Love this place! The service is great! The rooms are clean! The shower is amazing with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers. There's a Uno Grill attached! The food there is soo great! The pool is so refreshing and it has an opening where you can swim from the indoor pool to the outdoor pool!

2nd week staying here and it's been wonderful. Beautiful hotel and a great restaurant and bar. Staff is so friendly and helpful.

Wonderful place to stay. This is the first place I've ever stayed where the covers on the bed were white. White. Cant hide stains on white.
I loved the walkin shower with soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers.
only downfall was there wasnt a microwave or fridge in any of the rooms. Which is super important if you're staying more than 1 night. Also they dont have a free breakfast. That was a bummer.

The management group that owns this property is a very poor at developing their staff and they should be ashamed of their lack of communication with their employees.
*Sever lack of respect and genuine care for their employees is disheartening and very sad.
Also, the constant cussing and swearing, the gossip of certain guests tendencies, that should be held to a very high privacy standard,
this is embarrsing to say the least. Respecting a guest is paramount and is not at all the values practiced here.
A person might second guess whether this is the right place for them to stay with the lack of sincerity and general over all lack care for it's guests. This is just one opinion.
*1 star for being very clean, housekeeping works very hard to keep a sharp looking hotel.

Rooms are nice, bed is comfy. The hotel is quiet and very clean. Internet is also very good high speed. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Near multiple restaurants with a restaurant attached as well.

Didn't live up to the expectations! Stayed for a couple of nights for work. Ups: 1. Bar on the ground floor 2. Lots of eating places nearby (walking distance) 3. Good front desk service Downs for all rooms (except suites) : 1. No microwave 2. No fridge 3. Bad air conditioning 4. Small beds Going with 4 points as it's name!

This place was wonderful. Great place for family. We had family emergency. So much better and clean than first night I got a motel at 3am. Wish I would of took family here 1st. Great service clean wonderful people. Thanks so much.

Having a breakfast served at they own hotel would be a plus and tubs instead of just showers / refrigerator in rooms would be a plus.

Hotel was clean and nice. Also, the beds were very comfortable, only thing I didn’t see was there was no fridge in my room which is a must for me. The bar/restaurant is really nice and great pizza. Everything is really close.

I absolutely wish I had stayed at this hotel longer. The bed is still calling my name. Not to mention there are a ton of things to do around the hotel. Food is all within walking distance and the bar has a really good atmosphere.

Everyone here made my stay as comfortable as they could. The staff are very helpful and kind. I will definitely come back and recommend to family and friends.

Loved the stay! The beds are very comfortable. The room was very clean. The noise in the hallways/ or in other rooms you can't hear inside the room.

Had the lunch special at Unos in the bar area, great food and service. Quick service was appreciated since we were on our lunch hour.

The rooms were well taken care of and had plenty of space. The venue within the hotel worked very well for having a social gathering, and there was also the option of going to Uno's to continue the celebration. Overall I really enjoyed my stay.

We stay here pretty frequently since we are SPG gold members. It's always clean and the staff is great.

I coach a high school robotics team. We have stayed in many hotels as a team, but the Four Points has by far been the best. We had a complicated reservation, and they handled our block of 13 rooms beautifully. They were incredibly organized, accommodating, and customer-focused. Our check-in process was seamless, and their front desk staff was very friendly. The rooms were beautiful and clean. They had an awesome indoor-outdoor connected pool and fast Wi-Fi. We were stranded an extra day due to an ice storm and they were very supportive and helpful of our changing travel plans. I can't speak more highly of this establishment.

Nice hotel, rooms are quiet and updated. Attached restaurant is a nice convenience. The shuttle to and from the airport could be better. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, not bad.

We stayed at this hotel this past weekend when we were in town for a swim meet. We had stayed here in December and were disappointed in the lack of fridge and microwave and the fact that there isn't a continental breakfast. We also had less than stellar experiences with the front desk staff when we brought forth our concerns (being that at the time of booking, the hotel website stated that there were fridges and microwaves in EVERY room). We decided to give it another try but had an even worse experience this time. Upon check-in we were warned that there were some "issues" with the pool heater which was very disappointing since that was the hotel's draw for us. Like last time we stayed here, we had to go to the front desk to ask for pool towels as there were never any stocked in the pool. To make matters worse, we experienced issues with the lock on our room door, resulting in us being locked out of our room for over an hour. Finally at 10:20 pm, it was fixed and we returned to our room to go to bed. At 11:30 pm, I woke my husband as I heard someone unlocking our door, including deadbolt and flip over lock thing. My husband went to the end of our bed to have a man say he was fixing our lock. He walked into our room at 11:30 pm without knocking, calling or any warning when our door had been fixed an hour earlier!

