Very nice and updated. Nice part of town. Just disappointed that they advertise they had a hot tub with picture. They need to take it off the website But I love the layout and the water features. I give this place 9/10 Thank You.

Unfortunately, the name of the hotel does not match up to the experience we are having. -Light fixtures don’t work in the room -Mold in the bathroom -breakfast — absolutely pathetic — food isn’t hot, running out of food items and tables aren’t being picked up/cleaned. There is NO regular coffee and we’ve seen no attempt to replenish anything. Do not stay here!

Shuttle is a joke. First time 325 shuttle left early we missed it. Second time they are 35 min absolutely bill crap when it’s a 4 min trip and every other hotel has been here 2 times. We have 8 kids standing in the cold waiting on this shuttle.

0 stars. Reserved a 2 queen suite. Got to the hotel and didn't have a room for us. Super super super terrible. Had to stay in a king suite when there's 6 of us and charged us $100 more then our reservations. No apologies no discount because supposedly wasn't his fault. I even called to confirm our reservation before we arrive. Front desk blamed everything on housekeeping. Will never recommend to anyone will never stay again. Such a joke. Asked for a crib they sent me a crusty VERY VISIBLY DIRTY PACK AND PLAY.

Room was absolutely disgusting and not sanitary! We walked into the room and it smelled like cigarettes, dirty couches and chairs with holes. When we went to our bedroom to look around we noticed above the sink on the lights it was a large amount of what looked like blood (not kidding). We've stayed at MANY Embassy Suites and we were extremely disappointed. I took several photos of the room (attached).

We love the Embassy Suites, and stay at them quite frequently when we travel. But the one in Bloomington has been the absolute worst so far. 1st of all we paid for a king size suite and its not until we check in that we're told there's none available. They give us a double bed room, with no apologies. Then we have no tissue. So when we call for tissue, we have to go all the way downstairs just to get it. No customer service, no respect. On top of that, the refrigerator is sitting in the middle of the floor and they claim nothing can be done until tomorrow. Well we check out in the morning, so we wont even have nothing cold to drink for the road. There's also hair in the soap holder in the shower. Again this location is the absolute WORST!

There elevators are lacking in punctuality. The architecture is splendid though, outside and inside has a spacious mass appeal. The exorbitant rates are to be expected, still not to be condoned. If you manage to get in here with your damsel in distress, the ambience should serve nicely to make the great eight. Courtesy and manners are abundant, food is eatable, experience is comfortable.

The room was very nice. My husband and I slept in our own room with a king size bed and our two kids slept on the pullout couch and were happy to have their own tv. The continental breakfast was very good and there was a lot of variety, including gluten free muffins that my daughter could eat. The pool wasn't anything special but it was too crowded so the kids didn't swim for very long. The evening reception was nice as there was free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks and chips and dip. Room service was nice and we received our order within a half hour. The staff was very nice. Overall it was a really nice stay!

Great perks at this place! We checked in for our third anniversary and they had a happy hour until 730pm. Great way to start off the evening! Complimentary snacks, wine, beer, rails, option to upgrade. We decided for dinner too, Madeira chicken with broccoli and it was delicious. The restaurant had a very cozy feel, like a living room, and the atrium was big and had lots of seating areas without being loud. The staff were very nice and efficient. We then took a hot tub and dip in the pool, and they have towels provided, and reserved adult time after 10pm until midnight. The rooms are two-room suites with living room and then bedroom. That is very nice, makes for a quiet night. Then complimentary breakfast, and not just rolls and yogurt! Impressed! A good value, great stay, will be back again! Thanks embassy!

The location is great. Checked in through the Hilton app, which told me to go by the desk, but I didn't need to, which was odd. But still a decent experience. Rooms are good. Bathrooms are kinda small. But still good enough for a night or three. But room was quiet, and comfortable. Would stay here again, and suggest friends and family stay here as well.

We enjoyed the large commons space that allowed us to meet up with friends staying there while in town. Staff who helped were courteous and helpful. The pool area was well kept and the public restrooms were clean. It was a very pleasant experience.

