I was VERY disappointed with this hotel. We were treated poorly. Our first room was an executive suite on 9 th floor. It was hot and air conditioning did not work. After hours of dealing with it they finally let us get another room. It was disgusting! Dirty, pubic hair in bath tub, condom found by son! The skirt on bed was torn and dirty. For the price of the room I would have expected clean and not dirty. Manager Sunday morning at Gemini was rude and giving me terrible looks. I felt so uncomfortable! I was treated like trash. I have always loved the Hilton hotels but with the way treated not sure anymore.

Excellent full service hotel. I enjoy the Executive room, it has a great pool and hot tub as well as full service SPA. The concierge is very professional. The room is luxurious, with a comfortable bed and pillows. Very nice restaurant, and bar (if that's your thing). I love this place.

Great place to stay especially if you have a large family or a group of people who need a real nice place to stay. They cater food which is also tasty. It has a good atmosphere as well.

If faced with a large event or multiple events, there was not enough parking, there was a large group that took over the pool area leaving no room for our group of 3. The night staff had attitude and was less than helpful. I’ve had better stays in other hotels. Here you’re only paying for the name for a clean room and nothing more.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone! We did a girls weekend with my sisters and family here this past weekend! The accessibility hotel room was wonderful! The hotel staff went above and beyond for me and my family after offering us a wheelchair accessible shuttle through their contracted taxi company that fell through for are dinner reservations. We were given a hand written letter from the hotel apologizing for the mix up. They gave us one free night hotel stay and compensation of appetizers and breakfast for all of us! We were never asked to leave the lobby when we were all down there with our group of 30 or more people playing card games and visiting in the evenings! They never complained about are many requests to have all 5 hotel rooms on the same floor. I would give this hotel a excellent rating of 5 stars!

Rooms clean. Hotel perfect. Breakfast delicious. I gave 1 because when I checked in the toilet seat tank was not filling, this was after midnight. Management gave me hard time to fix it. Stayed without bathroom till the morning.

Great hotel. Spacious lobby. Have free guest parking. Attended a wedding here, and the ballroom was decently sized to host a reception for 100-120 people. One thing that wasn't that great was the coffee. Tasted like airline coffee!

Place was so clean and welcoming. Staff were nice. Very convenient location near Polaris mall, for who ever coming for shopping. They have beautiful function/conference hall, welcoming reception area. Pleasant experience.

Hands down the best hotel experience that we have ever had. Booked over 20 rooms for a car show occurring in the area. The staff, staring with Cara (The revenue manager) could not have been more helpful. Rooms were perfect and the breakfast buffet was fabulous — Great bacon. Kitchen staff help me heat up some BBQ that we brought for a small picnic. We have been coming to Columbus for this particular event for 20+ years and will always continue to stay at this Hilton. Again, thank you for a wonderful stay.

Outstanding hotel! Friendly service all the way around here. The rooms are very quiet and I was not able to hear other rooms even once during any of my stays here. Very soft beds and the bathroom was always very clean. The restaurant is also very good with extremely great food. This hotel also has a very nice outdoor seating area. I highly recommend this hotel! Great location as well.

I went for a one day convention. I found the meeting halls clean and maintained. The amenities where also well done. Although I have seen newer and more modern designs in other Hotels this one received the extra star due to free parking and location.

We visited Ohio for the Rock on the Range concert weekend and stayed at this hotel. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast was AMAZING at the restaurant inside the hotel. Staff were all very nice and helpful. We ordered room service one night and the food was prompt and delicious. The only mini issue we had was a TV remote stopped working and the maintenance guy was up so fast with another we can't complain. We will definitely stay again whenever we are back in the area.

It's more than just a place to sleep. They serve amazing food at the bar or room service. All staff members go out of their way to make sure your stay is memorable. Plus they offer shuttle service to and from any place your little heart desires. As for the rooms themselves they are very clean and comfortable. And let's not forget the amazing spa, pool, and hot tub!

Great location and beautiful Hilton. The bar was open late and the lobby was large and perfect for hanging out with our large party staying there until late into the night. The rooms are a good size and clean.

This location is ALWAYS very clean and bright. The staff is extremely friendly. The rooms are very well taken care of and I always get whatever I need when I ask.

I have stayed here several times, and every time it's perfect. Outstanding customer service! Comfy beds and just a pleasurable stay. Close to everything on Polaris.

Stayed a week in one of their Parlor King Suites. Service was excellent. The room could use a redesign to maximize use of space but other than that it was a nice room and suited the needs of the trip. Have no complaints with the hotel they really take care of their guests.

The room was very clean but after I checked out I realized I left my necklace ($40 value) on the bathroom counter. I called the hotel immediately and they said they would check and call me back. They said it was not there and the room had just been cleaned. I know it was my fault for leaving the necklace but I did not expect this type of service from a Hilton that charges $170 per night. We went back and talked to the manager but they did not offer anymore assistance. I hope the staff member that took my necklace had a reason for not turning it in. The necklace was inexpensive but was bought to signify the adoption of my two sons.

No surprises… comfortable, pleasant and welcoming.

