The rooms were very modern and clean. The bed is probably one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on at a hotel. The staff are extremely friendly, and I thoroughly enjoyed the fact that it is located extremely close to a few restaurants and the Mall of America.

I stayed at the AC twice in the winter of 17/ 18 and both times it was amazing. The rooms were beautiful, and clean, modern and the beds were extremely comfortable. The wellness center was great, and the convenience to the Mall of America was fantastic. The staff was amazing. Chris the manager was a class act that helped us immensely, and made our accommodations far above expectations. The lounge was great and the beautiful barista (sorry I forgot her name) she was incredible at making guest feel welcome, and bringing out the inner fun in all of us. We loved the wine bong, and the memories will certainly last forever.

We stayed at the AC hotel by Marriott Bloomington Mall for a quick weekend getaway. We are from Nebraska and have always loved the Marriott hotels, but this hotel was AMAZING! The staff was more fantastic, incredible, caring, and compassionate than I've ever seen anywhere else. Everytime you pass a staff member they greet you warmly and genuinely. Not once did a staff member ever seem as if they didn't enjoy their job or assisting any customer at the hotel. The overall environment was calm, cozy, and delightful! Our room was cleaned very thoroughly and tidily. Left a small note asking for a few items (wine glasses, and silverware) and they were all waiting for us when we got back from our day of shopping. I can't say enough just how wonderful this hotel is, and how awestruck I am with their staff. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer.

Great hotel for a reasonable price right next to the Mall of America. It takes maybe a 5 minute walk to get there. The rooms were modern, spacious, and were very comfortable to sleep in. I was only here for 1 night but would gladly stay again. There is also a good breakfast restaurant and dinner/nightcap restaurant right the front door of the hotel. All in all a good place to stay.

Absolutely wonderful! Excellent room, enough room without being too big or cluttered. Bathroom and shower was really nice. Great, friendly staff. I loved the option to book a feather-free room in their site.

The desk clerk asked if I had stayed at an AC Hotel before. I hadn't, and he explained the whole thing. Essentially, think of this as a business traveler-focused property with a European style. Amenities are similar to Courtyard (minus courtyard and the pool, there isn't one. Kids aren't going to like this place very much. ) I liked the room style. Hardwood floors, a leather sofa, and a nice walk-in shower with both an overhead rainfall head and a handheld wand. Even the mini fridge has a backlit window. There are no alarm clocks, something pointed out by the desk clerk when describing the more… spartan? style of the property. Bottom line, it's a great property with good value for professional adults. For kids and overgrown kids, you're probably going to prefer the Fairfield Inn nearby.

This is a new Marriott brand. Simple and clean design. Lots of open space for a quick meeting, hanging out or an evening cocktail. Excellent customer service. Excellent restaurant next door. Close to airport and a onsite garage for parking. Thank you to Chris, Kristy, and Nicolas for your awesome support during my lengthy stay. You all made me feel like I was at home.

Great hotel and very close to airport. Very modern and new. Clean. Breakfast was simple but good. Gym was very nice with many options. Close to other restaurants.

Location is convenient to the airport and Mall of America. Rooms are consistently clean. Hotel staff are friendly and attentive to guests needs. Bonus: they provide bags of lavender to put in your room in the evening.

The hotel was fine. I really struggled to find something that set it apart from the competition, but the reality is that it was fine… It didn't stand out positively or negatively. The truth is that the nightly rate should have been equivalent to a Courtyard. This hotel, at the best, was equivalent to a Courtyard. There was nothing that afforded it a rating beyond that.

The new AC hotel — — near the Mall of America and MSP airport — — was an outstanding choice for me. I stayed overnight before an early morning flight and was greeted by a modern style with modern amenities. The room was very clean and had an almost European-style chic about it. The staff was professional and helpful, and my stay was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

It was super easy to check in online and staff was beyond hospitable! Clean rooms and lobby! Then only down-fall was our room wouldn't heat. It was 69 degrees we turned it up to 80 degrees and the warmest it got over night was 73 degrees and the upper vent blew cold air. We would stay here again though, very clean! Thank you!

I was there 2 days ago. Great staff so friendly. Beautiful place everything is new very fancy modern place, quiet. Great service. The only thing missing was a pool. The location is perfect next to the mall of America :)

The AC hotel is very modern and convenient for travel with its close proximity to the airport. Rooms are very modern, plenty of outlets and smart TV so you can watch netflix or your preferred streaming service. Location next to the mall is excellent! There is a shuttle to the mall or you can quickly drive over to the parking garage. Parking is free at the hotel and you can either park in the lot or in the parking garage.

Nice, new (ish). Great for the business traveler. Good breakfast, European style. The rooms and decor I found ideal… A little more inviting than Aloft, but not dated floral patterns. There was "enough" going on aesthetically without the room feeling overdone or too busy. I will definitely be booking here again next time I need to stay near MSP.

Brand New Hotel, everything is clean and modern. Easy access to the mall, airports and restaurants. Even being next to the airport, this is a quiet hotel. Great front desk staff too.

New and fresh feeling hotel. The beds and pillows we're comfortable and I loved the wood floors. The hotel staff was kind and helpful. Although our stay was short, we enjoyed it and were able to walk across the street for easy and convienent access to the mall of America.

