walls seemed thinner than most hotels. Sound carried down hallway and under door very easily. Could hear conversations and cell phones ringing down hall.

I wish the windows opened just a bit more or the curtain drew back the other direction, I would have loved more fresh air. Breakfast was OK, but I don't feel I should have to microwave my biscuits and gravy to warm them up when they are in a warming bin. Other than those 2 very minor details my stay was short and sweet. Check-in staff was very friendly, check-out staff acted like I was bothering them.

Very nice and accessible to interstate. Staff very friendly. Close to casino. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast was not impressive. The room was pretty good and clean. The bed was a little firm. Decent location.

Fair. Mold on toilet lid and underneath soap holder in tub. But othwuse very nice overall. Thank you so much for being pet friendly. It really helps travelling knowing my comfort companion is welcome.

This La Quinta has such a great staff. Everyone makes me feel at home. Plus, the place is super nice and cozy and clean.

Room was cheap and the service was amazing. Huge room, super clean bedroom and bathroom, microwave and coffee machine available. Pet friendly with no extra charge for my dog was a huge plus. Breakfast was also fantastic with plenty of options. Was my first stay, now I'm a La Quinta customer for life.

Best hotel experience I've had in a long time. The staff Ashley and Charles were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast, but it looked and smelled great. I would definitely be staying here again, and highly recommend the westport area!

A good price, location (for us) and breakfast, but 4 nights and only one housekeeping.

I am giving this one star, even though I would give it 0 stars! The staff is great housekeeping did not clean my room or tub. Pubic hair was left on tub for two days and s roach ran on floor in bathroom! Assistant manager said supervisor of housekeeping cleaned it! Would not give me any money back. Assistant manager was rude!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The staff were very warm, friendly and accomodating. The free breakfast was fresh, delicious and had a large variety of items to choose from. We received an upgrade with out having to ask. Check in and check out was a breeze. Parking area was well lit and we were told what exit was near our room. They even had a charging station for electric cars. Pretty Cool. A cut Above. Kudos LA Quinta.!

Very Nice Hotel With Comfortable Beds and Amazing rooms. I loved everything about it except that the breakfast was always a little cold. Overall I was very Impressed.

Front desk, Dave Thomas very helpful. Lobby very nice welcoming atmosphere. Room was more than we could have hopes for. Clean, well appointed. The area was so convenient to restaurants, main road. Would stay again.

My family and I stayed here while we vacayed in STL. You can see it's been recently renovated and looks very updated and clean! We did have one incident with our room, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Staff was so friendly and professional. Would recommend!

Very beautiful lobby. Breakfast is elaborate and included in your stay. Room was nice, the first room had cable issues but they moved me to a nearby room which I ended up liking better.

Clean n tidy. The bed is very comfortable. The front desk staff is super helpful. We love her.

Good hotel with nice sized rooms. Has all the basic amenities you need. The workout room was sufficient and the location is good where it's close enough to the airport but not so close that you feel secluded. Everything seems clean. I would stay here again.

Good deal for the price, very spacious room. The motel appeared brand new, the only down side was a few plumbing issues and double beds. In the morning hot water came and went some, at one point water in the shower stopped all together. All in all worth the price.

We've been on a cross country trip for a few days now and we've had a pretty… interesting hotel/motel experience the past couple of nights. This hotel was definitely a breath of relief. Comfy beds, clean and spacious rooms, hooters right next door, breakfast was yummy, and it was even pet friendly! The staff was very nice and the entire hotel was newly renovated. Would definitely stay here again!

I have stayed here three times when traveling cross country. It is recently remodeled, allows my dog, and always has very friendly people at the desk… and all for an affordable price. A perfect fit for someone looking for pet friendly accommodations and a quiet room with a comfortable bed.

Really great rooms (tons of counter space — important for two women who were staying there for a professional event) and a very nice breakfast. The shuttle was not great about picking me up from the airport — I ended up taking a taxi after waiting 40 minutes. The shuttle got there after I had already gotten to the hotel and checked in!

WOW! I am very happy we found this La Quinta that is remodeled and used a very good recliner for the King rooms. The check in would have been perfect except someone changed the computer to some screen that would not show our reservation. But once that got fixed, all went well. The people on the desk were very pleasant. Breakfast was very good. Check out took quite some time because no one was at the desk when we were ready to leave. About 10 minutes and we got the job done.

The service was magnificent amenities, may basic.

Check-in was nice and pleasant, the attendant even knew the name of our bulldog from the reservation. The king suite was well equipped for the price point. This location had a small workout facility as well as a pool and hot tub. The breakfast included hot items as well and standard continental fare. The only minor complaint we had is that the rear entrance locked and our key card did not open it. If you are looking for a nice hotel with minimal compromises that is pet friendly this is the obvious best choice.

I was in St. Louis for a concert for the night and the location of the hotel itself was well placed, being not far from the venue, as well having a number of restaurants and convenience stores nearby for food runs and supplies. The rooms were very, very nice; they were surprisingly spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was great as well. All in all, another excellent experience at La Quinta!

We always look for a La Quinta when we travel. This hotel was recently updated and looks great! The room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Also, La Quinta has fluffy towels and this location was no exception. Breakfast was average but included so that made it great too. We also love that this is a pet friendly hotel.

Good value, comfy bed, clean rooms. Pool is nice. Breakfast isn't great and TV selection is bad, which really only affects late evenings and early mornings.

