Overall a good experience.

This our first time staying here and it won’t be the last! We had our ‘usual’ hotel in Columbus but my husband decided to try something new! The staff (especially GiGi) was so friendly and welcoming! Our son (3yrs old) was dying to swim but the water was freezing! We asked GiGi about turning on the heater and within an hour my son was swimming! This is definitely our new ‘usual’ hotel! We can’t wait to come back!

The rooms are beautiful. The staff is great.

Clean facility, reasonable price, good location.

The room I stayed in was simple, with a single king sized bed and the additional amenities that you would expect from a hotel. The only thing that wasn't present, which took me by surprise, was a mini fridge. Overall, though, it was a very pleasant stay.

Great experience for our family. Close by to attractions, friendly staff, well maintained facilities, nice pool, nicely stocked room, large breakfast. We would stay again and recommend to others (for reference — family of 4, with 2 small children).

Loved staying at this hotel. No issues. Great pool that is fun for kids (2 and 5 yrs old). Spacious room for 2 adults and 2 kids. Great breakfast options too! All around great experience.

My husband and I stayed here in a suite for a weekend trip to Columbus and the room was exceptionally clean and the staff was very nice every time we saw them. I definitely recommend them if you are visiting the Columbus Zoo as it's only a 20 minute drive away. It is also very close to a mall and a ton of different restaurants which is very convenient. Definitely will stay here again on our next trip to Columbus!

Stayed on busy weekend. Service was quick & awesome. Staff where all super friendly. Clean rooms, great breakfast. Forgot my phone there… Both Sarah & Kaitlyn were super helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend.

My mother in law was staying as an overnight guest. We visited to have dinner and swim in the pool. She had an small suite. The room was very nice and tidy but the colors were very strange and looked honestly made no sense. I know this seems odd to point out, but that's how strange they were. The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating and we we're welcomed very graciously as if we were paying guest. Minus the very poor decor, I would have no issues staying here and recommend it to families with young children.

First time stay here. Front desk check-in friendly and painless. Housekeeping staff friendly and thorough. Very clean suite. Smaller than the suites at Embassy Suites but descent sized. Good complementary breakfast in the AM, complementary beers, wine and soft drinks in the PM but the acompanying 'meal' was kind of tough to figure out. Would have preferred just some finger food. Overall, I'd come back.

Excellent staff and very high class rooms. I stayed for 3 weeks and had the most pleasurable stay. Rooms are large and clean and have been renovated lately which is a big plus.

My favorite place to stay in Polaris. Easy access to highway. Professional and very friendly staff. Great breakfast and social hour. Rooms are modern and very comfortable!

Stayed a weekend. Room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. I had lost my room key card and they gave me new ones quickly and changed them on request to make me feel safer with no hassle. The gym was more than I expected which was a bonus. The pool looked very nice and the area was clean but I didn't get to go for a swim. It was filled with children having a wonderful time which is great for families but after my 7hr drive I was more looking for relaxing quiet time so I opted out on taking a dip. Overall my stay was very pleasant and the location was quite convenient with all the stores and restaurants nearby.

We were very happy with our stay here. We go to Columbus annually, and have typically stayed at a hotel in Worthington, but this year we tried Homewood because our usual place had construction going on. I don't think we'll go back to the other hotel, we were so happy with the room, amenities, and price here. There are several malls/restaurants/places to go nearby (including the new Ikea! ), the front desk staff were friendly, and the room was awesome. We really liked the doors separating the bedroom from the living area, and it was very well designed and appointed. We made mention to several people just how impressed we were with Homewood Suites, and we'll be back next year!

Had a business function, we rented a conference room. We easily fit in all 28 people and still were able to move about the room. The staff was very nice and professional, they really made our event a success. I would come back to have a function here again.

Great experience. We spent two nights and our stay was well worth the price. Breakfast was average, but the overall experience made up for it. I would highly recommend this Homewood Suites facility.

Check in was easy and fast. The staff was friendly and absolutely amazing. They honestly seemed happy to be there. The breakfast had lots of choices and everything was hot and delicious. The room was spacious and clean. There was a kitchen with a dishwasher and full fridge. It definitely felt like home away from home.

Was there to visit a friend who was in town. We wanted to go swimming but the water was too cold and the outside door was very drafty. Considering it is January in Columbus, it is way too cold to enjoy a swim in a cold pool area and cold water.

I certainly had high hopes for this establishment but my experience was rather terrible. My family enjoys traveling extensively and staying in hotels is usually a pleasure. Based on the stellar reviews, I assumed I would have a perfect 10/10 stay. Everything was going rather smoothly until it was time for bed. Management may suggest noise not being an issue but it definitely is. I could hear every flush, footstep, and cabinet door from the room directly above. I do admit I'm a light sleeper, however I'm certain this isn't an isolated incident. I called once to the front desk to report this issue and it was resolved — — for 20 minutes. For the remainder of the night I could still hear clambering footsteps and other dreadful noises from above. Talk about a sleepless night! While the room itself was relatively nice, it's important for guests to feel comfortable and completely enjoy their stay. After all, that is true hospitality. I'm unsure if my family will return but as a warning to future guests: I encourage you to request a room on the top floor. Also, bring a pair of ear plugs. You'll need it!

