There was a bloody sex rag tucked in our covers, roaches, and the hallways smelled like urine and weed. If you are a crack whore/meth head then this is the place for you🤢🤢🤢

Great customer service only thing that kinda sucks is the carpet needs upgraded.

Bugs in a tub. No hair dryer. Multiple fire code violations.

Got a great room for a great price! Lady at check in, I believe her name was Kathy, was super nice, friendly, and professional. Will reccomend and hopefully be back again.

Upon checking into hotel, it was disgusting. I went to speak with the clerk and was offered a smaller room or to choose another hotel, and she wasn’t sure if I would get my refund due to me being in the room more than 30 minutes! I understand I have to go through where I booked the room for the refund that’s fine but the Clerk refused to give me my deposit I paid in cash back due to several upset guests asking for one all at once and to make sure none of us would called the police. They stated that it’s up to her but they do this a lot and all the time! Now I’m out of 100 because she wanted to argue with everyone instead of fixing the issue! I am highly disappointed and upset and my kids are too. Even when asking to speak to a manager or to get her manager on the phone she refused! She was not only rude when I was asking for her to come look at the room she refused to even look at it. She was yelling at my mother in law because we were all in the lobby talking about the issues she even refused to give their deposit back and they didn’t even pay their deposit yet! The clerk is back for business! I need my deposit back ASAp.

Worst place I have ever stayed. I wouldn’t even put my dog in one of these rooms. They refuse to give me my money back. There was a used wash cloth on the sink. Lipstick and toothpaste on the sink. Feces in the toilet and blood stains in the bed. The floors have not been vacuumed for weeks. There was no hot water and I asked for a no smoking room and they gave me a smoking. You are double booking rooms in order to make more profit. It is against covid guidelines and you are in violation.

This is my 2nd stay here. The first time was a year ago and was perfect. No issues. This time not so good. Hotel smells like marijuana in hallways and lobby. There were no towels in the room but guest service claims it’s due to COVID that there are no housekeeping services. Loveseat in room is missing a cushion, stained badly and the other cushion is ripped. Microwave had trash in it from previous guest. Carpets are not vacuumed and feel sticky in the room. No screen on window. Case on A/C unit is broken. Curtains don’t close all the way and there’s a super bright light for the parking lot right outside our window. Makes it hard to go to sleep with such a bright light and no way to block it out. Back door is not secure as almost every time we came in or out the door was propped open with a rock. Several people congregating at back of building around the door. Fire alarm woke us up early. Called front desk for instructions and they didn’t know what to do. She said they didn’t know if there was a fire or something else but the whole building alarm was going off. I am extremely afraid of fire so I couldn’t go back to sleep. Anxiety was through the roof. How can they not know instructions for guests when a fire alarm is going off? No one even came to rooms on this floor to check for fires, only the alarm was turned off when fire department showed up. I’m not sure I’ll be staying here again. Next time I’ll look at other options.

Unhealthy motel accommodations What a pit — just unacceptable with an unclean room, stained bedsheets, unable to shower as it is broken and set on hot, mold by the ac unit, and breakfast is out of the question as it is not ready till 6:30 am and this is a high road traffic location and our start time is 7:00 am. We did not get to bed till midnight due to the noise level, banging on walls, a downright party going on in the hallways after several contacts with the front desk we were able to get them to do something.

There were not only room violations fighting in the hall ways, alcohol at the pool area, but other illegal activities that permeated the entire 3rd floor and were permitted by staff even after being notified.

I opened the room door and got paint on my clothes. I don't know what the results will be, no one has let me know. The manager responded violently by ripping up the dry cleaners' receipt and throwing something at the wall. As a post-trauma stress survivor, I was traumatized by his behavior. I paid for a night's lodging that was not comfortable or felt safe. If I had not been as shocked by his behavior, I would have immediately left and might not have left behind my work bag which a friend had to pick up and express mail to me. Don't stay here.

Wonderful customer service but room was not clean. Trash was overflowing outside of the hotel, found many dead bugs along the walls of the hotel room itself, as well as live ones. Good location, staff, and breakfast otherwise.

For the price, we got a great room with a nice view. Everything was clean and comfortable. The front desk employee, Tony, was especially helpful with recommendations for dinner and dessert and was extremely welcoming. It was a great stay!