Phenomenal hospitality. I booked through a third party and regrettably, there was an error on my arrival and departure dates. Unfortunately, I didn't find this out until my flight landed and I called the Hotel to arrange for the shuttle to pick me up. Very tired after catching my flight in the wee hours of the morning and after driving several hours the night before, I was ready to just lie down. Fortunately, Terra, the supervisor there assisted me to resolve everything and beyond. I was extremely pleased with their amenities and service all around. Very clean rooms and beds. It made a snowy few days in Minnesota quite a nice trip and rounded out my work conference quite well. A nice plus is the shuttle to the Mall of America (I had never been! ). Certainly will be back if I'm in the area again and thank you again for everything Terra! I am a loyal Hilton traveler now… To clarify: my visit was in March.

I stay here often for work. The location is convenient, and generally anything you might want is somewhere on American Blvd. I stay here because the staff is pretty helpful, the morning breakfast is great and the evening manager's reception is a nice treat. The onsite restaurant is better then most in selection and quality, but there are other places to eat nearby if you're feeling adventurous. The sleeping rooms could use an update, but I'm only there to sleep so I can put up with that.

We booked our room 2 months in advance, and learned upon arriving that the room with 2 beds we'd requested wasn't available. The hotel staff "upgraded" our room at no extra charge, but the room we ended up staying in had no pillows or blankets for the sleeper sofa. Add to that, the air conditioner sounded literally like a lawn mower in our room at all hours of the day and night, and the furniture was some of the most uncomfortable furniture I've ever sat or slept on. Considering we spent around $400 for a 2-night stay, very disappointed.

They don't need your business all that bad. They will take a company's money for a reservation and tell them they need to be quiet during their high energy recognition ceremony because the other half of the ballroom is being used by another group that wants quiet. Not cool to deliver this news on the day of the event.

Fantastic service, very clean, and we'll stocked. Complimentary cocktails and breakfast makes for a winner! Wasn't scammed on drinks and the breakfast was amazing. Omelets made to order. Over, best experience in a hotel.

Embassy suites was an gorgeous hotel. It offers many amenities for your convenience. The breakfast is amazing, with a great selection. The pool is huge! They have a full bar and the service is great. Hospitality is there thing!

This establishment is gorgeous. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The evening reception is fun, appetizing and fruitful for the "adult beverage" havers. The swimming pool and whirlpool are amazing. The made to order breakfast buffet is phenomenal. Easy access from the freeways and main streets. Overall, great place for the entire family and you won't get broke enjoying yourself.

We were staying there after hanging out at cowboys Jack's next door. The front desk was very helpful in making sure we had a room for all of us. The room was a suite with a pull out couch and 2 double beds. The pull out couch was comfortable. There was a fun happy hour in the evening with drinks and nachos. There was a Keurig in the room for coffee in the morning. We also are at the free breakfast in the morning with made to order omelets! I would recommend this hotel for families or couples.

This was a great place for a conference. I didn't stay in the hotel. The food during the breaks we good and the buffet lunch was excellent. The sound system in the conference room worked really well. Bathrooms where nice and close to the conference area so you didn't have too walk to far on breaks.

This Embassy Suites by Hilton is amazing especially as compared to the Embassy Suites by Hilton Minneapolis-Airport. The hotel is clean and up-to-date. The room I had seemed much larger than it actually was. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff was polite and friendly.

I Was there for a Clinique seminar! The stay who serviced us for our meals were very hard workers and you could tell they genuinely cared about what they were doing and about given us the best meal in the most efficient service! Was greeted with a smile and pleasant front desk staff when I entered Embassy Suites; and was also bid a very pleasant Farwell by staff! Very awesome! Would absolutely suggest this place to others!

Good service. They transported me to the hospital even though it was off hours. The breakfast is generous and the evening social is good.

Excellent location with easy on/off highway access. It is also very close to the offices I was visiting. The included made to order breakfast was the usual high quality. I used my phone as the key card for my room. On one instance, there was an extended delay of probably 40 seconds for the lock to the room to unlock, but outside this single instance, the mobile key card worked well. I particularly enjoyed checking in and selecting my floor and room via the Hilton Honors mobile app.

