I never really complain of hotel stays, but this has to be the worse hotel I've ever stayed in. I was assigned to a room on the first floor, which as soon as you walk in smelled like wet carpet. In my bathroom there was a clump of hair just sitting on the tub, mind you this was a room that was supposedly just cleaned. The sheets on the bed are filthy, they have stains on them. You may ask why didn't I ask for another room, I waited on a room for almost an hour; come to find out I was at the wrong location (which was my employers fault). So by the time I got to this location I was just over it. In order to sleep on this bed I wrapped myself up in my own personal blanket. That may sound a bit much, but if you stay here you'll understand. So if you want to chance it and stay here : bring your own sheets for the bed, bring a can of lysol to sanitize (which we did), DO NOT WEAR WHITE OR GRAY SOCKS ON THE CARPET (you'll be grossed out by the color they turn), bring your own towels. I'm sorry but this goes down in history as the worse hotel I've ever stayed in.

Staff was great. Carpet smells. Never had supplies, plates, pans, spatula etc. Only 3 washers (one ruined my clothes) & 4 dryers, rarely available and one was broken. The vending machine that had the soap was broken too. The sink in my bathroom leaked water under the counter. My bed sounded as if it would fall apart when I rolled over. There was body hair in my bed that wasn't mine.

We were homeless after a fire then my mother died. I am thankful we had Extended Stay America to stay in. The staff was outstanding and very helpful. We were there from March to June. We stayed in many high class hotels. They do not compare to Extended Stay America.

I would give no stars if I could. There are no trash cans anywhere inside of the building. So where do ladies put their feminine products? The drain in the shower was barely working. The stair way smelled way too strong of air freshener but looked like it hadn't been mopped in years. They charged us for smoking in the room when we did not. The front desk woman was rude to my boyfriend. I left with bug bites on my back not sure from what. I wish I would have spent a little more and got a decent hotel honestly but I thought 1 night wouldn't be so bad. I think there was a days inn next door that surprisingly looked way better.

Upon arrival of my stay Alicia White checked me in. When I arrived to the room the door was wide open, the floors had not been cleaned, there weren’t any towels or tissue nor soap in the room. So obviously the room was not completed before placing me in. Everything I asked for the front desk associate responded with we don’t keep that in the room because people steal. My toilet over flowed and instead of them trying to move me they offered me a plunger. After I spoke with management she stood there in my face with no reply but instead a evil stare that could burned right through me. I mean her attitude was if I was bothering her. Her whole attitude was ugly and just uncalled for. If you’re looking for poor customer service you’re in the right place.

The staff was great. Room was nice and clean. It was in a good area and easy to find.

This is the easiest review for me. Simply STAY AWAY from this trash. If you are with kids and family, and you care about your kids, STAY AWAY! We originally booked for two nights but decided to leave in the morning on 26th of February 2018. Carpet was dirtier than a dog pound. Chairs and counter tops were dirtier than the carpets. Only God knows if the Toilet commode was being used by the cleaners during no guest. You can smell the smoke inside. The linens were dirtier than the bottom of our shoes. Customer service was the worst with no training for sure. If you want to enjoy your stay go to Extended Hotel near the airport. But the Craig location is not worth going even for sh*tting.

Have had a wonderful time here. The staff is excellent. My family and I have been here for awhile and we are treated with the upmost respect by the staff. The property is very well maintained. Keep up the great job!

They are very sweet and friendly and nice and I would tell everyone to come here there rooms are like a home very nice and clean and they are very cheap.

Not bad, no elevator. Front desk came to the room and asked (accused) us of smoking in the room (entire building is non-smoking) I was actually cooking brown rice. Otherwise all was well. Very clean and quiet.

If you stay longer than two weeks they stop cleaning your room. Longer than a month, they jack up your bill $100. Three weeks in some electrical stopped working and I put in a maintenance request. They left dirt on the bed and it wasn't fixed. Same week, another device, another request, again, not fixed. The management has also cheaped out by not having a dumpster. They have these little trash bins at different ends of the hotel that the entire three floor building is expected to use. Those fill up immediately and people leave their trash bags in the hallway in front of their room doors. Management responds by putting these obnoxious signs in the stairwell reminding guests that the trash bins are outside. They also have free Wi-Fi, but it's really too slow to do much with, so if you stay for any length of time you are looking at paying $25 for slightly faster internet. That is all.

Good but does not have moisturizing cream. Break fast is only coffee not even breads or bagels. Notthi by to eat in break fast.

First room we were put in the cord was cut to the tv. We called the front desk, asked to be moved or have the TV fixed. We had to gather our things and switch rooms. Got to the second room and the cabinet drawer fronts were off, trim was falling off the wall and the drain was in pieces. Every other extended stay we have stayed in has been nice and very well kept. This one doesn't seem up to par. Informed the front desk of the state of the room, hoping we don't get charged for damages.

