The whole place is disgusting, the hallways especially. Small flat screens, no breakfast though still advertised on booking sites.

Dirty room I can deal with even during a pandemic. Rude staff okay fine (Im a first responder and considered as such was told I should have got a discount) But they not only charged me full price after checking in at 5am after third shift. Had to pay another night so I could get five hours of sleep before check out. Multiple unknown calls to my room first morning here to the point I unplugged the phone. Extremely noisy rooms I couldn't sleep. On top of that my door was pounded on like ten times until I blew up to the front desk. They had no reason for it even though I told house keeping no Thankyou. Not sure if my room was mistaken for another's by another hotel stayer but im furious. I got better treatment and prices at the Knights inn in Bridgeport for half the price. Also this is the first hotel that randomly raises rates while already staying in a room. Never again will I stay here.

Staff is very friendly and if you like soft beds then this is the place for you.

Video is in the comments. I found bed bugs in my room and was told that I brought it in. I only stayed in a country inn once before in my life and now I see why. I had video proof yet was deemed a liar. Sad to see that the only place I found so far that has a military discount has rooms with bugs.

Our key would not open our room door for the entire 3 day stay. Our room was the furthest away from the front desk. We ran back and forth from the front desk to our room trying multiple keys. Inevitably the desk manager would have to come and open it for us. When we checked out we asked if our room could be discounted, because all of our inconvenience. The manager was very rude and argumentative, and not only refused to give any refund, but went to say our entire car club would be denied any future bookings. My wife left in tears. We have stayed at this motel several times in the past, ànd were met with very friendly, and accommodating staff. We are so disappointed, and it ruined what should have been a great vacation.

We have stayed here in the past without any issues for family and friend funerals. Staff is/was nice, rooms were clean and the prices were great for a one night stay. This time was different, staff and management were great, however, check out time is 12 noon, at 10:30 am we had a knock at the door by cleaning crew, since we were up already, we left. We went for coffee in the breakfast room, out of the seven or so coffee containers, all were empty, shared a half a cup with my husband. Proceeded to the front desk to check out, we were told their system showed us as already checked out. I informed them we had not and showed them our two room keys, they were at a loss as what room or whom had checked out. Our statement shows a one night stay, I hope our VISA reflects the same. We really like this place and hope this was just a bad day/night for them.

My stay here was included when I booked my flight to Saginaw, and I can say that its probably one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. Thank god I paid $0 for it. I called the day before to let them know I'd be getting in early and the earliest they could check me in would be 1pm. Which was fine. Until I got there at 11 and realized that maybe 10% of their dozens of rooms were booked. They made me wait 2 hours for the room — it doesnt take 2 hours to clean a room — and my room was DISGUSTING. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and the sheets felt like sandpaper. They didnt even put a blanket on the bed just disgusting cover and a sheet. The bathroom had black mold. I have pictures to prove it. If you're on your way into Saginaw, the people are wonderful, but pass on the Radisson.

Good location, right off the highway, with restaurants nearby. Room was clean and service was prompt and friendly. Room walls seemed very thin, could hear other room conversations at night. Decent place for the price.

I reserved a room for 2 adults and 2 teenage children. The room had 2 full size beds, really with 4 people. It said double beds I thought surely with 4 people these "double beds" would be queen size. The room smelled musty, stained carpet in the staircase, and elevator barely big enough for 4 people.

I stayed here for 3 Nights. I asked housekeeping to change my bedding and change out to Towels. When I came back to the room I notice The housekeeper only made the bed by pulling the sheet and blanket back over the bed. Housekeeping did not change any of the sheets because I put toothpaste on the sheet to make sure that the linen was changed. I had 2 Queen size beds in my room both of them had a mark on them for me to notice if either bed or both beds was changed and neither bed was changed so housekeeping kept dirty Linens on my bed. I called down to the front desk he said he can provide me a set of sheets to change the bed. When you come to a hotel you don't want to have to change your sheets I can change my sheets at home and not pay.

Very nice and peaceful. The rooms were very clean and staff had great customer service.

Even though the prices are fair at the County Inn, I will not stay here again. A few years back I stayed here which is why I returned, but due to what I’ve witnessed at my recent stay I will not return. The rooms feel dirty, bugs in the room, and not to mention the bed feel as though your bouncing on a rollercoaster. The maintenance in the rooms has decreased significantly and I would not recommend this if your looking for something comfortable and relaxing. But on the plus side the staff is nice and welcoming!

I stayed for my graduation from Saginaw Valley. Super convenient location and distance from the school and major highways. Check in and check out was quick and easy!

All ice machines on 2nd floor were broken and breakfast was meh… rooms were good n clean.

