Came to Columbus for a wedding and was just amazed with all the hotel staff. The manager Yodi was spot on and very personable and told us all about the history of this hotel. The hotel was very clean and sanitized. The restaurant in hotel was amazing…I never write revues but I had too for this hotel. I would totally recommend and stay here again!

The hotel service was lacking because of Covid-19 but as far as the room goes it was beautiful and very comfortable!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for a night away, and all I can say everything is stunning. The Leveque towers Art Deco architecture always fascinated me as a child, and the renovations made when they turned it into a hote are nothing short of gorgeous. I love the Art Deco decor touches and the constellation themes throughput. The showers were incredible, and absolutely the largest showers Ive seen at a 4.5 star hotel. The staff was very helpful, the hotel was immaculate, and I can’t say enough good things about our stay!

This was our 2nd time staying there and we absolutely love it! The hotel is beautiful and everyone is so friendly! The experience we had with Kwasi on both occasions, exceeds any service we have ever had at a hotel. He is so nice and just goes out of his way to make your experience wonderful. He recommended Nada for dinner, and made the reservations for us. Because of Kwasi and the call he made for us — we were treated so well at the restaurant! Everyone made us feel so special and just made the night that much better! You would have thought we were family and he called in a favor! We appreciate everything and can not wait for our next stay! Thank you!

Worst hotel ever! As a woman I show up from a delayed flight at 1245am and am told they are overbooked and have no rooms. A man comes in behind her and they give him a key. They then say they will call me a cab and put me at the red roof inn miles away and no where near the quality. I wait outside at 1am for the taxi that never comes! They said they called everywhere and the red roof was the only option. I call and get the last room at a Marriott and show up at 2am. Never book at this hotel! Horrible service and to abandon a woman late night on the street. Horrendous!

Wonderful anniversary stay last weekend. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Special shout out to Mr. Kwasi Afreh, who went above and beyond and whose positive attitude and kindness made everything that much better. Really nice, authentic-feeling speakeasy-style bar and restaurant too — — and they'll make non-alcoholic versions of their cocktails for you. Recommended!

Love this hotel. The rooms are large, well appointed, great building and great staff. The restaurant is decent for a hotel operation, and if you want to stay within the hotel, your taste buds will be happy. The hotel bar though exists mainly for the bartenders and staff to flirt with younger folks and other staff. Older folks, women travelers and couples largely get ignored. Other than that, this is a great hotel.

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed at — Kim at the front desk is absolutely AMAZING — kind, friendly, inviting and super professional, just awesome all around. She helped us with anything and everything we needed and made us feel like we were checking into home. She is simply the BEST! Hotel is stunning, beautiful remodel with incredible rooms — everything designed and executed to perfection. I literally don’t have enough great things to say about this place. Keep up the great work and please give Kim a promotion!

Had a nice corner room. Great shower and bathroom. New hotel, staff was very eager to go out of their way to do anything they could for you. Saw them constantly interacting with guests all around the hotel and not just glued to a computer in the lobby. Restaurants in the area close early but there are a few that stay open.

The LeVeque is seriously dreamy I would recommend the king suite overlooking the Scioto. Ignore the price, it's worth it & there are only 5 suites, so book quickly! Very chic with a serious attention to detail, spacious (I'm talking a living space, a bedroom, & two bathrooms spacious), & the shower is insane! The staff are incredibly professional. One of the most gorgeous accommodations we've stayed at to date!

We stayed for two nights as guests. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and caring. The room was great, had a great view of the city. Loved the shower, it was enormous. Didn't use any of the services, a member of my family is a resident in the building so everything was already done. Would definitely recommend as long as you can handle the price tag on a stay.

The valet staff are great. The restaurant inside the hotel leaves much to be desired. I had to leave my family on Christmas Eve to demand bread for our dinner. It wasn't even a money issue. It was the second time they refused to give my husband bread with our meal. In addition, for the rates I would expect someone tending to the door. I struggled every time I took my dogs outside because I had them in a stroller complying with the hotel policy and nobody was there to assist with the door. The handicapped door didn't function against the cold strong winds. The history of the building is fabulous but they need to work on the overall hospitality of the hotel.

Beautiful renovation, but had a better time at other high class hotels. Thermostat didn't work, TV didn't work, coffee maker didn't work. On top of that they send hospitality ppl into your room without permission. Will NEVER go out of my way to stay there again.