I'm so disappointed. We checked in about 2 hours ago, and for the $250 we spent on this "suite" for 2 nights, totalling $500 +, I'll never stay here again. If we could get a refund for tomorrow we would leave in the morning. The "suite" is TINY. Barely enough room to get in the door if you have a lot of things and need to use one of the carts. The main living space is smaller than the bathroom. The view is ridiculous! We are staring at a bunch of metal and rooftop; it's the only thing we can see. Oh sorry, we can see the top of Eddie Merlot's… The refrigerator is HOT inside. Kleenex box was empty. We could have stayed somewhere else, with a larger "suite", for a lot cheaper and it would have been just as nice. This was supposed to be a special occasion and we just can't get past the disappointment of the room. $250 for a regular room is basically what we got. We will never waste our money here again, and I'll so pass the info along. If you're going to stay here, get a regular room. The "suites" are not worth it, at ALL.

Nice and Never Overbooked. Can’t hear a Peep from any other Hotel guests. Seems like I always have the whole floor to myself every time I stay here! Very Relaxing and the Rooms are always Spot-free clean and wake-up fully rested.

Location was very easy to find. This hotel was very clean, well-managed, and unbelievably classy. It was a top notch place for our business seminar and everything was great. Catered meals by the hotel were fantastic and the staff was very helpful and thoughtful. Highly recommended!

Excellent meeting venue. Attended a day long seminar which included a complementary breakfast and lunch. The selection of food was sufficient to accommodate any diet. The meeting room was comfortable, with excellent visibility from anywhere in the room. Well lit, with high speed Wi-Fi, and comfortable furniture.

Clean room. Great amenities. Plenty of towels! Nice bar and restaurant. The facilities for our event we're clean and staff were accommodating. Staff was super friendly and went out their way to help. A perfect stay.

I travel for a living and stay at dozens of Hilton branded hotels. This is our favorite. They personalize the visit and their service is amazing. My wife and I want to give a shout out to Kim for making our getaway special. For sure this location deserves all 5 stars.

My wife and I went to The Gemini Grill restaurant at the Hilton for my birthday. The service was very good the butternut squash soup was delicious, and the sandwiches were also. My wife enjoyed the chicken sandwich and I really liked the grouper fish sandwich. However, the disappointment came when we ordered our desert to go and opened them up at our home to total shock with the size and quality. I had a chocolate Lava cake and my wife had Red Velvet cake. They were both the size of a hockey puck and neither taste like what should be expected from the Hilton Hotel. I will never order a desert from a Hilton Hotel again. Total disappointment!

Attended a work holiday party at this Hilton. Conference/ballroom facilities were excellent and clean. Friendly and attentive staff.

I didn't stay at the Polaris, but rather attended a conference. The facility is nice, although the conference room was extremely cold, maybe at the request of the group hosting the event. They were completely out of coffee at the break, but we were able to purchase some close to the check-in area. Something was amiss with the carpeting that day — perhaps the carpeting was freshly installed? Bits of material from the carpeting we're clinging to guests clothing. Any of the items mentioned are easy fixes. I would certainly consider staying at this facility. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Bar area is small. Burger (ordered at almost midnight) was overcooked. Next night had the Reuben that was spot on. Conference rooms were too cold, but the food was awesome. I had an executive room. It was pretty standard and the bathroom was tiny. Some old (maybe moldy) caulk in the shower. Door was not seated correctly. Would rattle at night when someone closed another door on the floor.

We had a meeting in a ballroom and breakfast and lunch in another ballroom. The light breakfast was wonderful. The coffee was always fiiled and hot and the station was well maintained. Lunch was buffet and the food was wonderful. There was ongoing maintenance with the food and used dishes. The halls were large and up to date. The hotel is stylish and well kept.

The check in staff was extremely polite. She explained everything that we needed to know. Felt very welcoming. The room was clean, beds comfy and plenty of plugs for electronic charging fory children. This hotel is located in a great spot near eateries and all kinds of stores so if you need to run and get something you can. It's also convenient to highway.

Although the hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable I must comment on the attitude of the staff member who checked me out this morning. She was beyond rude in a passive aggressive way. At check out she told me I had nothing to pay. When I pointed out I'd had some room service things went awry. Ironic as I was trying to give the hotel money I owed them, you'd think that this would spark a positive communication, but quite the opposite. The receptionist developed an instant attitude. I am part of a large group staying at the Polaris and my colleague told me she had exactly the same experience with the same staff member. I hope management at the Hilton read this review and rethink their policy in customer service and staff attitude to their paying customers. The experience with the charmless receptionist ruined my stay and tainted my impression of the establishment as a whole. It was a disgrace.

I attended for a professional nursing event. Housekeeping did not empty trash in our room the two days we were in there, the food was decent at best for dinner on Saturday night. The bathrooms were clean, which was nice, because of the volume of attendees.

The rooms are well appropriated. The bed are comfy and the hotel is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. I've enjoyed the room service food when I have tried it. Overall, I consider this the best hotel in the Polaris area.