Great room. Great location. Cool indoor /outdoor pool (outdoor open even in the winter). Convenience of the restaurant/bar right in the hotel.

For the price of the hotel it's not bad. But there is no refrigerators and microwaves in all the rooms the pool is an indoor outdoor which is okay very dirty pool room hot tub is okay lukewarm room does not accommodate very well no TV Guide for what you pay it's not worth it. Staff was not very informative kind of quiet. Will most likely not stay here again. Nice shower but the shower door did not seal completely was very pretty but that is about it not very clean overall either not worth what you pay for a room better off staying at the Comfort over behind Art Van Furniture if you stay anywhere.

I was only here for an afternoon offsite business meeting, so my review does not include the rooms. The hotel, hallways, bathroom and convention room were all very clean and everything the staff does looks and feels very professional. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. We were served a buffet of various appetizers that could accommodate many dietary restrictions.

UNO restaurant was great. Good staff and food was in my opinion great. Bathrooms we're small. Toilet location to shower and vanity we're to close and the shower heads were terrible. I could spit through a straw hard then what I had for water pressure. Beds were clean and comfortable. Pillows we're nice.

I actually hate this place. I stay here often, and my phone charger that I left in the room (my fault) was not found (either untrue, or gross incompetence by the housekeeping staff) so I will forever curse this hotels name. It's also comically difficult to get in touch with someone in the housekeeping department to track down a lost item. Why the front desk doesn't have a box of lost phone chargers like the majority of hotels I've ever been to I'll never know.

I booked here for a team event instead of our usual place as the coach suggested this hotel. I knew there would not be a contential breakfast and we were all bummed out. I tried to upgrade to a suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa a week before check in and was told that they only have king size bed suits. For us this was another negative for a family of 5. Once at the hotel and after check in we were putting our stuff away and we were looking for the mini fridge. There wasn’t… one. I called down to the desk and asked if there was supposed to be one. The girl that answered the phone was very snotty and said I would have to pay extra for one and that there were not any rooms left with fridges. I accepted that even though I was still shocked and as I went to hang up she said “ well did you ask for one when you booked your room? ” Since I’m in my 40’s and have stayed in very nice hotels, some very shady motels and every thing in between, I have never had a room not have a fridge so it had not occurred to me to request a mini fridge. The bathrooms were tiny compared to any other hotel I’ve ever stayed so with 5 girls this was also a huge negative. The one good thing about our room was that the beds were very comfortable. The two guys on the night shifts were pretty awesome too but we did not have that much contact with them. The biggest plus was the attached.

Clean well-appointed hotel with the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in. The pool is clean and has indoor outdoor which is really Pleasant on those crisp fall nights when the water is warm. Also is pet friendly, and has an Uno Pizzeria in the Lobby. Really good food. Thought they should have the option to buy a breakfast.

No continental breakfast was a bummer. Coffee wasn't very good in the lobby either. Rooms were very nice though!

Everything has been nice except a few things. I've had to get my key card reset 6 times in 2 weeks. It kept not working at one of the side doors closest to my room. I've been staying an extended time and I've had to ask to have my sheets changed, kinda strange.

I was charged 50.00 on check in that I was NOT told about prior. Was told it would be refunded in 3 to 5 days. Today is day 8 and still no refund. It is a ridiculous charge for "incidentals". We had no extra charges and there was NO reason to keep the money. The price of the room was already higher than I would normally pay but wanted a nice place to take my grand daughters school shopping. Won't happen again.

Comfortable rooms. No breakfast. Biggest disappointment was with service. Room was never attended to by housekeeping. Called 3 times over the course of an hour and a half to front desk requesting towels. Each time I was told they would arrive shortly. After never getting them I simply went to front desk and got them myself.

Me and my family wanted to take a nice 5 day vacation close to Frankenmuth. Well when we booked our hotel we were supposed to have a microwave and fridge which we did not have when we arrived. We decided to let it go even though we paid more than the people in suites, even though we booked over a month in advance. My children were getting ready to go to bed while me and my wife were unpacking and my oldest daughter got into her bed with her younger sister and stuck her foot right into a chewed up piece of gum. After this we went to the front desk to inform them of this. The lady behind the desk was not able to do anything about it. Later that night we went down to the front desk to get towels and another worker was working and we informed her of what happened and she was very helpful in getting us to the correct room. We were switched to the room that we actually paid for "after being told all day the suites with microwaves and the refrigerators were all booked. This room had a serious ant problem, dirty sheets, dirty shower that leaked all over the floor, and neighbors who were screaming and fighting down the hallways all hours of the night. About 3 days into our stay my wife went to the front desk to ask for toilet paper and was told she had to wait for housekeeping to come to our room. She informed them that we were completely out of toilet paper and that my husband was on the toilet. Still the lady behind the desk stated that we had to wait for a housekeeper.

