I needed to schedule a wake-up call but the phone in my room wasn't working. I report it to the front desk and the lady says "What time would you like your call. " I repeat — my phone isn't working. There is a pause and she says "Oh". I get put on hold. When the lady comes back on she said that maintenance will fix it tomorrow. I tell her that I'm checking out tomorrow and I need the call tomorrow morning. I ask her if they have any spare phones and tell her that I can switch it out myself. She then says no but that someone will come by and knock on my door. Hard to believe that the hotel doesn't have spare phones. Aside from this I would rate 4 stars but this incident brought the rating down and my blood pressure up.

Lovely hotel with good breakfast. Suites have full kitchens. The bathroom in the room we stayed in was huge. Pool is small but functional. Great staff. Close to OSU. What more could you ask for?

Suites were the perfect option for our long business trip, having a small stove top and refrigerator in the room made things so much easier. Location is wonderful, very nice neighborhood and lots of restaurants, plus a market, within a block. Varied experience with staff, some were absolutely delightful, a few seemed to be very confused by our questions.

We’ve made lots of overnight trips to the campus area of Columbus but didn’t find this hotel until recently. This is by far our favorite campus hotel. It’s reasonably priced, clean, and fashionably decorated. We’ll definitely stay here again. Service was also very good.

Great place and service. Staff is very helpful and kind. They have a pool (which is close right now for maintenance), a fitness center, a sitting place to have breakfast and dine in. Even though I came here for a client, I'll definitely will be recommended this place to people when they want a place to stay. Oh, they are suites too. Update: Pool is back open.

First rate accomadations. Facility was recently built as evidenced by the current style and detailing. Actually reminded me favorably of a similarly styled hotel in Midtown Manhattan, one which I have stayed in on more than one occasion. Staff is real pro. Breakfast is good, neighborhood is squeaky clean and close enough to the night time hipster scene. I'd stay there again when back in Columbus.

Great stay as always. Clean hotel in safe area of town with many shops and restaurants local. And best of all 5 minutes from Ohio State Campus.

Wi-Fi in the fitness centwr doesnt work. So not able to use phone for Pandora. TV's dont work because no Wi-Fi. No music, news, or videos to watch during a run/workout not motivated.

The room was clean and very nice. Complimentary breakfast was excellent and the items available changed so we didn't have the same food two days in a row.

Great hotel in North Arlington area just east of the OSU main campus. These are great suites for a family starting off in a new area. Has evening activities M-T and a varied hot breakfast every morning. Close proximity to a mixed use shopping area (across the street) that includes a hair salon, pet care, restaurants, and a Whole Foods Market among other stores. Staff is nice and receptive. Would go again.

Quiet, clean and staff made you feel right at home. Will definitely book there again when Im in the area.

Very nice hotel. Very clean and extra spacious. Conveniently located directly across from Whole Foods. Was in town for an event at OSU, and chose this hotel due to being a Hilton Honors Gold member, and due to Google telling me it was close to the campus. Had no idea it would turn out to be located in what's known as "Country Club Town", (Upper Arlington), but nonetheless everyone I encountered over our 3 day stay, was cordial. We aren't exactly country club types, but we do prefer the finer things :) so we weren't dissatisfied. Kudos to the front desk attendant, as well as our room attendant. I truly hate that I didnt write their names down. But if mgmt is reading this, we stayed in room 220, and one of the days was May 26, 2018. Please commend those 2 employees.

Huge rooms with a nice living room area in the rooms. Was able to get some nice work done with the good Wi-Fi. Overall pleasant experience.

Comfortable accommodations with good breakfast and afternoon happy hour. Some difficulty checking in due room being made out of order unexpectedly, but the staff was more than willing to compensate for the night.

Amazing! The husband surprised me and brought me here for our Anniversary. Had fun. Whole foods across the street from here. Our suite was like an apartment.

I stayed at this hotel for about a month a half. The hotel was clean and in great shape, the food was always amazing and the staff was incredible. I would especially like to thank Stephanie and the Venezuelan gentleman in the Kitchen who's name escapes me at this time. They both made my experience at the Homewood Suites wonderful! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to stay in a nice part of town and in a great hotel. Thank you Homewood staff for your great service.

Room was very clean and super spacious. Had an infant amd the requested crib was in place upon arrival. Friendly staff everywhere. Great stay!

The hotel was over booked so we received a smoker only room. That made the experience rough, but the free breakfast was pretty good.

Regular hotel experience. Clean and spacious room, decent breakfast (the regular hotel fare), and good location (next to some restaurants and shopping). Only stayed for one night though.

We were very happy with this hotel. The sleeping room was very large compared to other hotels in town. The addition of a kitchen, dining table and sitting area made for alot of space. The rooms were clean. The bathroom was nicely appointed. The staff was cordial and helpful. Worth every penny.

Travel for work, so here goes. Nice property is well taken care of so feels new and is modern. The bed is not too good and the pillows are terrible. Other than that, the shower is comfortable and the reception on the TV is good.

Extremely nice place. Almost like a condo. Sweet kitchen, 2 TVs, a big bed, really luxurious bathroom, probably the best place I've ever stayed in!

The Homewood Suites Columbus was a great location in regards to Ohio State University. Rooms were large and very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Great location with quick response by uber which made traveling around Columbus and OSU very easy. We would definitely stay again.

Very nice hotel. Feels premium and looks upscale. The queen bed is not that comfortable and neither is the pull out. The water temperature in the shower is very inconsistent. I often found myself freezing, turned up the heat and got comfortable again, then 45 seconds later almost burned off my flesh. The breakfast is quite mediocre, but the staff is very friendly.

We stayed for one night to bring our daughter and her friend to Columbus for the weekend, mainly to visit COSI. The room was excellent, a large suite with decent kitchen facilities. The two girls loved the pool. On several occasions the staff went above and beyond the call of duty in helping to accommodate the kids and provided a couple of items we had forgotten (even a couple of things the girls needed for their spontaneous art projects). Their friendliness and hospitality really made this stay something extra special, and was highly appreciated.