Bathroom is tiny. And shower is starting to mold. Pool and spa area was a mess! Mind you this was during adult time down there. Spa jets were horrible and really not hot… also mold on the ceiling in that area as well. Complimentary hot breakfast was cold, Not warm, COLD! To be fair tho the bed was extremely comfortable and the room was relatively clean. I however will not be staying here again… stay was not worth the price.

It's nice the hotel, the common space is beautiful. It has a swimming pool with jacuzzi. It is well located, the hotel is next to the Target.

Hesitate giving a 5 as there were too many little issues. Staff was very friendly, and it was a very, very cold and busy weekend. Hotel did not handle cold great … our room had several "wet" spots, from condensation of vents and window. The atrium was FREEZING! mostly because the double doors were almost always both open from the constant traffic! isn't it possible to set these doors to only have one set open at a time? I felt terrible for your staff working the desk. Food was good, omelette chef was superb as was your happy hour staff. Front desk phone line was always busy and the desk was always swamped …

Clean, comfortable suit. Lobby bar had a very friendly female bar manager who's been with them for many years, she was a goodwill ambassador for sure and had a great sense of humor. Their happy hour was average as far as the snacks, but the pub menu was decent.

Overall it was a very nice stay. The complimentary breakfast and cocktails were great. The rooms are nice and clean. Our king size bed was so comfortable. Our only thing was that the bed sheets aren't the most comfortable but that may just be our own preference. Would definitely stay here again!

Hard to beat for the price. Service was good. Their happy hour is very generous. There was no limit on the drinks you could have during the two hours. However this was a little bit of a backfire later as some guests stayed loud well past midnight. Due to the center of the hotel being open the noise would reverberate into the front room. If you’re a light sleeper you can’t use the front room, but the second part of the suite remains quiet if the door is shut. The suites themselves are nice. The mini fridges in most rooms are the tall type. Nice having a microwave and a sinks readily available. The breakfast buffet includes made-to-order omelets and the bacon, sausage, and other items were kept full.

Met at Embassy Suites for a girls overnight getaway… The room was spacious and slept all five of us comfortably. The happy hour drinks and snacks were awesome! A shuttle drove us to and from the restaurant which was super handy. The breakfast in the morning was amazing!

Currently staying here for a wedding. Always loved Embassy Suites as our go to place but haven't had a great experience unfortunately. The sleeper sofa is beyond its years and you feel every spring. Room 210 is connected to the fitness room which guests can use 24/7 which means a slamming door and chatting while working out. Breakfast as always is delicious.

I loved my stay at the hotel. I'm from out of town, and they made my stay, as well as the rest of my group's stay, a very enjoyable experience. The staff was wonderful, very nice. They had a great selection of food for breakfast. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. I loved it.

It was a great experience. My wife and I reserved the room, because we were celebrating our wedding night. We stayed on their premier level. The room was very clean. We went to the bar and had a drink. The bartenders were excellent, but the drinks were kinda expensive. The breakfast buffet the next morning was the highlight.

Nice rooms. We had a couple issues that were remedied very quickly. The breakfasts were awesome. The chef always made my omelet the way I wanted, even though it wasn't normal. Even the coffee was good. It didn't tear up my stomach, which happens frequently at places where they don't used enough coffee grounds. I loved that the air conditioning was quiet. The sitting room not only cancelled our all the nose from the wedding reception, but was a nice respite place after all our touring during the day. We were they 8 days, 7 nights. I'd return in a heartbeat.

I love this hotel! When I lived in town it was a fun staycation now I live far away and this is my favorite place to stay when in town. Shuttle from the airport, cook to order egg breakfast with many other options, nice staff, and the rooms are all suites so you feel you've got room to move around! Very comfy.

Very nice property. Great staff. We needed an accessible room for our daughter who uses a wheelchair. Accessible bathroom with roll in shower was spacious & worked great. We will definately stay at this property again.

