Beware! They put an unauthorized charge of $484.08 on my credit card when they were supposed to put a pending $50.00 security deposit that would have been refunded to me. The room was not cleaned well and I have photos of stains that looked like semen on the chair and couch, the remote to the main TV was missing, the remote to the queen room looked chewed on, sesame seeds on the bar stools, something we couldn’t figure out in the sink, and flies coming out of the drain in the kitchen sink. I’ve (and my credit card company) been promised for three days that the charge would be reversed, but they’ve left it in a pending status so I can’t dispute it for three more days. They are holding my credit card hostage for their mistake. When we pulled up the coroner was there wheeling out a dead body, we should have just turned around then and asked Priceline for a refund. Unfortunately I paid for this ahead of time.

It’s a nice hotel to stayed.

When I first walked into our room, I was not anticipating to see a decent size kitchen with a full refrigerator, dishwasher, 2 eye smooth top stove. The TV was able to move around (swivel) to be watch TV from any part of the room.

Awesome hotel fun spot definitely recommended.

Nice hotel. Just hope the next time I book kids are not running up and down the hallway and people not blasting music.

No complaints everything was perfect definitely a must stay anytime staying in st. Louis.

They were very friendly, the rooms were very nice, and my Family had to stay there cause of a fire at their house… great!

Clean and modernized located in a quiet and clean area.

Definitely worth every penny. Our room had a kitchen and was pretty clean. They also have a pool, basketball court, and an outside sitting area with a fire pit. Breakfast was amazing. Very nice place.

The staff. The food. The atmosphere. The cleanliness. The close to wherever you want. Pet friendly. Did I say the staff?
Also, affiliated with the local “Haven House”, a local charity for kids!
Edit — the FREE laundry facilities! Indoor heated pool. Breakfast every morning!

Rooms completely made for any type of occasion, although when you travel you love the experience of eating at new places sometimes you may just want to cook something. Totally can full kitchen in rooms with the utensils and dishes you need. Pots, strainer. A DAM DISHWASHER! We made reservations 3 months in advance and had booked 3 rooms. Two of which were the two bedroom and the 3rd a single with 2 queen beds. We asked if the rooms could be booked close together and were assured they would be. We also asked for a crib for one of the bedrooms with the assurance that it was noted.
We checked in tonight, the rooms were on 2 different floors. We asked at the front desk and they told us there were no rooms all together as they were booked, Even if it was on the reservation.
Then when we asked about the crib they said that wouldn't be a problem. We ended up calling back down to the desk asking for the crib once in the room. They said they would try to find one and if they couldn't they would call back.
Well they called saying they had no cribs. We would have brought a pack N play had we been told a crib might not be available when we made the reservations.
We will not be staying here again and will not be recommending it.
Don't tell people one thing making a reservation when it can't be assured.

So this past weekend my wife and I stayed at this hotel for the weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Long story we had some things go wrong in our room. But the manager was very quick to fix them and rectify the situations. Very sincere and charismatic team, very clean rooms, food was always warm. Highly recommend and we’ll be coming back every year for our anniversary. Thank you Staybridge for a wonderful stay.

I'll be traveling to St. Louis for work a lot in the months to come, so I'm so happy to have found my home away from home. This place is amazing. AMAZING staff (s/o to Brianna for lending me her personal iphone charger) amazing suites, amazing gym/pool. I'm thrilled to be able to have a good breakfast before heading to the office. I cant wait for my next visit!

I stay here for a week due to my relocation with my family and a 4 yrs kid. So I am pretty satisfied as they have saficient foods for breakfast which can fulfill my kid desire also like their evening snacks menu they serve it from Monday to Wednesday and with different variety. Pretty good suits room with full comfort ness the housekeeping stuffs are good and gentle and good in their services. Only one thing I have little disappointment about their refreshinging room the showroom is pretty small and they don’t have any bathtub.

I stay here monthly with my adult daughter with Autism. We absolutely love it. The staff is amazing… always willing to help. I'm in the travel industry and stay all over the world. The rooms are great… but the staff makes the entire experience exceptional.

Stayed a Sat. Through Monday. The 2 bed room suite was exactly what our party of 6 needed. I only tried the breakfast on Sunday morning, and I wasn't impressed. There also wasn't any maid service on those days, so I had to go t the front desk and ask for towels. But overall Staybridge was a very nice hotel, and not terribly far from any of the attractions, Gateway Arch, Six Flags, etc.