Clean rooms with comfortable beds and nice decor make this one of our "go to" places while traveling. Yummy hot/cold breakfast buffet is included, as well as a small indoor pool and fitness area. Close to shopping and major highways for added convenience.

Beautiful decor, comfortable couch in the suite and a very good breakfast. It was very clean and the staff was very helpful. I will definitely stay there again!

This was a great hotel. Seemed new and clean. Free Wi-Fi provided and breakfast until 10am. All rooms have at least a small fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, 2 electric burners, dishwasher, and sink). This location also offers an indoor pool, a fitness room, and an outdoor patio with a fire pit and grill. The only complaint I had was that it was rather loud in the rooms. I think the sound in the halls tends to echo in the front portion of the suite where the kitchen is.

The staff is super nice and super helpful in every regard. The dinners throughout the week are pretty good. Of course the continental breakfast. The Suites are fantastic everything you would need for a lengthy stay. I would highly recommend.

Nice hotel, clean and the night staff was pleasant. Breakfast was the standard, but the ladies attending we're as helpful as could be since we had a lot of allergy related questions.

Really nice, spacious room. Everything was clean and seemed updated. Enjoyed the stay very much. Pool was big enough (but cold) and outdoors there is a patio with grills and a basketball court. Can't beat the free breakfast and evening social (food was good). Front desk staff is very friendly.

Stayed for a night while traveling south. Your cellphone being your room key is a nice feature, just don't lose it! Rooms are nicely sized, beds are plenty comfortable, even the pull-out bed. Breakfast is readily available, but is somewhat limited on its selection. Overall a great experience!

The hotel was very clean & the decor was modern! The stafff was great, very friendly! Loved the outside court yard! The breakfast was the best I have ever had a hotel! The only down fall was I was told there was a hot tub, one of the main reasons I reserved the room & when we arrived found out they don't have one. I was very disappointed. The swimming pool was too cold to swim & relax in.

This hotel is one of the nicer properties I've stayed at in recent memory. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The room was spotless and large. We stayed in the larger king suite with a pull-out sofa with 2 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone. We could watch TV in our room while the kids were in the living room playing and watching their own TV. Our only issue was that the pool was quite cold… like borderline freezing. Once you were in for a while, it was OK, but that initial shock was a bit much. I mentioned it to the front desk, and they said that it has to do with regulations in the state for pools at hotels — have to be a certain temperature. It didn't help that we stayed over a weekend that was a bit chilly. Regardless, I would like to pack up this hotel in my carry-on to have this experience wherever I travel.

My wife, I and two kids stayed here on 12/17/2016. First time we stayed at a Homewood Suites. First let me say the room was great, very clean, and the two separate rooms was nice with two nice size TV's in both sides of the room.
Now for the bad. We got to bed late (after midnight) and we're looking forward to the continental breakfast that so many people have talked highly about as well as getting an early start. At 0400 A. M. Our entire family was awakened by a female yelling at the top of her lungs in the hallway outside our room and it was obvious she was fighting with a male. This went on for close to two hours in the room next to us. Our kids were frightened and I must say it was quite ridiculous and I did not expect this from what I believed to be a respectable hotel. I know the hotel cannot control who stays at their hotel but for this to go on for close to two hours is not acceptable. We did not get back to sleep until after 6 and lost out on an early start.

The location of the hotel is conveniently located within 20 minutes of downtown Columbus. Our suite was spacious for a family of four. The room was very clean. The staff was very courteous and nice. Lastly, the breakfast was one of the best complementary breakfasts I have seen.

The room was well prepared, it has everything you would need for an extended stay, a decent size fridge (not a mini), dish washer, stove top. Decent TV selection with DVDs from the front desk. Nice pool and a basketball hoop. Plenty of space.

The location was easily accesible and close to the freeway. Any needs you have can be met by a business nearby. The rooms were clean and well stocked with all amenities. Hotel workers were friendly and helpful. The aesthetic of the overall building was very pleasing. This was my second time staying at a Homewood Suites and I will continue to stay there in the future. I highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Great place to stay. Separate sleeping area from living & kitchen area. Clean, helpful and friendly staff. Atrium, indoor pool (not outdoor like Google maps says). Outdoor patio area and small b-ball court. Just what we needed.

Very clean and covientently located close to Starbucks, Polaris Fashion Mall and Highway 71. It offers free breakfast and has pool, basketball court and outdoor seating. Great place for the price.

Pros: Great location. Lots of amenities for the price. Friendly staff. Cleaner than other hotels of the same level. Cons: heater doesn't have an auto fan so it blows cold air instead of shutting off. Water is not hot enough.

Nice hotel overall. The king room I was in was spacious and nice. The breakfast left a bit to be desired and the TV was in an awkward location. Other that that, highly recommended and in a nice location as well.

The staff was quite attentive and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The pool was a bit cold but probably the longest hotel pool I've seen in my travels, we were still able to swim some laps. Overall an excellent experience.