Great boutique hotel in an iconic building. Art deco theme is amazing, as is the service. The keep bar has a vast selection of liquor as well. Staff was attentive and welcoming.

The check in was fast and painless, they had complimentary champagne, and the room was new, quiet, and comfortable with a very large shower as well. We only stayed a night but we had everything we needed for a comfortable evening and checkout was as simple as handing over the key to a person on the way out. Valet parking was also easy and fairly quick. A nice boutique hotel in the heart of Columbus.

I stayed at Hotel LeVeque after my wedding. The whole building is beautiful and our room was great. Comfortable bed, and don't even get me started on the huge shower! So relaxing. The staff are amazing, especially the concierge. We really felt special and taken care of. I would highly recommend staying here for a special occasion or just because!

Well executed 1920's art deco building vintage interior and exterior. A signature building in downtown Columbus. Mechanical equipment cycles and vibrates every 30 seconds just across from Room 911. They got me another room and it was great service all the way.

New addition to the hotel scene in Columbus and it immediately became my favorite hotel in the city. Stylish. Ornate. Great shower. Charming decor. Beautiful lobby. Was greeted by Heather at the front desk. So friendly and accommodating. Stay here. You won't regret it.

Wonderful hotel! The staff was fantastic, special shout-out to David! He was very helpful and let me know that we might not be able to check-in early due to the later checkout time but told me to check day of just in case. They were able to accommodate our party early. Everyone made sure our stay was great. The best part was the unexpected star projector at night, it was the icing on the cake. Thanks Hotel LeVeque staff for a wonderful stay!

Valet left my bride, in her wedding dress, under an over hang for 15mins in the pouring rain. Then brought her a broken umbrella and ran away. On a short time frame, ordered room service to be delivered to the room while we change for the reception. 3 plain burgers with bacon. 2 with cheese. None of them had cheese and they had all the toppings. My daughter and wife couldn’t eat. $75 meal! Came up very short on my expectations. The value was not there. Spent way to much for the experience I received.

Exceptional Service & Decor, loved my spacious room & getting surprised with a bottle of champagne! There are so many other top of the line features, details, and all the people working there make this hotel so special! I have to say Micheal Shannon is remarkable in hospitality & makes the experience like nothing else! Definitely my favorite place to stay when I’m in Columbus!

Beautiful stylish hotel with top notch amenities and gracious staff. Stayed there over Women's Final Four Weekend, hotel was very busy but the staff handled it like a "champ". I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel experience in downtown Columbus.

Beautiful hotel. Was pleasantly surprised. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was clean and well decorated. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The bar is worth checking out. Solid drink menu. It does get busy but it deserves to. Looking forward to staying here again.

Completely unacceptable experience. I travel a lot to meet clients and Columbus is going to be a frequent destination over the next couple of months and I will never stay at this hotel again. This is supposed to be a 5-star hotel but the experience I had rated this a 1-star hotel. First, I arrived at 5:00 PM. Check-In is at 4:00 PM so I figured to shop for an hour before arriving. No one offered to help with bags whatsoever. Again, when you're advertising luxury, luxury should be the expectation. I checked in, was handed my room keys, and went on the way to my room. I get in the room to find stacks of paper on the desk and a box. Room looked unfinished. 10 minutes later, I get a knock on the door for room service. I opened the door to be greeted by a woman telling me the room is incomplete. She walks in, takes the papers and the box, sets the bed, the pillows, sets up the star ceiling, etc. This is the exact reason why I didn't check in at 4 and at 5 instead. Things should be ready and they were not. I used the valet service for my car while I was there. Everything was fine with the exception that it was never ready when I was told I would be ready. The car was fine and taken care of UNTIL THE LAST DAY. It is under my assumption the valet drivers know when you will be checking in. The morning I checked out, I get in my car and drive off. Only to find out I had several things stolen from the car.