We reserved our room using our points. A room with double beds cost 11, 000 points. When me and my husband heard this, we were a little warry about the quality of the room. We arrived at midnight (our expected arrival time) and got to the room, and it was great. It was newly remodeled, very clean and enjoyable. My only complaint is I like having a mini-fridge & microwave (I travel with kids and it's easy to buy microvable meals instead of eating out all the time). I am actually in the room writing this review. I expect the breakfast bar will be simple as they say on their website that they offer only fruit, waffles, coffee and the picture showed cereal and milk. I don't need a buffet so a waffle will be great. Would give it 5 stars but I won't be staying long enough to put up with any staff members. So I really don't know how friendly they are or not. But the room itself is great.

Newly remodeled and awesome. At first I didn't expect much but was blown away by this place. For the under $100 price, I wasn't expecting much but was wrong. This place was great. The room was huge with a massive bathroom, breakfast was the normal stuff and everything was stocked so that's a plus. Definitely worth the stay.

Clean rooms, friendly staff and good area. The remodeling is very loud and disruptive. My room was right next to the area the construction crew were working on. I have stayed at several La Quinta Inn's, the breakfast was nothing like the other one's. If you looking for scrabble eggs and sausage better go to McDonald's that's a block away.

Tay are doing remodeling and it's kinda inconvenient right now, but the rooms aren't bad.

Great room. Pillows were very hard and flat. Poor quality sheets. Everything else was good.

Bed is comfy and room is spacious with plenty of outlets for all the electronics. Staff also very friendly and courteous.

Very spacious rooms, amazing for the price. Older hotel so some things are in need of a little TLC and carpets are worn from use but not at all dirty or neglected. Definitely coming back, such a good deal.

Cheap and clean until Saturday night seemed the place was trashed. Also toilets flushed excessively loud, waking us up.

Very clean but a little worn. The room was fine and the pool was really nice; the continental breakfast was terrible.

Very poor quality breakfast. (Worse than super 8) No Coffee available at breakfast. Filthy Elevator with sticky floor. Dust ruffle around the beds were filthy. TV satellite was not working properly, and the Wi-Fi was poor. Pick a different LaQuinta… for the price that I paid, I was extremely disappointed.

All in all, this place was good. Damaged bathroom door, closet door separating from hinges and power strip for desk did not work.

Drove all day and when I checked in — they stuck me in a smoking room. Fan in the room didn't work either so I couldn't air it out. Kinda dirty as well. bad experience.

Made reservation online Friday @ 9am, got an email @ 1pm saying my room was ready for early check-in. We arrived and the front desk staff was friendly and we got to our room and it was clean and updated quite nicely. Hotel accepts pets for no additional charge and the rate for a king bed and two people came out to about $100 a night. Rooms are well insulated and noise was very minimal. Room had a mini fridge and microwave and a nice flat panel TV. The bed linens were fresh and there was no dreaded DNA soaked comforter on the bed, just a blanket and a top sheet with a print design to mimic a comforter. Hotel has a pool and hot-tub but for some reason they are outside and not enclosed so they were closed for the season. The hotel also includes free breakfast which was pretty good; muffins, bagels, fresh make your own waffles, cereal, coffee, juice, milk. The only complaint would be not enough seating in the lobby at peak breakfast times, and the woman running the breakfast seemed very angry and frazzled and it showed with how messy the area was. All in all it was a great stay and if I ever need a hotel ill think of using LaQuinta again.

Price was reasonable, room was spacious, water hot, bed clean and comfortable, everyone was polite and friendly, and breakfast was pretty basic/standard but good. Overall it was a nice stay.

Overall as nice as any LQ. Hooters is the only resturant within walking distance. Quiet area with lots of trees o. The edge of an industrial area.

Badly needs updating. Gym was probably designed in the 80s. Hot tub was luke warm, breakfast is free, however, not very good and never changes, same ol' food every day.

We stayed in 3 La Quintas in as many days. This one felt older in the room but by far the nicest because it was super clean, spacious, and no pet smells/odors. The lobby is bright and open. Lots of windows. Person who checked us in was great. We'd stay there again.

From outward appearance, hotel looks good. Stayed here when it was first opened several years ago and a good experience. However this time, our rooms for 2 nights. I felt like we were staying in a dog kennel. I do not go for animals in a hotel in the 1st place. But if that is the situation. Why are customers not given the option if they want to stay in the kennel or a regular hotel room/floor. Just as they are giving the option of smoking or non-smoking rooms? Did not appreciate yelping and growling and barking dogs both nights along with finding a black hunk of hair on our sheets. I just do not appreciate staying in rooms where animals have been housed. Peps that it does not bother should all be housed in the same area/floor of hotel. Or at least giving the option.

Have not even made it yet BUT I loved working with Brent over the phone. He remembered me calling earlier and had the dates still available. Supplied additional information as well, about the pool location, so we wouldn't be upset.

We arrived at La Quinta to celebrate our anniversary. We reserved a non-smoking room, which the front desk clerk said was not available, only smoking. We said we wouldn't accept a smoking room. Clerk tried to find another room for us and said there was a handicapped accessible room, which we accepted. Room appeared clean at first. Couldn't find remote for the TV, looked all around and instead found an empty Marie Callender's frozen dinner box behind the night stand. Asked for a new remote, which staff delivered after 20 minutes. Found "reminders" of the last visitor all inside the toilet and under toilet seat. Very nasty. Dust along the wall grab bars around toilet area. Staff seemed like they wanted to be helpful, but really didn't know what they were doing. Coffee in the a. M. Was watery and only had styrofoam cups, which my wife can't stand. Breakfast was so-so. Bed was very comfortable. We would go back only if there were no other rooms available anywhere else in the St. Louis county area.
