We recently stayed at the spring hill suites in Saginaw. This was our second stay here and both stays were great. Staff is friendly from front desk to housekeeping and planning to stay again in September clean establishment and knowledgeable employees what more could you ask for.

Very clean, completely renovated & quiet hotel! The breakfast was great & the staff was friendly & accommodating. Loved the patio fire pit & the hot tub/pool area was so relaxing! We’ll be back! :-)

Staff was very friendly. Rooms are nice, clean. I stayed in the king suite I didn't like the layout but it was one night. I realized the next morning that the TV didn't work either which was annoying. Breakfast was good.

It was a beautiful facility, contemporary design and very clean facility. The breakfast gave a very nice selection. Would definitely recommend this location.

This Marriott hotel is a very nice place to stay and clean and friendly staff. The complimentary breakfast is pretty good too! I recommend all my friends and family.

I'm very happy with my stay. The bed was comfortable and the amenities were on point for the price and the price was very affordable. O'Brien would give it a 10 out of 10 and would not hesitate to stay here again if in the area.

Great place to stay in Saginaw. Very convenient and close to shopping area and many restaurants. Room is average size and was very clean. Front desk staff was awesome and very helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The amenities are very nice and the people that work there even nicer. The grounds are well-kept and my wife and I enjoyed sitting out by the fireplace. Our room was quite large and how to split bathroom. One side roll-in shower and sink, the other toilet and sink. 10/10 would book again.

My regular stop when traveling through the area. Often booked, need to reserve ahead. Convenient location near plenty of restaurants.

I went from 1 star to 5 stars in two days all because of the fantastic manager and employees. Brandi from the front desk and Michael Smith the hotel manager, went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience here even after an accidental overbooking. When I first arrived I was really frustrated and angry because I got 'walked' (moved) to a different hotel (20 miles away) due to the overbooking. I was moved to the Fairfield Inn in Frankenmuth and Vicky at the front desk really started turning things around for me. That Fairfield is a very nice hotel by the way. Turns out that Michael Smith used to manage that hotel as well. Then I moved back to the Springhill Suites to be closer to work and this is when my experience got even better. Mike called to apologize, got me some snacks and made me feel really welcome. Brandi at the front desk was also super nice and helpful, she told me about a nice park nearby when she saw me looking for places to take a walk. The next day at breakfast, Mike was walking around making all the guests feel welcome. It's no surprise that this hotel was really clean and well maintained. I will absolutely come back and stay here again next time I'm in this area.

This hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were very helpful. My room was large, well-appointed, and the mattress and pillows were very comfortable. The TV is set up to allow access to Hulu or Netflix, which made a nice addition to the limited TV channels typically offered. The complimentary breakfast was hot, with scrambled eggs, sausage, bagels and English muffins, as well as oatmeal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, etc. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Nice hotel. Very fancy and kept up well. Pool and hot tub were broken the week we visited all the way from Michigan, no notice till a week before. Was hoping for some compensation but unfortunately not. Otherwise, an excellent hotel. Loved the workout room.

Food and services are excellent. The rooms were clean and tidy and the amenities provided to the room like soaps and hand soaps are very lavish! Stay here!

Great hotel for Saginaw location. However, it has limited guest service, no vegeterian food options, all cold breakfast, no car services for guest.

The manager of the hotel, Michael, is a really nice guy, very approachable. Rich, the shuttle driver was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the town. My room was clean. I have no reservations in staying in this place again.

Rooms are very nice, best value with pool, hot tub, and fitness room. The pool was a little on the smaller side, but everything else made it worth it. Great breakfast, clean, updated, comfortable bed, nice staff. Will stay here again.

Beautiful newly-renovated, ultra-modern suite style hotel. Great staff, all new furnishings, and centrally located.

Staff at Springhill suites was very courteous, professional, and very pleasant to interact with. Their lobby immaculately clean. There were no offensive odors anywhere on premises. My room was spotless. You can tell that they take pride in keeping everything at the highest levels. Their complimentary breakfast was very good, with more than enough options for everyone. I was very satisfied with my stay. I didn't get a chance to use their gym, or the pool, but I saw other guests use it without an issue.

Used to stau here every week for work but haven't in the last 9 months because the building was getting very worn. Now newly remodeled and updated. Looks and feels brand new again!

Hotel was very clean. Great coffee and breakfast area. Plenty of space in the suite. I think the pool should be about 5 degrees warmer.

Clean room. Comfortable beds. Very friendly staff. Nice breakfast selection. The gym didn't seem clean and no sanitizing wipes for equipment.

