Nice big an there rooms are clean.

In general I didn't have any complaints of this hotel. The room was really big, the bathroom was good size. Maybe a couple of things I don't like about this hotel is the internet you have to login once every 24 hours and the address online is different than what it is.

Great place to stay. The staff we did interact with was great. Breakfast was great. Planning on staying again around Christmas.

The room was large and had a bigger fridge than most hotel rooms. Front desk staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good. The room just smelled a little funny.

Good location, within walking distance to restaurants. The floor of my room was soaked around the air conditioner. Breakfast was good.

It was very clean, the pillows we're a bit to soft but my all around rating is a 4, could have a little more of a selection for the breakfast but for super there's a Buffalo wild wings that are in walking distance if you have a semi or want to have some drinks and not drive :-)

Great, clean hotel, centrally located in the business area of Saginaw, my own complaint would be that they removed the hot tub, was looking forward to that! But had a nice time regardless!

Went here for a 50th anniversary. They were very accommodating and let us use the breakfast room all day.

Clean rooms, good breakfast selection, small park lot, small pool. Overall decent place to stay for the price.

Always my place to stay when I'm in town. Great rooms and service at a great price. Conveniently located by shopping mall, resteraunts all with in walking distance.

The hot tub was out of order. We left pajamas and own pillow on bed so they didn't make the bed.

Pretty decent king suite for price, nice little gym. Wish there was a hot tub.

The staff was so friendly. They were so welcoming when we checked in and even gave my daughter a little stuffed animal and a tiara which was such a nice gesture especially since we were there for a funeral. The employees were some of the nicest and professional people I’ve ever talked to and I have traveled all over the country. The breakfast was very good and the ladies were all so nice. The only thing we were disappointed in was the hot tub wasn’t up and running. We were there around the holidays and it was down at that time too.

My niece has a march birthday and she really wanted to have a party where she can go swimming. She turned 12 and it was her four friends, and a couple of family members. They were not gonna rent rooms. The clerks quote was "we do not want to be known as a party motel". Ok 5 12 yr olds and my nieces mom. Are there to party hard. When they finally gave the ok they warned them if they were to make any messes they would be in trouble. So if u plan to there to have your childs birthday be careful. They are not friendly at all.

Our house burnt down the day before Thanksgiving and we lost everything we had. We spent 2 months at this hotel. The front desk staff, barb, Michelle, Sam and Jamie were extremely nice. They would always greet us with a smile and ask how we were doing. I can't thank them all enough for letting us keep our 3 chihuahuas with us in the room. Our chihuahaus mean the world to us. I would like to thank all of the staff for being so patient and kind. Also for letting me use their cleaning supplies so I could keep the room as clean as I could. Life was rough having to live in a hotel room for 2 months but all of the staff were awesome and made us feel right at home. Big thank you to everybody that works at this hotel — I would name everybody by name if I could remember them all lol. Thanks again, you are all amazing! I highly recommend this hotel.

I'm giving it a 2 stars only because the staff were most of the time helpful and courteous, we stayed for a week and the meat variety changed every day for breakfast and the rooms were large with a nice seating area. All of which are typical with the choice comfort suites brand. Our stay however was a complete disaster. On our 3rd day there, room 202, we awoke to a flood in our bathroom from a hole ceiling that dripped water on top of ours. We were then moved to another room which we later found out had a broken and rather loud heater. So, we moved yet again to another room that had a clogged sink and broken microwave. All in the same day. We spent all morning moving our things. The front desk person that was there that morning was not very helpful and made it seem as though she really couldn't be bothered by our broken heater or the inconvenience they were causing us. On our last night, the Wi-Fi had issues connecting all day, we called help desk but they never called us back nor did they fix the issue. I'm a choice points member and this experience has soured my view of the choice brand hotels.

Very polite and nice place to stay. Just disappointed they didn't have a hot tub. The staff were very pleased checking in and out. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Far better then four points across the street.

