Most people stay here for business and must have what are known as extended weekly or monthly rates. We stayed two nights at $110 per night for a very outdated, musty room with poor lighting. After being out for 14 hours one day, we came back to find our room untouched, except for someone turning off the a/c. So they knew enough to come in the room to shut off the a/c, but not enough to clean it. Towels on the floor, beds not made up. When I asked why the said we only make up rooms once a week. I said I paid a nightly rate, not a weekly rate. The only people staying here are corporate ones, because they aren't paying so they don't care or have any choice. If you are paying, and actually have a choice, avoid this place! The front desk people are super nice. Management is cheap and greedy. Area has sketchy people all over the parking lot. Avoid at all costs.

When we arrived, the rude receptionist would not turn around and greet me or speak with me, but informed me that our room would not be ready for an hour, to come back then. When we returned and got to our room, the hallway and stairwells reeked of sour odors, our room had not even been cleaned yet, and that we would have to wait an additional hour for our room to be cleaned. Needless to say we got a refund and choose a better hotel!

Awesome place to stay with an amazing staff… id recommend many to visit and have a good nights rest.

The drivers are amazing get you where you need with a smile and the staff at the hotel was awesome very accommodating and transparent just how I like it.

The hotel was easy to find and the grounds were well kept. Check in took a little while as the receptionist was a bit distracted, but the rest of our stay and interactions were pleasant. The room was nice and clean and since the hotel is pet friendly they accommodated our dogs with no hiccups. No complaints.

Great place to stay! The staff is very hard working and dedicated, Kaaliq, and daisy make you feel right at home. The AC is cold, and the Wi-Fi is fast, especially considering it is complimentary. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

I stayed here for a little over 3 months. There were a couple incidents but they were taken care of swiftly and professionally. Shout out to Kaaliq, Lily, Ellery, Oscar, and Daisy. You guys are wonderful!

It's in a wonderful area. Quiet with easy access to different places. Not too far from the major attractions in St. Louis. The front desk clerk has been exceedingly helpful with directions and suggestions when asked. Parking lot is well lit and feels super safe. My only complaint is that the water pressure of the shower is abysmally low.

Not the best but a solid place overall. Facilities aren't the best. But the customer service is great.

Nicely placed right by I-270. Employees are very nice and took care of every need. Rooms were decent with half kitchen, TV and cable, and free Wi-Fi thats easy to access for customers. Only problem was the breakfast consisting of muffins, granola bars and coffee. I need eggs and meat in breakfast.

The staff were very very nice. The room we had had a king size bed that was comfortable.

Great room with fast friendly service. Somewhat close to nearby restaurants and shopping. Would definitely recommend to other guess just don't eat at the Red Lobster.

If there is an option for 'No Star' I should go for that. This is not a good place to stay. Don't go there. I had a very horrible experience from the management. I stayed there in August 2017 and checked out after 7 days. I have settled my bills on the day when I checked out. After 2 months of checkout, they again charged the whole amount from my credit card. And it is without my permission. Who gave them permission to take money from the customer's account with out their acknowledgement? When I contacted hotel, they informed that it is a kind of batch process running in the system, which could have deducted the amount. I have disputed this transaction but they haven't refund my money yet. I'm sharing my experience for those who are planning to stay here. Please stay away from this hotel.

The room was very nice. We had a comfortable bed. We loved the kitchen was a nice part of our experience. The staff was awesome! We would stay here again when we come back.

Nice place and room. If breakfast is your thing this is not the place to stay. Of course if you want, you can cook your own breakfast. No pool and no gas grill. Workers were very nice.

Very friendly staff that had good knowledge of area (especially the 3-11 clerk). She made great suggestions for food places and night-life events happening during my stay. Room was good. The lamp shades were a bit dusty and the bed sheets had a few small stains on the side, but it didn't bother me all that much. The staff made it worth it. Thanks.

The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is because of the pillows and the bed. The bed seems on the small side but is comfortable and the pillows are small and flat. So if you are staying hate just make sure to bring your own pillows. The room is very clean. There is a stove and a full size refrigerator. The staff are very friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

First off let me say that you must use the address. Even if you see a extended stay there are three of them within a half mile radius. So please make sure you use your GPS. The one that we are staying at is actually not that bad. This problem I ever have with places on the pellets. The pillows place are no good hello otherwise you will not have a good night sleep. The bed is kind of small for our liking it was a full size bed and if it was a very small. There is a kitchen and I did not see any more or any of the other stuff that people. So really was Hotel very nice. The staff was extremely nice when they greeted me especially at 2 o'clock in the morning. I would recommend this place to friends and family I would tell them to bring their own pillow because the ones at this hotel are no good. On a side note you do have McDonald's around the corner, Quick Trip gas station and a Hardee's, Hooters and Starbucks close by.

Front Desk Clerk (Alyssa Smith) was extremely helpful, courteous and professional.

Hotel room was clean. However lots of drinking was going on and it was quite loud until 2 am or so people running through hallways etc.

This is a very nice Extended Stay. The staff members were all very pleasant and helpful. I would stay here again.