The Suite was updated, clean and spacious. The location is conveniently located next to a fun bar/restaurant and is a short drive to the airport. A complimentery shuttle is provided to and from the airport and they will also ferry you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. I highly recommend this Hotel.

This place was very disappointing. When we first walked into the hotel lobby, we were greeted by an over flowing garbage can. It was so full that people were laying their garbage on the floor next to it. Not a great first impression when you are walking in for the first time. Disgusting! Lobby was packed with only one attendant that was on the phone for 22 minutes before he could finally wait on the next person in line. After traveling all day, that is the last thing that you want to do is to stand there waiting over a half hour to check in. Ridiculous. Our room was dated, but thought it was nice until I seen the bathroom. Disgusting! Tub was filthy and stained. Tile grout and caulk was moldy and black! There was no way I was giving my daughter a bath in there! Swimming pool was so crowded that it wasn't even fun. Unsupervised kids running everywhere! Not very safe when you have small children in the pool. The best was that there were NO towels in the pool to use! They were all dirty in heaping piles on the floor. There were even dirty towels thrown in with the plants by the hot tub. What a dump! I took pictures and will try to find a way to post these for you. Please don't waste your money staying here. It was so gross! Tried to speak with a manager but the lobby was always so busy! I just took my family to bed so tomorrow could come and we could get the hell out of there. I will never go back!

This hotel was nice and looks to have been renovated recently. There were a few areas where you could tell it is an aging building though nothing that affected my stay. I was a bit disappointed to see that the steam room (or maybe it was a Sauna? ) had been taken out since my last visit several years ago, and there was a group of unsupervised kids in the pool, but overall I had a very nice stay. The staff were friendly, breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were clean!

Nice and clean rooms. The lobby and courtyard area is great for hanging out as well as for the complimentary breakfast. With a free shuttle to the Mall of America and to and from the airport.

Poor customer service from multiple staff members. When I called with a simple issue, I received an attitude from the staff member who took my call, Kara, who then cut me off multiple times and tried to transfer me without letting me finish my sentence. She ultimately hung up on me. I then called back and asked to speak to a supervisor to explain the situation. The "supervisor, " Tricia, begrudgingly apologized, but said she would have to ask for Kara's side of the story. Having been in the service industry before, it baffles me why a supervisor would even begin that way. Why spend money and stay somewhere that will treat you poorly? Housekeeping also keyed into my room multiple times without knocking or announcing their presence, which is jarring when you're alone in your hotel room or just coming out of the shower.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Bloomington/Mn is one on the best hotels I've stayed at. My king size 2 room suite is above and beyond expectations. The stay is phenomenal and my kids love the complimentary breakfast. It is a very classy hotel can't wait to stay here again.

We had 6 kids with us and hoped for the best! We were there on a weekend getaway from WI. The atmosphere was great, the staff go above and beyond. Never felt uncomfortable. If we had questions staff were able to answer them and were very helpful and kind. The breakfast bar was amazing with something for everyone. I appreciated the free bar that was put on, perfect. The pool and hot tub were a hit! The kids had a blast, adults too! We had to take elevators since we were on floor 5 and had young kids. The elevators are quite slow and felt like we spent lots of time waiting for them and they were usually empty. Overall great place to go and we look forward to coming back soon!

Honestly, we had an unusual rough start at this Embassy location. When the concerns was bought the attention of the manager the next morning all was appropriately taken care of, no argument just made the cuatomer happy. When traveling we frequent Embassy hotels and we know our issue was odd. Next time we are in the area we will stay here.

Bad things, Wi-Fi was very slow and did not work most of the time, also the shuttle was very slow, also the pool closes for kids to early! Good things, breakfast was great and delicious, pool was fun/relaxing and rooms were comfortable.

