Don’t stay if you plan on flying out of MSP… We’re leaving on a trip and needed a place to stay to catch an early flight and we’re told on the phone we could park here. We got here checked in and the front desk lady was rude and not accommodating. Told us we have to go to the park and fly. Called the 1800 number and they wouldn’t do anything to fix this issue. Now we have to go and pay over $100 for parking. Thanks Marriott for the horrible start to our family vacation!

What an AMAZING experience! The family package deal we had was great, but what really made our trip wonderful was the staff! Not one person there had a frown on their face. They were happy to be there and in turn made us happy to be there. The food was awesome! The beds and pillows super comfy. We will be a return customer FOR SURE! Thanks for a fun family getaway!

Very modern. Rooms are smart and clean. Very minimalistic feel which is preferential. Across the street from MOA. Ample parking and a nice restaurant next door. Recommended.

Awesome staff! Great rooms! Modern atmosphere! It’s a beautiful hotel! I would definitely recommend this hotel for business! The only thing I found odd, was the toilet and shower had sliding glass doors and the bathroom sink was in the direct middle of the room… odd, but it didn’t bother me! The bed was amazingly comfortable, and that’s all I needed for work! I’d definitely stay there again!

The AC Hotel by Marriott Bloomington/Mall of America is THE brand for the fashion conscious and style trend-setters. This location, while fairly normal looking from the outside, is anything but on the inside with beautifully bespoke appointed rooms, lobby, snack area and business center. Don’t miss out on the breakfast, it’s superb!

I stayed at the AC twice in the winter of 17/ 18 and both times it was amazing. The rooms were beautiful, and clean, modern and the beds were extremely comfortable. The wellness center was great, and the convenience to the Mall of America was fantastic. The staff was amazing. Chris the manager was a class act that helped us immensely, and made our accommodations far above expectations. The lounge was great and the beautiful barista (sorry I forgot her name) she was incredible at making guest feel welcome, and bringing out the inner fun in all of us. We loved the wine bong, and the memories will certainly last forever.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in, and I've been in a bunch of them. Clean, crisp, modern without all the pretension. Super comfy beds, and A+ attention to service. Highly recommended.

We stayed at the AC hotel by Marriott Bloomington Mall for a quick weekend getaway. We are from Nebraska and have always loved the Marriott hotels, but this hotel was AMAZING! The staff was more fantastic, incredible, caring, and compassionate than I've ever seen anywhere else. Everytime you pass a staff member they greet you warmly and genuinely. Not once did a staff member ever seem as if they didn't enjoy their job or assisting any customer at the hotel. The overall environment was calm, cozy, and delightful! Our room was cleaned very thoroughly and tidily. Left a small note asking for a few items (wine glasses, and silverware) and they were all waiting for us when we got back from our day of shopping. I can't say enough just how wonderful this hotel is, and how awestruck I am with their staff. My only complaint is that we couldn't stay longer.

Great hotel for a reasonable price right next to the Mall of America. It takes maybe a 5 minute walk to get there. The rooms were modern, spacious, and were very comfortable to sleep in. I was only here for 1 night but would gladly stay again. There is also a good breakfast restaurant and dinner/nightcap restaurant right the front door of the hotel. All in all a good place to stay.

When you first walk in there's a nice fragrance. The hotel's decor is fabulous. Decor simple and creative. The welcoming team at the front was very friendly and professional. The lobby area very relaxing with plenty of seating, tables, and power outlets for both USB and regular inputs for all your devices. The room was also simple and spacious. If you looking for a ton of extras that clutter your space, pick another hotel. I really like the simplicity of the room, yet had everything I needed. The rooms were very neat and clean. The staff extremely helpful and friendly. The Bartender attentive and personable. Food was also tasty.

The desk clerk asked if I had stayed at an AC Hotel before. I hadn't, and he explained the whole thing. Essentially, think of this as a business traveler-focused property with a European style. Amenities are similar to Courtyard (minus courtyard and the pool, there isn't one. Kids aren't going to like this place very much. ) I liked the room style. Hardwood floors, a leather sofa, and a nice walk-in shower with both an overhead rainfall head and a handheld wand. Even the mini fridge has a backlit window. There are no alarm clocks, something pointed out by the desk clerk when describing the more… spartan? style of the property. Bottom line, it's a great property with good value for professional adults. For kids and overgrown kids, you're probably going to prefer the Fairfield Inn nearby.

This is a new Marriott brand. Simple and clean design. Lots of open space for a quick meeting, hanging out or an evening cocktail. Excellent customer service. Excellent restaurant next door. Close to airport and a onsite garage for parking. Thank you to Chris, Kristy, and Nicolas for your awesome support during my lengthy stay. You all made me feel like I was at home.

The hotel was fine. I really struggled to find something that set it apart from the competition, but the reality is that it was fine… It didn't stand out positively or negatively. The truth is that the nightly rate should have been equivalent to a Courtyard. This hotel, at the best, was equivalent to a Courtyard. There was nothing that afforded it a rating beyond that.

The new AC hotel — — near the Mall of America and MSP airport — — was an outstanding choice for me. I stayed overnight before an early morning flight and was greeted by a modern style with modern amenities. The room was very clean and had an almost European-style chic about it. The staff was professional and helpful, and my stay was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

The location is very nice, being right next to the Mall of America. The rooms were a little snug, but they worked. Finally, the service was great. I always walked into a clean room, and woke up every morning with a tremendous breakfast.

