We had some extra needs on this trip, so we reached out using the chat in the app. Rachel and her staff were extremely responsive and accommodating. We will be back, for sure.

I stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott Polaris (In Columbus). After driving almost 7 hours we were exhausted so I just laid in the bed not paying to much attention. When I laid down in the bed I noticed a brown line on the pillow but thought it was from the dryer maybe being to hot and burned the pillow case so I paid it mind. Plus I’m not a big complainer. When I woke up the next morning and pulled the sheets back and turned over the pillows I seen all of this. This is clearly not makeup and looks like the stains were washed into the sheets. Also the pillows were flipped over to deliberately cover the stains. I took pictures and went to the front desk. I was not loud, I was not ignorant, I did not ask for a refund. All I wanted was a apology and some form of sincerity with that apology and acknowledgement of my complaint. Instead, the general manager basically in so many words accused me of lying. She had an employee go upstairs and look over all the sheets only to say it was nothing that can be done and they don’t know where this came from. They looked at me like I was beneath them and like this was a way of me getting a discount. I am not someone that tries to get over on anyone and or someone that would go through all this for a discount that is not even my personality! At this point I was in tears because I was not offered an apology and I’ve never been treated this way staying at a Marriott ever! I came back down stairs after being basically waved off.

We had beautiful and clean rooms and had no problems with staff. They were very helpful and pleasant. Even with the pool closed we had a wonderful stay.

Dirty wine glass with lipstick around the rim of the glass. Unreal we are experiencing the worse pandemic in American history, and our room has a dirty glass. I am pretty disgusted. Just the thought of lipstick from a previous guest is deplorable.

Marriott is the best! Staff so friendly, everything always so clean and fresh!

We stayed at Polaris Residence Inn last week. It was disgusting. When we pulled out the sofa bed for the children, there was dried vomit under the mattress. The manager said she would make it right, and gave us a $15 gift card. I have reported it to the health department along with photos. It was disgusting. The manager gave excuses that they were short staffed and didn’t have time to clean. Stay clear of that place! The management is very uncaring and not helpful whatsoever. It’s in the hands of the corporate office now!

Our room had no air conditioning, they had no other rooms to accommodate our family, it was 10:30pm we had 3 kids including a two year old. I called the front desk for 20 minutes, no answer, walked downstairs and waited 10 minutes before someone showed up. She said she was literally the only person working. They told us all they could do was split up our family. 3am someone is running up and down the halls and knocking on the doors, we didn’t even call downstairs because with… one person working in the entire building, what’s the point? The next morning we requested late checkout because we had been up so late the night before (we are Gold Elite members) and we were told no, that we asked too late. It is Mother’s Day. This is the second less than stellar experience we’ve had here this year. We also stayed here on January 1st and the front desk clerk was beyond rude and not helpful but I chalked that up to one bad experience clearly it was not. The staff doesn’t believe in customer service or even every day good manners. There are far too many options in this area to ever stay here again.

Had a few major issues on the evening we arrived. The next morning Ashley (the ast. General manager) took her time and used her resources to help us with our issues. Between her and the general manager, our kids were able to enjoy the rest of our weekend and had a fun time. Couldn't be more thankful for their time and patience this weekend. Glad to be home but VERY glad that these ladies were looking out for our family.

From the very first moment I walked in the door I felt welcomed. We are staying at the Residence Inn because our house is being worked on. And we cannot stay there. They accommodated our pets as well. The room is very nice. The beds are comfortable. They gave me extra towels when I asked for them. The social our food was very good. And love the full kitchen. Thank you to all that work there for giving us a good experience so far.

The new residence decor and design is very refreshing and more of a modern look. Great location as you have a lot of restaurant options.

Nice hotel. Very clean. Good customer care. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is bc I used a gift card and they had no idea how to do it when I asked on phone, and then after clarifying I could use it, they still had trouble in am, but they did resolve it quickly. Overall great place.

Everyone was very nice and very accommodating. The location is convenient. It is 25 minutes from the airport and by the Polaris mall, restaurants, etc.

So far an incredible value and awesome amenities even a dishwasher! After staying there… we will DEFINITELY be back. For the amenities you get it’s such a value. At least for the things I miss when not being at home. ie full size fridge kitchen etc.

This hotel will never get my money again. It was hair on the counter in the bathroom. Dirty foot steps In the shower. Crumbs in the kitchen. Also there was still grease In the pot. I did not feel welcome when I ask to get another room I was unable. The assistant manager came in and just wipe the bathroom sink and left everything the same thing. I have always came here with out complaints but today was just pitiful I didn't even feel comfortable staying. Then they was rude. I was very dissatisfied.

The residence inn has been a great home away from home. The unit has plenty of space for one and enough for two. There is no oven in the unit, but there is a two burner stove and a microwave. The dishwasher is a nice touch to come home to clean dishes. Everything has worked and been well taken care of. The staff could not have been more friendly. Highly recommend this residence in for long stays!

Indoor salt pool and hot tub are really nice. The staff is really special and accommodating. Always a great stay!

It's a treat to stay here. The staff is great and the rooms are spacious. All the rooms are a suite with kitchenette and a pull out sofa bed available in many rooms. It's a great location as well with access to the mall and dozens of great restaurants close by.

Stayed in a suite for a business related trip. The room is very nice, the one I stayed in I near the size of a my own 1 BR apartment. Stocked well with anything I might need to cook my own meals, it was clean, the facilities available are good. The pool seems to be heated so even in below freezing February temps, it was very refreshing to enjoy a swim. Not sure how warm it was but it felt a little warmer than the air in the hotel. The fitness room is little more than treadmills and dumbbells which you don't really need more than that. The breakfast provided has a good variety, much better than a lot of other hotels or motels I've been in but the food itself could be better. All in all, although it feels weird staying in a hotel that's essentially as big as my apartment, it's been a great stay thus far. I would recommend it if you have to stay in the area for an extended period of time or enjoy having the amenities of home available on the road.