The room was nice but check in took forever. However, I must say Eboni, in the breakfast area, was one if the nicest people I have met. She was definitly the highlight of the stay.

Lewis is the man. He was very personal, loved to get to know his customer and did his job very well. I don't know when Lewis was promoted last but he is deserving of one yesterday.

Full style breakfast 6 am to 9:30 (10 am sat sun) Mon Fri. Nice size rooms. A couch with a bed under. Mini frig and microwave. Two sinks. One in washroom. One with the toilet. Smart TV with Netflix, Hulu crackle, to name a few. The staff cleaning ladies have a wonderful spirit about them. Very helpful and polite.

We enjoyed our stay and will likely stay here again in thefuture. The staff was very friendly, and helpful. It was very clean throughout the hotel, the bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the whirlpool and although the pool was small, it was nice. The continental breakfast was descent also. The only reason we're giving it 4 instead of 5 stars is because, although we loved the look and idea of our room having separated sleeping and sitting areas, the couch was so hard and uncomfortable that we were unable to enjoy sitting on it to watch tv. It was unfortunately, a wasted space that looked nice.

Really nice rooms: freshly updated and comfortable. The bed is great, the shower is spacious, the lighting is flattering. The hotel is convenient to everything and minutes from the expressway.

It may be a 3 star hotel but it doesnt necessarily reflect that in every way. The lobby is quaint with a little bit of pizzaz. The pool is a bit small but that's what you expect at a 3 star hotel. The service is very quick, it took less than 5 minutes to get fresh towels sent to our room. Beds are on the soft side, my preference. The rooms arent extremely spacious but neither is it a squeeze to move around; 3 star expectation. The design of the rooms fit the mold of the lobby; quaint and yet it has some style. With all these positives the question remains as to why it is I find a 4 star rating necessary. Call it petty but there's no fan in the bathroom (which, quick note, came in 2 parts in our room; toilet and sink in one room and bathtub and sink in another) … Not a problem when it's you by yourself. However if you come with others prepare to use other bathrooms in the hotel while your rooms bathroom clears up after your peer/child uses it. So in closing I love the hotel I would just make one minor change that makes a world of a difference.

Room was out of lavatory lavatory paper after they had just cleaned. Dirty glass was not replaced with a clean glass. Ice container remained with water and no new plastic bag. Breakfast bar did not have sausage or bacon. It only had scrambled eggs and a potato combination with a little bit of sausage. This was a disappointment to my teen granddaughters. We have stayed in your motels before, but not this location. Our family was disappointed this time. We are frequent travelers.

Stayed with the family on our way to Frankenmuth and had a great time! The hotel is very clean and there was enough space in the room for my wife, mother in law, aunt in law, and baby. The morning breakfast was very good too. The only gripe I have is that there was too much chlorine in the spa… It seemed to fill up our lungs and we didn't feel good for a while after got out.

The hotel is very nice. The lobby is modern looking and is staffed by very friendly helpful people. The room we were in (308) was a wheelchair accessible room with a tub. The room is spacious and has a king size bed with room to get around both sides with my wheelchair. The rest of the room was easily accessible. There is a desk and a big couch. The bathroom (s) were interesting. One room had a toilet and sink. The other a tub and sink. It was great for getting ready to go out. Both had room to turn my wheelchair around with the door closed. I could also get under the sinks which isn't usually the case even in accessible rooms. Breakfast was average as it is at nearly every hotel now. I would stay here again if I come back to Saginaw. I am generally a big fan of Marriott hotels.

Was only there for an hour to meet people but the rooms were amazing and the lobby was open aand inviting.

Nice looking lobby and copious room. I went to the hot tub every evening. The occupancy was low while I was there, so that was a big contributor to a good experience at this property. They do not have a bar. And no chain pizza delivery is available. The local place that delivers makes an edible pizza.

This is by far the best place I've stayed! The customer service is wonderful. They make you feel welcome and comfortable. Josh was at the front desk and he was amazing greeted us with a smile :) I will definitely recommend this hotel.

Modern look and architecture throughout the building, especially in the rooms. Friendly staff, definitely would stay here again.

The pool is so small! Just remember that if you are going for the swimming! There is a hot tub however the water was quite chilly. The staff was friendly and accomodating.

Nice clean hotel with a gym and pool. Ample space and free Wi-Fi in rooms. Breakfast is included.

This is a beautiful hotel — it was quiet and the rooms were spotless. The only problem I had staying with the family (fam of 5), is that the bathroom doors didn't lock. With little kids, kind of a necessity! The staff and the breakfast was great too. Will look to stay here again, or at other Springhill Suites.