We stayed one night to set Cardinal's game. The suite was great for my family of 6. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Our family loves this hotel! It truly has it all and is super budget friendly. The staff is super curteous. You can expect free breakfast everyday. Waffles, eggs, bacon, cereal, it is a full line up! You can get free dinner 3 nights a week and they have a delicious menu. Out behind the dining area is a beautiful and comfortable courtyard. There are tables and chairs, lounge couches, a fire pit, grills and a basketball court. The pool is nice. There is FREE guest laundry! If you're a health conscience person they have a free gym. The rooms are pretty nice. Full kitchens in each room is great for long stays or saving some money, instead of eating out. I'd also have to note that we were not more than 20 minutes away from any major attractions. It's in a great location. Traffic to and from the hotel was never backed up, so that was a plus. I'd stay here time and again.

Across the street from shopping/dining in Westport Plaza. Gas and groceries are also nearby. Close to highway, but not close enough that you can hear traffic. Hotel is clean, relatively new, and well kept. Pool is clean. Breakfast is good. Dinner and beer is provided Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Rooms are quiet. Half court basketball for shooting hoops with kids.

Very nice staff, they were warm and welcoming. I flew in on late flight and the front desk concierge greeted me a smile and was very accommodating! This made up for the terrible service I received at the Glenview, IL location! Thank you St. Louis.

The hotel looks fairly new. The cleanliness in the room was fair in the general areas but the bathroom need some attention. The walls and windows allowed the noise to come through. You could hear clear conversation from other guess. Breakfast was the typical continental quick grab and go. Didn't care for the location, is a business/industrial area.

Full size kitchen, living room, two separate bedrooms, two full size bathrooms, free dinner certain nights, free popcorn & soda every night. I'll choose this chain over others every time. Great for traveling with kids. Heads up — it is a good 25-30 minute drive from the zoo & other attractions.

Didn’t even get the chance to stay here. Went in to book a room and was told I couldn’t. They don’t do parties. My daughter wanted to have a slumber party with her TWO best friends. I can’t have it at my house because it is under total renovation. Thank you for breaking her heart! I will never recommend Staybridge. Everyone should Stay far far away!

Very nice and impressed for the price, great pleasant staff and very clean.

Very nice hotel with helpful & caring staff that go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. I've been here twice now, and even though this hotel's out of my way, there's nowhere else I would stay. Update: Still very happy with this hotel. Housekeeping is not always the best but when errors are made, the staff does their best to make it right.

Absolutely recommended. I am avery frequent traveller. Staubridge chain has become my absolute New Fav.

I wish I knew Staybridge was a thing earlier. They have large, pretty nice rooms for a good price. Breakfast was good.

Every Staybridge I have stayed at is always awesome, consistent and great service.

I have stayed here a couple times now and this will be the last. My key cards stopped working twice, generally unkept, odd and dreary lighting and slow internet. To top things off, I actually had to pry the front sliding doors open as they were unresponsive. The property managers simply are not keeping up and letting quality slide. Homewood down the road is a better value.

This place was great. The room was very nice, including a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, small stove, and a comfortable bed. They had an average breakfast. They had a basketball court. And the staff was helpful and nice.

Very well put together. Pretty friendly too! Wad great for us as we were moving our of our home and relocating cross country.

I shared a suite with 5 other friends and the suite was very spacious! We lived that the room included a full kitchen. We were attending a concert at Hollywood Casino Ampitheater, which was a $20 XL Uber ride away. In the morning we enjoyed a great free breakfast at the hotel! I'd definitely stay here again!

Clean rooms, large rooms, very comfortable beds. Could use better sound proofing, can hear anyone speaking in the hall way. Guest services are very helpful and have good attitude. Breakfast is acceptable.

Great stay, reasonable rates, rooms were very clean and decor was modern and welcoming. Even though they were busy, rooms were pretty quiet and they had great customer service. Common spaces were well kept and clean as well. Nice breakfast. Would stay again if in town.

The room was of adequate size, and the accommodations we're definitely reasonable. Saddly, due to only staying one night I didn't get to take full advantage of all amenities, but free on site do it yourself laundry was fantastic, and the complimentary breakfast buffet was full of options. Rooms were clean. Staff was knowledgeable. Would definitely stay here again.

An all around amazing stay from beginning to end. We had to stay for a week longer than anticipated and the entire staff exceeded our expectations. We will be back!