I'm giving this place 2 stars because the front desk people were very friendly and the location of the place was ideal for a concert we attended. Our first room was filthy, stains on the floor, bed skirt had stains on them as well, couch was so dirty and the bathtub looked like it had not been cleaned. So we asked for another room, which they happily obliged and gave us another one to which was no better. Had a horrible smell. But decided to stick it out since all we were doing was sleeping there for a couple hrs. Breakfast was terrible, the food was so nasty my daughter and I couldn't even eat it. The only thing we thought was edible was the oatmeal and drinking some coffee. This was a horrible experience, the only thing we liked about it was how close it was to the amphitheater. Other than that I would never waste my time or money with this place again.

They had a good breakfast and pool. But the plumbing was horrible. Toilets barely flushed, if at all. And being a woman that was extra frustrating, if you know what I mean. Staff barely spoke English and while they were polite it was frustrating trying to get them to fix the toilet. They didn't seem surprised and immediately began pouring bleach down the toilets to "fix it". I would not stay there again. It is too difficult if you run into a problem, to try and explain or get it fixed.

Although the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful, the beds are hard very out dated rooms, smells like smoke everywhere you go. Floors are filthy in rooms. Fridges don't work. The man that runs breakfast is not very nice. I tried to get my son a single bisquit. Although its a "free" breakfast He stopped me and said I couldn't have one unless I was getting gravy with it. He also controlled how much cereal anyone got. Not a big variety of breakfast either. Eggs were dry, sausage was dry. Overall I won't be back for sure.

Pool area is really nice. Breakfast is nothing special and needs better coffee. Rooms are spacious. Could use an extra towel in the bathroom. We had a room for 4 of us, 2 queen beds and only was given three bath towels.

Start with positives: Rooms are big. Bed is big. Has pull out couch, a. C. Works well, has fridge and microwave. The rest: This morning and very late in the night we have spotted a total of 8 roaches. They are on the walls, dresser, and toilet. Room 215. Came down to eat breakfast prior to checking out and my son had a hair in his egg. It was long and blonde. No clean pool towels at 6 pm, only a few dirty ones in a hamper. At 11 pm and 9am our television said cable was disconnected and to contact someone for help. This morning it works again. Talked to lady at the front desk and she said she will tell her manager. When I checked in the place was not great but at least appeared clean. I was incorrect. Also upon packing up to leave I noticed how filthy the bedding had been. I should have checked that when I first got here.

Excellent location and rooms. Refrigerator, microwave, safe, couch, 2 TVs, desk, dresser, coffee table, 2 A/C units, great hot breakfast with waffles, cheese omelet, sausage links, cereal, fruit, OJ, oatmeal, toast. All employees hustle to make guests happy.

It was pretty good! The people at the front desk were really nice and the rooms were really clean.

The room I stayed in was clean and made up. Housekeeping did its thing well when I was out of the room. Breakfast wasn't bad either.

The room was clean and meet our needs it was nice having the mini fridge and microwave, the staff was friendly with a late check in. It needs some updating, but it was ok. Will stay again.

Though the hallways smelled like weed and the breakfast was unexciting, the room smelled fine, had good service, and was overall a great place to stay. It was also a great location, right by two major roads!

Relatively easy to find… Staff was pleasantly cordial, the rooms were well suited for their purpose, and service was top notch.

Lights flickered when we walked into our room and flipped the switch. Tried to plug in my hair straightener and when I did it tripped the reset button on the outlet and another light started flickering. Appliance wouldn't stay plugged in to outlet. Bathtub surround had mildew. Bed was hard as a rock. Wifi didn't work very well. Eggs and sausage at breakfast were horrible. We were charged an extra fee for parking. The room was clean but definitely needs updating. There is a really nice outdoor courtyard/pool area. I have seen much worse hotels and much better hotels.

This hotel was quite a surprise. I actually really like it here, I think the most surprising thing is when you don't expect much and it is above your expectations. The pool area was very nice. The rooms were clean and large. It was definitely a comfortable place to spend a few nights.

Great location and I can't say enough about the staff! I stayed here on business on many occasions. The staff were always willing to accommodate every need. Westport business area provides every dining wish you can imagine and is located close to the hotel.