The hotel is a standard hotel, beds, bathroom, pool, etc. Nothing crazy in terms of amenities. However, the service was excellent. We had to leave at 5AM to get to the airport and asked the front desk to prep some cold bagged breakfasts for us and instead, they got the hot buffet ready just for us! A great start to a day of travel we all appreciated. Thanks!

All was good until we discovered the fridge didn't work and were told the only way to resolve it would be to change rooms. That was followed with no linen for the pullout bed and a lost look when that was mentioned.

Beds not comfortable. Pillows not comfortable. Room smells like a pet store. Very weird people hanging out in the parking lot. Did not feel safe at night. The hallway stinks from all the people smoking pot! We had to tell the front desk. She know exactly what room to go to. The heater did not work for the pool. The hot tub didn't work at all.

The staff have been helpful and the room clean and well kept. The amenities such as the pool and exercise room are small but serviceable. I'd stay again.

Clean and good sized room. Everything we needed was readily avaible, continental breakfast was served, and no disturbances. An overall great experience.

The price was good (I had a discount through my job) and the hotel and room looked clean. There were many problems, however: check-in was delayed by staff chatting with each other, the pull-out couch was very uncomfortable and the blankets for it were stained and ragged, the hot tub was out of order, the room was not adequately cleaned after our 1st night and the internet speed was horrible.

I had stayed at this Comfort Suites this past weekend in Saginaw, the hotel seemed very nice and clean. The hotel itself was very nice. The only disappointment was the bathroom in my room. It didn't seem as if they had cleaned it properly, there were pieces of hair in the bathtub and towels. Besides that, great hotel.

Stayed here with my kids for a night. The room was absolutely huge, beds & pillows were comfortable, super clean, and free breakfast was great! I would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was nice and appeared clean. Our suit was a good size. The free breakfast had a nice selection. We were glad to have complimentary Wi-Fi, but we were on the third floor, and ours was spotty. We were disappointed the pool was so cold. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

I checked in on 10/10/16 and checked out on 10/13/16. The first night was fine. After the second night I noticed itchy, red, inflamed bite marks in the 3 bump pattern on my chest, arms, upper abdomen and shoulder areas. I'm familiar with this bite mark pattern as in years prior I was bitten by bed bugs at another hotel. I did not have bed bugs in my luggage or anything I was traveling with. The bed closest to the window is the only one that I slept in fr the 3 nights, as it was a dbl queen suite. I can't speak for the other bed in the room as to whether or not it had bed bugs. The bed, room and hotel should be checked thoroughly for bed bugs. They can produce rather quickly and soon you would have the entire hotel infected if it's not already. The best way to get rid of bed bugs is to deep steam the mattress, if it's not going to be replaced, and everywhere they can hide. Steam/extreme heat is the only thing that kills them safely and effectively.

Even if you have a CLC Lodging card they will ask for a secondary card. They double charge everytime. I would recommend that you stay down the road at Country Inn and Suites.

Clean rooms, VERY nice staff, great free breakfast, safe location and quiet hotel. The pool, disgusting. It looked and felt as if it hasn't been cleaned in yrs. Dirty water and thick, dark scum on sides of the pool. The surface around the pool is slimy. Found bugs/hair in hot tub. Other than the pool, wonderful hotel!

Kids were loud as well as housekeeping which kids have an excuse but full grown adults working should have self control.

Room was very nice. Plenty of power outlets, including USB. The partition in the room was minimal. Bathroom sink was great and had a stopper, which was crucial for washing baby bottles. Workout facility had lots of dumbbells (up to 50lbs), an adjustable angle bench, and very nice treadmills that went up to 12mph. The one annoyance with the treadmills was that they had a TV screen right in your face, but there was no way (that I could figure out) to get sound. Breakfast buffet was included and was decent. It was also great to have hot tea available when we checked in. Staff was very polite.

Bed smelled of vomit. Room need a good too to bottom cleaning. Way to much chlorine in pool. Employees friendly.

Rooms rates are about $80 bucks for 2 queens… rooms are spacious enough to include a couch. Great customer service as well!
