Wonderful room and very clean.

Stayed overnight before a tournament and I must say my room was awesome, huge and spotless. I’m never disappointed in a Hampton inn.

Very clean and a great pool! we brought the kids to swim and the pool is amazing! we will definitely come back. Staff is very friendly and professional.

I am very particular when it comes to a Hotel or a place where I can bring my family during our vacation time. I am giving Hampton Inn &Suites of Saginaw MI a 5 star! very clean and organized plus the staffs are friendly. I will definitely come back.

Finally a nice clean hotel for the price. Very pleased with our stay here at the Hampton Inn in Saginaw. Great customer service, fair rate and very clean room. I am picky on cleanliness and I'm satisfied with the room. After staying in different hotels around Michigan lately this one tops them all so far. The bathroom was spotless! After being disappointed with my stays at other places I'm glad I finally got a nice place to stay for the money. Will definitely stay here again!

Staff was really friendly and welcoming. Room was really nice and seemed new. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night due to spider getting into sensor, which was unfortunate… overall nice hotel though.

This was a great place for me and my family to stay. The suite we had was roomy enough for our party of 5 and the layout was very well done. Having the TV visible from almost anywhere in the room meant we could plant the zombie children wherever it was comfortable while we utilized the rest of the room. The pool was a good temperature and excellent design. There are a couple of shallow cut outs along one side that we're great for helping my 2 year old get used to being in the water without clogging up the main pool steps. Continental breakfast was very good and the lady restocking everything was on top of it so that even though it was busy none of the items were empty for more than a minute.

Good place to stay while visiting!

We recently had our Family Reunion in Saginaw and the out of town guest stayed at the Hampton Inn. The service was outstanding! We were there from Thursday-Sunday and facilities were consistently clean and staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. On Thursday we had our kickoff event and the manager allowed us to get in early to set up and was very helpful throughout the entire evening. Their great service and excellent facilities were pivotal in our reunion being a success!

Nice clean Hamptony, very friendly front desk employee but dang the pool was packed with rambunctious that were chucking all the towels everywhere. Luckily, clutch front desk person was there with the backup towels. Ban teens!

Had a nice stay! Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and the people were nice. Breakfast was great!

The atmosphere is warm and friendly. The Service is available 24/7. The members were very helpful.

Booked a room at the last minute through Hilton’s phone reservation. FYI, they are not on property location and their system doesn’t communicate with the properties. They sold me a room that wasn’t available. But the front desk staff was super honest, and helpful. Thank you Brittany! She gives a literal meaning to concierge. She got me into the best room that WAS available. Super appreciative to her and her Co-worker, they made my stay pleasant! This great experience was all about the staff!

Everything was nice and clean. I was there for a presentation and the facilities were nice.

The suite was great had plenty of room for 6 of us pool and hot tub was also nice our only issue was we were there for 3 o’clock check in and room wasn’t ready till almost 4

They shouldnt have the hilton name several times ive stayed ive had problems they gave me some free nights but people smoking majuana in rooms and the lady at the front desk was so snotty cant think of what her name was but they should fire her theyre are some really nice employees. Its just not hilton standards and I was disapointed the lady at the front desk sealed the deal for me.

This is a somewhat older Hampton Inn but it's still nice and close to many restaurants and Saginaw major shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable and the staff are friendly. Plenty of parking and an easy walk to several restaurants.

It was a beautiful hotel. Very very clean. Beds are extremely comfortable, pool/fitness area was clean, and welcoming. Will definitely stay here again!

Friendly staff and good breakfast. The hotel offers clean, spacious rooms. The lighting in the rooms is a little dim, which can make working at the desk a little difficult. Overall a good experience though.

I booked a reservation for my family coming in from out of town and reserved an upgraded room to make sure it had everything they needed and extra space. I spoke to a gentlemen on the phone the day prior to our reservation and the manager who was also a gentlemen and they were absolutely fantastic! My only complaint is a women named “Kelly” who I spoke to and interacted with the day of our check in and the next day, she is very rude, snotty, demeaning and seems like she doesn’t enjoy working with the public period. I was very disappointed. I will not be making any future reservations.

Clean hotel and great food options around the hotel, all within walking distance including the mall! Could have been my Uber driver's GPS (iPhone) but the direction to get into the parking lot of the hotel isn't the most clear (heavy traffic area too so be carful when navigating with your phone! )

We picked this hotel, that was further from our destination, because they had a pool. When we arrived, we were informed via a sign at the front desk that the pool was closed from December 4th to December 15. We were not informed beforehand. We would not have stayed here of we would have known.

This hotel is fantastic! Very clean and the bed is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is included and there is so much to choose from. Hot or cold. If you don't want to be disturbed, put the sign on door, otherwise the maid will walk!

We stayed here for our wedding night. They gave us a good deal on a suite with our wedding block setup. There was a good typical hotel breakfast the next morning and lots of good seating to chat with our friends and family.

Things that are important to me when I am staying somewhere away from home is cleanliness and comfort. Hampton Inn had all, of that plus some. They have an indoor pool with Jacuzzi hot tub. They have a nice fitness center also. The breakfast goes beyond my expectations. Waffles, eggs, biscuits with gravy, cereal, muffins, juice and more. My family enjoyed staying here and if we ever come back this way, we will definitely choose them again.

The pool is only 4 feet deep at the deepest end, it's modern. But everything is very nice. Extremely clean. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are very clean.

The location off the highway is great. You get a good clean room and a great breakfast. Meeting rooms are clean and have plenty of room for a good size crowd. I am never disappointed — great pool and whirlpool!

1st time at this hotel in Saginaw. Front Desk was incredible at checkin and beyond. Very friendly, and went out of their way treating us as if we were special guests. Extremely friendly!

The room was clean & staff was friendly. There was no luggage holder (the kind that is folded in the closet), no bath mat, fridge or microwave. We have been spoiled by previous stays at Hampton Inn and expect those things, but we did fine without them. The inn is non smoking and the bathroom reeked of cigarettes. The clerk brought Fabreeze and that took care of it.

The staff is exceedingly friendly and helpful. Shout out to Becca, working the front desk. We both were having a difficult day and it helped to be able to share it with one another. All of the staff went out of their way to make my stay away from home, feel like it was home. Great job from all, desk, housekeeping, breakfast folks, everyone!

The free coffee was very good, and the rooms were nice and tighty!

Locstuon is ideal for local visit. Room was clean and setup as expected. No refrigerator available in the room.

This hotel doesn't care about business travelers! I had loud neighbors that partied from 10 pm to 3:30 am on 6/16/2015. I called and complained and the hotel did nothing about it. I complained the next morning. Sure they offered to refund my money but that does me no good as a person, it only benefits the company I work for. I explained that to them and WOW they offered me a whole sack lunch. That's right a sack lunch. I will never stay here ever again. BTW I stay in hotels 180 nights a year and I'm a Diamond member.

I stay in alot of hotels for my job. I can say hands down, this is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in! The hotel is clean, modern, and looks to be either new or has had a serious remodel. The breakfast is great, the dining area is spacious. The rooms are clean, well-light, and modern. I'd certainly stay here again. Great price too.