Beautiful hotel! My husband and I are locals but we stayed here to see a show at the Ohio Theatre (which was less than a 10 minute walk). From the moment we walked in we were welcomed by the GM and every other staff member we encountered. There was a little trouble checking in but nothing that was a huge issue, they still gave us a couple of free drinks for the trouble which was extremely sweet of them! Our suite was beautifully decorated and huge with gorgeous views. The decorations in the room were so thoughtful down to the star projector! We visited The Keep after the show — their signature cocktails were delicious, my husband enjoyed the choices of local beers they had on tap. Seating is a bit of an issue so be prepared to make new friends! We also had breakfast at The Keep the next morning and they were able to accommodate my dietary needs, there was minimal staff working on Sunday morning which seemed to caused a bit of a backup in the kitchen but the food was delicious. There is a walkway from the parking garage to the hotel on the second level that I wish I would have know about before we would have arrived. This is now our go-to hotel for downtown stays!

Without a doubt the best hotel experience I've ever had. This place will not disappoint! We stayed 1 night in the king suite, room 507, and were very pleased with the room. Spacious, modern decor, immaculately clean and had a beautiful view. Dave Monk, our concierge, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. Heather at the front desk was very friendly upon check-in as well. We will definitely being staying again!

Beautiful hotel and wonderful staff! One of the best hotels I have been to. Close to the Ohio theater and many other attractions. Has a great bar and restaurant inside as well as a Starbucks. Price per night is reasonable. Would recommend if you're in the area.

I'm really pleased that this beautiful Columbus landmark has been repurposed. The check in is quite a distance from the entrance but that's what you get when dealing with an old structure — they decided to give the condo residents the most convenient access to the front door. All the hotel floors appear to be laid out identically. My king room was nicely furnished and the bathroom was huge and well lit. The restaurant was tucked away and I thought very dark and windowless. We did not eat there. The lobby was decorated for the holidays and was quite beautiful. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. This is a boutique hotel and would be nice for a romantic get away. I would not recommend for business travelers, but maybe that's just me. It's an upscale place and pretty formal atmosphere. No club level lounge. I prefer the Capital Square Sheraton for routine visits, but the LeVeque is very nice for special occasions.

Absolutely beautiful! We just stayed here for our anniversary and I must say I did my homework while trying to find the best hotel in Columbus and this was definitely it! I mean they promised they would do something special with rose pedals in the room and stuff but we never got that. They did not do anything special that was requested or anything they offered but the room was amazing and the View was the best part. Want to find the best romantic hotel for a getaway this is it!

We stayed at the Hotel LeVeque for our wedding and had a simply perfect time. Amber — the coordinator we worked — was incredibly helpful and insightful. She helped us arrange a block that saved our family and friends plenty of money and also coordinated a fabulous wedding suite. Amber gave us incredibly thoughtful, hands-on service, and even sent us home with special treats for our beloved dog. Everything was beautiful and the staff were a huge help throughout our entire stay.

Very nice hotel, nicely decorated. Beds are comfortable. Fewer room amenities than I expected (no microwave). Nice extra touches like chocolates on the bed stand at night. Staff are very friendly. Valets are very polite and professional. Great experience overall.

My husband and I booked a room here as a celebration for the completion of my BSN. We had tickets to see Chris Stapleton and liked the location of this hotel in relation to the distance from Nation Wide Arena. My husband and I had just settled in (being there a total of 30 minutes to an hour) and turned on a movie when I noticed a bug on the headboard. As I am a nurse, unfortunately we see a large variety of bugs coming in with or on patients. I caught the bug in a glass cup and once I looked at it I knew exactly what it was. A bedbug. We immediately called the front desk. They sent someone up to look at the bug and confirmed that it was a bedbug. My husband and I asked to leave immediately and asked for a refund. The man taking care of us (Tyler) assured that we would receive a refund and also asked if he could pay for our dinner at their restaurant (Tyler was very nice and professional). The restaurant was very nice and the service was great. Our refund however, was only $100 discount off of the price that was charged for the room. We are currently working with our bank to settle our dispute in regards to the lack of a refund. Like I said, we were only there for 30 minutes to an hour before we left so a “discount” is unacceptable. Oh, and I forgot to mention the construction worker, bellboy, and business woman that let themselves into our room because they were told it was closed.

Open just 7 months. Hotel is centrally located downtown. Great staff! I spoke with 7 or 8 employees while there and everyone was helpful, friendly and always had a smile. Highly recommended.

This was not "customer service" with a fake smile and saccharine overtones, this was true Hospitality. From the front desk to the maintenance staff, everyone was genuinely welcoming and kind. The rooms are expertly appointed and spacious. Being there only one night we didn't get to check out the restaurant but it is on the list for a future visit. This is not your typical hotel, it is a luxury experience. My husband and I have already talked about going back and we are Columbus locals who live down the street.

