Booked a room online. Specifically requested non smoking. When I arrived, I was given a smoking room with terrible odor. Otherwise okay. Staff was courteous.

I love this place you get alot for your morning and the location is everything.

The hotel smelled of weed as soon as we walked in and you could smell it throughout the entire hotel. I booked a room with two beds and was surprised to discover only one bed and a pull out sofa when I entered the room. I was not told about this “upgrade” at the time of check in. When I called to complain I was asked “how do you suggest I fix this for you”. Terrible customer service. We asked for a full refund and found accommodations elsewhere.

The suite size was a good size. It was well maintained.

Staff & mgmnt very quick to fix any & all issues. I would recommend Candlewood Suites Polaris.
If you have a problem, talk to them.

We love to travel with our dog and its not easy to find a hotel that is pet friendly… or you arrive at a "pet friendly" hotel, they take one look at out 120+lb french mastiff and decide there is all of sudden a "weight limit". The hotel staff never looked twice at our baby, only told us how beautiful she is. The staff was so nice and very efficient. Clean rooms and reasonable pricing… thank you all and hoping to stay with you again.

Rooms are very dirty and drugs are all around the hotel u can smell pot on every floor.

Plenty of room to spread out for a great price.

Toilet was leaking and bathroom floor was very wet. Had to take Luke warm shower. Curtains wouldn’t close and to much light from outside shown in. Noisy. Was told a manager would contact me and that didn’t happen.

Great hotel staff is very friendly. the rooms where clean nice and very comfortable. I loved shopping in there store and using the computer room. I had a great experience here.

This was our first time staying here in Ohio and this hotel. They are amazing. The rooms are big there's a full kitchen witch helped a lot. Great views. They have a gym, laundry room, a indoor pool and hot tub. And down in the lobby a little store. The staff is amazing and friendly. Very clean place. They have movies you can take back to your room as well. Plenty of parking. Very quit place. We will definitely stay here again. Such a great place to stay.

First time here. Husband is relocating here booked online with no idea about the place but reviews. This is an awesome place, wonderful customer service and staff. Clean nice heated pool and hot tub. Rooms are clean with full size fridge, dishwasher and two burner stove. Bed comfortable and you don’t hear much noise. Free laundromat and nice gym! Awesome place will be here awhile but well worth it. Very nice place.

Good spot to stay when working in area. It's always clean and staff has been friendly everytime. Also good is in walking distance.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Pool and temperature was great. Had sandwiches, snacks, and breakfast quick items for purchase. Had convenience of shopping and restaurants close by.

Comfy hotel near lots of shipping and businesses. Room was clean and staff was very kind. Hotel was really busy so rooms close to the office were a bit louder than expected. Overall great place to stay for just an overnight stay.

Very clean rooms, laundry, and gym. Great location. Quick drive to airport and local attractions. We happened to stay during an antique auto show next door. It seemed like a theme park at times!

The front desk staff were extremely nice, but the room stunk of cigarette smoke even though I had to sign a form about it being a no smoking room. I did not want to move as my kids had already unloaded our cooler into the refrigerator. Bad decision. The spray the front desk offered did little to help and we hardly got sleep. The room looked drab & dingy, but the pots & pans were new. I know this because I took the stickers off before washing and using them. The location was great! Again the front desk staff were super nice. But they really should not rent out that room until it is completely renovated.

This place sucks. No pool. No hot tub. They are under renovation. Well, ya think they would of told you that before you booked a room! Now my kids are very disappointed. Thanks.

Front desk staff, Michael was amazing. So helpful and just super nice. A very clean room and wonderful selection of food in your tiny shop. I was traveling with my teenager and pups. Home away from home. As a former IHG employee I was truly impressed. I will definitely be back. Great Job staff.

Convient temporary place to call home since we were misplaced from ours for a couple of weeks due to a car crashing through the side of our house and busting a water line. Has a little kitchen with 2 burner stove top, full size refrigerator, servingware along with cookware for 2, dishwasher, and microwave. The bed is extremely small. I would say a full size bed for two people to share. Other than that the room has nice space, and the bathroom is a decent size as well. Hotel has a fitness center which was nice; however, the pool and hot tub were closed for renovations. They offer weekely cleaning services, but you can take towels and bedding up to desk in laundry basket for fresh bedding. There are also free washers and dryers on the facility, the only requirement is that you must supply your own detergent.

A nice quiet comfortable Suite of rooms including a full kitchen a small living area and a separate bedroom with a spacious bathroom. Located in a great shopping area with convenient freeway access this hotel also has a nice fitness center and good laundry area. I highly recommend it.

Greeted with a smile, from the beginning. The Candlewood suite at Polaris has wonderful features including a workout room and free laundry. Very clean and well keep. I would recommend this hotel.

It's a raeally nice place and it's very comfortable, free Wi-Fi coffee all day. Gym and laundry services for free. The only thing is your room clean once only if u are staying there for a week but other than that the experience was great also. Great staff.

My husband and I stayed 1 night (3/2/18). The room was beautiful and clean. Bed was super comfy. The kitchen was wonderful and clean which included a Full size apartment fridge (your own personal ice machine in the freezer which took forever to make a glass worth) and small stove with above microwave. Desk and chair also in the room. However, the shower water pressure bothered me. A vey light sprinkle. The pool and hottub were out of service. We will steady again.