Everything was great except… After coming back from a long day of work I found Housekeeping had only taken my dirty dishes from my room, that was it. My bed was not made, my towels were on the floor and not refreshed, my coffee/tea/cups were not refreshed, toiletries were not refreshed, garbage not thrown out. However, they did take the time to watch the TV in my bedroom, since it was on a different channel. I did go down to the front desk and asked for tea (luckily I'm the only one in the room, or I would have needed everything! ), which they happily supplied and offered to have housekeeping come up. At 7:30pm, I just wanted the tea. I stayed at this hotel a couple years ago, before the remodel. The remodel was great and much needed. The evening reception was great. So… free drinks and snacks are always great! If it weren't for the evening reception I would have only given the hotel 2 stars. I hope the housekeeping issue was a one time mishap, but we'll know when my coworker stays here in August.

We had an excellent 4 night stay in this lovely hotel. We had a 2 queen bed suite that was split into two living spaces (which was so nice as we were traveling with 3 babies under the age of two)! We requested two cribs on arrival to the hotel and they were in our room with extra sheets and comforters by the time we arrived upstairs. Our room was clean and well maintained with plenty of space. The food was better than we expected, too. Room service was prompt and reasonably priced. Hot breakfast consisted of a nice array of freshly prepared foods and an omelet station. And the nightly manager's gathering with free drinks and snacks was a pleasant surprise. If we ever return to the area, we'll definitely be returning here.

The renovated Embassy Suites hotel has a great feel when you walk in. We ended up booking a premium suite. For the free snacks and double room. This was honestly not a great value at this hotel. The premium suites rooms themselves are small resembling an even smaller junior suite that most hotels have. The renovations seemed to have shrunken the room size. The free snacks and beverages that come with the premium suites is fairly lacking. You get one juice, and an assortment of soda and water (one type of each) which is disappointing as it does create a lack of value. Our second problem came in that there was multiple functions on the night we stayed. A high school band from Montana was in which took the entire pool for many hours and then a middle eastern wedding that went till all hours of the morning. The rooms do not sound block well so my wife did lack getting to sleep at a decent hour. The free happy hour servers limited beer and tail cocktails. Nothing survival but hey, free drinks are free drinks. Overall, our stay was mixed. For the money if say book at The Westin or otherwise. There is a lot more hotels around the area that provide much more in value and experience.

Went to a seminar for work. Very large attendance, but it didn't feel too crowded because the room is very large and accommodating. Hotel staff was fantastic. Polite and very nice. Great hotel.

Clean room, social hour and breakfast is good. The hotel bartender was one of the rudest people I've met and night front desk person wasn't so great either. The two young women at the desk during the day were great! If you don't know how to smile then maybe customer service isn't for you.

Great hotel-shocked to see we get snacks and drink delivered for free. Cocktail hour was great as was breakfast. All the employees that helped during those events were awesome. The front desk worker or manager? last night (sunday at like 8 wearing a suit) could have seemed to care a little more while we were giving a great review of another employee. Other than that, great.

Attended breakfast meeting. Lobby and reception areas and atrium are beautiful and relaxing environment. Meeting room was comfortable and food service was good. Proximity to airport is a bonus for travelers. Would definitely consider meeting there again.

Our stay has been wonderful. I am a Hilton brand hotel person and member and always great service. I stick to what I know when I am treated with respect, kindness, and everything I need in one place! I definitely have to ensure me and my families comfort level no matter what the event of travel is and Hilton brands get the job complete.

The hotel was simply awesome. The rooms are positioned around a central atrium, which gives the whole place a warm welcoming feeling and lots of natural light. Complimentary breakfast was large and made to order. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. Would stay again.

I'm 11 I've been there twice I'm an only child (Thank god) but I was 9 the first time I walked in there and when I saw that fountain the first time I stepped in there I was freaking out I was like "This is like living in a mansion" but it was amazing we got to our room and I loved it the showers were so clean. And I slept amazing on those beds. Only thing I didn't like was 2 things looking at a cowboy Jacks restaurant but I love highways and cars, and everyone in the pool had pool noodles and it wasn't pleasant (in my opinion I wouldn't let people bring pool noodles and like those donut ring things. But breakfast was amazing. I give it 5 stars.