Spent 2 nights there. The decor and style is great. Very friendly and eager to help staff. My room was In a weird corner that's basically the only thing holding back a 5 star rating. The turn down service is a treat. Had dinner and drinks at the restaurant and bar. The Leveque Burger was great. Overall a great experience.

What a beautiful building outside and in. Simply gorgeous boutique hotel with elegant art deco decor. There is an odd office/conference area in atrium which in my opinion detract from the beautiful reception space. I was greeted cheerfully by the staff. Their uniforms wear unique yet relaxed and professional. My suite had views of downtown. The suite was spacious with a super comfy bed, a rob, coffee bar and room safe. The room was nicely appointed. The hotel has a bell stand, laundry service, driver service and valet. The hotel does not have room service, resturant or true business office. Starbucks is across the lobby across from the reception desk.

This is an outstanding hotel in every aspect. It is fairly new. The room was great and the location was perfect as it is in downtown Columbus. The customer service was amazing. We stayed one week and we cannot say enough wonderful words about the Hotel LeVeque and the staff.

We are looking at using this location for a future event space. We have enjoyed our time spent getting to know the history of the space. The location has a great view, and a unique atmosphere. Surrounded by the theater, this is a great space to experience Columbus.

They really know hospitality. The hotel is beautiful and super clean. But I came for my batchelorette weekend and they made me feel extra special, from a nice note welcoming me to champagne and chocolates. The staff was more than helpful and accommodation. I highly recommend it and can't wait to come back with my husband!

The decor of the hotel was absolutely fabulous. It mixed 1920's with astronomy. The rooms were inviting and comfortable with a very special touch. The staff was very professional, helpful, and always positive. Highly recommended this hotel!

We stayed two nights here as a quick getaway, and it was fantastic! The hotel just opened a few months ago and still isn't fully operational — neither the restaurant nor the spa were finished. But the room was fantastic and the staff was incredible. And there are a ton of good places to eat within walking distance. Even COSI and a nice walking path along the river are only a few blocks away. It's a beautiful hotel in a wonderful location.

Great service, beautiful building and very attractive rooms. The staff offered me a bottle of water when I came back in from my run — little touches like that are the norm here. Beautiful rooms and everything looks brand new. Fantastic bed. Had a great stay and would recommend Hotel LeVeque to anyone visiting Columbus.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel this past weekend. Every staff member had the best possible customer service and wanted to make sure that we were more than satisfied, which we were. Our air conditioner was not functioning properly. Within 10 minutes the manager helped us move into another room. He was extremely apologetic and wanted to make sure that everything was perfect for the rest of our stay. Not only did he move us rooms in a timely fashion, but he provided us with complimentary breakfast for the rest of our stay, 2 free Starbucks coffees, and one night of refunded Marriott Rewards points. The staff, cleanliness, valet service, views and overall experience was top notch. We will absolutely be returning to Hotel Leveque!

Beautiful and elegant hotel. It was opened in mid March of 2017, so it was still working out some floor layout when we arrived beginning of May. We particularly enjoyed the cozyness it portrayed by being an apartment style hotel, meaning elegant kitchen table with sink, comfy couch and living room setting, and a bedroom with doors and a private bathroom and shower. Our room with king bed had 2 bathrooms! We stayed two nights, and the only flaw we can think of is no fan in the bathroom as well as no hooks for towels and bathrobes. The bedroom only had a drawer and closet with a shelving unit, so we didn't ​have anywhere to hang our clothes. Aside from that, the hotel is amazing!

There's some construction going on around the hotel but that doesn't stop them from providing excellent service. Everyone is extremely friendly — only thing is they don't pay attention to faces. I asked one receptionist a question and 5 min later I passed by him, he greeted me like it was first time he ever saw me. Something to work on.

The staff was friendly and extremely helpful and our room was beautiful! Enjoyed the retro look and bits of history. Could not have been more convenient with being right next door to The Palace Theater. Looking forward to another visit!

Stayed here for 3 nights and loved it! The staff was accommodating and the rooms were well decorated. I'm fairly certain my room had never been slept in since the remodel. The bathrooms are gorgeous and nicely finished. Next time I am in Columbus I will be staying here again. Great job!