This hotel was very clean on the inside and out. The staff I interacted with was very pleasant and helpful. The location is very easy to see from the highway. The breakfast was delicious and filling. The pool, sauna and exercise rooms were very well maintained.

Very nice facility. Queen beds are comfortable but not *the* most comfortable night ever — maybe they are due for replacement. Mostly clean with on-site bar and restaurant near the very spacious lobby. Electrical outlets underneath the lighting fixtures in the rooms don't accept multiple port USB chargers so it can be a challenge finding outlets for numerous devices. In room refrigerator is appreciated, as well as the quiet in-wall A/C unit.

The room was great and the facility is very nice and well appointed. We had a great night sleep with no issues. Our major problem is with the breakfast the hotel serves. For the two of us to have coffee and the breakfast bar, it cost us nearly $50 and the food was below subpar. I honestly felt embarrassed for the hotel. I've had much better breakfasts for free at other hotels. I will likely go to this hotel again, but I will most likely never eat there, because the quality does not match the price.

Always have a nice stay here. Usually stay one night while passing through to visit family. Staff are nice. Rooms are clean and spacious. Close to shopping and restaurants. Rates are reasonable to especially with AAA. Highly recommend!

Nice rooms and especially showers. Quiet rooms the two nights I was there. Breakfast buffet has a nice variety of hot and cold items. The lobby also has a cool fireplace and bar area. It's convenient that the hotel is within walking distance of Polaris Fashion Place.

This place is awesome. The staff and the amendities are great! Highly recommend!

Really nice service, clean and ordered! The CS is fenomenl and everyone is friendly and ready to give quick answers and satisfy everything you ask. Nice pool. Bed are comfy and feels like you don't wanna get up.

Went to the Hilton for drinks with a friend who was staying in town, the bar setting is extremely professional and relaxed, servers were fantastic and food was also excellent. Then at the end I expected a high Bill but for what we had this was very reasonable for Polaris.

Lobby area is kept clean. Decor is very attractive. The fireplace and luxurious furniture make you feel like you're in a 5 star hotel. Pool, fitness center, and hot tub are excellent.

My friend had her wedding here and everything was so well done. They coordinated everything smoothly and kept both the bride/groom and their guests fed and happy. The food was good, although my chicken entrée was a little bland. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it if you are looking for a venue for your next event or a great place to stay in Columbus.

Room service was fairly qiuck, 20 minutes for a pizza. Some things are not on the menu but you can still get them and they do service later than the menu says. Water pressure on the 6th floor was pretty weak and the bathroom barely big enough for the door to open into. Beds were ok and the TV channel selection decent but the quality was pretty poor, cut out twice during one movie for 5-10 seconds. Wish the room got colder also, felt like high 60's was as cold as it got although you can "set" the temperature as low as 35.

The visit was nice. Room clean and nice. The bed and pillows were not the best. Complimentary breakfast was not great either. Overall, I was let down because of the hype and price only to find it to be average.

Check in was late. Our room wasn't ready until 4pm. An hour after if should of been. However the room was great and staff was very kind. The room was very clean, and organized. The only thing we would of changed was a small microwave would of been nice in the room. I would also like to mention how painless check out was and how lovely the delayed check out is! We will gladly stay with Hilton again especially the Polaris location.

The ballroom the event was held in was very spacious. Could have used a good cleaning there was dust and dirt all along the baseboards. The employees I encountered were very nice and helpful. The restrooms could have used some TLC.

Work event. Food was good not perfect. The crab cakes tasted a little funny. Drink service was great.

My first experience at the Hilton Polaris was not good… We were looking for a nice place to get away to celebrate our anniversary… Between room service knocking on our door constantly and the noise from the room above us, we were ready to leave and go home before the weekend was over! … Room was clean but refrigerator didn't work, then we were kept awake the first night with loud people in the hall and then the second day the room above us sounded like a heard of elephants… We called guest services three times when the thumping was still going on at 10:00pm… They finally had US move rooms?! … Not the service I expected from the "Hilton"?! … We won't be back.

The Hilton at Polaris is a beautiful hotel with many amenities available. The staff was courteous and helpful. We enjoyed having a nice bar and restaurant right in the hotel. The pizza at the Gemini Grill was awesome! We downloaded the HHonors app which made check-in a snap before we even arrived at the hotel. We also used the app as our room key which was very convenient.

Visited for a work event. The food and service was very good. The main negative was a shortage of parking. Overall a nice hotel if you're staying in the Polaris area.

We enjoyed our stay at the Polaris Hilton immensley! Ourbroom was immaculate and beautiful! The staff was very friendly and professional. We love the location everything is within walking distance. We would definitely stay there again. My only suggestion would be to provide a shuttle service to the restaurants and bars within a 5 mile radius. A very satisfied patron Leah Brown.

The Hilton Polaris has a very elegant ambiance. Guests are greeted with a fire place and bar. There's a modern sheek feel to the lobby. The restaurant was absolutely amazing. The hotel staff was welcoming and made accommodations as requested. I will definitely have future events at this venue.

Quick to check in and I had a room even before the check in time. Room was nice and looked recently remodeled. Staff was courteous. Even with some remodeling place was still very clean.