It begins with Extended Stay has 3 different hotels within a 5 block radius of this location. Make sure u have exact address or u will go to all of them before u get to right hotel. Finally I get into hotel at 1am only to find out the front desk is doing an audit and won't allow me to check in for 30 minutes. I'm tired. I stay at hotels every week. At this point I could careless what the room is like. I'm generally a very positive reviewer but this one stinks. In my 20 years as a business traveler I've stayed in 1000s of hotels. I have never been told I can't check in for 30 minutes because of an audit. Not the surprise you want at 1am. Just had another traveler come in and they are now waiting with me. Do your audit later especially if it takes that long.

Such a great stay. Have been here for weeks for training and everyone is the best. Very accommodating!

DO NOT TRUST MANAGERS! I had left there yesterday and got my $500 bracelet stolen out of my room! And $60 cash. I know 100% I left it there, I called to get it back and they said they had found the box the bracelet was in, in the trash. I now have police investiagting. I would seriously not recommend staying here. Please don't, unless you want your stuff stolen. Stay at the comfort in down the road. I am just devastated, and so upset. The police KNOW it was management and they are still in the process of trying to get my bracelet back. ALSO the rooms seem nice until your shower doesn't even turn to "Hot" and you have about 100 dead lady bugs in the crease of the Windows, some of the rooms smelled like cigarettes. I stayed there for training with a bunch of girls and we just kept going on and on about all the things that were wrong with our rooms. You can't ever get pots and pans, or silverware. Absolutely horriable!

Every staff member I interacted with was extremely friendly, understanding, and accommodating. The room was nice and well kept (they have ridiculously comfy pillows). I ended up having to end my reservation early yesterday, and both the assistant manager (Lillie) and general manager (John) were more than willing to work with my situation. Highly recommend.

Its okay. Probably a 2.5 star hotel. We have been at a better Extended Stay before…

Recently renovated clean and new rooms are small but have what you need and they're clean. Safe neighborhood and easy access to freeway.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful extended stay hotel. The staff gave absolutely 5 Star treatment! Lucindy "Cindy" and Monica, Tanya were there daily with a warm smile and amazing customer service! My room was always cleaned so perfectly by housekeeping… these ladies are so caring and nice! I hope they are recognized for their constant impeccable customer service! they absolutely made my stay so wonderful by being so professional and kind! I could not ask for a better hotel to stay at during my training! It was quiet, I also had an abundance of towels, dishes etc… never being to St. Louis, MO. These ladies set the tone for my great experience! The van driver's Ms. Virginia, William, Louis… were absolutely wonderful! Thank you, Lisa B Denver, CO.

I was staying here for work along with 6 co-workers. I will say that the Assistant Manager Lily is amazing and very helpful and generally wonderful. HOWEVER this hotel is overall terrible. Most of the staff is very rude. The general manager was one of rudest people I have ever encountered. We went for weeks at a time without anyone cleaning our rooms and had a very hard time getting basic things like toilet paper. The rooms smelled like rotting bugs and there was a lot of trash stuffed in the counters of my room from previous guests. Do not stay here if you have other options. We ended up moving to the Hawthorne Suites right down the street and it is a way better deal.

Thought it a good value as rooms have been updated. Carpet gone replaced with decent vinyl wood look flooring which I prefer over carpet as it can be cleaned. Updated flat screen, kitchenette for those cooking in room. Breakfast is very limited; instant oatmeal, pkgd muffins, fresh orange or apple, coffee, no juice. Front desk staff was very friendly. They clean rooms every other day which was nit a big deal to me. You can exchange towels anytime. Good spot for budget minded traveler.

What I got for the price of the room extremely overrated. The carpet was stained, bathtub didn't drain, the kitchen was COMPLETELY unfurnished. Free breakfast consisted of: cup of coffee an apple, a muffin, and a bowl of oatmeal you made yourself.

We rented 2 rooms for 4 nights. The guys came back to the office saying how horrible the room was. We don't put them in 'high-class' places. Was sure this hotel would be good. NO! The rooms were not cleaned. The rooms were actually quite dirty. Headed back to St. Louis again today needing 4 rooms for 4 nights. We won't be using this place! Think twice.

Can't stand the employees here! They have this one UNtrained employee working at the frontdesk, looks like she needed to rest. Unsatisfied. They do not have an engineer to check on my room when I need to go to sleep this censor in my room beeping. I asked at the frontdesk, another lady tried to help, she would have someone look at it the next morning which the day I will check out anyways. I always stayed at this hotel booking by priceline, random choice. I WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL not to choose this location. This hotel is rated as 2 star hotel, I would rather stay at 1 star hotel, it will be much better.

I give this hotel 5 stars for the price and what you get. We stayed here for over 2 months while in town on family business. The rooms are like small studio apts with a small but functional kitchen, so you can cook your own meals rather than relying on take-outs. Good freeway access but far enough away thet you're not disturbed by road noise. The hotel is nice and quite and we never heard our neighbours once which made for a nice nights sleep. The rooms themselves are starting to show their age a bit but are clean and and well appointed. I thiink they might be undergoing a refurbishment because while we were there they came and inspected all the rooms and made notes on repairs.

Very clean, and accommodating, almost like your own studio apt. Nice and quiet, so you get a good nights rest.