Was the worst hotel ive ever stayed at. Our room was messed up gave me the wrong room, then when we got our room it smelled bad. No one let us no that the pool and spa was in renovation. Even book it in a week advance.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here. It was nice to walk over to Texas Roadhouse to grab a bite to eat — the discount with showing the room key and specials from 4p-6p were other excellent perks. The staff were all courteous, kind, informative, helpful and welcoming. The beds were the most comfortable I had ever slept in at a hotel. The rooms were nice, the pool was a nice perk and being close to a major highway was convenient.

We have stayed in this hotel several times when visiting our son who lives in Worthington. We stay here because they allow our pets and we have always had clean, quiet rooms and great service. The property is well maintained and the staff is courteous, helpful, and friendly.

The up front appearance of the rooms are very nice. Beds are comfortable. We had a suite with a seperate bedroom that had no airflow into the room if the door was closed. Also if you look at the corners in the bathrooms they desperately need to be cleaned. The living space also needs a good dusting for everything eye level and above.

Great stay with a nice room! AWESOME service! Michael on the evening shift was amazingly informative and made this a wonderful experience! I will return next time I'm in town.

This little gem has a pool! Staff is polite and very helpful. Nice rooms. Good for a long stay when you have to travel a month or 2 at a time for work. Beds are very comfortable. Good internet.

The staff is wonderful, both friendly and professional. My room was clean and fresh smelling as well as roomy and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants in the area as well as a shopper's dream with a wide range of stores and shops.

You get what you pay for. Location is excellent, but the good stops there. This hotel is beyond mediocre, and you shouldn't expect non smoking here at all. The entire floor is non smoking and the smoke smell knocks you over at all hours. Walls paper thin, and since its most economical hotel in the area the clientele is less than desirable. Don't waste your money here, I should've known when it was the only hotel in the area with availability on all my needed nights. Not up to normal IHG standards.

I been here too long but it's straight. I would recommend it if u had the $$$$$ for it, cuz surrounding areas are expensive.

Great service. Great location near the mall and lots of food (albeit chains). It's not the same as a normal hotel (room service etc) but it has been great so far.

Good place to stay at. Has everything you need. Free Wi-Fi, cable, laundry, gym and pool. Has a little mini-store with complimentary coffee or tea. The room is a mini suite with a kitchenette and was clean. This facility does not offer free breakfast which is ok for me because I'm not into those carb loaded breakfasts hotel chains offer.

The room was pretty big, the bed was comfortable, but the pool was closed, there was only enough hot water for one shower, and the thermostat was confusing so the room was kind of stuffy.

We only stayed for one night but we very much enjoyed our stay! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The pool was warm and clean — — we even had it all to ourselves for two hours! The rooms are a great size and have their own kitchenettes and desk. Literally our only issues were little things like the cups in the bathrooms were dirty and the bathroom could've been cleaned a little better (I'm a germaphobe so I notice these things). Overall, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to stay there again!

Love this place! We stay every year. The room is comfortable and the price is very affordable. We love that the rooms have kitchens so we don't spend so much on eating out.

The location is great — lots of nearby shopping and dining. The rooms were clean, and the kitchens were well equipped. The pool was kept at a nice temperature, but my only complaint is that the hot tub was out of order during our stay.

Location is right around everything you could want. The rooms are nice, clean, and big. The staff could use some work but I got here at a late time and had a hassle check in. Over all this place has it all and is a decent price. I would recommend staying here and I would stay here again.

Wonderful staff & clean hotel. Only place I'd stay for an extended trip. We spent over 2 weeks here over summer while my husband was working. Pool always clean, no breakfast but you have a full size fridge and stove top in your room. So, not bad… Paul. The night manager is a really nice guy. Who will help you with anything you need help with.

PROS: So far so good still not a 100%, but the place is in a great location with many shopping and restaurants all around, and good price for longterm stays. They allow pets but if you have allergies I'm not sure what they do to accommodate with that. They have free laundry, free gym and indoor pool, a little snack room that is based on the honor system to charge to the room, a computer room, and they have a cabinet at the front that has games, movies, crockpots and other cooking items to borrow. Housekeeping is once a week. CONS: Construction inside (I'm across from rooms being remodled) and outside (the parking lot is all tore up and taking a long time to fix), no continental breakfast, needs more storage spots for your clothing, there isnt a place to lock up valuables while you're gone, and the language barrier with housekeeping is difficult to tell them what you need and don't need. Also I was sick one day and someone tried coming in my room without knocking or having permission to do so. I called the front desk and they said they were sorry that maybe it was maintenance and I said there wasn't anything needing fixed. Just worries me who comes in my room when I'm not here. I haven't noticed anything missing but I will have a problem if it does.

Queen Suite was great. Suite had a kitchenette with a full size fridge, flat screen TV in sitting area and one in the bedroom. Plenty of dining, entertainment and shopping nearby. I saved on dining out by going to a grocery store nearby and stocking up on goods. Enjoyed my stay there.

Not worth the money. Had prostitutes and drug dealers doing tricks and deals in the hall way til 3am. Pool and hot tub not in working order, even though we were assured all were fine when booking rooms. Staff was not knowledgeable or understanding. Hotel needs new management!

Stayed here for work very nice but the shower need more hot water pressure.

I stayed there in March 2014 for 27 days. Very nice place and all the staff and management are very cooperative. They provide free shuttle for grocery shopping. They also have free pickup-drop for the nearby companies. Not to forget, I even got great discount for long stay.

No complaints. They even have a dvd library :).