Horrible experience. I made reservations over the phone with a nice agent who told me I could hold reservations with my card & pay cash upon arrival. When I made it to the hotel, it was late & it took the front desk agent 15 MINUTES to come to the front desk & check me in. Then as I began to pay with cash I was told the location only accepts cards. But the sign on the wall stated that cash paying customers will have to pay a $100 deposit (which was fine) but not was I was being told. Therefore I could not check in leaving me the inconvenience of having to find another hotel. Poor customer service. Won’t ever book again!

This is a great place to stay. I started my business here. The staff is awesome!

When checking in, front desk had to be told of a Senior Discount quoted. Didn't expect such a HIGH tax rate ($51.00+tx=$70. +). Entrances where on ends of building except going through lobby. Toilet lid almost not attached & shower drained, eventually! No breakfast except muffins, no butter, no coffee & was told when making reservations there was a continental breakfast w/ eggs. Good thing Denny's & Westport isn't far. Oh ya, watch your head in shower, ceiling paint buldging out ready to fall. Next visit home, anywhere else. Sorry.

For as big as the room is very good price. They can't keep Wi-Fi on. It's off more then it is on. Someone stole the server over month ago and Wi-Fi hasn't worked since. Breakfast, it's not it's granola bars and muffins with coffee.

One of the worse places ive ever stayed in. My employer put me up here suppose to be renovated but not. Upon check in my room was only partially cleaned. Urine in the toilet fruit peels on the counter top and in drawers, dog bowl found in kitchen. Neighbor's are loud and noisy. Pot smell in the hallway brought to assistant managers attention and was told they will have to pay to have room cleaned of smoke. Looking now for a new place im here for 3 months. Don't stay here its a rip off and they lie to get customers in the doors.

Great location and great service rooms for a very spacious and comfortable and enjoyed our stay.

Very very nice rooms. Very spacious and lots of room. Even has a mini kitchen with stove. Very friendly staff.

The rooms and hallways had a funky smell. The room was not cleaned as well as it should've been. Not worth the price for one night.

The price of the room was the best part. We were told that the room has a queen size bed but it didn't. The bed was hard and the pillows were a bit pokey. I think they are some sort of imitation down filled pillows. I never got any rest because the room upstairs had their television volume turned to max.

Burn marks on the table. Stains on the carpet. Bathroom was pleasantly remodeled. If you want a cheap stay, this place is okay. But if you want comfort, pay the extra 20$ to stay somewhere else.

An Overall pleasant experience for a reasonable price. Rooms are clean and well maintained, excellent bus connectivity for those who don't have access to a car.

Lobby and staff very nice! Room was clean but had a, stale smell… toilet paper holder broken, door needed to be pushed closed to lock, baseboard peeling away under kitchen sink.

Pros: Good sized room (handicap accessible), nice staff Cons: fridge doesn't work, no trash bins inside the rooms (must take it to big container in the hallway), smells funny (hallways > room).

Horrible and Rude staff. Place was dirty as well. Waited 30 minutes for our room (which was no biggie). Then when we went back in they told us to come back in 1 hour. The staff was sitting on the stairs and said she was on break. Our check in time was 3pm. No reason why room couldn't have been finished. Told us we could stay in an upgraded room for more $$ if we wanted a room right away. We declined and went somewhere else.

Walls are paper thin and house keeping doesn't do their job. Walked into the room the first time with trash in the bin and a half eaten pizza. I'm sorry you don't like the fact my dog had an accident and I cleaned it with your towel that doesn't mean you can refuse toClean my room! Completely unacceptable.

This was the most disgusting place to stay. Check in to a nice lobby, walked through two doors to get to the bate and switch motel. Dingy, dirty, stinky carpets, yellowed wallpaper, pubic hairs on the bathtub ledges. Water stained cushioned chair on the corner. Ok outdated and dirty; you get the picture. Then laying in the bed, fully clothed cause I really didn't want to touch anything, contemplating if we should stay at our low budget family emergency travel decision. Mind you, it's midnight. I saw fleas! On the bed! Yes fleas! Room 302 people! Needless to say, that made the decision. Went to the front desk with bags in hand. The lady seem unemotional and not surprised. No refund since I booked with Hotwire (another review I have to write). Do not stay here unless you want fleas.

I've been to Extended Stay America hotels literally all over the country, but this is my least favorite one. The staff here are rude and not at all caring.

Threats from management. Lee the manager publicly threatened me. I was afraid for my well being. This person is completely self centered and violent. His behavior was unjustifiable in any light but I literally did nothing to deserve it. Do not stay here.

Checking in and out was completed with no hassle, the front desk is eager to help. The hallways smell strongly of urine and smoke. All my bath towels had hair, the bowls in the cabinets had hair, and last but not least, the main bed sheets — more hair. Bathroom was pretty clean. Sofa was stained and ripped. TV worked ok, internet good only for browsing, no flash or video.
