Very nice place for my family and I to stay so we decided to spend another night. My friend had purchased the original room with his points and we went to the front desk to add another night and were quoted $113 plus taxes. However, their computer was down and asked if we would mind doing it ourselves on a laptop. So we did and charged the 113 plus tax on a card. Next week$232 was charged and they refuse to honor the two &113 quotes we received. Second time I’ve had issues with Hilton hotels. No third time for me.

Had an amazing stay here. Friendly and attentive staff. Focused on making sure all guests had a great time. Thank you for a great 12 days.

Best stay ever the room was very clean the beds were so comfortable! The breakfast was awesome! We didn't want to leave. We will be back soon.

Don't give many 5's, but I'm this price category it's the only place I prefer to stay. Quite! Modern. Clean. Well equipped.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel! They do not care about their guests. While I was at this hotel, one of the reps charged my credit card twice by accident causing my account to go negative. The rep had no clue on how to void the transaction. The mgr on duty wouldn't even talk to us, and we were told we had to wait until the next day. The next day I spoke to the general mgr, who told me that it was not their fault that my card was charged twice. I explained to him that I've been to other hotels before, and had multiple rooms held and was never charged The gen mgr only offered to call my bank, which was no help at all because I did that myself! He not once offered to accommodate me and my family with at least offering a discount on our room. He just casually apologized, but in the next breath defended his staff saying they had a right to charge my card twice. Poor customer service! I will never stay here again!

This hotel is wonderful! From the staff to the rooms, the breakfast, the evening social, everything was great. I've never stayed anywhere that I didn't have at least one complaint. Here I have nothing bad to say. This hotel is very well kept, they have prompt service for whatever you may need. Angela (kitchen supervisor) was a absolute joy, as well as the front office staff (Natosha). Our housekeeper Jasmin was efficient. They we ask so accommodating and friendly. This will be my hotel of choice when we visit St. Louis! Thanks for being amazing!

It is a good hotel to stay at. I really like having the separate living room and the staff is very nice. Also the morning breakfast is really good.

Excellent accommodations and amenities. Everything accessible, though spaced out, and one of the wheelchair ramps was steep. Wonderful service, clean and welcoming, with an excellent morning and evening meal included.

Everything was fantastic but the music in the bar next door. As far as the hotel goes, the staff was friendly and helpful and the hotel was modern and clean.

This is the leanest hotel my family has stayed in ever. Lol. Maybe it is brand new or something? I loved it. The bathroom was immaculate. This is important for families with babies that need a clean tub for their bath! It's very close to the main roads but you can't hear traffic. Also, it's super close (3 minutes) to Walgreen's for that emergency swim diapers run! Lol. We stayed here during a soccer tournament at Creve Coeur. I highly recommend this hotel for families. A fridge and table is a must for us because we have little ones. The kids loved the super nice pool too! Nice big pool towels were provided. We will stay here again!

A stain of possibly a dead insect blood was on bed sheet. When informed guest relations they did not have the courtesy to understand the trouble they were more interested in replacing the bed sheet and get over it. The person at guest relations did not even bother to fully understand the issue. The drainage in Bath tub was not working and tended to become a mini pool. Hotel is at good location. There are nearby restaurants and major streets. Breakfast and evening snacks are standard Hilton menu, however if an item gets finished it does not get refilled quickly. Hotel staff is not very courteous and friendly.

Clean! Great & friendly staff Clean! Spacious rooms. Lots of available parking. Close to feeeway access. Close to nearby shopping (driving) Did I mention, Clean? The only downer is the noise level of the doors and upper floors Get a room at top level. Complimentary drinks including beer on certain days. (don't remeber if this is every day or only certain days of the week. Would recommend to friends. Will be back if price is right at the time.

Rooms were very modern with fridge, stove, and microwave. The hotel as a whole was on the chiller side as far as AC. The staff was nice and friendly with shuttle to airport.

Nice hotel, clean and seems to be relatively new or at least newly remodeled. Pretty typical for a Homewood suites hotel, the hot breakfast is nice, but not a lot of variety. The evening social hours are a nice touch, and the location is conveniently closer to the airport and Westport.

Clean, new, and comfortable. A modern feel to the lobby and rooms. My wife and I stayed in a room with a large bed, couch, wall-mounted TV, medium-sized fridge, electric counter-burner, dishwasher, sink, etc. One star knocked off because a woman at the front-desk was cold, rude, and off-putting. The other guy was super nice.

This is a very nice quiet hotel. The decor is amazing. The staff is professional and polite. The rooms are quiet, spacious, and spotless.

The staff is absolutely wonderful, accommodating, hospitable, Sherry was great and Charles the shuttle driver even went as far as going to the store and purchase us Ice cream for the birthday girl. I especially like the laundry lady I didn't get her name, but she did breakfast also, they all spoke to you in the hall eats and that makes a big difference to your day, thanks Homewood suites staff for making our stay absolutely marvelous.

Beautiful new facility that suffers from a severe lack of upkeep already. It's the attention to details. Smudges all over the elevators that were there for days, crumbs and other debris on the floor, no towels in the pool area, housekeeping staff sitting in the open texting on phones, an overall lack of detail to cleaning the rooms, it just goes on. Our trash was not changed. There was a stain on our bedsheets that could not have come from either me or my wife… nor did it appeared to have gone through the laundry. It either came from the staff or they took dirty linen from one room and put it in another On one morning, even though the stated hours for breakfast were until 1000am, they stopped stocking the breakfast area by 845. The staff were present, but it was obvious they were taking no steps to continue to run the breakfast service even though the area was FULL of guests looking for items to be refilled. Later that night all of the steam tables had nasty water in them. On a Saturday morning @1000am, trash near the front door was over flowing. This is a brand new facility and it's nice. If it is going to be run the way it is now, it will be uninhabitable in months.

The location for the hotel is great, you are about 30 mins. Away from St. Louis, so it hives you tons of thins to do in the area. The rooms are also great, perfect for any family. With 2 queen sized beds, and a pull out cough, it works perfect for my family and I. The device here is also great, with everyone being very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone to stay in.
