Visiting for a week on Vacation. The property is very clean and modern. Check in was simple and fast. The room is very clean and lots of ammenties. Its 4 in my party and we have plenty of room. Beds and pillows are very comfy which is a plus for me. Breakfast was nice but the attendant is a gem who deserves a raise. She is so attentive and friendly. The gym is clean and modern. The pool is nice and indoors. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Minnesota and the best thing is that its across from Mall of America.

Super convenient location to the airport and Mall of America (Just across the street! ). Staff was great and everything was clean and nice. Rooms are a bit roomy as well. Lovely stay.

This place was fantastic. I was like it was brand new. Everything was first rate, bed shower towels employees couch I mean virtually everything. But if I must find a flaw, it would be no safe in the room. If we were going to be in the area again this is the first place I would look.

Great staff. Clean hotel with a nice pool. No hot tub. Walking distance to mall of america and ikea. Also close to the airport. Would highly recommend. Family friendly as well.

I love the full kitchens. Had my daughter's 10th birthday party with 8 kid's. Pool is great staff is wonderful and amazing breakfast. My second time staying. I can't think of a better place to stay. Plenty of sleeping space for everyone. I Will definitely come be back.

Absolutely Amazing place to stay. I can't wait to go back. Fantastic friendly staff. And extremely clean hotel. Great location. Customer Service thru Marriott was a win as well. I feel at home when that kind of service is given. So many amenities its ridiculous. The gym, grill, pool (with adult time) kitchens, shuttles, pantry, and streaming channels capability. Love it! My one complaint is that I wish the breakfast was better. More warm food with a rotation different days and fruit. Thank you.

Very clean! A+ everything is new and I love that by the check-in there's a little area where you can purchase snacks and drinks. It's in walking distance to Mall of America. The only downside is there is no restaurant inside or next to the hotel. Also, the continental breakfast in the morning is crazy busy! The line went out into the hallway and there was no room to walk in and sit. We ended up grabbing food both mornings and eating in our room. Which isn't a bad thing because our room had a wonderful kitchenette. They do have a pool it looked very nice but we never went swimming.

This was the best hotel I’ve been to ever in my life! The rooms were awesome with three TVs. It had a legit kitchen and fridge. The beds were comfortable and easy to sleep in. It had shuttle rides to the Mall of America and free breakfast. I only have a A few bad things and that is the waffle maker didn’t really work if you did not spread however the waffles were great. One more thing was I wish that the pool was a little bigger beacuse I know when we went down that there were many kids and we did not have really any space to play. I don’t know if it was just me but there were tape on my walls and it kind of Bugs me but otherwise it was good and I will most definitely come back again100%

Clean hotel. The room I stayed in had a nice kitchenette. A shuttle to the airport and the Mall of America were provided. The driver was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that the area around the hotel was rather ugly.

Got a two bedroom suite for family of five. Comfortable space to entertain a couple visitors in the living area as well. Pool was great for kids and we used the shuttle a couple times to and from MOA — never had to wait long. The only issue, as others have mentioned, is the climate control in the main room is difficult to maintain. Much of the time it's far too hot even with temperature very low. Was also an overbooking situation where they asked us to stay in a two queen bed room instead of the two room suite for the first night. We were there right at check-in time and said "No" but shows they overbook so get there early for the two room suites.

Almost everything was excellent. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the room was clean, and the location was excellent. The only downside is that the bed was much more firm than I'm used to, so I didn't sleep that well.

Very friendly staff and nice accommodations! Love that they have dishes and a dishwasher in the room. Comfortable bed. Only giving it 4 stars because the sidewalks were a little icy, which made walking to/from the car an adventure! It was earlier in the morning (around 9ish) and by the afternoon they had attended to the issue. Will stay here again when we visit!

Super friendly midwestern people. Very clean and well cared for rooms. Ultra convenient to many attractions. Free breakfast. Lifesaving warm airport shuttle bus on a — 10 degree day :-)

The hotel is very nice overall… staff is nice, shuttle readily available, breakfast is fresh. The rooms are clean and well stocked. One downside is the airplane sounds, which is to be expected so close to the airport. It's not horrible, but if you're a light sleeper, you might want to ask to be in a room on the opposite side of the hotel. Another issue I have is the Wi-Fi speed. Very poor service on this front. Don't charge extra for "High speed" service. This should be a free amenity at this point.

The staff here is absolutely amazing! Julianne, Emily, Rainey, Corey, John have been been nothing short of amazing. The shuttle takes you to the Mall n Airport. They are very timely and efficient. It's just too cold for my liking here.

TownPlace Suites was very accomadating and the room was very clean, spaceous and great for 2 small families to stay the night in.

Amazing staff. Great accommodations. Clean rooms, hallways, bathrooms and lounges. This hotel and its staff know what it means to be hospitable.

The best hotel I ever stayed at! The staff was friendly and so helpful from check in to the ride to the airport. Can't say enough about how friendly they were. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We used the airport park and fly. The workers were incredibly helpful and where I needed to park and what I needed to do to catch the shuttle. Would definitely recommend.

Nice, reasonably priced, close to the Mall of America and the airport. Rooms have stove top, refrigerator, microwave. It's easy to ask for forgotten toiletries and blankets by Marriott app.

Very friendly staff. Great rooms, fully equipped ready for long stays. Right across from mall of America. 2 minute walk. Looking forward to my next visit.

I would recommend this hotel for anyone! Spacious rooms and if you get a suite their great! Friendly staff and nice clean hotel all together!

My family of 5 have stated in hotels all over the U. S. And hands down this one has been the best one to date. The rooms are amazing, staff phenomenal, breakfast so awesome, and the Mall of America is right across the street. For the price of a one night stay other places are double for what they have here, but it's so affordable for everyone. It's amazing! we will always stay here when we come to mn.