Horibel and small. They do not have an indoor pool or spa. The rooms are small. The elevator sounds like its going to brake. Their staff is mean. The rooms are dirty and smell. Would never saty here again.

We stayed at Country Inn and Suites April 17/ 2018. We’ve stayed several times over the past few years. We’ve noticed that it is becoming very shabby, carpets frayed, grout in bathroom dirty, shower curtain ripped. There was a stain on the sheet on one of the beds, which we never slept in (disgusting). We stay at this hotel because we have a 17 lb shitzu that doesn’t shed and he’s kept very clean. We don’t mind paying the extra 25$ to have a pet in the room but this morning his food bowl was literally crawling with ants. We brought the bowl to the front desk and the front desk clerk was apologetic. She said she was going to forward the issue with her supervisor. My luggage is now outside because I found ants inside. Needless to say I’m definitely not happy. I think this hotel needs major improvements and renovations. Luckily I never found evidence of bedbugs, but it kinda makes me wonder what else is crawling around.

It was a nice overnight stay. Breakfast was good. It was a little difficult to sleep with the huge heavy blankets on top of you lol but other than that it was great. Staff was nice as well.

I love the set up of the up of the two room suites. I always come here when in town. I'm not picky, so the less than immaculate rooms don't bother me. Check in was a breeze as well.

Stayed here when we had family in the hospital (they offer a discount with a waiver). Staff was friendly, room was clean, price was extremely affordable!

Good rooms for the price. Aaron at the desk is very nice, great guy! Met our every need. Highly recommend if you are stopping by town and need a place to say. The service is great, the rooms are clean, there are hot showers, free breakfast, and cable TV! Very homey feel, very comfortable. Nice staff, will definitely be staying here for any of my travels in this area. Wish I could give a 6/5 star rating.

The location was a little difficult to pinpoint being so close to the exit ramp of the highway. Breakfast was hot and timely. Rooms were clean and service was friendly and helpful.

Good stay. Rooms were a reasonable size and Clean. Friendly staff. Didn't get a chance to experience breakfast. It smelled good though. The building is laid out awkwardly though. If I was reading the signs correctly, they have 70 rooms on the 1st floor alone. I would stay again.

Nice hotel. Cheap price. Sarah was wonderful, she went above and beyond making sure my family was comfortable when we stayed there for my daughters graduation.

Not a very good place. Ac doesn't really work here. And the pool has abuncha frogs in it.

The first night we got there we checked in around 10pm and then went about our night. When we made it back to the hotel at 2 a. M. There were several young adults in the parking lot gathering and being social. They weren't necessarily bothering anybody but there were a lot of conversations and general rowdiness in the parking lot that early morning. At 2:45am those people made their way to their rooms which happened to be down our hallway. They were being loud and obnoxious and brought with them the smell of pot and cigarettes. I called the front desk at around 3:30 when the rowdiness I had still been going on in our hallway and asked the front and to please take care of it. The issue did not resolve itself until after 4:30 in the morning. I had to be up at 10am to get on with my morning. I was there at that hotel to get some rest and relaxation before my wedding. And I did not get any rest. I was not relaxed in any way. In the morning my entire hallway reeked of marijuana and cigarette smoke regardless of the fact that the hotel states it is a no-smoking hotel. After talking with the front and yet again I was told I'd be compensated at the end of my stay. But it did nothing to alleviate the fact that I had gotten no sleep that night. At the end of our stay when we checked out we reminded the front end that our stay that first night was absolutely unacceptable. The man at the front and proceeded to check us out and hand us the receipt.

Very poor service. Will not be staying again. If it wasn't for the fact the room has been paid for I'd find another hotel.

The room was nice and clean, and the staff was friendly. Really the only negative I experienced was the internet was a little shaky.

The location is pretty inconvenient to get to. The carpeting is a terrible pattern. We had issues with the TV and the worker came up an hour later. We finally figured it out by then.

You get more than what you pay for. My room was only $77 a night after tax, which is half the price of the other hotels in the area. The beds and pillows are comfortable. The rooms are spacious, well-lit, and include a flat panel tv, good cable package, refigerator, microwave, and a closet.

Place is around a strip mall, Applebee's right in front. Clean rooms, workout room, outdoor pool. Microwave and fridge. Friendly staff. Free internet.

We stayed here in October for our anniversary weekend with friends. When we got home on our credit card bill there was a BOGUS charge for a pet in the room. Multiple calls to the hotel, manager doesn't call you back, they stated they "had a picture" of me with a pet but couldn't/wouldn't produce. BEWARE of BOGUS charges on your credit card when you get home! They DO NOT remove them.