This motel has spacious, nice looking rooms. They were clean. I love the fact they offer a living room area and a separate bedroom area. Especially considering we booked a stay for a few days the extra room was very nice to stretch out and feel more at home. The beds were ok. A little hard for my taste but better than you'd typically expect. I appreciated the dark out curtains and the thermostat to adjust the temp perfectly. Breakfast was great, right down to custom made omelets in the morning. I was a little disappointed in a few areas. Wi-Fi is practically nonexistent. This was a big disappointment for me as our visit to the cities was medical related and my son couldn't do much, include get on his tablet. I did upgrade to paid Wi-Fi and it didn't matter. I did complain and it was comped as well as $25 removed from my bill for my 3 night stay. I appreciated that they did what they could to make up for it. However, had I known this prior I would not have chosen this motel, nor will I stay here again due to this. Their resturant is very high priced and food mediocre at best. We ate there a couple nights and were unimpressed. With all that said, the staff was courteous and friendly. If Wi-Fi and good food is not a concern this would be a nice hotel. Otherwise, I find it overpriced.

My husband and I stayed there as a mini getaway as we had gotten married 2 weeks prior to our visit! When we arrived there was champagne and strawberries, with a personal card! This hotel was just wonderful! The breakfast is the best I have ever had at a hotel, made to order omelets, with alot of variety. At night they have a social snack time, how wonder for a hotel to provide that. While we did not participate, but there was a cookie decorating for families! There was also music during the Friday night we stayed. There was also a shuttle to take to to MOA (we did not use it, but it was available) we also loved that the pool was open from 10pm-12 just for adults! We will be back!

The front desk staff upon check in, Mony, was awesome! She was friendly, fast, & courteous :-) The breakfast is delicious and fills me up for my work day! The early evening manager's reception has yummy snack food as well! The place is beautiful on the inside and the hotel is very convenient to many restaurants, the mall, and downtown. The ONLY reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of what I feel like is cigarette smell in my room.

Front desk was courteous and very professional. Loved the new decor and upscale feel. Great place to have a family get together, kids loved dressing up for the evening reception; they loved the free beverages and snacks. Everything was sparkling clean, shuttle driver was super friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Stayed here due to a flight delay so I was only in the room for a few hours. The room was clean and comfortable and they paid for my cab back to the airport at 4am.

I can't say enough about this hotel it was clean quiet and the remodel is gorgeous so nice to be able to take a shuttle to the mall of America met some of the staff Laura and Clarence were great.

GM, talk is cheap. I put a review on Trip Advisor on Sep 15th. The GM replied the next day that since I was still in the hotel, he or she would contact me directly about the slow internet and lack of options for Military rate guests. You had my room, cell number and email on file. Nothing. By the way, the internet is horrible in this hotel. With the military rate here, I was limited to a room with 2 double beds, not even queen beds. Front staff was friendly, shuttle service was excellent. Breakfast was ok. There were so many HS aged kids, the chef threw together omelettes as fast as he could. Did enjoy the large amounts of fresh fruit. I'd highly recommend the Embassy Suites in Brooklyn Center, MN. I stay there frequently for business and it never disappoints. There I'm allowed to book a premium room w/king size bed with the military rate, and the internet is exceptional.

We had a wonderful 10-day stay at this location. The hotel may be a bit more pricey than some competitors, but you get a lot of bang for your buck. The suites were clean and comfortable, and the hotel shuttle service is wonderful — from picking us up at the airport to taking us to Mall of America — so convenient! The hotel staff was attentive and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet cannot be beat! Jim, the manager is friendly and eager to please his guests. My only suggestion would be to change up the snacks at happy hour. When staying for a long period of time, hummus and salsa every evening is too repetitive. Thanks for a great stay!

I liked nothing about this horrible hotel employees are rude and say inappropriate things to guests! I do not recommend this hotel to anybody Plenty of other hotels near by that will treat you like a guest.

