Very friendly staff. Attached to a TGI FRIDAY'S and an IHOP… no driving needed. 2 pools and 2 hot tubs… didn't feel crowded with all the other guests. Rooms very quiet and comfortable! I will definitely stay here again!

Although this hotel is lovely looking and although it is nice that it is so close to the Mall of America, the service at the front desk was horrid. My mother and I attempted to check in 3 times to which, the first two times, we were told to leave and come back and when we returned to check in, after leaving for an hour, we simply asked why it was taking so long and why we were told to leave multiple times if each time we came back there were still no rooms to which the snippy lady behind the desk replied that we shouldn’t have left and should’ve sat and waited and hour in the lobby for a room. She was unnecessarily rude and difficult to deal with and I would recommend this hotel but just be wary of the poor service.

Very helpful staff. Friendly. Clean room and very comfy bed and pillows. Had a great night's sleep. Good continental breakfast. Has 2 restaurants right by it and across from Mall of America.

We have stayed here a handful of times going to Vikings games & Kenny Chesney concerts! Very clean, friendly staff and beautiful rooms! Our recent stay was with our kiddos taking them to their first Vikings game! They both loved the hotel & thought it was so cool that TGI Friday's & IHOP was connected to it! We also think that the breakfast served there is wonderful!
We left a pillow laying on our bed & we didn't realize it till we were almost home…
We live 2 + hours away! Extremely happy when I called today that they had it in the lost & found and were going to ship it to us tomorrow! Kudos to the cleaning staff for being honest… we have stayed across the parking lot once… in which we left a Tupperware water bottle in the fridge… stopped after the game and they had nothing in the lost & found… so either they threw it away or kept it!

Very nice hotel, very convenient to Mall of America. Very good food options if having Fridays and Ihop attached. Only bad thing is not pet friendly. I don't find their boarding suggestion helpful, anymore then if they had listed for parents to put their kids elsewhere. Please review this policy.

They were having a lot of issues when we stayed, but they handled it with composure. We had been given a single bed queen room when we had asked for a double queen, and they quickly moved us to the correct room. Loved the service.

Incredible workers! We missed the shuttle from the airport so they made sure we got on and gave us complimentary snacks because of the delay. All of the workers were very nice and helpful. Great pool and clean rooms. Really good breakfast in the morning. All around wonderful and one of the best places I've stayed at. I definitely recommend it!

I have stayed two times at this hotel and have been very satisfied each time. Both of our stays we were upgraded to a king suite free of charge, and the hotel staff are always friendly and willing to help with any problem you might have. The pools are also very nice, the perfect size for a small number of people, plus with there being two of them, you often get the pool to yourself! The complimentary breakfast was AMAZING, and usually I hate hotel breakfast, but this one was superb, delicious waffles. This is for sure the place I'll stay at all my Mall Of America mini vacays.

Nice rooms, right next door to Mall of America, great breakfast buffet, good shower — what's not to love. We have stayed here twice and both times, the experience has been good. No complaints. Walking across the street to MOA is the best perk especially with younger kids. Will probably stay here again :)

The rooms were nice and comfortable. The overnight staff were wonderful. The front desk lady who helped me did a fantastic job managing the multiple things she was dealing with. Highly recommend this place and their staff!

Excellent Hotel. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast. Huge parking lot. We liked it and we can recommend it. Only downside: it is very close to the airport and you can hear the planes departing. On the other side good photo opportunities for planespotting.

Staff was not friendly and seemed annoined to work there. Dirty dishes were left in our room from the previous guests which was really concerning. We frequently ran out of things like Kleenex and toilet paper as they were not replenished and the front desk staff was upset when we asked them to bring some so our daughter could use the restroom. Beyond that, the breakfast was great and pool was nice. Location was great for visiting Mall of America.

We went to visit the Mall of America and we chose the Country Inn & Suites, not knowing that it was directly across the street! The location was super convenient, just a walk across the parking lot to the sky walk, and we were in the mall! The hotel also offered shuttle service to the mall, and to and from the airport, which was quick and convenient as well. Our flight arrived early in the morning, when we reached to hotel to ask if they could hold our bags until check in, they were able to check us in early in an available room! They also offered us access to the hot breakfast, which was probably the best buffet style hot breakfast of any hotel I've ever stayed at, and I'm a bit of a hotel snob! The rooms were clean and updated, the beds and pillows were super comfortable, and the employees were soo nice and were constantly asking if there was anything we needed and that they could help with! I definitely recommend this hotel specifically for anyone staying in the Bloomington, MN area, and Comfort Inn & Suites will have a repeat customer in me!

Rented a suite for myself and 5 others. The two queen beds we're comfortable, the pull-out bed from the sofa, expectedly, was not. Swimming pool and other amenities like full breakfast were awesome, though I do wish the hot tubs we're a tad warmer. Excellent location if you plan on hitting the Mall of America during your stay.