It was super easy to check in online and staff was beyond hospitable! Clean rooms and lobby! Then only down-fall was our room wouldn't heat. It was 69 degrees we turned it up to 80 degrees and the warmest it got over night was 73 degrees and the upper vent blew cold air. We would stay here again though, very clean! Thank you!

I was there 2 days ago. Great staff so friendly. Beautiful place everything is new very fancy modern place, quiet. Great service. The only thing missing was a pool. The location is perfect next to the mall of America :)

Nice, new (ish). Great for the business traveler. Good breakfast, European style. The rooms and decor I found ideal… A little more inviting than Aloft, but not dated floral patterns. There was "enough" going on aesthetically without the room feeling overdone or too busy. I will definitely be booking here again next time I need to stay near MSP.

4 great nights spent here. The climate in the room and permanent planes outside make noise, but you get used to it. Very modern. Breakfast is also suitable for Europeans and a super nice staff …

First night of five night stay horrible wind sounds in room… requested on duty mgr to come listen and he came up to room and confirmed the noise. Then he advised that he will check on another room. Five minutes later he called and advised that no other rooms available and I said I guess ill just have to deal with it. No executive lounge just coffee and croissant for breakfast. 15 bucks for a "European style" breakfast unreal. Then I was working on the lounge area enjoying my own cocktail and was approched by the bartender and was asked if I wanted something to drink. I said no I'm just going to do some work and watch the game. She then advised I couldn't have outside drink in this area and was told to move 5ft to the other side of a bookcase. I will never stay at a a. C. Marriott hotel again if this is the kind of service I'm given being a platinum member.

The rooms were kind of small but trendy and nice. The bathroom had a ceiling shower (which I love). The breakfast buffet is very good, but too expensive unless you really plan to do some eating (I didn't). The bar staff was very friendly and creative with their drink suggestions.

Very nice Hotel. Not a fan of the bathroom sliding glass door with no lock though. It has a 1½ inch gap from the wall so if you're seated on the toilet and someone answers the main door you are in direct line of sight So wait till your done with your business before letting someone open the room door.

I really want to love this place. It's clean. It's new. It's got a minimalist chic vibe to it. But it also feels in many ways like it's removed a ton of amenities: as though a place like this should have… more. Minimalism is good but not when it removes what one regards as standard: continental breakfast, a pool, a closet in your room, a nice chair in the room, etc.

We stayed here for my sons 6th birthday. Staff was awesome, hotel and room was clean. I loved at check in how they came around the counter to explain to me where my room was located. What a great personal touch. They helped make my sons special day very memorable with a birthday treat. Thank you! ❤️

Terrible experience at check in. Stayed over the weekend, the male agent at the front desk has no business working in customer service. He was rude and oddly controlling. There was a nice female agent working as well who was helping us, but he quickly barged in and took over. It shouldn't be such a hassle to check us in, hand us our keys, and point us in the right direction. I called and informed the front desk several weeks ago when I made the reservation that I would be pulling a trailer. Whoever I talked to said that's no problem. This gentleman however said, "You are lucky its not a busy weekend because normally this is against our policy. "

Picked this location after a flight was canceled and we were forced to stay in the area another night. It was nice that the room had a mini fridge. I do wish the water was free instead of $3.50. The TV sits way to low on the dresser. The beds were comfortable enough. The room was very clean and check in and out was easy.

The hotel staff was great! Unfortunately, the bartender was completely overwhelmed and by himself. I saw a few restaurant employees leave but nobody offered to help, I. E. Restock, change leg, etc. Also, I was given a handicap accessible room which would have been fine except the hand held shower only had a mount about waist level… not very convenient (and the toilet tank would refill every ten minutes or so)

Good venue for a work training, the bartender that night at Jake's was really slow and extremely unprofessional, with tons of people waiting, getting mad when customers wanted to pay (instead of opening a tab) …

Staff is always very friendly and always offers help for anything I need. Rooms are old (wall unit heating/AC) but comfortable.

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast buffet but cost extra. Pool small and can be load. We got upgraded due to our King with sofa sleeper was taken because we did not arrive till midnight. We got a nice King suite with separate room with sofa sleeper.

We stay there every year. Ten years ago when we first started staying there it was newer and and I liked it better. I still like it but feel it needs to be updated. TV needs to be hung on the wall as it is hard to see. The breakfast buffet was OK last time we were there.

Nice ambience in lobby and layout was inviting! Room was spacious, bed good and firm, TV was adequate, nice couch and writing table.

Stayed here this winter. Bed was old and hard. Towels were scratchy. Staff at door was moderately rude. Restaurant staff was super friendly, but food was not good. Power went out at midnight one of the nights, which was the strangest thing that has ever happened to me in a hotel. Plus side — there was a bottle opener attached to the bathroom sink.

Independent travelers beware this property looks nice and is in a good location with the ability to have a patio to smoke or get fresh air in often times a carbon monoxide filled room. dont do it. Vivian, TALL BLACK LADY, the Ops Mgr, was such a failure last Thursday putting me in a soiled room right next to the elevator, in a near VACANT hotel AS A WALK IN it would be one thing if it was a priceline room. ;) This isComing from someone who has more than 3 years in the industry, knowing EXECUTIVE level decision makers in MORE THAN ONE BILLION DOLLAR locally headquartered company, HEY VIVIAN! LOL U BITCH.

What a nice hotel for a great price! We stayed here for ladies weekend, and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel staff was polite and friendly, the rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet. We were located right next to the elevator, and didn't hear a peep from the hallway! We had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the city, especially at night. The pool area was clean and comfortable — — a saltwater pool which was interesting. We would stay again definitely.
