Super friendly and helpful staff! This hotel is perfect if your visiting MN for Mall of America, it’s right across the street from the mall! If you don’t want to drive yourself, this hotel also offers a bus that does pick ups and drop offs to the mall every hour! The hot tub and pool is always clean and the complimentary breakfast is always stocked. A single bedroom had more than enough room for myself plus two friends! We had a big bed and a couch that has a pull out bed as well. Highly recommend :)
Excellent customer service, great hospitality and delicious breakfast.

Took my daughter and her friend to MOA for her 15th birthday this weekend. We got a room here last minute. Front desk help were great and very friendly. Got to our room and noticed a slight ‘odor. ’ Could not figure out what it was but it was late so we just went to bed. The AC stopped cooling in the middle of the night which was awful. We all got up in the morning and were getting ready while still trying to figure out what the smell was. I found a used wet towel behind the toilet. Yuck! I called the front desk and they were helpful and switched us rooms but Instead of offering a discount or anything for that night the lady at the desk gave me a coupon book which was a little irritating but. Getting to our new room I opened the bathroom door and was instantly hit in the face with another foul odor! It was a very ‘musty mildewy’ smell. Im pretty sure it is the shower curtains they use as they are just the cloth ones, no liner. Absolutely awful! Had to leave the door to the bathroom closed! Probably would not stay here again.