Setting A New Standard In Hospitality! My wife and I were looking to get away for a weekend and decided to try this new hotel out! Gosh are we glad we did! The decor was stylish and modern, the room was cozy and upscale, and the staff were very friendly. Micha at the desk was very knowledgeable, friendly, and over accommodating. Tom from the AC Kitchen made sure the breakfast was fresh and gave us great conversation during our breakfast. The icing on the cake was the restaurant Hazlewood that is next door to the AC. The food there was amazing and moderately priced. Being a man of travel I have stayed in several hotels and I can say by far this hidden gem is one of my favorites. It is a great place to stay. My wife and I will certainly be staying again in the future!

An oasis of calm. The AC hotel by Marriott is the most modern hotel I've had the pleasure of staying. Elegant and stunning, you can tell a lot of thought and effort was put into the every line and detail. I'll let the pictures explain the rest!

4 great nights spent here. The climate in the room and the constant planes outside make noise, but you get used to it. Very modern furnishings. The breakfast is also suitable for Europeans and a super nice staff…

First night of five night stay horrible wind sounds in room… requested on duty mgr to come listen and he came up to room and confirmed the noise. Then he advised that he will check on another room. Five minutes later he called and advised that no other rooms available and I said I guess ill just have to deal with it. No executive lounge just coffee and croissant for breakfast. 15 bucks for a "European style" breakfast unreal. Then I was working on the lounge area enjoying my own cocktail and was approched by the bartender and was asked if I wanted something to drink. I said no I'm just going to do some work and watch the game. She then advised I couldn't have outside drink in this area and was told to move 5ft to the other side of a bookcase. I will never stay at a a. C. Marriott hotel again if this is the kind of service I'm given being a platinum member.

I loved staying at the AC Marriott. The hotel was beautiful and incredibly clean. There is a nice small bar in the hotel and Tom, the bartender was a great conversationalist. The location is awesome as it is right across the street from the Mall of America, a quick easy walk. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

The rooms were kind of small but trendy and nice. The bathroom had a ceiling shower (which I love). The breakfast buffet is very good, but too expensive unless you really plan to do some eating (I didn't). The bar staff was very friendly and creative with their drink suggestions.

Very nice Hotel. Not a fan of the bathroom sliding glass door with no lock though. It has a 1½ inch gap from the wall so if you're seated on the toilet and someone answers the main door you are in direct line of sight So wait till your done with your business before letting someone open the room door.

I really want to love this place. It's clean. It's new. It's got a minimalist chic vibe to it. But it also feels in many ways like it's removed a ton of amenities: as though a place like this should have… more. Minimalism is good but not when it removes what one regards as standard: continental breakfast, a pool, a closet in your room, a nice chair in the room, etc.

Good location and friendly staff, but the rooms while modern are quite small and bare-bones. No closet, very simple furniture and the room already had a bit of a musty smell which the AC took care of well enough. The fitness center, however, is the nicest of any hotel I've ever stayed at and the lobby is beautiful and quite chic. Overall, decent to sleep on an overnight business trip and affordable as well.

Beautiful rooms! So modern. I loved the hard wood floors and the rainfall showerhead. The bed was comfortable and the room was extremely clean. Being so close to the mall made for lots of dining options as well. I would stay there again.

Pristine, modern look. Nice rooms, but thin walls. Decent price for upscale hotel. Free Wi-Fi and Smart TV, nice gym. Only real drawbacks: charge $15 for Breakfast, no pool.

This is a new Hotel chain with a European design. It is an amazing hotel with great amenities (fitness center, bar, pantry/store, room safes, fridge, TV that can access your Netflix, Pandora accounts). Brand new and close to the airport with shuttle service to and from the airport. There is a restaurant and sandwich shop in the parking lot that is being built and they have a parking structure for you to park your car to get out of their elements. Very comfortable beds. The staff are really friendly and do a great job taking care of guests. Since the hotel is close to the airport you can occasionally hear jets taking off during the day. They did an excellent job with room amenities.

I love this hotel! The new AC line is fantastic. I have been a Hilton guy for a longtime, but my client put me at this hotel and now I can`t wait to try one in another city! The design is modern with fantastic technology built in to all of the rooms. I would stay here anytime!

Very nice, the hotel is very contemporary. Only issue is bathroom door is a slide door, it doesn't offer much privacy. Loved the wood floors, it was a nice touch. I hate carpet.

Great place to stay… very clean… Love the fact that there is no carpeting in the rooms. Comfortable and great service. Will absolutely be back.

What exceptional service! The staff was attentive to it needs. We made use of the free airport shuttle and Tom the driver was awesome. The hotel is directly across the street from MOA. We will definitely stay there again and will recommend it to everyone.

Beautiful, modern and retro. Great if you're fancy and stuckup and against anything practical. Not an enjoyable experience for kids or adults who want to get loud. Only 2 stars because. Breakfast was European and $15 per person. A beer at the bar was $9. A mixed drink was $12+ for nothing fancy. No locks on the bathroom. Housekeeping doesn't speak English. No microwaves available in the entire building, impossible to reheat something for a small child.

This is a great new hotel with a wonderful staff. We were only staying for a few hours overnight before an early flight, but Matt was extremely helpful and caring with our requests. The hotel is very stylish and modern with a European flair. We'll definitely be staying again.