While we were there, they were renovating the main floor atrium where the bar and breakfast service are usually offered. I mention this because it's factor in the experience of our stay that impacted how the amenities (breakfast and bar service) would be offered. Having to carry one with normal service under those conditions must have made it more challenging for the staff. They soldiered on with good cheer, doing their best, using tools better suited to catering than to a large service. In spite of all that, the breakfast service was awesome. The coffee was especially good. So many times restaurant and hotel coffee tastes like crayon water. It's one of those things that bugs me. This is possibly the first time I've stayed at a chain hotel that had coffee that actually tasted like coffee should. The omelets weren't bad either. The rooms were clean and included all the basic amenities. The temperature controls in the room allowed us to keep it comfortable. This might seem like a given, but often I find hotel rooms stuffy. Anything we needed was promptly supplied by housekeeping. The pool area was nice, though a bit small. The elevators were insufficient for the traffic. We had to wait twenty minutes for a luggage cart to become available. Our biggest complaint is this: the other guests were numerous, loud, and rude. Kids ran up and down the halls like wild animals. We saw several instances of the guests treating the staff with impatience and disrespect.

Here on business for 2 weeks, and staff is not accommodating at all. Wifi signal is weak and loses signal when walking further into the room. Called front desk to inform that work can't be completed due to lack of signal strength, but the only answer I get is sorry there is nothing I can do. If this is how you conduct business I would really re-evaluate your customer service policies. Asked for shuttle service to get food at 1030am and the front desk stated that the next shuttle service would be at 12pm. I understand that there is a shuttle schedule, but why would you not try to figure out a solution to get me to point B sooner i. E. Taxi/cab service? I ended up walking to my destination and still made it back before the shuttle. Also, Had my lamp bulbs in room burn out, Called in the day of check in, they said they will have the engineer look at it the next day. I told them it was just burnt and I need to replace the bulbs but the help did not know where they store the bulbs, so I tell them I can wait until the next day, called back the next day and no one had looked at the bulbs, so I took the bulbs from the other lamps in the meantime. Day 5, the bulbs are finally replaced. I do not look forward to my next week's stay at this location if this is the service I will be receiving. Please enter my place of business and I will show you customer service 101.

As soon as I walked in the door, I was asked to leave. Was let back in after my friend had called the front desk to let them know his a guest and I'm here visiting him. I've never had experienced anything like this in my life. I think it was awake up called from god to let me know that racism still exists. Even though I view everyone as the same that doesn't mean people will always view me that way. If you're looking for a nice friendly hotel check out the Westin hotel it's very nice friendly staff. I've stayed there for about 3 weeks they were very friendly. And the staff were very eager to help and make your stay better. The Hilton and the le bourget in bloomington is a nice one too. And color friendly. Sorry, wrote the write on the wrong location its the airport location. this one isn't bad staff were friendly.

The lobby is beautiful, the breakfast and rooms are delightful. The beds are a small problem though. The couch bed is uncomfortable, and is small when tring to fit two kids on it. The beds in the bedroom are smallish, but soft and comfortable. Other than that, this hotel has a great location and is top notch.

I make several trips to Minneapolis a year and typically always stay at the same place, Hilton Bloomington. This time I decided to try the Embassy Suites for a change of pace. I stayed here for 2 nights this past weekend and it was one of the worst hotel stays I've had in years. 1. I asked for a Diamond member room upgrade and top floor. The hotel upgraded my room, but put me on the first floor right by the front desk and bar area. The bed in the room was terrible which is one of the reasons that I'm Hilton loyal. I always enjoy the good beds that most of their hotels have. This bed was very springy and the pillows provided no support. 2. The people staying in the room above us were up late and making a lot of noise the first night. I finally called the front desk at 1am, but that did nothing to stop the noise. I don't even know if they notified the room or not. 3. I asked the front desk the following day if the people above us checked out because if not, I was moving to a different hotel. They confirmed they did check-out and that someone else was staying in that room. Unfortunately, the sound proofing is so poor, I could understand the conversation the people above us were having. 4. When I checked out of the hotel, I explained the issues to the young lady at the front desk. She said she would let the manager know and that "maybe we need to buy some things.