The area was fairly decent. The room was clean and in pretty good condition. My limited experience with the staff was pleasant.

We stayed here Monday night 12-11-17. We checked in late and when we got to our room. We wanted to shower and head for bed, but had no hot water. So we went to bed and got up the next morning and still had no hot water. We checked again after breakfast because the staff kept saying maybe other guests took a showers and it just needed to build back up. Well, we had no hot water the entire time. So no showers. We were not pleased at all. Very poor customer service.

Filthy bedding. Requested clean sheets, that’s all. Guy at front desk tried telling me he would bring me sheets and to let him know if I need a hand. Told him sorry but no. He came about an hour later and stripped the top part even though there were dried urine spots all over the bottom mattress covers. He asked if I was ok to sleep ON the mattress because it was brand new (with a urine soaked mattress cover on it but no stains on mattress so… they put dirty linen on a new mattress) again I said no. Please put at least sheets on it, he put a flat sheet and velvet blanket on the bare mattress and left, said I’d be first priority “tomorrow”. Tomorrow came, I left, returned around 130 pm to the bedding still the same. I was in the bathroom when there was a pounding on the door, I yelled hang on twice but they entered anyways. 2 non English speaking males who kept the door closed even though they knew I was in there and they talked in their language except for “ugh smoking” with a bunch of fake coughing over and over, uhhhh it’s a smoking room. They kept giving me dirty looks so I stood by the bathroom door until they finished. They put dirty bedding from a dirty bedding bin on and didn’t change the mattress covers which was my initial problem with the room. One thing to have washed yet stained bedding, another thing to have bedding that had dried urine spots ALL over it and hair/pubes that definitely isn’t yours all over it! Unacceptable.

It was nice for the price, but I've been in a lot better. Outdated and not too stellar looking carpet in the biggest suite they have. Very spacious and air conditioning works. Not enough electrical outlets on the length of the walls by each table/desk. TV remote was horrible for the hi quality smart TV. They should have left the original remote. I'd stay again at the price, but not without bringing an electrical strip.

The room was nice and big. Liked the nested desk in room. Nice roomy breakfast area overlooking garden. Not a big fan of single serve sign posted in breakfast area.

Stayed in single King-sized bedroom, non-smoking for several days. Clean room, with decent internet connection and modern furnishings. Slight wear and tear on lamps and curtains. Room was rather large for its size: definitely big enough for 3 people, or 4 with space at a premium. Small refrigerator and microwaved were clean and functional. Parking is free and ample. Low crime area, though I'd still recommend taking items in from the car/truck. Easy access to the freeway and gas station less than 1/6 mile away for fuel. Would definitely consider for future visits.

The guy working the desk was extremely nice and personable. He treated every guest kindly and made what would have been a forgettable experience a little memorable. We (my prewife and I) got shafted on room selection. The only thing available was a double queen smoking room. The odor was unpleasant, but, oh well. This was no fault of the hotel though. Majority of rooms in the area were booked due to the eclipse. It was just my dumb, naive luck that one of the better spots in the country to view the event was on the city I decided to rest from a long drive.

Beds were nice. Not too hard like most you may find at similar hotels. Fluffy pillows. Breakfast was on par for complementary. Waffles were good.

This hotel is awesome! The inside of the building is clean and feels updated. The staff is nice and professional. The dining area is very nice and the options for breakfast are great. I had a King size room with smoking. The room didn't smell like smoke at all! The room was very clean, no bed bugs, no stains, plenty of channels, and we even had a balcony! The a/c unit worked fine and the shower just felt superb! This hotel was fully worth redeeming my 15, 000 points for a free stay! I will stay here again! — Kareel.

The location near the city and shopping outlets nearby made it a very convenient area for my family to stay for vacation while visiting Minnesota. Directions to various sections of the hotel such as to the exercise room and to the dining area were clearly written. The rooms had a wide array of features such as a chair, desk, fridge and microwave, coffee maker, and shower. The two queen-sized beds were also very comfortable. However, a drawback was that there were not enough seats or chairs for our family to all sit simultaneously, as well as the exercise room simply only having several pieces of equipment. Overall, the stay overnight was relaxing and pleasant. Service was quick as well, for example when requesting for toilet paper, hotel staff was quick to send someone in less than 3 minutes to give a roll.