This is definitely great place to stay. I stayed here for 4 nights back in November. Everything was clean, the rooms were nice, and the staff (from housekeeping to management) was polite and helpful. They had some great ammenties and was just an overall enjoyable stay. I probably won't be staying here again since I'm relocating to Columbus and no longer with be needing a hotel, but I highly recommend anyone that needs a place to stay on the area to go here. For 99 bucks, this place is a steal! My only real issue was that the breakfast was average, but that's something I expected when you only pay 99 bucks. Most places I've stayed at that are below 200 bucks a night have either no or terrible breakfast. Overall, if you're looking for a cheap but nice place to stay, this is the place to go!

Beautiful/clean rooms, friendly workers, decent breakfast, everything with our stay was perfect. Located by all the shopping centers so it's the perfect location.

Absolutely blown away. It was fantastic form start to finish. Staff was amazingly helpful. Very lovely and very comfortable.

This hotel is clean and comfortable, has delicious hot breakfast every morning and free appetizers and desserts during the week (I hope you are lucky enough to be there on a meatball night, you’ll thank me later)! It is in a convenient location to any kind of shopping and restaurant you can think of and just a few exits from downtown Columbus. We particularly enjoyed the crystal clear warm pool and hot tub during our stay. Last, but certainly not least the phenomenal staff made our (very extended) stay comfortable and fun. From the front desk staff, to the housekeeping, dining and management everyone was kind, extremely helpful and thoughtful throughout our whole stay. Although we are local we will be staying here again and I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Columbus area!

My husband and I stayed at the Residence Inn in order to get away and do some work without distractions. The studio suite was decently sized and perfect for giving us multiple places to work on our laptops. The breakfast wasn't bad each morning and the workout room was good for what I needed. Overall, I definitely recommend this hotel if you need a nice place to get away.

Everything in the hotel was great. The room was very nice. The breakfast was average. The location is great for things to do (shopping, restaurants, entertainment).

This hotel is awesome. Our insurance placed us here after a home emergency. Has a great pool with hot tub. Access to food and shopping. Quiet, clean, friendly staff. Great AM breakfast. Pet friendly. Recommend if your here for multiple days.

Cleaning staff stole several items from our room. They stole a charger on the firat day. When we left, we forgot some items behind. After several call they refused to call back and said nothing was left behind. We went back and misteriously a jacket and sunglasses appeared. We insisted we left a watch behind as well. They said nothing else was there. They checkes the cleaning lady's cart and the watch was there. A pair of running shoes and 2 other items never appeared. The staff was sketchy about it and everything points to them stealing the items. Worst hotel ever. Not trustworthy. Never stay there!

The staff was nice and attentive. Rooms were spacious and clean. Fitness room was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed our visit.

My family had a wonderful time here for 4th of July. Beautiful location and the staff is super friendly. The hot tub was out of order but that happens. Pool was a little dirty too but there was at least 2 different sports teams there that probably contributed to that. Would definitely still recommend for anyone though.

Nice place for staying in Polaris. The breakfast was not average. I stayed for a week on a business trip. They provide office pickup and drop. The room interiors are pretty nice.

The room was terrific. King studio layout was really well done. Only complaint was no USB charging ports (except one on the TV, if you know to look for it). Staff were great, breakfast was adequate.

Very dirty. The carpet in my room had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time. Dishes, utensils and coffee maker had to be cleaned before use. As an elite member, I'm generally very happy with Marriott hotels and stay there because they are generally clean. No so here. Even the bedding had a slight musty smell. On the bright side, the front desk staff was very friendly and efficient.

Room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Staff was kind and courteous. The hotel was quiet, and the bed was so comfy, I didn't want to get out of it. I would definitely stay here again.

We were in town for a wedding and stayed in a studio room with myself, my wife, our 10 year old, and our 15 month old. The staff were courteous and helpful and provided us with a pack-n-play that was actually softer than the one we brought with us. The location is very close to a lot of different restaurants and retail stores. The kitchen with full size refrigerator and freezer, stovetop, and microwave was excellent, the bed was comfortable (even the pull put for our son), and the room was clean. Breakfast was what I expect from a free breakfast, even better than average. There are a lot of local restaurants that will deliver right to your room too if you don't feel like cooking. Overall one of the best hotel experiences I've had, and will look to book a similar room in the future.

Me and my boyfriend had a great time here. The property is very new and modern. Scott at the front desk is wonderfull. I just saw one bug in our room. The breakfest was good but one day they put out old fruit. I love the fire pit and meet a lot of great people there. It is convient and near a upscale mall and resurants.

I have stayed here for more than 9 months, my experience is quite different. As far as the staff and the rooms are concerned they are good. But the manager’s thought process and action was extremely unacceptable. As I was staying from past 9 months and most probably I will stay for another 6 to 8 months. I am a platinum member of Marriott, I was on old rate, and many of my colleagues were referred by me, are in this hotel, almost 4 people are in the same hotel. The new rate was charged to me without notice and those rates are much more than my limit and of my colleagues, strangely, they are paying much less and acceptable limit than it was charged to me, which is really weird. Since, this is a peak season, and they wanted to get more rate they have charged me complete rate though my booking is still May end and they also know that it will prolong for another 6 months. But they lost one customer permanently. This gesture after staying for 9 months was extremely hurting and I have vacated and I feel really very bad and do not like staying, its weird strategy — Extremely disappointed.

Great Rooms and Great Location! You are in walking distance of a nice mall with plenty of places to eat and shop. Staff was supper friendly and helpfull.