I used this hotel as a park and fly. It is directly across from the Mall of America so you can walk if you wish. I got to the airport in a timely manner and when I got off the plane and picked up my baggage they were already there to pick me up. The rooms were clean and I have no complaints.

Nice hotel in a great location if you're doing the Mall. Not the quietest hotel in the area in terms of airplane traffic. Two restaurants connected (TGIF & IHOP) which is convenient. Pool area is a bit odd — there are two smaller pools and two whirlpools in one large area. One of each was closed when we were there, so we don't know if there's a reason for the two, although the one we used seemed to be a saltwater pool.

Have stayed there several times. Always a great place. Room are nice and clean. Staff always very helpful. We did the park and fly and no matter what time you have to be at the airport they are always accommodating.

This hotel is conveniently located a short walk from the Mall of America. It's clean, modern and the staff is very helpful and friendly. There us an restaurant right next door. In fact you can get to it without going outside. There's a nice pool, hot tub and exercise room. Continental breakfast is available and was fresh and tasty. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends and family. The nice man at the desk gave us a rewards card to get discounts at future Carlton owned hotels and that had come in handy. Thanks to the light rail that we caught at the mall we were able to easily travel to downtown and see the best of Minneapolis without ever moving our car. The hotel allowed us to leave our car there on the last day seven though wet had checked out.

The hotel and it's rooms are great. We got upgraded to a suite. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was a cut above. Would stay here again for sure. Highly recommend.

We stayed here three nights and it is very clean and decor is nice. The breakfast was good and the entire staff has excellent customer service skills. The pool area was clean and staff made you feel at home.

We loved our stay here. All of us enjoyed the free hot breakfast and it saved us money since we were there for 3 mornings. The staff was friendly and helpful. My kids had a blast swimming in the pools and my fiance and I enjoyed sitting by the fire while the kids ran outside and played on the putting greens they set up. The in-hotel library was a nice touch too. We didn't use the shuttle service because we walked to the mall the majority of the time and used the skywalk. The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly. We will definitely come back to this hotel if we are ever back in town. I can't thank them enough for making our 3-night stay with a 10 yr old and 1 yr old actually enjoyable.

Great hotel but I had to redo the Wi-Fi code every time I reconnected.

Well I didn't even stay at this Country Inn and Suites. After a very hectic day of traveling, delays, rental car screw ups, I finally took a detoured taxi ride to this location around 1am on a Sunday. Showed up and Ron helped me out. My reservations were for Country Inn West. (Different hotel) I was beat, too tired to really figure it all out. Ron just got up and took care of everything for me, he realized I was over the whole day. Needless to say, he fixed everything like it was no problem at all. Thanks dude! Good employee.

The hotel is very nice. The room was very clean, not much of a view though. The pool and spa were a welcomed amenity after a long day of driving. The complementary breakfast wasn't nothing special, but there is an IHOP attached for those looking for more. The location is very convenient to the Mall of America; close enough to walk there.

Such a great experience! As soon as I walked into the main lobby, the man at the counter was very personable and extremely polite. He quickly got me checked into my room and gave me a brief layout of the hotel and surrounding areas so I could find the nearby places of interest. The room was well maintained, and the bedding was obviously fresh. There are two pools and hot tubs, and it's adults only from 10-11pm, which was nice. Absolutely would stay here again for my next visit to MN.

Point very positive: the Mall Of America is located just beside feet! With access via a bridge window. 520 shops and many restaurants.

This place was horrible. The hostess at the front desk could not have been more rude. They are incredibly oblivious to everything that they do. The room keys only work for a couple days, then just don't work anymore. The door was hard to open. The people at the front desk don't seem to understand simple sentences and questions their customers may have. This place could not have been more of a dump.

New or recently renovated… Spacious suites with microwaves and refrigerators. Great staff, efficient van service and located adjacent to the mall of america… 5 minutes walk away. Free breakfast and good coffee plus IHOP and TGIfridays right next door.

I was very clean bedrooms. The employees were very friendly. The morning meal was very good too.

Our boss reserved a sweet for our holiday work party, and the staff/services were very accommodating to the five of us, despite all our nonsense flamboyant requests. I will undoubtedly stay there again the next time I'm at the MOA for the day.

Firsr off, Our shuttle driver from the airport had no manners and was very ride with us and seemed annoyed with driving us. This is our first experience at country inn and suites. Once we got to the check in counter the guest service rep Pierre made us feel welcomed and appriciated he made our first experience fantastic and because of him we will return!

We were given a voucher for the hotel by United Airlines, through no fault of their own. (CheapOair sucks, that's another review) very nice hotel with a TGI Fridays and an IHOP right next door. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were spacious and clean. Small pool, but we were here to sleep, not swim. Ok, so the kids swam some. The options for breakfast were plentifull, and the breakfast area was clean, and the food was being restocked quickly and regularly.

Great Inn! Perfect service, nice workers, and a very cozy suite. A great experience!
