My 7 year old son left left his stuffed snake at The Residence Inn. They called immediately and said they would mail us the snake. In the box was this note… I am completely speechless — this is the cutest thing.

Great staff, only true place you can travel to with your pets, weather it's a short stay, or long stay, Saginaw's Residence inn, is best for you cause there close to the highway and all the amenities. I once worked there, they're truely a caring establishment. Staff treat you like your all that matters. And you do!

The stay was ok but I was disgusted when I asked for complimentary toothpaste and was told they (Residence Inn) didn't have any. That was ok then I asked to purchase some remind you in the lobby is a whole line of things to purchase. But was told sorry no toothpaste to purchase either. Residence Inn was rated 4.5 well to my family and I it's more like a 1.5 over priced and almost one step from the hood! But I can say that housekeeping was phenomenal… My family and I wouldn't recommend this place or will we be returning…

We are in michigan and had a house fire, the insurance put us up here. It's nice and quiet, I like it after the events of the past few days to have this place to just relax.

Stayed at many Residence Inns in the past and this is hands down the best one I've stayed at. I wasn't able to get her name, but there is this one lady who I believe was one of the chefs. She is literally the sweetest and most genuine person I've encountered. Breakfast is excellent and the free dinner doesn't hurt. 5/5 will be staying here again!

The best customer service! Cold and snowing and a female worker helped me bring in all my items. Above and beyond. Beautiful clean room as well! I will be back!

Rooms are very spacious and clean. What really made the stay special was how friendly the staff was. They went out of their way to find my sister gluten free breakfast food (she has celiac's). Then they brought over coloring materials for the kids and proceeded to make up a contest and hang up their pictures. We're definitely going to stay again when we visit Saginaw in the future.

Clean hotel and really friendly staff. The people that cook breakfast are amazing. My family and I have been coming here once a year for the last 5 years and will continue to do so.

Stayed there this past weekend and was very impressed with the staff! The people at the front desk were absolutely amazing! Nick L. And Alyssa both went above and beyond what I have ever experienced at a hotel. Both deserve raises for their outstanding service! The hotel was clean and kept up very well by the housekeeping staff. The breakfast was a nice treat to wake up to. Even got to spend a little time at the outdoor fireplace which was beautiful. We only stayed two days but would not hesitate to stay weeks at this hotel. I have stayed at many hotels and have to say that this place is on the top of the list for guest treatment and service. Thank you for the wonderful stay! Only thing I could recommend would be a TV in the main lobby, maybe above the indoor fireplace. Great place to stay!

Housekeeping crew leaves a lot to be desired. You need to stay on top of them at all times if you want your room cleaned properly. If not they do as little as possible. They will take dirty dish clothes and towels but not replace them. Trying to get paper towels or dishwasher cleaner is like pulling teeth. Always say they don't have any. Guess this Marriott is on a very tight budget. They stopped getting the USA Today which was a nice bonus. If you are not from Saginaw why would you care about the local Saginaw news? The stairwells are never vacuumed and they look it! Other Residence Inns are maintained so much better!

Great room, super clean and modern. Free breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Loved the jacuzzi and outside basketball hoop area.

Clean, well maintained, full complement of kitchen equipment and food-related items: utensils, containers, pots, etc. Internet is very decent. High speed is limited to only three devices and there seems no way to switch which devices are where but speed difference seems insignificant anyway. All appliances and lights are in working order and so are the thermostat and plumbing. Large office, resting and eating areas near lobby. Overall, highly recommended!

Very clean and comfortable. Had a hard time keeping up with the pool towel demand and no dishwasher detergent in the room but other than that our stay was awesome.

Everything was really good. The rooms were very clean, the furniture was all very comfortable. The only problem I had was when my step daughter got a bloody nose in the inside pool area and they never came to clean it up after we called 2x's to let them know. That is a safety issues, biohazard I am pretty sure. Other than that the service was really good, the free breakfast every morning was also delicious. Thank you Marriott.

I love this hotel Marriott is the best hands down the staff is awesome they work hard to accommodate u and it's so clean it smells great and it feels like home.

Been staying here for almost 15 years. They always treat us like family. Rooms are clean, facility is clean and the staff has always been great.

Very nice hotel with convenient access to shopping and restaurants. It is clean and comfortable and has courteous staff. They serve a good breakfast, too.

We had a great overnight stay. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Breakfast in the morning was hot, fresh, delicious. There were lots of great items to choose from and everyone found something they liked. The breakfast area was kept filled and clean the entire time that it was to be available. I forget the name of the young man who checked us in, but he did a wonderful job. When I called to request additional towels, he brought them to us right away. We will definitely stay at this location again. Thank you for the great experience.

Staff is super. The service of habitaviones could improve. The breakfast is full although of entirely American-style (would be better if I had some European products). The rooms are quite large with kitchen included in all of them.

Marriott Rewards member and Marriott credit card holder… redeemed a rewards night here, called this hotel direct and spoke to manager Corey TWICE to ensure I had a one bedroom suite with a separate bedroom so we could close the bedroom door and put our toddler to bed early without the rest of the family having to keep his schedule. Corey assured me that I did have a one bedroom, and NOT a studio, and even sent me an email with the confirmed reservation. My Marriott account continued to show me in a studio but I was repeatedly assured that I had a one bedroom suite. Get here and guess what? We were booked in a studio and the hotel was full so there was nothing they could do, even though it was their screw up. I was initially offered an additional free night to return to this property (not happening) in addition to staying this night free due to my already booked rewards night. At this point, I was strapped with no choice but to stay here with the toddler in the same room as everyone else because this hotel and every one around it are full but I will not return to this property for an additional night — free or not. NOT at all happy about how this was handled by management. Very poor way to treat rewards members.

Love it my bday was awesome.

This place is way over priced, two nights ended up costing us just under $400. And that was for their basic lowest price room. Nice hotel but they charge to much.

Awesome place to stay. The staff was great. The room was great. The price was great. Best place I have stayed in by far.