Beautiful room and amenities. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and even let us stay a while past the usual noon checkout time so my wife could rest for a bit after her dialysis treatment that morning. It was wonderful staying there and, if offered a similar deal in the future would definitely accept it, but could never afford the completely understandable cost a room there normally costs.

Appears to be very nice. No complaints so far. Bed comfortable. Like kitchen in room. Workout area nice. Good selection but would be nice to have way to clean machines when done.

Room was amazing, very clean and modern. We checked in late and the front desk was very helpful and friendly. The location to the mall was right across the street so it is very convenient. The airport however was right behind the hotel but from inside the room you could not even tell, no noise. It was a great experience and we will be staying again.

Great location near the mall and airport. Everything seemed new and clean. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was different than the normal options and was a nice change. Shuttle to the airport was quick and easy. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Clean rooms, nice new TVs (with Netflix), and comfortable beds. Very happy with my stay. Only complaint, which isn't unique to this hotel, is that the proximity to the airport makes it noisy if you're going to sleep earlier in the evening or sleeping in.

New clean hotel with great access to the mall of America. Nicely decorated in a contemporary style. It can be a bit noisy at times for to traffic and airport proximity. Breakfast isn't as good as typical for a Marriott.

As with all of the Marriott hotels, they are very modern and stylish. The location is great, kitty corner to the Mall of America. The down falls are few but worth mentioning. Parking is limited when the hotel is near full. I ended up having to park on the street as did at least ten other guests. The staff seemed either new or poorly trained about the hotels current promotions. The noise dampening between floors was another area that bothered us. It seemed like we were right below a marching band practicing their routine.

Modern and clean. Rooms are nice and have everything you need for a night or two away from home. Watching the airliners taking off from the airport heading directly overhead was neat also. They re rout air traffic at night to keep the noise down.

This place hit on all the right things. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. We loved the arrangement of the room, had a two burner stove, full size fridge, microwave, dishwasher and dishes. Made staying so convenient and comfortable. The service was also excellent. I made an error while making my booking and the desk staff corrected it with no question. Just a veery cheerful "No problem Sir, is there anything else we can do for you? " Really enjoyed my stay. The only detraction was the parking lot is not large enough so I had to park on the street and it is near the airport so there is noise. I would stay again.

Absolutely the cleanest hotel I have stayed at in 10 years. Breakfast was decent, location is right across from the mall, and everything was really nice. The hotel is only a year old, so the building is in Immaculate shape. Perfectly clean shower curtains, Plumbing that worked, bathtubs that drain like they were new. Excellent!

Planes fly over depending on the wind. Spaciuous rooms nice layout attractive and functional Furniture and kithchenet. Nice size Windows. Like the place. Breakfast ok. Nothing to write home about but will get you to lunch no problem.

Just stayed there two nights. Got hosed on the room rates. $100 dollar difference from night to the other. Place was clean and staff were friendly. Will never stay there again travel to MN all the time.

Wonderful location, very clean hotel, free breakfast and hotel shuttle. So happy there is a kitchenette and love the desk. Front desk is very kind and helpful.

Hotel is less then 1 year old. Super clean! Staff are top notch with a fantastic location.

The hotel was very well maintained. The price was reasonable and the rooms were huge! They upgraded me to a double bedroom suite and it was so much bigger than the single bed apartment we had. The room had a full size kitchen.

Overall stay there was very nice. Air in the room was very dry and that made the room uncomfortable at points during the night. Shuttle service was confusing and the wait for the shuttle to return from the mall was longer than we had been told.

We stayed in a king suite after getting snowed in. The room was great! We took a free shuttle to the Mall of America. We will definitely stay here again.

Where do I start? We found this place online when our flight was delayed from our original destination and we were forced to stay overnight in Minneapolis. Making a reservation was a nightmare. Don't believe the contact information on the website. The people making the reservation don't know what they're doing, where the hotels are, and when they say they're going to send you an email confirming the reservation — don't believe them. We should have stopped there, but they already had our credit card information. Despite their claim that they are pet friendly, they charge a $100 pet fee (according to the person making the reservation). We've stayed all over the country with our 15lb. Dog and if there is a pet fee at all, it isn't $100 for a 10 hour stay-over. Then when we get to the hotel, the clerk tells us it is $150! We did have to get testy to get them to stick to the $100, but still, the whole experience left a bad taste in our mouth. If they are incompetent in making reservations, and unreliable regarding their online amenity claims, what else are they incompetent and unreliable with? I'd stay away. I certainly will. One star gives them more credit than they deserve.

If you are spending most of your day in the hotel, consider it is more for business than pleasure. It is a new construction and the rooms are well equipped-for business. I am not sure if it was a rushed opening but two of the electrical outlets by the bed did not work. That means the alarm and lamps did not work. I disconnected and plugged in the alarm, phone and headset at the desk outlet. Being exhausted from business meetings all week, it was a pain to have to get out of bed to turn the alarm off. There was no water in the room. Can you consider offering a complimentary bottle or two? Tap water is not always the best drinking water. Coffee downstairs was a good option as we were out the door for an early flight. I would have given you four to five stars for the review had the couple items not been an issue. This is after all a Marriott property and the expectation was high. Hope you can deliver the next time around.

Waited at the airport for 1 hour and 20 minutes, called 3 times and when I FINALLY got to the front the lady had to wrap up an idle conversation with her coworker first and then just said some heartless apologies and even after seeing I am a platinum elite did nothing to make me feel better about the whole thing. Standing in the cold rain for an hour and a half basically, didn't wait inside because I was CERTAIN I wouldn't miss the shuttle. So terrible what a horrible experience, and even trying to get a shuttle to the mall the driver was 15 minutes late. Extremely unreliable and unsympathetic.
