Check in was very fast and the staff was extremely pleasant! The room was very clean and comfortable. It felt like I was staying in an apartment with the complete kitchen! I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again!

Not the Ritz, and amenities are pretty standard, but still a solid hotel! Staff was very helpful, clean & quiet room, good location, good coffee, full-size fridge… definitely recommend it if staying in the North side of Columbus. (Note: Being an "extended stay" you do need to pay extra for daily turndown service for multi-day stays. ) P. S. Even if you don't speak it, give the Japanese channel on their cable a try! Great stuff!

Plenty of space in the rooms and Showtime TV included to keep you occupied when cooped up. Close to several shopping areas and high quality restaurants. Only gripe would be the continental breakfast consists of granola bars and muffins.

Rooms seemed small. I had a kitchenette in my room. The only hotel in the area that doesn't have an indoor pool. The beds are like rocks it's like sleeping on a f$%@#=g board. I asked if there was any way to have a coffee maker for the room and all I got was a spaghetti colander. It's been a couple days since I've seen housekeeping. Considering I have to stay here through 6 weeks because I'm out of town training for a job I'm really gonna have to talk to my company about possibly switching hotels they set people up in. The best thing I can say about the hotel is that it is clean somehow despite a lack of presence of housekeeping. Because if it was dirty then I would it gave it one star.

After check-in we had to change rooms because the heat didn't work. They were kind and helpful about it. The room was like a small studio apartment with a full kitchen including a dishwasher and full refrigerator. The negatives are big though… you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to you. I mean everything. You can hear people walking in the room above you as well. The parking spaces seemed tight.

The Extended Stay America hotels have become our primary first go to hotels due to the combination of good breakfasts, nice clean rooms, availability of rooms even during area happenings, and for their proximaty to where we go. And don't forget the kitchenettes with useful utensils from the front desk. Great places for a multi-day stay.

Very good place to stay. It has all the amenities and you can cook your own food. Breakfast is complimentary which is very convenient and easy. Location is quite, peaceful and easily accessible. Friendly staff and they keep the entire place warm and clean. Will definitely choose to stay here again.

This is a quiet, clean & fairly new extended stay. I have stayed at others & this one is BY FAR the nicest Extended Stay I have ever seen. Staff was friendly, but a few employees seemed a little unenthusiastic. It is not anything fancy but is actually very clean & room was spacious. They could have more television stations though.

Great guest service, clean rooms. I had an issue and sherice fixed it right away and gave us a new room. Friendly staff definitely would stay there again.

I went there and checked out a few rooms and all of the fooms I was shown was wonderful. Its very clean and veey nice people. They are there to make tour stay great and that it will be.

Good service and friendly staff. Firm bed, but a complete kitchen. Cozy.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I do think maintenance could be better. My room had a weird damp "pool" smell and little details were missed like pulling the bed skirt from under the mattress on one end of the bed and fixing the curtain so that all the rungs were attached properly. The room slept 5 of us — 2 adults and 3 children — comfortably. The location cannot be beat. If you're looking for affordable accommodations and can overlook the small stuff, this place will definitely meet your needs.

Double Suite was very nice for myself and two children. Beds slept well for an overnight stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall excellent experience.

Got this place for last minute Rock On The Range hotel. Couldn't really complain that much. The place was pretty clean and quiet but the fact that every time I took a shower and opened the bathroom door the steam from the shower would set off the fire alarm… so yes I showered everyday we were on vacation. And yes it went off probably 7/10 times. I'm totally down for the whole pets are welcome too but the pee aroma in the stairwells were not very delightful.

Very impressed! Customer service is stellar. They have 2 attendants at the front desk even in the evening, which we don't see very often! They made sure to tell us EVERYTHING that was available to us, which is a lot! They were very respectful and polite! The room is incredible for the price! Kitchen, couch and chair, TV, two working spaces, and very clean nice bathroom! The king bed is nice, too! One of us likes the pillows and the other doesn't (just because the other is particular about pillows and always brings their own) One of the few hotels we've stayed at that we feel deserves five stars! Almost forgot to mention that the attendants said they don't do housekeeping during our stay, which is really nice because we're used to waking up to loud tapping on other guests' doors and "Housekeeping! " which is why one of us always travels with earplugs! Not at this hotel!

The location is right off the highway and close to shopping, food, and entertainment. The hotel is clean, the staff is friendly, and my stay was great. Nothing to complain about at all.

The room was nice and clean. It had a sink, stove and full refrigerator. There was a problem with a door lock and they attempted to fix it in five minutes but were unable. Within five more minutes they had us in another room. I will stay there again.

Here for quick getaway the room was unbelievable. I couldn't believe my eyes I would recommend it to others.

Great accommodations for the price. The staff lacks hospitality, professionalism, and ethics. Especially when the housekeepers think you've checked out then realize that you haven't and return food they took from your room!

I had 3 rooms for one night. The rooms were all clean and nice. The staff was very attentive to our needs. Thank you!

The hotel location, cleanliness, and staff were all excellent. The main disappointments were the poor quality of the pillows and comforter (if thats what they call the piece of fabric on top of the sheets, ) the level of noise that comes from the room ac/heating unit, and akward room layouts. It seems like they started running out of money when they got to building the bathrooms & selecting the TV sets, bed accessories, and ac unit. Not consistent with initial quality that is exuded through the hotel. It's like everythings all good until you get in bed or have to use the bathroom. I guess if you brought your own pillows, you'd be okay, but aside from that, above average all-around. Free breakfast was so-so. If I could, I'd give it 3.5 stars, as the pilllow and cover issues are bed related and pretty serious issues considering this is where you pay to sleep.

Great rooms, very clean, great front desk service.

Everything about the room and the service is great. The only objections I have is that we asked for a non smoking room and were given a smoking room. Also the breakfast is grab and go but not terrible.

Rooms are clean. Reception desk is friendly.

Disaster experience. The staff is very sweet, but overwhelmed by the number of guests checking in. They didn't have the room we booked through Hotwire with two beds, so we had to use the painful pullout couch. The free "hot breakfast" that was advertised at booking consists of hot water for your bag of oatmeal or your tea. The rest of the options are granola bars and apples. The worst was when someone pulled the smoke alarm twice during our 5-day visit. Both times in the middle of the night. The front desk staff couldn't turn it off for more than 30 minutes! We were promised that we would be reimbursed for 2 nights of our stay for the overall bad experience. Repeated follow-up calls to the hotel and Hotwire yielded nothing. They said they couldn't find our itinerary number or the case number for our complaint. Pathetic. We will avoid this location on future trips and steer clear of Hotwire as well.

Great location. We go to Dave and Busters and like having a location close so we don't have to drive. Shuttle doesn't run quite long enough, but they have a nice cab driver that picks up right in front of the hotel for a small fee. Sometimes we have to ask for shampoo, but for the price and location we still like to stay here.