As soon as you walk in it smells very clean. Room was updated. Roomy bathroom with multi-functional shower head and curved shower rod. Nice size refrigerator and microwave. Comfy pillows for their size (kinda small). Blankets and mattress were comfortable. So nice and quiet. The free hot/cold breakfast was outstanding and seemed more of a buffet. Great price for what you get. The man at the desk was very professional and polite. Parking is small. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I will be coming back.

It was late at night when I finally arrived to the Country inn. Usually I am pretty happy when I am tired to get to the hotel and sleep. However when I first walked into the room it was pitch black. When I finally found a light it was a small light on the desk. I still had to use the light on my phone to find everything. Finally after getting changed I laid down in bed, thought I'd get a good night sleep. Only to pull up the covers to find three huge black spots that looked like dried blood! Yes! That's right! I have picture proof of this. I instantly threw the covers off and slept in the chair they had. While trying to forget about the bed sheets while in the chair I noticed two paintings in the room. Both paintings had glow sticks hanging down from them I have a picture of both. May I add that the glow sticks Completely 100% noticeable. Do the workers not even care about this place? Do they not even pay attention to the things they are doing? Most importantly do they even clean? This place is absolutely disgusting. I would highly recommend going anywhere but here! There are plenty of places in Saginaw to stay and this is not one of them.

TERRIBLE was there 3 nights Esmeralda was our housekeeper and she put a do not disturb sign on door so she wouldn't have to clean it. Had to beg for clean towels then never took old ones. After a long day in the ICU was not pleasant to come to this. Breakfast was terrible dry and nasty after all this not even so much as a discount. Staff was awful and very uncaring.

I have been in a dispute with this hotel for over a week. When I booked this room weeks in advance I used a discount card called corprate lodgeing in which the rate should have been $53.37 per night, I did NOT request a suite, When I got home and checked my debit card I see that they billed me $109.99 per nite, so after talkling to the manager he informed me that because they had a busy weekend they did not have to use any discount card and they would NOT issue me a credit. I contacted the corprate offices and of course Rick, the manager, lied thru his Frickin teeth to save his ass, Rick would not accept my calls after that. The poor young girl who kept telling me that he was on the phone, or out of the office, or he was busy was caught in the middle cause she was the one who checked me in and never mentioned that my discount card would not be honored. I will never stay at this hotel again.

No help, no pool towels, no tv, this is the worst country Inn &suites I have ever seen. … plus the trash was over flowing by the entry doors. Bad bad.

Morning staff was very nice and breakfast was very good, as for night staff the short guy at the desk was very rude and short with me and my girlfriend (Napoleon syndrome) we did not feel welcome at all, we are in are mid 30's and felt as if we're being treated like kids, this is probably one of the worst experiences at a hotel we have experienced, I highly recommend not staying here.

When I am came to this hotel is was good and the breakfast was good. The only problem I was dissapointed in was I had to ask for clean towels everytime I ran out. So when I came back to the hotel after my shopping there was no clean towels and the bed didn't have clean sheets, this only happened just once in the 3 nights I stayed there but still a customer should not be telling the attendant whoever is in charge of running a hotel, thats not right. And when I confronted the situtation they never wanted to take any action of trying to satisfy the customer. Will not recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Everyone is extremely polite it smells fresh and clean as you walk in and the rooms are perfect. Everything clean, smells pleasant, thermostat works perfectly, I'm pleased with the variety of breakfast selections. I haven't had any problems what so ever, and I have stayed there quite a few times. The staff has such warmth about them. Not to sound as if other staff members aren't great but Jennifer has been AMAZING! Thank you Jennifer I appreciate your kindness and helpfulness :) I def will keep coming back and recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone! As long as they keep their price reasonable as it is now! def worth your stay.

Me and my family had to come here because our house had a high level of carbon monoxide and my mother found a bed bug in her bed and rushed back home I've been once before and I left cause I needed the internet for a business matter and theirs was down at that time but this time the internet was perfect until we found a bed bug.

I've stayed at numerous hotels from Holiday Inns to Disney properties, Hard Rock hotel, and Weston. This hotel is comprable to all of these hotels. It's clean, staff is very nice, newly renovated, continental breakfast is great! The best part is the price. Rooms are $74 per night and with AAA we were able to get our room at $64! The rooms come with your average ammentities like an LCD tv, microwave, fridge, and beautiful bathrooms. I can't say enough about this hotel it's a great deal located by many restaurants and local stores :).

Stayed at the Inn at Saginaw a couple weeks ago and I was amazed with how well my stay went I figured I would right a review about it. The Wi-Fi worked excellent and was very fast, the breakfast was quite large and delicious and the king size bed was very comfortable. The staff at the hotel was awesome as well. They picked me up from the airport for free. I had to be back at the airport at 5:00am the next morning and the gentleman even offered to take me. Great price for the amazing service.