Excellent place to stay… beds are AMAZING! Very clean and up to date. Great pool for families and friendly and attentive staff. Unos is attached and pizza is great! Will visit again… highly recommend.

Good location with restaurants nearby. Hotel has a great pool and an adequate fitness center. Walls were a little thin as I could hear a phone conversation from the room next door.

I am here and still not been able to fall asleep! First night of our 2 night stay and have been able to go to sleep because of people next to us or down the hall who are playing music and yelling and it's 2:38am. Come on I wish people would be considerate! I called down to the front desk at 1am and they said they would send someone right away! I don't know if they went because it's still going on. I can't believe other people haven't called to complain. Also there is no fridge in the room which I thought was weird! I am on vacation with my husband and 3 kids ages 8, 6 and 1 and can't believe this noise is going on at this time. They need to control their guest or make them leave. Hope night 2 goes better.

Never thought I would have to ask in advance if there was a bathtub, but my bad. We checked in, clerk was curt, and I got the feeling we just weren't her "cup of tea". She let us know they would put a hold on our CC of $50 for "incidentals". We went up, came right down and cancelled our room as there was no tub. She informed me that "no hotels have bathtubs anymore". HUH? The room charge was taken off our CC right away, but 4 days later my bank has a charge from you pending for that $50! Really? We didn't even stay there! Called your company and they blamed it on the bank. Bank says you have to cancel it. Given the way we were looked down on, I'm gonna believe my bank. I'm sorry we seem to have bothered your clerk, but happily we went down the road a bit and Comfort Suites was more than happy to book us a wonderful room (they all had tubs). Guess which place I will go to next time?

Was a very nice place to stay! We would stay again if we were in the area. The kids loved the indoor out door heated pool.
The restaurant's evening meal was good but the breakfast was much to be desired could have went to Denny's for breakfast.

We had a great time. Staff were wonderful and more than willing to help. The rooms were clean and roomy. Great food and bar.

So far I'm NOT impressed! My wife tried to reserve a room for our date night. NO ONE answered at either the front desk OR at the central registration number! We are beginning wonder if the staff is dead. Or tied up someplace. Stay tuned for more info. UPDATE: So, my wife finally found someone from the staff. Sean decided to show himself and he checked us into the "Presidential suite" for $125! Sounds like a decent deal. IF you were the President of a third world nation! There was NOTHING "presidential" about the room! It was just your run-of-the-mill hotel room! Thank you Sean for scamming us! Besides this"small lie", The hotel is clean and updated, but at about 2am I went down to our car to get my wife some aspirin. I saw absolutely NO One down stairs! Sean was MIA again and what is worse, there was no security to speak of! Both the front and a side doors were not locked for key-card access only and the counter staff was no where to be found. I highly recommend you try the Holiday Inn next door or go down about a block, behind Target on the right is a Townehome Suites and Spring hill Suites that are nicer, less expensive, secure AND have morning breakfast included in the cost.

Beautiful remodel. Super fun pool! And hit what I need in a hotel: clean, comfortable beds and pillows, easy to manage heat/cooling in room.

We had a late check in (about 3am) and the night staff was very helpful. There were no 2 queen rooms, so they upgraded us at no charge. The room was one of the nicest rooms I have stayed in for some time. It was oversized and spacious. The hotel had postings everywhere they were renovating the hotel but I couldn't see any proof of that other than the restaurant attached to the hotel was closed. It was very much worth the rate we paid. I would even say we got a great deal on the room we received. In that being said, there were a couple issues with the room. The TV remote didn't work, other than to change the channel. You had to get up to change the volume. When you turned it off, it seemed to re-set the entire tv, and when turned back on, the volume was blarring, closed caption was on and back at the start channel. And since the remote didn't work, you had to jump up to find the volume control on the side of the tv. Some of the channels didn't come in clear, and for the nice room, I was surpised on how small the TV was. It was on a large cabinet that took up half the room, but the TV was only about 20" if that and hard to see. The extra large bathroom and shower was awesome! The glass door into the bathroom was a little weird and I thought I was breaking it everytime you opened it, since it made a large cracking or breaking noises. I asked for additional pillow and blanket for the room and got them in less than 5 minutes.

We stayed at the hotel for a seminar that we were attending for work. When we got to the hotel, the front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. The room was Great! The beds were very comfortable and the room tempature was easy to set and stayed that way all night. I loved staying there and would stay there again.
